目前一般居家或工作场所中,除传统拖把抹地外,还有智能清洁机可供利用,但智能机结构复杂而且还配置诸多感知或智能装置,徒增组装的难度,智能机价格昂贵,为了简化机构和部件,有中国发明专利授权公告号CN201759502U「一种可随机转向的清洁器具」的现有技术,其提供在底壳中安置驱动系统、清洁系统和被动轮,其驱动系统同时具备转向的作用,如此清洁器具碰到障碍时得以转向逃离,相较于智能机已大大地简化,惟其底壳驱动系统和被动轮的配置,使得清洁器具受限于被动轮仅能直线前进,对于其行经路径的清洁效果不优,随后有中国发明专利申请公布号CN103068291A「用于清洁装置的驱动系统以及清洁装置」,其相较于前者省略了被动轮,使得其清洁组件在驱动系统行进时得以旋转,对清洁的区域有较好的表现,其旋转是肇因于角动量守恒的原理使然,如同直升机的旋冀转动时其机身将朝反旋冀转动方向旋转一般,惟该清洁组件的转动力量不大,清洁效果有限,原因是角动量是由齿轮圈和支承单元的质量和速度来确定的,即假设齿轮圈的质量为m2,转速为ω2,支承单元的质量为m1,转速为ω1,其纯量式的关系可简化为m1×ω1=m2×ω2,支承单元的转速ω1=(m2/m12,由于m1大于m2使得ω1相对很小,因而清洁装置运行时,慢速的支承组件致清洁组件清洁不彻底,又若清洁组件与被清洁面的磨擦力大时,则支承组件将停止旋转呈直线前进,如同底壳设有被动轮一般仅直线前进。
所以上述现有技术仍存在一些问题:
1.CN201759502U一种可随机转向的清洁器具,仅直线前进,其清洁效果不优。
2.CN103068291A用于清洁装置的驱动系统以及清洁装置,虽可前进又旋转,但其旋转力不大且不稳定,致清洁效果不彻底。
实用新型内容
本创作者鉴于前述的问题,进而用心研究开发,提供一种游走式驱动机构和抹布机,主要是在电机装置设有双转轴,双转轴间藉由齿轮相互传动和绕转,可令游走式驱动机构运行时强制旋转,同时遇到阻碍也可转向回避脱离,达到有效且彻底的清洁功能。
为了可达到前述的目的,本实用新型所运用的技术手段提供一种用于抹布机的游走式驱动机构,包括:电机装置、驱动轮组和承座;该电机装置固设在该承座上并向外伸出传动轴,该传动轴设有传动齿轮;驱动轮组设有驱动齿轮和轮;该电机装置还设有输出轴并活动枢设驱动齿轮,该传动轴和该输出轴皆露出于该承座的外部,该驱动齿轮与该传动齿轮相啮合且彼此间相互传动和绕转,同时该驱动齿轮驱动该轮转动前进时该承座绕该驱动轮组旋转。
优选的是,该承座的旋转方向与该传动齿轮的转动方向相同。
优选的是,该输出轴固设在该电机装置上。
优选的是,该驱动轮组还包括轮盖、轮座和扣环,该轮盖设有穿孔,该驱动齿轮还设有上环齿和下环齿,该轮座上设有连接从动齿轮的轴,该轴的两端各设有轮,该上环齿穿过该穿孔并活动枢设在该输出轴上,该上环齿露出该轮盖并与该传动齿轮相啮合,该扣环将该轮盖和该驱动齿轮限制在该输出轴上,该轮座螺固在该轮盖下,并使该下环齿与该从动齿轮相啮合。

具体实施方式

驱动轮组40安置在输出轴32上,其中驱动齿轮43设有上环齿431和下环齿432,安装时先将轮盖41套入再将驱动齿轮43的上环齿431穿过穿孔411后活动枢设在输出轴32上,同时上环齿431露出轮盖41并与传动齿轮311相啮合,以扣环44将轮盖41和驱动齿轮43限制在输出轴32上,轮座42上设置有轴421,轴421设有从动齿轮422并在两端各设有轮423,轮座42螺固在轮盖41下,并使下环齿432与从动齿轮422相啮合。
请参看图5贴地机构(如贴地板60)与底座50相同亦呈圆环状,在其一面设有凸柱61,另一面粘设有魔术粘以供黏附呈圆环状的清洁组件如抹布或除尘纸,凸柱61穿入穿孔52,在凸柱61末端设以螺丝限制其滑出穿孔52,使贴地板60因重力而垂下贴地。
实施时,请参看图1、4,选择运行时间按压开关按钮12,开关按钮12可分别设定为15和30分钟,当预设的时间到时即停止运行,当启动抹布机,游走式驱动机构开始运行时,驱动轮组40接触地板,驱动轮组40行进时传动轴31和输出轴32相对于地板皆不受拘束的,再由于传动齿轮311和上环齿431传动时其齿间产生的反作用力的影响,使得传动齿轮311和上环齿431彼此间会发生相互绕转的现象,其中传动齿轮311的绕转现象呈现在承座20相对于驱动轮组40旋转,其连设的抹布机也同步旋转,而且旋转的方向与传动齿轮311相同,上环齿431的绕转现象呈现在驱动轮组40在地板上转向滑动,而且其转向滑动的方向与承座20的旋转方向相反,以图4为例,假设传动齿轮311顺时转,则上环齿431逆时转,而承座20则将相较于上环齿431顺时转,驱动轮组40和上环齿431相较于传动齿轮311会逆时转,整体游走式驱动机构运行时的轨迹是呈现圆弧状如图4所示,且承座20受有强制旋转而有别于现有技术因角动量而有限且不稳定的旋转,使其地板得以受承座20上的清洁组件的彻底清洁。
