背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明可通过如下方式实施:
如图1所示,本发明设有一面板1、一衬板组件2、一盒底组件3、一执手拨桃4、一缓冲执手5和一缓冲锁舌6。
如图2、图3所示,所述面板1内侧设一执手安装孔11,执手安装孔11上方设一限位 柱12,设一消音套120套于限位柱12上,执手安装孔11侧边设有阻尼器固定柱13。所述缓冲执手5包括一执手51、一涡卷弹簧52、一拨动板53和一阻尼器54;执手51穿过面板1上的执手安装孔11后依次嵌入涡卷弹簧52、拨动板53和阻尼器54,并用一弹性挡圈55卡固;为减缓拨动板53转动时与相邻部件之间的摩擦,在其两侧各设一垫片56;面板1内侧的执手安装孔11上方设一限位柱12,设一消音套120套于限位柱12上;执手转动轴511中心处设一方芯孔5111,其侧边设两条嵌槽5112,涡卷弹簧52一端卡入嵌槽5112内,另一端卡固于限位柱12上,拨动板53中央设一拨动嵌孔531,拨动嵌孔531两侧凸设拨动嵌榫5311,阻尼器54中央设一阻尼嵌孔541,阻尼嵌孔541两侧凸设阻尼嵌榫5411,拨动嵌孔531和阻尼嵌孔541都嵌套于执手转动轴511上,拨动嵌榫5311和阻尼嵌榫5411都嵌入执手转动轴511侧边的嵌槽5112内,阻尼器54两端各采用一螺钉58将阻尼器54与面板1上的阻尼器固定柱13螺固;方芯57插入方芯孔5111内将执手51的转矩传导到所述执手拨桃4(参考图1)开启门锁。开启过程中,按压手柄512开锁时要首先克服涡卷弹簧52的弹性涡卷转矩,增强了开启手感;在放开手柄512后,涡卷弹簧52的弹性涡卷转矩驱动执手51迅速回转,此时,阻尼器54对弹性涡卷转矩产生缓冲做功,减缓执手51回转速率,本发明相对于现有技术,尤其精进的设计是,将阻尼器54和涡卷弹簧52都嵌固于执手转动轴511上,阻尼力和弹性涡卷转矩以相反的方向同时施加到执手转动轴511上,可消除执手51与阻尼器54和拨动板53之间的连接虚位,从而更进一步地避免噪音产生。
如图4、图5所示,所述衬板组件2上设有锁舌孔21供锁舌61出入;所述盒底组件3中部设有一锁舌拉杆固定架31,锁舌拉杆固定架31一侧设一导向槽32,另一侧设有消音固定套嵌槽33;所述执手拨桃4一端设有拨动片41。所述缓冲锁舌6包括一锁舌61、一锁舌复位弹簧62、一消音固定套63、一锁舌导向片64、一锁舌拉杆65。锁舌拉杆65设于锁舌61后端,锁舌拉杆65中部嵌入锁舌拉杆固定架31内,锁舌复位弹簧62、消音固定套63、锁舌导向片64都穿设于锁舌拉杆65上。
如图6所示,所述消音固定套63由一消音固定套前盖631、二O型圈632、一消音固定套后盖633组成,消音固定套前盖631两侧设有固定嵌榫6311嵌入设于盒底组件3内的消音固定套嵌槽33内(请参见图5)可将消音固定套63固定于盒底组件3内,消音固定套前盖631中央设有阻尼腔6312,阻尼腔6312内注入阻尼脂63120,二个O型圈632将阻尼脂63120封堵于阻尼腔6312内,消音固定套后盖633两侧设有扣合榫6331将消音固定套后盖633与消音固定套前盖631扣合。
自由状态下(请参图1、图4),转动缓冲执手5即可转动执手拨桃4,并带动拨动片41旋转,使其带动锁舌导向片64向后平移运动,直至锁舌61端面与衬板组件2平齐,达到解锁的目的;当锁舌61端面平齐衬板组件2时,松开缓冲执手,锁舌61在锁舌复位弹 簧62的作用力下向前平移,使锁舌61回复自由状态。
