Description

大便受容袋体、及び介護用具
　この発明は、おむつやパンツを着用した状態で大便を排泄しても、おむつやパンツの取り替えを直ちには要しないようにする大便受容袋体、及び、この大便受容袋体を含んで構成される介護用具に関する。
　大便に起因した、おむつ全体の取り替えを、できるだけ少なくする目的で開発された袋状補助具がある。この袋状補助具は、おむつの着用に先立って大便を漏洩なく袋内に受容する状態で着用者の肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に袋口を取り付け可能に構成されている。

　この発明が解決しようとする主たる問題点は、大便に起因した、おむつやパンツ全体の取り替えを、できるだけ少なくすることを可能とする大便受容袋体を、合理的且つ適切に提供できるようにする点にある。
　前記課題を達成するために、この発明にあっては、大便受容袋体を、前面と、背面と、前記前面と前記背面との間に折り込まれる左側襠面と、前記前面と前記背面との間に折り込まれる右側襠面とを有し、上辺部を開放させ、下辺部を閉塞させてなる袋体と、
　前記袋体の左右寸法と実質的に等しい左右寸法を持つと共に、一面を前記袋体の外面に対する接着面とし、他面を肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に対する接触面とした接触体とを、
　前記接触体を二つ折りにし、折り線が前記袋体の上辺部に沿うように、この折り線を挟んだ一方側を前記袋体の前面に接着し、折り線を挟んだ他方側を前記袋体の背面に接着して前記接触体によって前記袋体の上辺部を封止した後、
　前記接触体の範囲内において前記接触体と前記袋体とに前記接触体の前記折り線側において開放された切除部を形成させてなる、ものとした。
　大便受容袋体の接触体は、前記切除部により、前記袋体に連通した開口を備える。この開口内に肛門を位置させて接触体の接触面が肛門を取り巻く皮膚に接するように大便受容袋体を位置づけ、この位置づけ状態をおむつやパンツによって維持することで、おむつやパンツを着用した状態において大便を排泄したとき大便受容袋体に大便を受容させることができる。これにより、おむつやパンツを着用した状態で大便を排泄したとき、大便を受容した大便受容袋体を交換することで、おむつやパンツの取り替えを直ちには要しないようにすることができる。
　大便受容袋体は、前記袋体の上辺部に前記のように接触体を接着した後の、前記切除部の形成により、容易且つ適切に生成できる。
　また、左側襠面及び右側襠面により、二つ折りにされた接触体を使用状態においては折り線を挟んだ一方側と他方側とを同面に位置づけるように平面化することができ、接触体の接触面を肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に都合良く密着させることが可能となる。
　前記接触体は、円形のシートに対し、前記折り線に直交する仮想の第一線分に沿った切断を施して形成される第一直線辺部と、前記折り線に平行の仮想の第二線分に沿った切断を施して形成される第二直線辺部とを備えさせた形態のものとしておくことが、この発明の好ましい態様の一つとされる。
　また、前記課題を達成するために、この発明にあっては、介護用具を、大便受容袋体と、シート状又はマット状をなし、おむつやパンツの内面に重ねられて用いられると共に、おむつやパンツの着用者の略股下に配される部分に前記大便受容袋体の通し部を備えた面状体とからなるものとした。
　かかる介護用具によれば、大便受容袋体の接触体以外の箇所を面状体とおむつやパンツの内面との間に挟ませた状態でおむつやパンツ内に位置づけさせることができる。
　この発明によれば、大便に起因した、おむつやパンツ全体の取り替えを、できるだけ少なくすることを可能とする大便受容袋体を、合理的且つ適切に提供することが可能となる。

