Claims (17)
- 一种触控显示面板,包括阵列基板和与所述阵列基板对盒设置的对盒基板,所述对盒基板包括设置在第一衬底上的黑矩阵,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵凸出于所述第一衬底,且所述黑矩阵中远离所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影覆盖所述黑矩阵中靠近所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影,所述第一衬底上还设置有利用所述黑矩阵作为掩膜板沉积而成的多个触控电极组,每个所述触控电极组包括两个或更多个触控电极。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵远离所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影面积大于所述黑矩阵靠近所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影面积。
- 根据权利要求2所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵在垂直所述第一衬底的方向上的剖面为梯形,所述梯形的较短的底边靠近所述第一衬底。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,相邻所述触控电极组之间、以及每个所述触控电极组中的多个触控电极之间均通过所述黑矩阵进行分隔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的触控显示面板,所述黑矩阵包括环绕所述触控电极组设置的环绕部、和用于分隔所述触控电极组中的多个所述触控电极的分隔部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述分隔部沿所述触控显示面板的像素单元的边缘呈阶梯形延伸。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板包括依次设置在第二衬底上的薄膜晶体管阵列和彩色滤光层。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板和所述对盒基板之间还设置有隔垫物,所述隔垫物和所述黑矩阵采用相同工艺同时形成。
- 根据权利要求8所述的触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述对盒基板上还设置有对位标记,所述对位标记与所述隔垫物以及所述黑矩阵采用相同工艺同时形成。
- 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的触控显示面板。
- 一种触控显示面板的制作方法,所述触控显示面板包括阵列基板和与所述阵列基板对盒设置的对盒基板,其特征在于,所述制作方法包括:制作对盒基板,包括:提供第一衬底;在所述第一衬底上形成黑矩阵,所述黑矩阵凸出于所述第一衬底,且所述黑矩阵远离所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影覆盖所述黑矩阵靠近所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影;在完成上述步骤的基板上,利用所述黑矩阵作为掩模板沉积触控电极层,所述触控电极层在对应于所述黑矩阵的位置被断开,形成多个触控电极组,每个触控电极组包括多个触控电极。
- 根据权利要求11所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵远离所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影面积大于所述黑矩阵靠近所述第一衬底的一侧在所述第一衬底上的正投影面积。
- 根据权利要求11所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵在垂直于所述第一衬底的方向上的剖面为梯形,所述梯形的较短的底边靠近所述第一衬底。
- 根据权利要求10至12中任意一项所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述形成黑矩阵的步骤包括:在所述第一衬底上形成黑色树脂材料层;采用半色调掩膜板对所述黑色树脂材料层进行曝光、烘干、显影,形成所述黑矩阵。
- 根据权利要求10至12中任意一项所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法还包括:制作阵列基板,包括:提供第二衬底;在所述第二衬底上依次形成薄膜晶体管阵列和彩色滤光层;将所述阵列基板与所述对盒基板进行对盒,得到所述触控显示面板。
- 根据权利要求10至12中任意一项所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法还包括:在所述第一衬底上形成隔垫物,其中利用形成所述黑矩阵的步骤同时 形成所述隔垫物。
- 根据权利要求15所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法还包括:在所述第一衬底上形成对位标记,其中利用形成所述黑矩阵的步骤同时形成所述对位标记。
