在三维地图中移动时,周围场景随移动的位置的变化而变化;

本发明实施例提供一种网络购物系统、商品销售方法和商品购买方法,是以真实的地图数据为基础,在三维地图上进一步结合三维视图展示商圈、商圈内部、商铺、商铺内部和商品,整体形成全三维的网络虚拟购物系统,使消费者能够在最接近现实三维场景的虚拟系统中,浏览商圈、商铺和商品,使消费者能够更直观、更真实地了解商铺和商品,使消费者在购物时有身临其境的感受,完全突破了传统的基于文字和图片了解商家和商品的网络购物模式,为网络购物消费者提供了全新的购物体验。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例一:
图1为本发明实施例提供的网络购物系统的结构图,包括:展示模块、商户模块和消费者模块;
所述展示模块,设置为在三维地图上采用三维视图展现商铺的外部全景;采用三维视图展示商铺内部陈设;采用三维视图展示商品;
所述商户模块,设置为设定商铺的三维外部全景视图;设定商铺内部陈设视图;接收商品三维数据上传;
所述消费者模块,设置为接收查看商铺指令,将所述查看商铺指令发送给所述展示模块;接收查看商品指令,将所述查看商品指令发送给所述展示模块;接收购买指令,生成订单。
本发明实施例中城市、商铺和商圈的层次关系如图2所示,
城市中的真实地理位置上,存在独立的商铺,如图2中所示的XXX专卖店、XX旗舰店、商铺2和商铺3,这些独立的商铺与其商铺规模无关;城市中的真实地理位置上,还存在商圈,这里商圈是指包括多个独立商铺的商圈,如图2中所示的XXX购物中心和XXX商城,XXX购物中心包括商铺11、商铺12等多个独立商铺,XXX商城包括商铺21、商铺22等多个独立商铺;商圈所在建筑的规模不限,表示为独立商铺的集合。本发明实施例所提供的系统,都基于三维视图给用户显示地图、商圈、商铺和商品,图2所示仅表示本发明实施例所提供的购物系统中的实体关系。
其中,展示模块包括:
商铺素材库,设置为提供构成商铺三维外部全景视图的三维素材;
商铺展示子模块,设置为从所述商铺素材库中选择所需的素材展示所述商铺的三维外部全景视图;以及根据商铺实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商铺的三维外部全景视图。
可选的,商铺展示子模块还设置为将所述商铺的评价信息叠加在所述商铺的三维外部全景视图中显示;评价信息可以包括:服务态度、发送速度、售后服务等;
可选的,展示模块还包括:
商铺陈设素材库,设置为提供构成商铺内部陈设的三维素材;
商铺陈设展示子模块,设置为从所述商铺陈设素材库中选择所需的商铺内部陈设素材展示所述商铺的内部陈设三维视图;以及根据商铺内陈设实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商铺的内部陈设三维视图。
商品展示子模块,设置为根据商品的三维数据展示商品三维图;以及根据商品信息生成并展示三维商品标牌;
商品展示子模块还设置为将商品评价信息叠加在商品的三维视图或商品的三维商品标牌中显示;评价信息可以包括:价格是否合理、商品信息是否与实际相符等。
当所述商铺位于商圈中时,所述展示模块,还设置为在三维地图上采用三维视图展现所述商圈的外部全景;采用三维视图展现商圈的内部信息;
在商圈中的商铺的位置上采用三维视图展现所述商铺的外部全景。
其中,展示模块包括:
商圈素材库,设置为提供构成商圈三维视图的三维素材;
商圈展示子模块,设置为根据从所述商圈素材库中选择的所需的素材展示商圈的三维外部全景视图;以及根据商圈实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商圈的三维外部全景视图;
所述商圈展示子模块,还设置为根据从所述商圈素材库中选择的所需的素材展示商圈的三维内部视图;以及根据商圈实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商圈的三维内部视图;

所述商圈,包括一个或多个商铺;
其中,商圈的三维外部全景视图包括用户在街道上看到的商圈所在建筑的整体外观三维视图,模拟用户在真是环境下看到的商圈所在建筑的场景;商圈的三维内部视图包括用户进入商圈所在建筑后,看到的内部场景,包括 楼层,各楼层所分布的商铺等。