　以下、図１～図７に基づいて、この発明の典型的な実施の形態について、説明する。この実施の形態にかかる大便受容袋体１は、おむつやパンツ（図示は省略する。）を着用した状態で大便を排泄しても、おむつやパンツの取り替えを直ちには要しないようにするものである。すなわち、この実施の形態にかかる大便受容袋体１は、大便に起因した、おむつやパンツの取り替えを、できるだけ少なくするものである。
　また、この実施の形態にかかる介護用具は、前記大便受容袋体１と、この大便受容袋体１と組み合わされておむつやパンツの内面に重ねられて用いられる面状体２とからなり、かかる面状体２をもって前記大便受容袋体１をおむつやパンツ内に安定的且つ具合良く位置づけることができるようにしたものである。
　前記大便受容袋体１は、袋体１０と、接触体１１とを備えている。
　かかる袋体１０は、公知の防水材製のシートやマット、公知の吸水材製のシートやマット、こうした吸水材の表面を防水材で覆ってなるシートやマットなどから構成される。典型的には、かかる袋体１０は、合成樹脂製の薄手の袋体から構成される。かかる袋体１０は、介護対象者の健康状態を大便から確認しやすいようにする観点からは、透明、あるいは透光性を持った材料から構成することが好ましい。また、前記接触体１１は、公知のシートやフィルムなどから構成される。
　前記袋体１０は、前面１０ａと、背面１０ｂと、前記前面１０ａと前記背面１０ｂとの間に折り込まれる左側襠面１０ｃと、前記前面１０ａと前記背面１０ｂとの間に折り込まれる右側襠面１０ｄとを有し、上辺部１０ｅを開放させ、下辺部１０ｆを閉塞させてなる。
　図示の例では、前記前面１０ａは左右を幅側とし、上下を長さ側とした、四角形状を呈している。前記背面１０ｂは前記前面１０ａと同寸同形の四角形状を呈している。左側襠面１０ｃおよび右側襠面１０ｄは、前記前面１０ａ及び背面１０ｂの長さと等しい長さを持つと共に、その幅方向中程の位置において二つ折りされて前記前面１０ａと背面１０ｂとの間に折り込まれている。また、袋体１０の下辺部１０ｆは、左右方向に亘るシール部１０ｇが形成されており、このシール部１０ｇの形成箇所においては前面１０ａ及び背面１０ｂは、左側襠面１０ｃ及び右側襠面１０ｄを挟んで、液密に一体化されている。
　前記接触体１１は、前記袋体１０の左右寸法と実質的に等しい左右寸法を持つと共に、一面を前記袋体１０の外面に対する接着面１１ａとし、他面を肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に対する接触面１１ｂとしている。
　かかる接触体１１の接触面１１ｂは、皮膚に対して違和感なく、あるいは、違和感少なく、密着あるいは粘着するように構成することが好ましい。かかる接触体１１の接触面１１ｂを粘着するように構成した場合、かかる接触面１１ｂは使用時に剥離可能な剥離シート（図示は省略する。）で被覆しておくことが好ましい。
　そして、この実施の形態にかかる大便受容袋体１０１は、前記接触体１１を二つ折りにし、折り線１１ｃが前記袋体１０の上辺部１１ｅに沿うように、この折り線１１ｃを挟んだ一方側を前記袋体１０の前面１０ａに接着し、折り線１１ｃを挟んだ他方側を前記袋体１０の背面１０ｂに接着して前記接触体１１によって前記袋体１０の上辺部１０ｅを封止した後（図４）、前記接触体１１の範囲内において前記接触体１１と前記袋体１０とに前記接触体１１の前記折り線１１ｃ側において開放された切除部１２を形成することで（図５）、生成されるようになっている。かかる切除部１２は、典型的には、打ち抜き加工により形成される。
　図示の例では、前記切除部１２は、左側襠面１０ｃと右側襠面１０ｄとの間において、接触体１１と袋体１０の上辺部１０ｅに施された半円状のものとなっている。
　大便受容袋体１の接触体１１は、前記切除部１２により、前記袋体１０に連通した開口１３を備える。図示の例では、かかる開口１３は円形となる。この開口１３内に肛門を位置させて接触体１１の接触面１１ｂが肛門を取り巻く皮膚に接するように大便受容袋体１を位置づけ、この位置づけ状態をおむつやパンツによって維持することで、おむつやパンツを着用した状態において大便を排泄したとき大便受容袋体１に大便を受容させることができる。これにより、おむつやパンツを着用した状態で大便を排泄したとき、大便を受容した大便受容袋体１を交換することで、おむつやパンツの取り替えを直ちには要しないようにすることができる。
　大便受容袋体１は、前記袋体１０の上辺部１０ｅに前記のように接触体１１を接着した後の、前記切除部１２の形成により、容易且つ適切に生成できる。
　また、左側襠面１０ｃ及び右側襠面１０ｄにより、二つ折りにされた接触体１１を使用状態においては折り線１１ｃを挟んだ一方側と他方側とを同面に位置づけるように平面化することができ、接触体１１の接触面１１ｂを肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に都合良く密着させることが可能となる。
　この実施の形態にあっては、前記接触体１１は、円形のシートに対し、前記折り線１１ｃに直交する仮想の第一線分ｘに沿った切断を施して形成される第一直線辺部１１ｄと、前記折り線１１ｃに平行の仮想の第二線分ｙに沿った切断を施して形成される第二直線辺部１１ｅとを備えさせた形態のものとなっている。
　かかる第一直線辺部１１ｄ及び第二直線辺部１１ｅはそれぞれ一箇所づつ形成されている。前記接触体１１における前記第一直線辺部１１ｄ及び第二直線辺部１１ｅ以外の外周部は、円弧状を呈している。前記第一直線辺部１１ｄとこれに対向する外周部との間の距離、および、前記第二直線辺部１１ｅとこれに対向する外周部との間の距離はそれぞれ、前記袋体１０の左右寸法と実質的に等しくなっている。このような形態を持った接触体１１は、予め用意された円形のシートに前記のような切断を施して生成されるような形態を持てば足りるものであり、例えば、原材料となるシートを打ち抜くことで生成しても構わない。
　着用者の陰部側が前記第一直線辺部１１ｄの外側に位置される向きで着用者の肛門を巡る皮膚面に接触体１１を密着させるか、着用者の陰部側が前記第二直線辺部１１ｅの外側に位置される向きで着用者の肛門を巡る皮膚面に接触体１１を密着させるようにすることで、接触体１１がかかる陰部に触れないようにした態様で着用者の肛門を取り巻く皮膚面の広い範囲に接触体１１を密着させることができる。
　図６及び図７は、以上に説明した大便受容袋体１と組み合わされて介護用具を構成する面状体２を使って、かかる大便受容袋体１をおむつやパンツ内に位置づけさせるようにした例を示している。
　かかる面状体２は、シート状又はマット状をなし、おむつやパンツの内面に重ねられて用いられると共に、おむつやパンツの着用者の略股下に配される部分に前記大便受容袋体１の通し部２０を備えている。かかる面状体２は、尿取りパッドとして機能するものであり、典型的には、尿取りパッドに前記通し部２０を形成することで構成される。
　面状体２は、おむつやパンツにおける前記股下部分の幅よりもやや小さい幅とを備えた、幅広の帯状を呈している。かかる面状体２は、典型的には、公知の吸水材製の柔軟性を持ったシートやマットから、あるいは、これらのシートやマットを主体として構成される。
　図示の例では、面状体２は、マット状の吸水材２１の表裏をそれぞれ水分を通すシート２２で覆ってなる。また、面状体２は、その長さ方向略中程の位置とその一端との間に位置される箇所に穴状をなす前記通し部２０を備えている。この通し部２０に大便受容袋体１を、大便受容袋体１の下辺部１０ｆを先にして、接触体１１を面状体２の内面２３（皮膚に当たる側）側に残した状態で、挿通できるようなっている。すなわち、面状体２と大便受容袋体１とは、面状体２の内面２３に大便受容袋体１の接触体１１を位置させると共に、大便受容袋体１のその余の箇所を面状体２の外面２４（面状体２におけるおむつやパンツの内面に接する側の面）側に位置させた状態で、組み合わせることができるようになっている。

