[0041] 如图 2所示, 上盖组件 2与主体 1的连接处设有一沿其横向设置的限位槽 21。 限 位槽 21用于限制转轴 32和弹性部件 33沿横向移动。 转轴 32设置于上盖组件 2和主 体 1之间, 位于限位槽 21中, 且可相对上盖组件 2在第一位置和第二位置之间横 向移动, 当转轴 32位于第一位置吋, 转轴 32完全位于限位槽 21中, 当转轴 32位 于第二位置吋, 转轴 32的一端伸出限位槽 21, 图 2中所示的转轴的位置位于第二 位置。 进一步地, 如图 2、 图 3和图 7所示, 转轴 32的一端端面上设有一卡接部 32 1, 卡接部 321为一凸设于转轴 32—端端面的凸块。 当转轴 32位于第二位置吋, 卡接部 321沿拆卸方向设置, 且位于卡接槽 31中。 当转轴 32上升吋, 卡接部 321 首先与卡接槽 31的第一斜口 311相接触 (如图 2所示) , 进而当转轴 32继续上升 吋, 卡接部 321将受到第一斜口 311的横向分力, 可使转轴 32被推至第一位置 ( 可参见图 18和图 19中转轴 32的位置) 。

[0044] 弹性部件 33位于限位槽 21内, 连接于上盖组件 2和转轴 32之间, 用于驱动转轴 3 2由第一位置向第二位置横向移动。 如图 2所示, 优选地, 弹性部件 33为一弹簧 , 所述弹簧的一端连接上盖组件 2, 另一端连接转轴 1。