请参图6,在锁舌拉杆65运动过程中,封堵在消音固定套63内的阻尼脂63120可减缓锁舌拉杆65运动速度,从而对锁舌61进出盒底组件3起到缓冲作用,减缓锁舌61对衬板组件2的撞击。
本发明缓冲锁舌6通过上述技术方案进一步降低了门锁零件之间碰撞声音,而且,消音固定套63结构精巧、适配性强,又因为缓冲功能主要由封闭的阻尼脂63120来实现,性能相当稳定。
综上,本发明通过上述方案可靠地实现了静音效果。
工业应用性
本发明提供的静音门锁结构精巧、适配性强、缓冲性能稳定,能够减少传动部件之间的虚位,有效降低门锁零件之间的碰撞声音,从而可靠地实现了静音效果,适用于各种工业领域及家居应用的门锁。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种静音门锁,设有一面板、一衬板组件、一盒底组件、一执手拨桃、一缓冲执手和一缓冲锁舌,其特征是:所述面板内侧设一执手安装孔,执手安装孔上方设一限位柱,设一消音套套于限位柱上,执手安装孔侧边设有阻尼器固定柱;所述盒底组件中部设有一锁舌拉杆固定架,锁舌拉杆固定架一侧设一导向槽,另一侧设有消音固定套嵌槽;所述缓冲执手包括一执手、一涡卷弹簧、一拨动板和一阻尼器;执手穿过面板上的安装孔后依次嵌入涡卷弹簧、拨动板和阻尼器,并用一弹性挡圈卡固;所述执手转动轴中心处设一方芯孔,其侧边设两条嵌槽,所述涡卷弹簧一端卡入嵌槽内,另一端卡固于限位柱上,所述拨动板中央设一拨动嵌孔,拨动嵌孔两侧凸设拨动嵌榫,所述阻尼器中央设一阻尼嵌孔,阻尼嵌孔两侧凸设阻尼嵌榫,拨动嵌孔和阻尼嵌孔都嵌套于执手转动轴上,拨动嵌榫和阻尼嵌榫都嵌入执手转动轴侧边的嵌槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种静音门锁,其特征是:所述阻尼器两端各采用一螺钉将阻尼器与所述面板上的阻尼器固定柱固定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种静音门锁,其特征是:所述方芯孔内插入方芯将所述执手的转矩传导到所述执手拨桃开启门锁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种静音门锁,其特征是:所述拨动板两侧各设一垫片。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种静音门锁,其特征是:所述盒底组件中部设有一锁舌拉杆固定架,锁舌拉杆固定架一侧设一导向槽,另一侧设有消音固定套嵌槽;所述缓冲锁舌包括一锁舌、一锁舌复位弹簧、一消音固定套、一锁舌导向片、一锁舌拉杆;所述锁舌拉杆设于所述锁舌后端,锁舌拉杆中部嵌入所述锁舌拉杆固定架内,锁舌复位弹簧、锁舌导向片都穿设于锁舌拉杆上;所述锁舌拉杆上穿设所述消音固定套;所述执手拨桃一端设有拨动片,所述拨动片旋转可带动所述锁舌导向片向后平移运动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种静音门锁,其特征是:所述消音固定套由一消音固定套前盖、二O型圈、一消音固定套后盖组成,所述消音固定套前盖两侧设有固定嵌榫嵌入设于盒底组件内的消音固定套嵌槽内可将消音固定套固定于盒底组件内,所述消音固定套前盖中央设有阻尼腔,阻尼腔内注入适量阻尼脂,用所述O型圈将阻尼脂封堵于阻尼腔内,所述消音固定套后盖两侧设有扣合榫将消音固定套后盖与消音固定套前盖扣合。
