　本発明は、モバイル機器のディスプレイ画面にフィルムを貼り付けるための装置に関するものである。
　ｉＰｈｏｎｅ（登録商標）を含む携帯電話等のモバイル機器には、液晶や無機又は有機のＥＬ等から構成されるディスプレイ画面が備わっている。ディスプレイ画面は使用中に傷付ける恐れがあるため、ＰＥＴ等の樹脂フィルムにより画面を保護することが行なわれている。そのような保護フィルムは剥離層を剥がし貼付剤層を露出させてディスプレイ画面に貼り付けるが、貼り付け位置を正確に決められなかったり、気泡が入ったりするという問題がある。また、貼付剤層に指が触れると皮脂で粘着力が落ちるということもある。
　上記の問題は、気泡が気になって指が触れたり、傾きが気になって位置を正確に決められなかったりというように、相互に関係し合う問題でもあるので、保護フィルムを正確に貼り付けることは必ずしも容易ではない。従って、画面に対して上下又は左右にずれたり傾いてしまったりするという問題を克服することは中々困難である。そのため、フィルムの貼り付けを補助するために様々な提案がなされている。
　例えば、特開２０１４－１６６７２７号の発明は、モバイル機器と嵌め合わせて固定することで、張り保護フィルムの位置決め付けがなされるようにした貼り付け補助具を開示している。この補助具はモバイル機器と嵌め合わせるフレームから成るため大型であり、また、フィルム貼り付け後に取り外す際に、フィルムの縁に引っ掛かり仕上がりを損なう恐れがある。
　一方、特開２０１４－５２５１６７号の発明は、保護フィルム付着用器具を開示しているが、モバイル機器の外郭形状に合わせたフレームを必要とする点において、上記発明と基本的に類似した構成を有している。このようなフレーム構成を使用する補助具では、フィルムよりも大型で、費用も嵩むこととなるため不経済である。また、使用の際には、フレームに保持したフィルムの貼り付けと、フレームをモバイル機器に着脱することの両方に気を配らなければならず、目的の達成は必ずしも容易ではないと思われる。

　本発明は前記の点に鑑みなされたもので、その課題は、簡単なフィルム保持具により、技術に頼ることなく正確にフィルムをディスプレイ画面に貼れるようにすることである。また、本発明の他の課題は、フィルムとディスプレイ画面の位置関係を目視により確認しながら作業を進めることができるフィルム貼り付け装置を提供することである。
　前記の課題を解決するため、本発明は、モバイル機器のディスプレイ画面にフィルムを貼り付けるための装置として、モバイル機器側のコネクターを係合相手とし、そこに差し込んで固定する突状の係合片を有する、フィルム本体をディスプレイ画面に貼り付けるためのフィルム保持具を具備し、フィルム本体の位置決め手段として、フィルム保持具は少なくとも２個の位置決め突起、フィルム本体は上記位置決め突起に嵌め合わせる同数個の位置決め孔を有するという手段を講じたものである。従って、モバイル機器にフィルム保持具を固定し、フィルム保持具に位置決め手段を用いてフィルム本体を位置決めし、その状態にてフィルム本体をディスプレイ画面に正確に貼り付けることができる。
　本発明のフィルム貼り付け装置は、モバイル機器側のコネクターを係合相手として利用する。このため、着脱がモバイル機器の端部等において非常に容易に行なえるので、前記従来の発明のような着脱に伴う問題が起こらない。
　そのために、本発明のものは、モバイル機器側のコネクターを係合相手とし、そこに差し込んで固定する突状の係合片を有し、フィルム本体をディスプレイ画面に貼り付けるためのフィルム保持具を具備するという構成を有する。
　フィルム保持具の係合片をモバイル機器のコネクターに差し込むことで、フィルム保持具はモバイル機器に係合片以外の部位にて接触し、それによって傾くことなく取り付けられる。フィルム保持具の、係合片を挟んでその左右両側に、モバイル機器側に当接して位置を規定する小突部を具備することは、本発明における傾きの防止のために好ましいものである。
　そして、フィルム本体の位置決め手段として、フィルム保持具は少なくとも２個の位置決め突起、フィルム本体は上記位置決め突起に嵌め合わせる同数個の位置決め孔を有している。フィルム保持具に対するフィルム本体の位置決めに、最少限度で２個の位置決め突起と位置決め孔があれば良い。

　上記のようにして、モバイル機器にフィルム保持具を固定し、フィルム保持具に位置決め手段を用いてフィルム本体を位置決めし、その状態にてフィルム本体をディスプレイ画面に正確に貼り付けられるように構成することができる。フィルム保持具は係合片と位置決め突起及び小突部を有していれば良いので、構成が簡潔かつ小型化される。
　なお、フィルム本体はディスプレイ画面に貼り付ける貼付剤層に付着した剥離層を一面に有し、フィルムの損傷を防止する表皮層を他面に有する３層構造から成っており、フィルム本体はディスプレイ画面とほぼ同等の大きさ及び形状を有し、そのフィルム本体の長手方向の端部に位置決め孔が位置しており、上記長手方向の中間部にて剥離層が二分されているものが、好適に使用される。

　本発明は以上のように構成されかつ作用するものであるから、簡単なフィルム保持具により、技術に頼ることなく正確にフィルムをディスプレイ画面に貼ることができるという効果を奏する。また、本発明によれば、モバイル機器にフィルム保持具を固定し、フィルム保持具に位置決め手段を用いてフィルム本体を位置決めすることで、フィルムとディスプレイ画面の位置関係を目視により確認しながら作業を進められ、安心感と確実性を得ることができる。

