本发明公开了一种潽染机,包括环状集液槽(11)、圆形顶盖(12)、染液槽(13)、蒸汽夹层(14)、加热器(15)、搅拌器(16)、分液格(17)、环形挂钩槽(18);液位探测器(21)、加液口(22)、温度计(23)、蒸汽压力仪(24)、蒸汽入口(25)和蒸汽排水阀(26)等。本发明所述的潽染机是在带盖容器内,加入染料溶液,将染液加热,利用染液沸腾时所产生的力,顶开容器盖(12),溢出的染液流淌在裹于容器表面的面料上,染液干燥后,形成各种天然图案。也可通过在染色机表层安装人工图案花版,通过拓印作用,实现天然图案与人为图案的结合;通过染液槽(13)内染液的调换,实现多色叠加染色;通过染液槽(13)飞边及顶盖(12)边缘形状的改变,改变液体潽出时的形状,实现天然图案的多样性。

Description

一种潽染机 技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种潽染机。
背景技术
公知的翻动式染色机、卷染机、轧染机及溢流染色机可以使大批量面料获得均匀的颜色,但无法使面料批量获得天然不规则的图案。
并且,公知的染色技术,如蜡染、扎染、泼染等,是通过各种手工技法处理后,获得各种天然图案,这样的工艺虽然可以获得机器生产所无法达到的效果,但其生产工艺相对复杂,效率低下,产品质量不稳定,市场运用范围受到限制。本发明利用即可利用设备进行生产,操作方法简单、效率较高,同时,也可达到各种天然图案,且质量稳定。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种潽染机。
技术方案:一种潽染机,包括机体和控制器;
所述机体包括:环状集液槽、圆形顶盖、染液槽、蒸汽夹层、加热器、搅拌器、分液格、环形挂钩槽;
所述机体内设有染液槽,所述染液槽和机体内壁之间设有蒸汽夹层,染液槽的底部装有加热器,染液槽内还设有分割沸腾水花的分液格;
所述机体的底部侧壁外装有环状集液槽,顶部侧壁外装有环形挂钩槽;
所述机体的顶部安装有与之相配套的圆形顶盖,所述圆形顶盖的中心点处开有圆孔,用来控制搅拌器中搅拌叶的旋转杆从圆孔中穿过,并使搅拌叶在染液槽中处于悬空状态;
在所述圆形顶盖沿同一直径的两端各开1个定位孔,通过分别穿过所述定位孔的2根圆柱进行定位,所述定位孔并与圆柱形成动配合,圆形顶盖的重力与沸腾的液泡、液体的顶力形成潽液状态,圆形顶盖的重量是根据液泡、液体的大小、多少进行调节的;
所述控制器包括液位探测器、加液口、温度计、蒸汽压力仪、蒸汽入口、蒸汽排水阀和加液泵;所述蒸汽排水阀安装在蒸汽夹层的下端,用于排除蒸汽冷凝水;
所述控制器利用液位探测器检测液位高度,所述加液泵通过加液口进行染液的添加。
作为优化:还包括在机体的侧壁的外表面上安装的花版,所述花版可以根据需要设计出各种纹路。
作为优化:所述挂钩槽上设有挂布钩,用于将所要潽染的布挂在挂钩上。
作为优化:所述加热器为环形加热棒。
作为优化:所述分液格的格数可以根据水泡、液滴的大小的需求进行增加或减少,一般为2-10格。
作为优化:所述潽染机的规格为:高150-250cm,直径100-200cm。
有益效果:本发明所述的潽染机是在带盖容器内,加入染料溶液,将染液加热,利用染 液沸腾时所产生的力,顶开容器盖,溢出的染液流淌在裹于容器表面的面料上,染液干燥后,形成各种天然图案。也可通过在染色机表层按装人工图案花版,通过拓印作用,实现天然图案与人为图案的结合;通过染槽内染液的调换,实现多色叠加染色;通过染槽飞边及顶盖边缘形状的改变,改变液体潽出时的形状,实现天然图案的多样性。
具体各部件有如下优势:
1、顶盖:顶盖上有2个圆孔,通过染色机上口2根圆柱定位,并与圆柱形成动配合,顶盖的重力与沸腾的液泡、液体的顶力形成潽液效果,顶盖的重量可以根据液泡、液体的大小、多少进行调节。
2、分液格:起到分割沸腾水花的作用,减少水泡、液滴大小差异,分液格的格数可以根据水泡、液滴的大小的需求进行增加或减少,
3、染色机的表层内里设有蒸汽夹层:夹层内可通入蒸汽,染可以通过蒸汽压力的大小,调整染色机表层的温度,控制面料吸附染料的层度,以及烘干染色后的面料。
4、集液槽:潽出的染液渗入面料后,其残液最终流入集液槽回收。
5、液位探测器:在染液沸腾后潽出,会导致染液槽内的染液减少,当液位低于一定高度时,液位探测器将信号传送给给液泵,给液泵开始给补染液,染液达到规定高度后,给液泵停止补液。
6、温度计用于测定染液温度。
7、加液口为加染液的通道口。
8、蒸汽压力仪用于显示烘干层内蒸汽的压力。
9、排水阀按装在烘干层的下端,用于排除蒸汽冷凝水。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种潽染机,所述潽染机的规格为:高150-250cm,直径100-200cm。包括机体1和控制器2。
所述机体1包括:环状集液槽11、圆形顶盖12、染液槽13、蒸汽夹层14、加热器15、搅拌器16、分液格17、环形挂钩槽18;
所述机体1内设有染液槽13,所述染液槽13和机体1内壁之间设有蒸汽夹层14,染液槽13的底部装有加热器15,所述加热器15为环形加热棒;染液槽13内还设有分割沸腾水 花的分液格17;所述分液格17的格数可以根据水泡、液滴的大小的需求进行增加或减少,一般为2-10格;
所述机体1的底部侧壁外装有环状集液槽11,顶部侧壁外装有环形挂钩槽18;所述挂钩槽18上设有挂布钩,用于将所要潽染的布挂在挂钩上;
所述机体1的顶部安装有与之相配套的圆形顶盖12,所述圆形顶盖12的中心点处开有圆孔121,用来控制搅拌器中搅拌叶的旋转杆161从圆孔121中穿过,并使搅拌叶162在染液槽13中处于悬空状态;
在所述圆形顶盖12沿同一直径的两端各开1个定位孔122,通过分别穿过所述定位孔122的2根圆柱19进行定位,所述定位孔122并与圆柱19形成动配合,圆形顶盖12的重力与沸腾的液泡、液体的顶力形成潽液状态,圆形顶盖12的重量是根据液泡、液体的大小、多少进行调节的。
所述控制器2包括液位探测器21、加液口22、温度计23、蒸汽压力仪24、蒸汽入口25、蒸汽排水阀26和加液泵;所述蒸汽排水阀26安装在蒸汽夹层14的下端,用于排除蒸汽冷凝水;
所述控制器2利用液位探测器21检测液位高度,所述加液泵通过加液口进行染液的添加。
还包括在机体1的侧壁的外表面上安装的花版3,所述花版3可以根据需要设计出各种纹路。
所述液位探测器21:染液沸腾后潽出,导致染液槽内的染液减少,当液位低于一定高度时,探测器将信号传送给给液泵,给液泵开始补液,染液达到规定高度后,给液泵停止补液。所述温度计23测定染液温度。所述加液口22为加液的通道。所述蒸汽压力仪24用来显示烘干层内蒸汽的压力。

