车辆用安全提示灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆安全提示装置,尤其是涉及一种车辆用安全提示灯。
背景技术
汽车是非常重要的交通运输工具,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,汽车的数量快速增长。
截至2014年底,我们机动车保有量达2.64亿辆,其中汽车1.54亿辆。2014年,小型载客汽车达1.17亿辆,其中,以个人名义登记的小型载客汽车(私家车)达到1.05亿辆,占小型载客汽车的90.16%。与2013年相比,私家车增加1752万辆,增长19.89%。
汽车数量激增的同时交通事故的发生也在持续增加,车辆碰撞、剐蹭的情况时有发生,如何降低或避免交通事故的发生,成为许多人关心的问题。
目前在车辆上安装的安全提示灯主要有刹车灯、转向灯、停车提示灯,这些提示灯发挥着非常重要的提示作用,极大程度降低了交通事故的发生,但在有些情况下譬如下述情况,这些安全提示灯并不能有效发挥作用。
例如图3所示,以车辆并线时发生的交通事故为例,通常车辆在并线时特别是交通拥堵的路段进行并线极易发生事故。在拥堵路段车辆间距小,在并线时驾驶员很难判断车辆间距,在车辆保持近距离时驾驶员也很难判断车辆的运行状态,这就造成了在并线时容易发生车辆碰撞。在并线时往往会出现直行车辆无意减速或停车让行而并线车辆依然强行并线,或者直行车辆有意减速或停车让行而并线车辆的驾驶员犹豫迟疑难以确定对方是否让行,导致后面车辆更加拥堵。双方驾驶员不能清楚地知道对方是否愿意让行成为车 辆并线事故发生的主要原因。
再如图4所示,当两车辆分别在两车道相向行驶时,一方车辆B要在车辆A行驶的车道上掉头或者经车辆A行驶的车道向其他车道行驶时,双方驾驶员不能清楚地知道对方是否愿意让行成为车辆碰撞事故发生的主要原因。
再如图5所示,当车辆A在行驶过程中遇到行人横穿公路时,行人通常靠观察车辆的行驶状态来判断是否可以穿行,这样往往是非常危险的,如果行人能够准确判断出驾驶员是否愿意让行可以极大程度上减少事故的发生。
针对上述类似情况,迫切需要一种能够向对方(行人或车辆)准确传达是否愿意让行意思的安全提示灯,以降低交通事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种车辆用安全提示灯,就是针对现有存在的上述情况车辆驾驶员或行人无法有效判断行进车辆是否愿意减速让行的问题而提出的解决方案。其技术方案如下所述:
一种车辆用安全提示灯,设置在车辆前挡风玻璃的两侧或上部,能够显示红色和绿色两种颜色,由车辆内部设置的控制开关控制显示不同颜色。
所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在汽车前挡风玻璃支撑框的中部,并占据支撑框至少1/4的长度。
所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车顶盖前方的两侧。
所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车顶盖前方的中央,长度不小于车顶盖前方长度的1/4。
所述车辆用安全提示灯包括绿色显示灯和红色显示灯,或者为能够显示绿色和红色两种颜色的一个显示灯。
所述车辆用安全提示灯可以采用显示双色的LED灯。
通过本发明的车辆用安全提示灯,在车辆与车辆或人与车辆近距离相遇 时,能有效的判断对方是否愿意减速让行,对于减少车辆碰撞至关重要,可以有效防止出现交通事故。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车辆前挡风玻璃的两侧,图中只显示一侧的角度,另一侧相应设置。
所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在汽车前挡风玻璃支撑框1上的中部,其具有红色显示灯11和绿色显示灯12两种颜色的车灯,并占据支撑框1至少1/4的长度。提示灯也可以设置成能够显示红绿两种颜色的一个显示灯,不需要同时设置红色显示灯11和绿色显示灯12。提示灯可以采用LED灯,显示红色和绿色两种颜色。
如图2所示的实施例2中,所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车辆前挡风玻璃的上部,设置在车顶盖2前方的中部,也可以设置在车辆内部紧挨前挡风玻璃的上端。其具有红色显示灯21和绿色显示灯22两种颜色的车灯。同样,提示灯也可以设置成能够显示红绿两种颜色的一个显示灯,不需要同时设置红色显示灯21和绿色显示灯22。
实施例1-2中的车辆用安全提示灯均由车辆内部的控制开关控制,控制开关优选设置在离驾驶员较近的位置以便于手动控制,特别优选设置在方向 盘上的适当位置。驾驶员可以根据实时情况开关显示灯,准确传达是否愿意让行的意思。
通过采用本发明的安全提示灯,效果是非常明显的。譬如结合图3,车辆A在行驶时发现前方车辆要并线,如果车辆A无意减速或停车让行,可打开通过控制开关开启红灯,以提示前方车辆B,表示本车不给并线车辆让行;如果车辆A愿意礼让,可打开绿灯,以提示前方车辆B尽快并线。车辆B在并线时可以通过反光镜或侧视观察后方车辆A是否愿意让行,如果看到车辆A的绿灯开启,表示对方愿意让行,则可以尽快加速并线通过;反之,应刹车减速,待车辆A通过后再安全并线。
本发明的安全提示灯同样适用于图4和图5所示的情况,如图4所示,当车辆B要在车辆A前方掉头或左转时,车辆A可通过控制安全提示灯显示红色或绿色,准确传达是否愿意让行的意思,车辆B的驾驶员根据车辆A的显示灯传递出的信息,准确判断车辆A的意愿,安全进行掉头或左转。图5所示的行人通过车辆A的安全提示灯显示的红色、绿色,可以准确地判断是否可以通过,这样的判断相对基于车辆行驶状态猜测驾驶员的意愿变得更加准确,大大地降低了事故的发生。
实施例1和2仅仅例示了车辆用安全提示灯的最佳设置位置,本领域技术人员理解的是,其他的位置只要处于显眼位置且在车辆并线时可清楚提示对方,均可以,这些位置的选择仍应该在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明的车辆安全提示灯特别适用于车辆与车辆、车辆与人近距离相遇的情况,如同向行驶的车辆近距离并线、相向行驶的车辆近距离拐弯或掉头、或者车辆近距离遇到行人横穿公路等。远距离相遇时本发明的安全提示灯的作用并不明显,由于距离的缓冲作用,驾驶员或行人可以准确地判断出是否适合继续前进。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车辆前挡风玻璃的两侧或上部,能够显示红色和绿色两种颜色,由车辆内部的控制开关控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在汽车前挡风玻璃支撑框的中部,并占据所述支撑框至少1/4的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车顶盖前方的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯设置在车顶盖前方的中央,长度不小于车顶盖前方长度的1/4。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯包括绿色显示灯和红色显示灯。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯为能够显示绿色和红色两种颜色的一个显示灯。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆用安全提示灯,其特征在于:所述车辆用安全提示灯采用显示双色的LED灯。