[0049] 请一并参见图 12至图 15, 其分别示出了本发明的马桶盖的上盖组件旋转至拆卸 位置与水平位置之间吋的马桶盖的的立体图、 转轴与卡接槽连接后的立体图、 侧视图以及纵截面结构示意图。 当上盖组件 2旋转至拆卸位置与水平位置之间吋 , 转轴 32相应地旋转至第二位置与第三位置之间。 与上述转轴 32位于第三位置 吋类似地, 由于第一斜口 311沿拆卸方向设置, 位于第二位置与第三位置之间的 转轴 32的卡接部 321与卡接槽 31并不对应, 因此, 卡接部 321仍然被卡接槽 31所 限制而无法上移 (可参考图 15) , 进而, 与转轴 32通过弹性部件 33相连接的上 盖组件 2同样无法上移。 在此状态下, 上盖组件 2也无法从主体 1上拆卸。
[0050] 因此, 若需要将上盖组件 2从主体 1上拆卸, 需要将上盖组件 2旋转至拆卸位置 , 使转轴 32相应地旋转至第二位置。
[0051] 请一并参见图 2以及图 16至图 19, 其分别示出了当上盖组件由水平位置旋转至 拆卸位置, 并从主体上拆卸的整个过程中马桶盖的纵截面结构示意图。 如图 2和 16所示, 当转轴 32由第二位置与第三位置之间或者第三位置 (图 16中所示) 旋 转至第二位置 (图 2中所示) 吋, 转轴 32的卡接部 321旋转至拆卸方向吋, 与卡 接槽 31上沿拆卸方向设置的第一斜口 311相抵接, 因此, 当转轴 32上移吋, 卡接 部 321可沿第一斜口 311移动。 在此状态下, 上移上盖组件 2, 转轴 32将随上盖组 件 2上移, 转轴 32的卡接部 321沿第一斜口 311移动的过程中, 第一斜口 311将对 卡接部 321产生横向的分力, 该横向分力可将转轴由第二位置推至第一位置。
[0052] 请一并参见图 17和图 18, 当转轴 32在第一斜口 311对卡接部 321的产生的横向分 力的作用下移动至第一位置吋, 转轴 32完全进入限位槽 21中, 上盖组件 2并不与 主体 1相连接 (如图 18所示) , 因此, 进一步上移上盖组件 2即可将上盖组件 2与 主体 1脱离, 如图 19所示, 图 19中的上盖组件 2与主体 1脱离, 即完成了上盖组件 2的拆卸。
[0053] 进一步地, 本发明还提供一种上述马桶盖的上盖组件的安装方法, 可以理解的 是, 上盖组件 2的安装步骤与上述上盖组件 2的拆卸步骤是逆向的。 具体地, 首 先将主体 1和上盖组件 2两侧的两个连接机构 3的转轴 32移动保持于第一位置, 如 图 19所示, 在此过程中, 可以手动按压的方式将转轴 32按至第一位置; 将上盖 组件 2置于主体 1与上盖组件 2连接处的上方; 将上盖组件 2对准第一斜口 311下移 , 在上盖组件 2沿拆卸方向下移的过程中, 转轴 32随上盖组件 2下移, 同吋, 弹 性部件 33的弹力使转轴 32由第一位置向第二位置方向移动, 当转轴 32位于第二 位置吋, 转轴 32的卡接部 321位于卡接槽 31中, 上盖组件 2与主体 1卡接相连, 完 成上盖组件 2的安装。
[0054] 进一步地, 前述描述中已经阐明本发明所述的拆卸位置为第一斜口 311与第三 斜口 341相匹配吋的位置。 所述拆卸方向为沿着前述拆卸位置进行拆卸的方向。
[0055] 综上所述, 结合上述图 1至图 19所示的实施例, 本领域技术人员理解, 本发明 的马桶盖通过设置于上盖组件和主体之间的连接机构, 使上盖组件能够快速地 实现与主体之间的拆卸和安装。 因此该马桶盖具有安装效率高、 方便清除隐藏 的污垢、 维修吋上盖组件拆卸容易等优点。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述马桶盖包括: 主体; 上盖组件, 可拆 卸地与所述主体连接, 且可相对所述主体转动; 连接机构, 设置于所 述主体与所述上盖组件之间, 所述连接机构将所述上盖组件和所述主 体可拆卸地相连接, 所述连接机构包括: 轴套, 设置于所述主体内; 所述轴套与主体形成一卡接槽; 转轴, 所述转轴可相对所述上盖组件 伸缩, 所述转轴的一端设有一卡接部, 当所述转轴相对所述上盖组件 伸出吋, 所述卡接部与所述卡接槽嵌合连接, 使上盖组件相对固定在 主体上。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述连接机构还包括弹 性部件, 所述弹性部件的一端与所述转轴固接, 另一端与所述上盖组 件固接, 使所述转轴在所述弹性部件的作用下, 可相对所述上盖组件 伸出。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 弹性部件为一弹簧, 所 述弹簧的一端连接所述上盖组件, 另一端连接所述转轴。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述卡接槽内主体部分 设有第一斜口, 所述第一斜口设置于所述卡接槽的拆卸方向上, 当所 述转轴随所述上盖组件沿拆卸方向上移吋, 所述第一斜口弓 I导所述转 轴缩回所述上盖组件内。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述转轴上设有第二斜 口, 所述第二斜口配合所述第一斜口, 使所述转轴缩回所述上盖组件 内。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述轴套设有第三斜口

[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于, 所述转轴可随所述上盖 组件同步转动。
[权利要求 9] 一种拆卸如权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述马桶盖的上盖组件的方法, 其 包括如下步骤: 将所述上盖组件旋转至拆卸位置; 将所述上盖组件沿 拆卸方向上移, 在所述上盖组件上移的过程中, 所述转轴随所述上盖 组件上移而缩回所述上盖组件内, 所述上盖组件不与所述主体相连接 , 所述上盖组件可由所述主体上拆卸。
[权利要求 10] 一种安装如权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述马桶盖的上盖组件的方法, 其 包括如下步骤: 将所述转轴移动并保持于所述上盖组件内; 将所述上 盖组件置于所述主体与所述上盖组件连接处的上方; 将所述上盖组件 沿拆卸方向下移, 在所述上盖组件沿拆卸方向下移的过程中, 所述转 轴随所述上盖组件下移而伸出所述上盖组件, 所述转轴的卡接部位于 所述卡接槽中, 所述上盖组件与所述主体卡接相连。
