Description
Claims (7)
- 차폐, 흡수 특성이 다른 물질로 결합부를 경계로 서로 배치되거나 동일물질내 차폐, 흡수재가 혼합되어 전자파 흡수 및 전자파 차폐가 가능한 전자파 차단 장치 몸체부; 및상기 차단 장치 몸체부의 상기 경계를 따라 형성되어, 추가적으로 전자파 저감이 가능한 에지 전자파 흡수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차단 장치 몸체부는,동일 물질 내 혼합되거나 설정된 두께를 갖는 전자파 흡수재로 형성되는 판 상의 전자파 흡수부와,상기 전자파 흡수부의 일면에 결합되며, 차단 대상물의 주파수에 따라 혼합물, 두께 조절이 가능한 판 상의 전자파 차폐부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전자파 흡수부와, 상기 전자파 차폐부는,평판 또는 서로 요철 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전자파 차폐 흡수부는,외면에 전자파 차폐막이 형성되는 전자파 차폐 흡수 분말을 포함하는 플레이트 형상의 모재와,상기 모재에 혼합 처리되고, 금속과 전자파 흡수 재질로 형성되어 전자파를 차폐 및 흡수하는 전자파 차폐 흡수 분말를 구비하되,상기 전자파 차단 장치는,전도성 금속과 섬유, 전도성 도료, 복합재로 전자파 차폐막을 형성하고 상기 전자판 차폐막을 경계로 상기 모재에 전자파 흡수 분말을 포함하여 플레이트 형상으로 형성되고,상기 전자파 차폐 흡수부는 상기 모재에 혼합 처리되고, 전자파 차폐 재질과 전자파 흡수 재질로 혼합되어 동시에 전자파를 차폐 및 흡수하고,상기 전자파 차폐 흡수 분말은 상기 모재의 내부에 혼합되어 형성되고,상기 전자파 차폐 흡수 분말은 페라이트, 카본, 니켈합금, 아몰퍼스, 샌더스트와 같은 유무기물 중 적어도 둘 이상을 혼합하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에지 전자파 흡수부는,상기 전자파 흡수부와, 상기 전자파 차폐부의 상기 경계를 따라 형성되는 금속띠를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며 이는 전자파 흡수능을 높이기 위해 추가할 수 있는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 저감 장치 몸체부는,상기 전자파 흡수부와, 상기 전자파 차폐부에 합성피혁을 포함하는 인조가죽, 천연가죽, 합성섬유(폴리우레탄 등) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하여 외피를 형성하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항의 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐와 흡수성능을 갖는 전자파 차단 장치의 제조 방법.