可选的,所述展示模块,还设置为接收定位指令,根据所述定位指令中的位置信息,在三维地图中展示所述位置周围的视图;
以及接收移动指令,根据移动指令中指示的移动方向和位置,在三维地图或商圈内部三维视图中伴随展示周围视图;
以及接收视角切换指令,根据视角切换指令中指示的视角在三维地图或商圈内部三维视图中展示切换后的视图;
以及接收缩放指令,根据缩放指令,在三维地图或商圈内部三维视图中展示缩放后的视图。
可选的,商户模块包括:
商品数据上传子模块,设置为接收上传的所述商铺中商品的三维数据;
商铺外部全景设定子模块,设置为保存从商铺素材库中选定的构成所述商铺的三维外部全景视图的素材;以及接收上传的所述商铺的外部实景拍摄的360度全景图;
商铺内部陈设设定子模块,设置为保存从商铺陈设素材库中选定的构成所述商铺的三维内部陈设视图的素材;以及接收上传的所述商铺的内部实景拍摄的360度全景图;
商品销售子模块,设置为在商品上添加销售链接,提供商品销售入口;其中,可以在商品的三维视图上添加链接;或者,在商品的三维商品标牌上添加链接;
商品评价信息汇总子模块,分别汇总消费者对某个商品的评价信息,形成商品评价结果,评价信息可以包括:价格是否合理、商品信息是否与实际相符等。
可选的,消费者模块包括:
商铺评价子模块,设置为接收对商铺的评价信息;
商品评价子模块,设置为接收对所购买的商品的评价信息;
商品购买子模块,设置为接收查看商铺指令,查看所述商铺;接收查看 商品指令,查看所述商品;接收购买指令,生成订单。
可选的,展示模块中,
采用三维视图展现所述商铺的外部全景,包括在真实数据的三维地图中商铺的位置上展示店铺的三维外部全景视图;或者,是当商铺位于某商圈中时,在商圈内部商铺的位置上展示商铺的三维外部全景视;一般为用户在商铺外看到的商铺整体视图,能够看到商铺的名称、标识、外部装饰、对外橱窗或广告等。
采用三维视图展现商圈的外部全景,包括在地图上商圈的位置上展示商圈的三维外部全景视图;一般为用户在商圈建筑物外部看到的商圈建筑的整体视图,能够看到商圈名称、标识、外部装饰、建筑造型或广告等。
采用三维视图展现商圈的内部信息,包括在商圈内部展示商圈的三维内部视图;一般为消费者进入商圈所在建筑后看到的内部视图,能够看到楼层、商铺布局、具体商铺、楼梯、内部功能区等。
采用三维视图展示商铺内部陈设,包括在商铺内部展示商铺内部陈设三维视图;一般为消费者进入商铺后看到的视图,能够看到货架、内部橱窗、广告、休息区、试衣间等;
采用三维视图展示商品,包括指在商铺内部的具体位置上,展示商品的三维视图;一般为消费者看到的商品的三维视图,能够看到三维形状、颜色等。
在该商品的三维展示图上附加商品其他信息介绍的链接,消费者点击进入后可以进一步详细了解其他商品信息,如产地、成分、生产日期、保质期等,该内容为一般商品信息,不限于本实施例所例举的内容;
在该商品的三维展示图上附加商品购买的链接,消费者点击进入后,即可进入商品购买子模块,进行商品购买。
可选的,在该商品的三维视图旁,展示通过商户模块中的商品展示子模块所生产的三维商品标牌,商品标牌中显示商品信息,包括价格、产地等;在该商品标牌上附件商品购买的链接,消费者点击进入后,即可进入商品购 买子模块,进行商品购买。
本实施例中,在真实地图上采用三维视图展现商户的商铺位置信息或商圈的位置信息,包括在真实地图数据的基础上采用三维地图的形式展现商户的商铺,消费者在该三维地图中看到模拟真实购物场景的街道、建筑等,商铺或商圈的三维外部全景视图与三维地图融合,消费者登录该网络购物系统后根据设定或自动获得的位置信息定位到对应位置,可以看到对应位置的三维街景;
其中,具体得到三维地图的方法如图3所示,包括以下几种方法:
301:采集地图三维数据,通过计算机绘图绘制三维全景地图;
或者,311:引用其他供应商提供的三维全景地图;
或者,321-323:通过360度全景相机拍摄,拍摄数据进行投影变换后拼接融合形成三维全景地图;
上述生成三维地图的方法设置为说明本实施例的实施过程,不限于上述具体方法,不是本发明申请保护的对象。
实施例二:
本发明实施例还提供一种网络上销售商品的方法,如图4所示,包括:
