具体实施方式
为使本公开的实施例要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本公开的实施例提供一种网络机顶盒及其工作方法,能够为用户提示即将播放的待推荐给用户的节目,改善和提高用户的体验。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种网络机顶盒的工作方法,如图1所示,本实施例包括:
步骤101:根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目;
步骤102:在用户开启网络机顶盒后,从N类电视节目中确定当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,并向用户提示M个电视节目的信息,其中,M、N为不小于0的整数。
本实施例中,网络机顶盒能够根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的电视节目,并在用户开启网络机顶盒时,向用户提示尚未播放的待推荐给用户的电视节目的信息,使得用户能够及时观看自己喜爱的电视节目,改善和提高了用户的体验。
进一步地,本公开的另一实施例中,包括上述步骤的基础上,根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目包括:
根据用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被用户观看的次数和时长;
将每类电视节目被用户观看的次数乘以预设的第一权重值得到第一分数,将每类电视节目被观看的时长乘以预设的第二权重值得到第二分数,将第一分数和第二分数相加得到每类电视节目的总分数;
筛选出总分数最高的N类电视节目作为待推荐给用户的电视节目。
其中,第一权重值、第二权重值可以由用户根据自身需要来设置,还可以为网络机顶盒初始设置的默认值。
进一步地,根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目之后还包括:
存储待推荐给用户的N类电视节目的信息。
进一步地,在用户开启网络机顶盒后还包括:
更新用户的观看记录。
进一步地,根据用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被用户观看的次数和时长之前还包括:
判断电视节目是否为直播节目,并在判断电视节目为直播节目时,统计用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长。
进一步地,本公开的另一实施例中,包括上述步骤的基础上,向用户提示M个电视节目的信息包括以下方式中的至少一种:
通过语音向用户提示M个电视节目的信息;
通过网络机顶盒的屏幕向用户显示M个电视节目的信息;
通过与网络机顶盒连接的电视屏幕向用户显示M个电视节目的信息。
具体地,M个电视节目的信息可以包括电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
实施例二
本实施例还提供了一种网络机顶盒,如图2所示,本实施例中的网络机顶盒包括:
处理模块20,用于根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目;
提示模块24,用于在用户开启网络机顶盒后,从N类电视节目中确定当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,并向用户提示M个电视节目的信息,其中,M、N为不小于0的整数。
本实施例的网络机顶盒能够根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的电视节目,并在用户开启网络机顶盒时,向用户提示尚未播放的待推荐给用户的电视节目的信息,使得用户能够及时观看自己喜爱的电视节目,改善和提高 了用户的体验。
进一步地,处理模块包括:
统计单元,用于根据用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被用户观看的次数和时长;
计算单元,用于将每类电视节目被用户观看的次数乘以预设的第一权重值得到第一分数,将每类电视节目被观看的时长乘以预设的第二权重值得到第二分数,将第一分数和第二分数相加得到每类电视节目的总分数;
筛选单元,用于筛选出总分数最高的N类电视节目作为待推荐给用户的电视节目。
其中,第一权重值、第二权重值可以由用户根据自身需要来设置,还可以为网络机顶盒初始设置的默认值。
进一步地,网络机顶盒还包括:
存储模块22,用于存储待推荐给用户的N类电视节目的信息;
更新模块23,用于更新所述用户的观看记录。
进一步地,处理模块还包括:
判断单元,用于判断电视节目是否为直播节目;
所述统计单元具体用于在判断电视节目为直播节目时,统计用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长。
进一步地,所述提示模块包括以下单元中的至少一个:
语音提示单元,用于通过语音向用户提示M个电视节目的信息;
显示提示单元,用于通过网络机顶盒的屏幕向用户显示M个电视节目的信息;
信息发送单元,用于将M个电视节目的信息发送给与网络机顶盒连接的电视屏幕,通过所述电视屏幕向用户显示M个电视节目的信息。
具体地,M个电视节目的信息可以包括电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