当抹布机的游走式驱动机构运行遇到阻碍时,除阻止轮423的转动前进外也同时限制承座20的旋转,使上环齿431绕传动齿轮311转,进而产生驱动轮组40滑动转向,驱动轮组40的转向直到其轮423的前进方向没有阻碍时 方得脱离,此刻抹布机的游走式驱动机构续为弧形前进清洁。
上述游走式驱动机构的实施例中传动轴31和输出轴32间没有相对运动,所以运行时以圆弧轨迹伴随抹布机的游走式驱动机构旋转前进,为了使抹布机的游走式驱动机构较直线前进同时更快速脱离阻碍,提供了另一个实施例请参看图6、7,主要是将输出轴45移出电机装置30,在传动轴31上活动枢设一连杆33,输出轴45通过扣环451活动安装在连杆上,传动轴31和输出轴45也分别配置传动齿轮311和上环齿431,其余的配置皆与上例相同;运行状态请参看图8、9,传动齿轮311和上环齿431除彼此间相互绕转外,上环齿431相对传动齿轮311还会发生位置变换,又由于整体的游走式驱动机构的重量驮负在驱动轮组40上,致使传动齿轮311和连杆33绕上环齿431旋转,即承座20绕上环齿431旋转,而上环齿431不会绕传动齿轮311旋转,当设置此游走式驱动机构的抹布机运行时,因清洁组件的部份只有贴地板60的重量,与驱动轮组40驮负的重量的差异相比甚大,在抹布机上呈现出直线前进同时会旋转,当遇到阻碍时,将限制了承座20的旋转,此时传动齿轮311和连杆33绕上环齿431受到阻力,上环齿431将绕传动齿轮311旋转排除阻力,发生驱动轮组40滑动转向而脱离阻碍。
另外请再参看图10,是抹布机的清洁组件的另一实施例,抹布机外部套穿清洁绒布70,清洁绒布70上、下设有开口使驱动轮组40和上盖10顶面的充电孔11、两个开关按钮12裸露在外,启动抹布机进行清洁,不但可以清洁地板,同时对于邻接表面也可以彻底地清洁。
前述是对本实用新型构造作较佳实施例的说明,而依本实用新型精神是可作多种变化或修饰实施例。是以,对于熟悉此项技艺人士可作的明显替换与修饰,仍将并入于本实用新型所主张的专利范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种用于抹布机的游走式驱动机构,包括:电机装置(30)、驱动轮组(40)和承座(20);该电机装置(30)固设在该承座(20)上并向外伸出传动轴(31),该传动轴(31)设有传动齿轮(311);驱动轮组(40)设有驱动齿轮(43)和轮(423);其特征在于:该电机装置(30)还设有输出轴(32)并活动枢设驱动齿轮(43),该传动轴(31)和该输出轴(32)皆露出于该承座(20)的外部,该驱动齿轮(43)与该传动齿轮(311)相啮合且彼此间相互传动和绕转,同时该驱动齿轮(43)驱动该轮(423)转动前进时该承座(20)绕该驱动轮组(40)旋转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该承座(20)的旋转方向与该传动齿轮(311)的转动方向相同。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该输出轴(32)固设在该电机装置(30)上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该驱动轮组(40)还包括轮盖(41)、轮座(42)和扣环(44),该轮盖(41)设有穿孔(411),该驱动齿轮(43)还设有上环齿(431)和下环齿(432),该轮座(42)上设有连接从动齿轮(422)的轴(421),该轴(421)的两端各设有轮(423),该上环齿(431)穿过该穿孔(411)并活动枢设在该输出轴(32)上,该上环齿(431)露出该轮盖(41)并与该传动齿轮(311)相啮合,该扣环(44)将该轮盖(41)和该驱动齿轮(43)限制在该输出轴(32)上,该轮座(42)螺固在该轮盖(41)下,并使该下环齿(432)与该从动齿轮(422)相啮合。