步骤401:在三维地图上选定商户的商铺位置;
步骤402:设定所述商铺的三维外部全景视图;
步骤403:在所述商铺内设定商铺的三维内部陈设视图;
步骤404:上传商品的三维数据;
步骤405:添加所述商品的销售链接。
其中,步骤402,设定所述商铺的三维外部全景视图,包括从商铺素材库中选定构成所述商铺的三维外部全景视图的素材;或者,上传所述商铺的外部实景拍摄的360度全景图;
步骤403,设定所商铺的三维内部陈设视图,包括从商铺陈设素材库中选定构成所述商铺的三维内部视图的素材;或者,上传所述商铺的内部实景 拍摄的360度全景图。
实施例三:
在本发明实施例所提供的网络购物系统上购买商品的方法,如图5所示,包括:
步骤501:登录所述网络购物系统;
步骤502:在三维地图中移动,寻找商铺;查看采用三维视图展示的所述商铺;
步骤503:进入所述商铺,查看所述商铺中采用三维视图展示的商品;
步骤504:选定商品进行购买。
其中,可选的,步骤502包括:消费者登录购物系统后,根据消费者设定的位置或消费者终端自动定位得到的位置信息,展现该位置下的三维实景地图,显示沿途商铺或商圈三维视图。
消费者采用闲逛模式,沿地图路径行走,根据所看到的商铺或商铺视图,选择感兴趣的商铺进入,浏览商铺内部三维陈设和三维商品,选择感兴趣的商品,查看详细信息;选定商品购买,并支付。
可选的,步骤502包括:浏览商圈外部全景,进入商圈所在建筑,浏览商圈内部三维视图,发现目标商铺。
步骤503还包括,进入所述商铺后,查看商铺中采用三维视图展示的内部陈设;选择目标货架,查看目标货架中采用三维视图展示的商品。
在三维地图中移动时,周围场景随移动的位置的变化而变化;
查看所述商铺或所述商品时,选择切换视角,视图视角随指令变化;
查看所述商铺或所述商品时,选择缩放比例,视图比例随指令变化。
实施例四:
在本发明实施例所提供的网络购物系统上购买商品的方法,其中上述实施例三中步骤502替换为:
消费者登录购物系统后,消费者采用目标商铺模式,根据以下内容中的一项或多项搜索商铺:
商铺名称关键字、商铺评价信息、商铺位置信息和商圈名称关键字;
在地图上标注全部搜索到的商铺,基于该搜索结果,选择感兴趣的商铺,点击后进入,消费者被定位到所选商铺位置,展现该位置的三维实景地图,显示沿途商铺三维视图,看到商铺的外部全景,进入商铺后,浏览商铺内部三维陈设和三维商品,选择感兴趣的商品,查看详细信息;选定商品购买,并支付。
其中,商铺搜素条件不限于上述举例内容,可以参照相关技术中网络购物系统中的搜素条件进行扩展或组合。
实施例五:
在本发明实施例所提供的网络购物系统上购买商品的方法,其中上述实施例三中步骤502替换为:
消费者登录购物系统后,消费者采用目标商品模式,根据以下内容中的一项或多项搜索商品:
商品名称关键字、商品评价信息和价格信息;
在地图上标注全部搜索到的目标商品,基于该搜索结果,选择感兴趣的商品,点击进入,消费者被定位到目标商品所属商铺内,聚焦目标商品的三维视图和详细信息;可浏览店铺内部三维陈设,查看其他商品;可退出该店铺,查看该商铺三维全景视图;可进一步移动消费者位置,浏览该位置的三维实景地图,显示沿途商铺或商圈三维视图。
其中,商品搜素条件不限于上述举例内容,可以参照相关技术中网络购物系统中的搜素条件进行扩展或组合。
本发明实施例描述中,用户包括商户和消费者。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

上述技术方案使消费者能够在最接近现实三维场景的虚拟系统中,浏览商圈、商铺和商品,使消费者能够更直观、更真实地了解商铺和商品,使消费者在购物时有身临其境的感受,完全突破了传统的基于文字和图片了解商家和商品的网络购物模式,为网络购物消费者提供了全新的购物体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种网络购物系统,包括,展示模块、商户模块和消费者模块,
    所述展示模块,设置为在三维地图上采用三维视图展现商铺的外部全景;采用三维视图展示商铺内部陈设;采用三维视图展示商品;
    所述商户模块,设置为设定商铺的三维外部全景视图;设定商铺内部陈设视图;接收商品三维数据上传;
