一种护理床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种护理床。
背景技术
对于需要卧床进行长期护理治疗的病患,传统由医护人员为病患喂食、翻身以及清洗大小便,操作困难,费时费力。目前国内外先进医疗机构采用自动起坐、翻身的护理床代替人工操作,如专利号为200710303936.1公开的全姿态自动翻身护理床,能较好地实现0-90°的起坐和翻身操作,但是其下部翻身结构复杂,部件多,占用床下空间大,翻板结构无法为病患清洗大小便;又如专利号为201010261874.4公开的自动护理床,采用排便吸座满足病患大小便需求,能有效收集病患大小便,但无法对病患进行清洗操作,对于长期卧床病患,卫生问题尤为严重,不及时清洗易造成细菌滋生,对病患身体以及康复造成影响。另外,专利号为201210270853.8的一种全自动翻身护理床,采用侧翻装置和防滑装置,在一侧侧翻的同时将另一侧翻起实现侧翻和防滑,但侧翻和防滑分别由两电机控制,双电机工作故障率高,任意电机损坏后无法有效满足功能要求,局限性大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构紧凑,侧翻和防滑一体控制,能有效确保安全侧翻和防滑的护理床。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种护理床,包括床架、组合床板、起坐装置、侧翻装置、侧翻防滑锁紧装置、排便装置、水箱装置和电控装置,
所述床架包括前、后床架,前床架包括上床框、下床框和支脚,上、下床框上下平行设置且四角均由四支脚支撑,后床架活动铰接于上床框的后横梁后方;

所述起坐装置包括起坐电动推杆、起坐连杆、起坐旋转轴和起坐背杆,起坐电动推杆一端铰接于前横梁上,起坐电动推杆另一端连接起坐连杆下端,起坐连杆上端连接起坐旋转轴,起坐旋转轴旋转支承连接于下床框的前横梁或后横梁或前、后横梁间平行设置的任意横梁上,起坐旋转轴连接前床板背面对应设置的起坐背杆;

本护理床需要起坐时,电控装置控制起坐电动推杆推动起坐连杆,起坐连杆带动起坐背杆绕起坐旋转轴旋转,由起坐背杆推动前床板旋转抬起病患上身实现起坐功能。
本护理床需要侧翻时,电控装置选择控制任意一侧侧翻装置的前翻身组件的翻身电动推杆推动翻身杠杆绕与翻身杠杆支架铰接点旋转,由翻身杠杆上端的翻身滚轮推动侧翻撑板带动前、中、后床板翻转,同时由侧翻撑板上外接伸至侧翻板下带动侧翻板一起翻转,或侧翻板于中间床板铰接的铰链为朝上旋转的单向铰链,翻身杠杆连杆随翻身杠杆旋转经翻身连动杆带动后翻身组件的翻身杠杆连杆旋转,后翻身组件的翻身杠杆连杆带动其上翻身杠杆推动后侧翻板或铰接轴带动后侧翻板和后床板整体侧翻,从而实现带动抬起病患侧身实现侧翻功能。
在侧翻一侧侧翻板侧翻同时,侧翻一侧的翻身装置的翻身连动杆连接的调节板随动,调节板朝向侧翻另一侧的呈沿翻身电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向朝向另一侧纵梁渐变扩大的圆滑曲线边结构在随动前移同时推动抵紧于其上的调节滚轮,调节滚轮带动调节推杆朝向侧翻另一侧推进,调节推杆推动防滑推杆组下端绕其在纵梁上铰接点旋转,防滑推杆组上端旋转由防滑推杆滚轮推动另一侧侧翻板翻起一定角度,配合侧翻一侧侧翻板的侧翻,共同制约躺于床板上的病患侧翻及侧翻防滑,调节板朝向侧翻另一侧侧边的沿翻身电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向的圆滑曲线变和直线边结构依次设置,在一侧侧翻板侧翻复位时,调节板的直线边结构延时向后松开调节推杆的抵紧,在一侧侧翻板侧翻复位至角度较小时,调节板的圆滑曲线变结构松开对调节推杆的抵紧,另一侧侧翻板开始复位,由此实现侧翻防滑复位的延时,有效防止侧翻角度较大时,侧翻复位和侧翻防滑复位同步导致的侧翻防滑复位较快造成病患的侧滑安全隐患;防滑推杆组旋转同时带动锁紧推杆旋转,锁紧推杆旋转由其上的锁紧推杆滚轮推动锁紧调节板下部的沿锁紧推杆旋转方向朝电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向渐变扩大的圆滑曲线边结构,将锁紧调节板推动并克服锁紧弹簧作用使锁紧杆沿锁紧座运动,锁紧杆上的锁紧钩对应脱开侧翻板下端锁紧口,以便于侧翻一侧侧翻板侧翻、另一侧侧翻板侧翻防滑,在不侧翻时将侧翻板与前或中床板两侧锁紧,提高床板整体结构的稳定性。