Claims (3)

  1. 　前面と、背面と、前記前面と前記背面との間に折り込まれる左側襠面と、前記前面と前記背面との間に折り込まれる右側襠面とを有し、上辺部を開放させ、下辺部を閉塞させてなる袋体と、
    　前記袋体の左右寸法と実質的に等しい左右寸法を持つと共に、一面を前記袋体の外面に対する接着面とし、他面を肛門を取り巻く皮膚面に対する接触面とした接触体とを、
    　前記接触体を二つ折りにし、折り線が前記袋体の上辺部に沿うように、この折り線を挟んだ一方側を前記袋体の前面に接着し、折り線を挟んだ他方側を前記袋体の背面に接着して前記接触体によって前記袋体の上辺部を封止した後、
    　前記接触体の範囲内において前記接触体と前記袋体とに前記接触体の前記折り線側において開放された切除部を形成させてなる、大便受容袋体。
  2. 　前記接触体は、円形のシートに対し、前記折り線に直交する仮想の第一線分に沿った切断を施して形成される第一直線辺部と、前記折り線に平行の仮想の第二線分に沿った切断を施して形成される第二直線辺部とを備えさせた形態となっている、請求項１に記載の大便受容袋体。
  3. 　請求項１又は請求項２に記載の大便受容袋体と、
    　シート状又はマット状をなし、おむつやパンツの内面に重ねられて用いられると共に、おむつやパンツの着用者の略股下に配される部分に前記大便受容袋体の通し部を備えた面状体とからなる、介護用具。