　以下、図示の実施形態を参照して本発明をより詳細に説明する。図１は本発明に係るディスプレイ画面へのフィルム貼り付け装置を構成するフィルム保持具１０を示しており、図示したフィルム保持具１０は平板状のもので、モバイル機器側のコネクターを係合相手とし、そこに差し込んで固定する突状の係合片１１を有している。
　フィルム保持具１０は、モバイル機器Ｍの横幅と同程度の全幅と、それよりは短い縦方向の長さを有する平板状の外形を有している。図示のモバイル機器Ｍは縦長の形態を有しているので、その形状を基本として長辺方向を縦、それと直交方向を横とし、かつ、長辺方向を基準として上下、左右と呼ぶこととする。
　フィルム保持具１０は、モバイル機器Ｍの下辺Ｂに当たる部分をディスプレイ画面Ｄに対する位置決めの基準とする。従って、フィルム保持具１０は、その上辺１２が上記下辺Ｂに当たることでモバイル機器Ｂに対してまず位置決めされることになる。そこで、本実施形態では、係合片１１を挟んでその左右両側の上辺１２に、モバイル機器の下辺Ｂに当接して位置を規定する小突部１３、１４を設けている。
　同様の趣旨により、係合片１１の基部両側にも小突部１１ａ、１１ｂが設けてある。よって、これらの小突部１１ａ、１１ｂ、１３、１４がモバイル機器Ｍの下辺Ｂに当たることで、モバイル機器Ｍに対するフィルム保持具１０の位置決めが正確になされる（図２参照）。なお、小突部１１ａ、１１ｂはモバイル機器側のコネクターＣに係合片１１を差し込む時に下辺Ｂに当たるので差し込み限界用のストッパーを兼ねる。
　このようなフィルム保持具１０には、少なくとも２個の位置決め突起１５、１６が位置決め手段１８の一方として設けられている。さらに本実施形態では、第三の位置決め突起１７が設けられている。第三の位置決め突起１７は、２個の位置決め突起１５、１６との関係で左右非対称に配置される位置に設定されている。
　なお、位置決め突起１５、１６、１７は、フィルム保持具１０の片面側にのみ突出している。そして、それらが左右非対称に配置されていることによって、フィルム本体２０とフィルム保持具１０の位置関係が一義的に決定される。
　さらに本実施形態では、フィルム本体２０の位置決め手段１８の他方として、フィルム本体２０の側に、上記位置決め突起１５、１６、１７に嵌め合わされる同数個の位置決め孔２１、２２、２３を有している。各図中、符号１９はフィルム保持板部であり、フィルム保持具１０の取り扱いのために開口部２４を有している。
　フィルム本体２０はディスプレイ画面Ｄに貼り付ける貼付剤層に付着した剥離層を一面に有し、フィルムの損傷を防止する表皮層を他面に有する３層構造から成っている（図示せず）。また、フィルム本体２０はディスプレイ画面Ｄとほぼ同等の大きさ及び形状を有し、そのフィルム本体２０の長手方向の端部に位置決め孔２１、２２、２３が位置しており、さらに、上記長手方向の中間部にて剥離層が二分されているものとする。
　このように構成されている、本発明のディスプレイ画面へのフィルム貼り付け装置１０の使用方法につき、図４以下を参照して簡単に説明する。使用者は、まず、モバイル機器Ｍのディスプレイ画面Ｄを払拭し、埃や汚れを除去する（図４Ａ）。次いで、モバイル機器側のコネクターＣに係合片１１を差し込む。
　図３はその過程をも示しており、差し込んだフィルム保持具１０の位置決め突起１５、１６、１７が画面側にあることを見て、正しく取り付けられていることが分かる。次に、位置決め突起１５、１６、１７に位置決め孔２１、２２、２３を嵌め合わせるが、これらの作業によって小突部１１ａ、１１ｂ、１３、１４がモバイル機器Ｍの下辺Ｂに当たり、フィルム本体２０がモバイル機器Ｍのディスプレイ画面Ｄの上に重ね合わされ、位置決めが正しくなされている（図４Ｂ）。
　使用者は、既にフィルム本体２０の位置決めが完了していることを、目視で確認しながら二分されている剥離層２０ａの上半部を剥がし（図４Ｃ）、上半部のフィルム２０ｂをディスプレイ画面Ｄに貼り付ける。続いて二分されている剥離層２０ａの下半部を剥がし（図５Ａ）、下半部のフィルム２０ｂをディスプレイ画面Ｄに貼り付ける。最後に剥離層を剥がすとともに、気泡が残存している場合にはそれを除去具で取り除いて、作業を終了する（図５Ｂ）。

Claims (3)

  1. モバイル機器のディスプレイ画面にフィルムを貼り付けるための装置であって、
    モバイル機器側のコネクターを係合相手とし、そこに差し込んで固定する突状の係合片を有する、フィルム本体をディスプレイ画面に貼り付けるためのフィルム保持具を具備し、
    フィルム本体の位置決め手段として、フィルム保持具は少なくとも２個の位置決め突起、フィルム本体は上記位置決め突起に嵌め合わせる同数個の位置決め孔を夫々有していることを特徴とする
    ディスプレイ画面へのフィルム貼り付け装置。
  2. フィルム保持具は、係合片を挟んでその左右両側に、モバイル機器側に当接して位置を規定する小突部を具備している
    請求項１記載のディスプレイ画面へのフィルム貼り付け装置。
  3. 位置決め突起と位置決め孔とは３個ずつ設けられ、上記３個の位置決め突起と位置決め孔は左右非対称に配置されており、それによってフィルム本体とフィルム保持具の位置関係が一義的に決定し位置決めの誤りを防止するように構成されている
    請求項１又は２記載のディスプレイ画面へのフィルム貼り付け装置。