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该电机装置(30)还设有一连杆(33),该连杆(33)的两端分别活动枢设该传动轴(31)和该输出轴(32)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该驱动轮组(40)还包括轮盖(41)、轮座(42)和扣环(44),该轮盖(41)设有穿孔(411),该驱动齿轮(43)还设有上环齿(431)和下环齿(432),该轮座(42)上设有连接从动齿轮(422)的轴(421),该轴(421)的两端各设有轮(423),该上环齿(431)穿过该穿孔(411)并活动枢设在该输出轴(45)上,该上环齿(431)露出该轮盖(41)并与该传动齿轮(311)相啮合,该扣环(44)将该轮盖(41)和该驱动齿轮(43)限制在该输出轴(45) 上,该轮座(42)螺固在该轮盖(41)下,并使该下环齿(432)与该从动齿轮(422)相啮合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该输出轴(32)以扣环(451)活动枢设于该连杆(33)上。
  8. 如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的游走式驱动机构,其特征在于:该承座(20)连设有清洁组件。
  9. 一种抹布机,包括如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的游走式驱动机构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的抹布机,其特征在于:还包括呈覆盆状的上盖(10)和呈环盘状的外设有清洁组件的底座(50),该底座(50)设有滑柱(51)并连接贴地机构,在其中央部位折起一凸缘(53)并形成开口(54),该承座(20)呈罩盖状,在其顶面设有电机座(21)和电源装置(22),并沿其顶面周缘向下延伸一承座罩(23),该电机座(21)供该电机装置(30)安设,另外在该承座罩(23)环面向外延伸有凸耳(24)和承孔(25),该承座罩(23)罩套在该凸缘(53)上,使该承座罩(23)与该开口(54)形成一回旋空间供该驱动轮组(40)得在其内回旋,该滑柱(51)穿过该承孔(25)以固定该承座(20),该上盖(10)和该底座(50)以螺固方式将该承座(20)包覆在内,并使该驱动轮组(40)露出于该底座(50)之外。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该滑柱(51)和该承孔(25)间还套有弹簧(26)并以螺丝限制,使该承座(20)与该底座(50)形成弹性连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该底座(50)还设有穿孔(52),该贴地机构为呈圆环状的贴地板(60),该贴地板(60)一面设有凸柱(61),另一面粘设有魔术粘,该清洁组件亦呈圆环状并黏附于该魔术粘上,该凸柱(61)穿入该穿孔(52),在该凸柱(61)末端设以螺丝限制其滑出该穿孔(52)。
  13. 如权利要求10至12中任一项所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该上盖(10)的顶面设有充电孔(11)、两个开关按钮(12)和控制装置,该充电孔(11)供以充电,两个开关按钮(12)分别提供不同的运行时间,该控制装置接收该开关按钮(12)的讯息对该电机装置(30)进行控制,并在运行时间内控制该电机装置(30)正反向循环运转。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该开关按钮(12)设定的运行时间分别为15或30分钟。
  15. 如权利要求10或12中任一项所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该清洁组件为抹布或除尘纸。
  16. 如权利要求10或12中任一项所述的抹布机,其特征在于:该清洁组件为可套穿在外的清洁绒布(70),该清洁绒布(70)上、下设有开口使该驱动轮组(40)和该上盖(10)的顶面裸露在外。