  1. 一种潽染机,其特征在于:包括机体(1)和控制器(2);
    所述机体(1)包括:环状集液槽(11)、圆形顶盖(12)、染液槽(13)、蒸汽夹层(14)、加热器(15)、搅拌器(16)、分液格(17)、环形挂钩槽(18);
    所述机体(1)内设有染液槽(13),所述染液槽(13)和机体(1)内壁之间设有蒸汽夹层(14),染液槽(13)的底部装有加热器(15),染液槽(13)内还设有分割沸腾水花的分液格(17);
    所述机体(1)的底部侧壁外装有环状集液槽(11),顶部侧壁外装有环形挂钩槽(18);
    所述机体(1)的顶部安装有与之相配套的圆形顶盖(12),所述圆形顶盖(12)的中心点处开有圆孔(121),用来控制搅拌器中搅拌叶的旋转杆(161)从圆孔(121)中穿过,并使搅拌叶(162)在染液槽(13)中处于悬空状态;
    在所述圆形顶盖(12)沿同一直径的两端各开1个定位孔(122),通过分别穿过所述定位孔(122)的2根圆柱(19)进行定位,所述定位孔(122)并与圆柱(19)形成动配合,圆形顶盖(12)的重力与沸腾的液泡、液体的顶力形成潽液状态,圆形顶盖(12)的重量是根据液泡、液体的大小、多少进行调节的;
    所述控制器(2)包括液位探测器(21)、加液口(22)、温度计(23)、蒸汽压力仪(24)、蒸汽入口(25)、蒸汽排水阀(26)和加液泵;所述蒸汽排水阀(26)安装在蒸汽夹层(14)的下端,用于排除蒸汽冷凝水;
    所述控制器(2)利用液位探测器(21)检测液位高度,所述加液泵通过加液口进行染液的添加。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的潽染机,其特征在于:还包括在机体(1)的侧壁的外表面上安装的花版(3),所述花版(3)可以根据需要设计出各种纹路。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的潽染机,其特征在于:所述挂钩槽(18)上设有挂布钩,用于将所要潽染的布挂在挂钩上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的潽染机,其特征在于:所述加热器(15)为环形加热棒。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的潽染机,其特征在于:所述分液格(17)的格数可以根据水泡、液滴的大小的需求进行增加或减少,一般为2-10格。