    所述消费者模块,设置为接收查看商铺指令,将所述查看商铺指令发送给所述展示模块;接收查看商品指令,将所述查看商品指令发送给所述展示模块;接收购买指令,生成订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,
    所述展示模块是设置为通过如下方式在三维地图上采用三维视图展现商铺的外部全景:
    利用计算机绘图、三维全景地图或360度街景拍摄,形成三维地图,在三维地图上所述商铺的位置上采用三维视图展现所述商铺的外部全景。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,
    所述展示模块,还设置为将所述商铺的评价信息叠加在所述商铺的三维外部全景视图中显示,和/或将商品评价信息叠加在所述商品的三维视图中显示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,
    当所述商铺位于商圈中时,所述展示模块,还设置为在三维地图上采用三维视图展现所述商圈的外部全景;采用三维视图展现商圈的内部信息;在所述商圈中的所述商铺的位置上采用三维视图展现所述商铺的外部全景。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其中,所述展示模块包括:
    商圈素材库,设置为提供构成商圈三维视图的三维素材;
    商圈展示子模块,设置为根据从所述商圈素材库中选择的所需的素材展示商圈的三维外部全景视图;根据商圈实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商圈的 三维外部全景视图;根据从所述商圈素材库中选择的所需的素材展示商圈的三维内部视图;根据商圈实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商圈的三维内部视图;
    商圈三维视图设定模块,设置为保存从所述商圈素材库中选择所需的构成商圈的三维外部全景视图的素材;保存从所述商圈素材库中选择所需的构成商圈的三维内部视图的素材;接收上传的商圈外部实景拍摄的360度全景图;接收上传的商圈内部实景拍摄的360度全景图。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述展示模块包括:
    商铺素材库,设置为提供构成商铺三维外部全景视图的三维素材;
    商铺展示子模块,设置为根据从所述商铺素材库中选择的所需的素材展示所述商铺的三维外部全景视图;根据商铺实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商铺的三维外部全景视图。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述展示模块还包括:
    商铺陈设素材库,设置为提供构成商铺内部陈设的三维素材;
    商铺陈设展示子模块,设置为根据从所述商铺陈设素材库中选择的所需的商铺内部陈设素材展示所述商铺的内部陈设三维视图;根据商铺内陈设实景拍摄的360度全景图展示商铺的内部陈设三维视图。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述商户模块包括:
    商品数据上传子模块,设置为接收上传的所述商铺中商品的三维数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,所述商户模块还包括:
    商铺外部全景设定子模块,设置为保存从商铺素材库中选定的构成所述商铺的三维外部全景视图的素材;接收上传的所述商铺的外部实景拍摄的360度全景图;
    商铺内部陈设设定子模块,设置为保存从商铺陈设素材库中选定的构成所述商铺的三维内部陈设视图的素材;接收上传的所述商铺的内部实景拍摄的360度全景图。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,
    所述展示模块,还设置为接收定位指令,根据所述定位指令中的位置信息,在三维地图中展示所述位置周围的视图;