本护理床中床板的排便口上封盖排便座盖,排便座盖支撑于座盖推杆组上,座盖推杆组封盖设置于其下的支撑于便盆推杆组上的便盆,在病患需要排便操作时,电控装置控制座盖电动推杆回缩座盖推杆组,座盖电动推杆回拉两组X型座盖交叉升降杆组的第一座盖升降杆下端,带动第一座盖升降杆回缩并带动与其中部铰接的第二座盖升降杆旋转,使两组X型座盖交叉升降杆组交叉旋转下降,由此带动支撑于两组X型座盖交叉升降杆组上的排便座盖下降,下降后并拉动座盖推杆组沿下床框相对应纵梁内侧的座盖滑轨回缩,座盖推杆组底座回缩让开中床板上排便口的密封,将排便口对应便盆;电控装置控制座盖电动推杆推动便盆推杆组,便盆电动推杆推动两组X型便盆交叉升降杆组的第一便盆升降杆下端,推动第一便盆升降杆并带动与其中部铰接的第二便盆升降杆旋转,使两组X型便盆交叉升降杆组交叉旋转上升,由此带动支撑于两组X型便盆交叉升降杆组上的便盆,便盆上升至排便口下,便于病患排便;上述过程为排便功能的打开步骤,反之,排便结束后,反向操作上述步骤即可完成便盆下降、排便座盖的进给封闭排便口。
本护理床在病人上半身起坐同时,可配合腿部弯曲实现全身呈正常起坐,以此满足活动腿部、洗脚功能。电控装置控制曲腿电动推杆回缩,曲腿电动推杆带动曲腿活杆绕其上端于大腿床架铰接点旋转,大腿床架在曲腿活杆回缩时向下旋转,同时上端被小腿床架固定约束的曲腿定杆带动小腿床架向下旋转,分别支撑于大腿床架和小腿床架上的大腿床板和小腿床 板同步自然回落旋转,实现支撑于大、小床板上的人体大、小腿旋转弯曲,满足活动腿部要求和洗脚功能。
本发明采用一体控制的侧翻、防滑和锁紧结构有效确保安全、稳定的侧翻和防滑,配合上身起坐、腿部弯曲实现全身正常起坐,有效护理病患卧床的生理需求。

图3中,上床框纵梁上连接水箱装置20和电控装置21,水箱装置连接便盆内的冲洗装置,电控装置21连接水箱装置和上述所有电动推杆。上述便盆70内设冲洗管和烘干口,便盆70底设接纳盒71。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种护理床,包括床架、组合床板、起坐装置、侧翻装置、侧翻防滑锁紧装置、排便装置、水箱装置和电控装置,
    所述床架包括前、后床架,前床架包括上床框、下床框和支脚,上、下床框上下平行设置且四角均由四支脚支撑,后床架活动铰接于上床框的后横梁后方;
    所述组合床板对应设置于床架上,包括前、中、后床板和前、中、后侧翻板,前、中、后床板由前至后依次活动铰接,前、中、后床板的两侧均分别活动铰接前、中后床板,中床板上开设有排便口;
    所述起坐装置包括起坐电动推杆、起坐连杆、起坐旋转轴和起坐背杆,起坐电动推杆一端铰接于前横梁上,起坐电动推杆另一端连接起坐连杆下端,起坐连杆上端连接起坐旋转轴,起坐旋转轴旋转支承连接于下床框的前横梁或后横梁或前、后横梁间平行设置的任意横梁上,起坐旋转轴连接前床板背面对应设置的起坐背杆;
    所述下床框的左右两纵梁上对称设置两侧翻装置,侧翻装置包括前、后翻身组件和翻身连动杆,所述前、后翻身组件均包括翻身电动推杆、翻身杠杆、翻身杠杆支架、翻身杠杆滚轮和翻身杠杆连杆,翻身电动推杆活动铰接于翻身杠杆中部,翻身杠杆上端活动连接翻身杠杆滚轮,翻身杠杆下端活动铰接于固定连接在下床框纵梁上的翻身杠杆支架上且翻身杠杆下端连接翻身杠杆连杆上端,同一侧翻装置的前、后翻身组件的翻身杠杆连杆下端之间经翻身连动杆拉接;
    所述两侧翻装置上均连接有对称设置的两侧翻防滑锁紧装置,侧翻防滑锁紧装置包括调节板、调节滚轮、调节推杆、调节支撑滚轮组、防滑推杆组、防滑推杆滚轮、锁紧推杆、锁紧推杆滚轮、锁紧调节板、锁紧弹簧、锁紧杆、锁紧钩和锁紧座,下床框的左右任意一侧纵梁上侧翻装置的翻身连动杆上连接水平设置的调节板,调节板朝向下床框的左右另一侧纵梁的侧边呈沿翻身电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向朝向另一侧纵梁渐变扩大的圆滑曲线边结构,调节板的圆滑曲线边上抵紧调节推杆一端调节滚轮,调节推杆支撑于下床框、后横梁间平行设置的任意横梁或纵梁上调节支撑滚轮组上,调节推