まず、本開示の一実施形態による情報処理システムの概要を図1に示して説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態による情報処理システムは、ユーザの位置情報を検知するユーザ端末2と、位置情報の共有を行うサーバ1とを含む。サーバ1とユーザ端末2は、例えばネットワーク3を介して接続される。
従来の位置情報共有システムでは、常に自分の位置情報が相手に共有され、相手が友人関係であっても位置情報共有システムの利用に対して心理的な障壁が高かった。また、位置共有を行う相手を設定することが煩雑であった。
<2-1.サーバの構成>
図2は、本実施形態によるサーバ1の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図2に示すように、サーバ1は、制御部10、通信部11、ユーザ情報DB(データベース)12、地図情報DB13、および集合履歴情報DB14を有する。
制御部10は、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、不揮発性メモリ、インターフェース部を備えたマイクロコンピュータにより構成され、サーバ1の各構成を制御する。具体的には、本実施形態による制御部10は、図2に示すように、位置情報取得部10a、集合判断部10b、共有者設定部10c、通知制御部10d、および共有解除部10eとして機能する。
通信部11は、無線/有線により外部装置と接続し、データの送受信を行う機能を有する。本実施形態による通信部11は、例えばユーザ端末2と接続し、ユーザ端末2から現在位置情報を受信したり、通知制御部10dの制御に従って集合場所情報を共有者のユーザ端末2に送信したりする。
ユーザ情報DB12は、ユーザ情報を格納する記憶部である。ユーザ情報は、例えばユーザの氏名、性別、年齢、住所、出身学校、出身地、会社名等の情報を含む。また、ユーザ情報は、ユーザ端末2の識別情報、位置情報を共有する際の通知先となるアドレス情報も含む。また、ユーザ情報は、友人登録情報(具体的には登録友人の識別情報等)も含む。
地図情報DB13は、地図情報を格納する記憶部である。当該地図情報は、通知制御部10dにより集合場所情報が共有者に通知する際に利用され得る。
集合履歴情報DB14は、集合履歴情報を格納する記憶部である。集合履歴情報は、集合判断部10bにより判断された複数ユーザの集合に関する情報(具体的には、集合したユーザの識別情報、集合した日時、集合した場所の位置情報等)を含む。
次に、ユーザ端末2の構成について図3を参照して説明する。図3は、本実施形態によるユーザ端末2の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図3に示すように、ユーザ端末2は、制御部20、通信部21、入力部22、表示部23、位置計測部24、および記憶部25を有する。
制御部20は、例えばCPU、ROM、RAM、不揮発性メモリ、インターフェース部を備えたマイクロコンピュータにより構成され、ユーザ端末2の各構成を制御する。例えば制御部20は、入力部22から入力されたユーザ操作に従って各種制御を実行する。また、制御部20は、位置計測部24により計測された現在位置情報を通信部21を介してサーバ1に送信するよう制御する。
通信部21は、無線/有線により外部装置と接続し、データの送受信を行う機能を有する。本実施形態による通信部21は、例えば現在位置情報をサーバ1へ送信したり、サーバ1から集合場所情報を受信したりする。
入力部22は、ユーザによる操作を検出し、入力情報として制御部20に出力する。入力部22は、例えば表示画面に対するユーザのタッチ操作を検出するタッチパネルであってもよいし、キーボード、テンキー、ボタン、スイッチ等であってもよい。また、ユーザ端末2に設けられたカメラ(不図示)を用いてユーザの手の動きに応じたジェスチャー入力を実現することも可能である。また、ユーザ端末2に設けられたマイクロホン(不図示)を用いてユーザの音声に応じた音声入力を実現することも可能である。また、入力部22は、複数種類の入力デバイスにより実現されてもよい。
表示部23は、文字や画像その他の情報を表示する。表示部23は、制御部20の制御に従って表示を行う。また、表示部23は、液晶ディスプレイ等により実現される。また、表示部23は入力部22と一体化していてもよく、例えば図1に示すようにユーザ端末2の一面に設けられたタッチパネルディスプレイにより実現される。
位置計測部24は、外部からの取得信号に基づいてユーザ端末2の現在位置を検知する機能を有する。具体的には、例えば位置計測部24は、GPS(Global Positioning System)測位部により実現され、GPS衛星からの電波を受信して、ユーザ端末2が存在している位置を検知し、検知した位置情報を制御部20に出力する。また、位置計測部24は、GPSの他、例えばWi-Fi(登録商標)、Bluetooth(登録商標)、携帯電話・PHS・スマートフォン等との送受信、または近距離通信等により位置を検知するものであってもよい。
記憶部25は、制御部20による各種処理を実行するためのプログラムを格納する。
続いて、本実施形態による情報処理システムの動作処理について、図4を参照して具体的に説明する。
図5は、本実施形態による集合場所情報の通知画面の一例を示す図である。図5に示す表示画面は、共有者設定されたユーザCのユーザ端末2cの表示部23cに表示される画面である。サーバ1から集合場所情報を受信したユーザ端末2cの表示部23cには、図5左に示すように、通知画像40がポップアップ表示される。通知画像40は、「AさんとBさんの位置が共有されました」というテキストと、詳細ボタン41と、クリアボタン42が含まれる。ユーザCがクリアボタン42を選択すると、通知画像40が非表示となる。
また、本実施形態によるサーバ1は、集合場所情報を共有者に共有する際、ユーザに対して共有者への共有可否を確認する通知を行い、許可を得た場合に共有者に共有するよう制御してもよい。以下、ユーザへの確認を行う場合のユーザ側(誘う側)端末と共有者側(誘われる側)端末の表示画面例について図6~図7を参照して説明する。ここでは、一例としてユーザAおよびユーザBが集合し、共有者としてユーザCが設定された場合を想定する。
以上説明した実施形態では、設定された共有者に対して、集合場所を示す一の位置情報を共有したが、本実施形態はこれに限定されず、集合している各ユーザの各々の位置情報を共有者に共有してもよい。以下、図8を参照して具体的に説明する。
上述したように、本開示の実施形態による情報処理システムでは、複数ユーザの集まりに応じて位置情報の共有を行うことで心理的な障壁を下げると共に、他のユーザとのコミュニケーションを促進することを可能とする。

前記現在位置情報に基づいて前記複数ユーザの集まりを判断した場合、前記複数ユーザの現在位置情報に基づく場所情報を、設定された共有者に通知するよう制御する制御部と、

- 複数ユーザの現在位置情報を取得する取得部と、
前記現在位置情報に基づいて前記複数ユーザの集まりを判断した場合、前記複数ユーザの現在位置情報に基づく場所情報を、設定された共有者に通知するよう制御する制御部と、
を備える、情報処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数ユーザが所定範囲内に位置する場合、複数ユーザの集まりであると判断する、請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