杆另一端活动铰接防滑推杆组下端,防滑推杆组中部活动铰接于另一侧纵梁上,防滑推杆组上端连接对应推动另一侧侧翻板的防滑推杆滚轮,防滑推杆组上同步旋转连接锁紧推杆,锁紧推杆上连接锁紧推杆滚轮,锁紧推杆滚轮抵紧锁紧调节板下部呈沿防滑推杆组旋转起翻方向朝电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向渐变扩大的圆滑曲线边结构,锁紧调节板上部经锁紧弹簧弹性连接锁紧杆,锁紧杆上设有对应侧翻板下端锁紧口的锁紧钩,锁紧杆平行穿接于纵梁上的锁紧座上呈在锁紧调节板和锁紧弹簧作用下带动锁紧钩卡勾锁紧口或脱开锁紧口状态;
    所述排便装置包括排便挡体、排便座盖、座盖电动推杆、座盖推杆组、座盖滑轨、便盆、便盆滑轨、便盆电动推杆和便盆推杆组,中床板排便口的后端设有朝向前床板的排便挡体,所述便盆电动推杆一端连接在下床框左右纵梁之间的任意横梁上,便盆电动推杆另一端推动连接水平设置的便盆推杆组,座盖推杆组包括左右对称设置于便盆两侧的两组X型便盆交叉升降杆组,X型便盆交叉升降杆组由两根便盆升降杆中部活动铰接而成,由便盆电动推杆至排便口方向上的第一便盆升降杆下端经滚轮滑动支撑于下床框相对应纵梁内侧的便盆滑轨上,第一便盆升降杆上端活动铰接连接于便盆侧边,由便盆电动推杆至排便口方向上的第二便盆升降杆下端活动铰接连接于下床框相对应纵梁内侧的便盆滑轨上,第二便盆升降杆上端经滚轮滑动支撑于便盆侧边,便盆电动推杆另一端固定连接两组X型便盆交叉升降杆组的第一便盆升降杆下端或滚轮的轴上;所述座盖滑轨后端连接于中床框下端面,座盖电动推杆一端连接在座盖滑轨前段横梁上,座盖电动推杆另一端推动连接水平设置的座盖推杆组,座盖推杆组包括左右对称座盖设置于的两组X型座盖交叉升降杆组,X型座盖交叉升降杆组由两根座盖升降杆中部活动铰接而成,由座盖电动推杆至排便口方向上的第一座盖升降杆下端经滚轮滑动支撑于下床框相对应纵梁内侧的座盖滑轨上或经滚轮滑动支撑于座盖滑轨上的座盖推杆组底座上,第一座盖升降杆上端活动铰接连接于座盖底面,由座盖电动推杆至排便口方向上的第二座盖升降杆下端活动铰接连接于下床框相对应纵梁内侧的座盖滑轨上或经滚轮滑动支撑于座盖滑轨上的座盖推杆组底座上,第二座盖升降杆上端经滚轮滑动支撑于座盖底面上,座盖电动推杆另一端固定连接两组X型座盖交叉升降杆组的第一座盖升降杆下端或滚轮的轴上;
    所述水箱装置连接便盆内的冲洗装置,所述电控装置连接水箱装置和上述所有电动推杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护理床,其特征是:所述便盆内设冲洗管和烘干口,便盆底设接纳盒。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护理床,其特征是:所述前、中、后床板的两侧分别活动铰接前、中、后铰接轴一侧,前、中、后铰接轴另一侧分别活动铰接前、中、后床板;所述前或/和后床架上设有多组两两左右限位前、中、后铰接轴的限位滚轮组。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护理床,其特征是:所述后床架包括前后方向上铰接的大腿床架和小腿床架,所述后床板包括前后方向上铰接的大腿床板和小腿床板,大腿床板和小腿床板分别支撑于大腿床架和小腿床架上,所述大腿床架底面连接有小腿撑板,小腿撑板一端铰接在上床框上,小腿撑板另一端伸至小腿床架底部并支撑小腿床架,所述下床框的纵梁上连接曲腿电动推杆一端,曲腿电动推杆另一端活动铰接曲腿杠杆组,曲腿杠杆组包括 曲腿定杆和曲腿活杆,曲腿活杆下端活动铰接曲腿电动推杆另一端,曲腿活杆上端活动铰接小腿撑板,曲腿定杆下端活动铰接曲腿电动推杆另一端,曲腿定杆上端固定连接小腿撑板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护理床,其特征是:所述侧翻防滑锁紧装置的调节板侧边圆滑曲线边结构沿翻身电动推杆推动前床板起坐方向的后部设有平行于翻身电动推杆的直线边结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护理床,其特征是:所述中床板下方固定连接有侧翻撑板,侧翻撑板前、后伸至前、后床板下方,锁紧口设置于侧翻撑板下方。