实施例三
下面结合附图对本实施例的网络机顶盒的工作方法进行详细介绍,如图3所示,本实施例具体包括以下步骤:
步骤a:网络机顶盒接收网络端传送的电视节目信息;
网络机顶盒通过有线网络或无线网络接收网络端传送的电视节目信息,电视节目信息包括但不限于电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
步骤b:判断电视节目是否为直播节目,在电视节目为直播节目时,转向步骤c;在电视节目不是直播节目时,不做处理;
网络机顶盒可以根据接收到的电视节目信息判断接收到的每类电视节目是否为直播节目,如足球直播、春晚直播等等,如果判断电视节目为直播节目,则网络机顶盒进行下一步处理,统计用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长;如果判断电视节目不是直播节目,比如是录播的电视剧等,则不做处理。
步骤c:统计用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长;
对于接收到的每类电视节目,网络机顶盒统计用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长,比如统计用户观看世界杯足球直播节目的次数和时长。
步骤d:根据用户观看电视节目的次数和时长筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目;
具体地,可以将每类电视节目被用户观看的次数乘以预设的第一权重值得到第一分数,将每类电视节目被观看的时长乘以预设的第二权重值得到第二分数,将第一分数和第二分数相加得到每类电视节目的总分数,筛选出总分数最高的N类电视节目作为待推荐给用户的电视节目,具体地,N可以为3。其中,第一权重值、第二权重值可以由用户根据自身需要来设置,还可以为网络机顶盒初始设置的默认值,比如计算出世界杯足球直播节目为总分数最高的N类电视节目之一,则将世界杯足球直播节目作为待推荐给用户的电视节目。
步骤e:存储待推荐给用户的N类电视节目的信息
步骤f:检测用户是否开启网络机顶盒,如果用户开启网络机顶盒,转向步骤g;如果用户没有开启网络机顶盒,不做处理;
步骤g:在用户开启网络机顶盒后,从该N类电视节目中确定当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,并向用户提示该M个电视节目的信息。
具体地,可以在网络机顶盒内增加一个定时器,在用户开启网络机顶盒后就启动定时器,然后每隔一秒读取一次定时器的值,当读取的数值不大于阈值(比如10秒)时就表示用户刚开启网络机顶盒不久,不再读取定时器的值,并且提示用户当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,其中,该M个电视节目为当前时段该N类电视节目中尚未播放的电视节目,若当前时段待推荐给用户的 N类电视节目都已经播放完毕,则不向用户进行提示。比如当前时段世界杯的某一场足球比赛尚未播放完毕,则可以向用户提示该场足球比赛的节目信息。
具体地,可以通过语音向用户提示该M个电视节目的信息,比如语音重复三遍提示该M个电视节目的信息;或者通过网络机顶盒的屏幕向用户显示该M个电视节目的信息,比如在网络机顶盒的屏幕上滚动播出该M个电视节目的信息;或者将该M个电视节目的信息发送给与网络机顶盒连接的电视屏幕,通过电视屏幕向用户显示该M个电视节目的信息,该M个电视节目的信息包括但不限于电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
步骤h:更新用户的观看记录。
在用户下次开启网络机顶盒时,使用根据用户的更新的观看记录筛选出的待推荐给用户的N’类电视节目,重复步骤g。
本实施例的网络机顶盒能够根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的电视节目,并在用户开启网络机顶盒时,向用户提示尚未播放的待推荐给用户的电视节目的信息,使得用户能够及时观看自己喜爱的电视节目,改善和提高了用户的体验。本实施例仅仅需要在现有网络机顶盒中增加定时器和/或语音模块即可,增加的成本较少。
此说明书中所描述的许多功能部件都被称为模块,以便更加特别地强调其实现方式的独立性。
本公开实施例中,模块可以用软件实现,以便由各种类型的处理器执行。举例来说,一个标识的可执行代码模块可以包括计算机指令的一个或多个物理或者逻辑块,举例来说,其可以被构建为对象、过程或函数。尽管如此,所标识模块的可执行代码无需物理地位于一起,而是可以包括存储在不同物理上的不同的指令,当这些指令逻辑上结合在一起时,其构成模块并且实现该模块的规定目的。
实际上,可执行代码模块可以是单条指令或者是许多条指令,并且甚至可以分布在多个不同的代码段上,分布在不同程序当中,以及跨越多个存储器设备分布。同样地,操作数据可以在模块内被识别,并且可以依照任何适当的形式实现并且被组织在任何适当类型的数据结构内。所述操作数据可以作为单个数据集被收集,或者可以分布在不同位置上(包括在不同存储设备上),并且至少部分地可以仅作为电子信号存在于系统或网络上。
在模块可以利用软件实现时,考虑到现有硬件工艺的水平,所以可以以软件实现的模块,在不考虑成本的情况下,本领域技术人员都可以搭建对应的硬件电路来实现对应的功能,所述硬件电路包括常规的超大规模集成(VLSI)电路或者门阵列以及诸如逻辑芯片、晶体管之类的现有半导体或者是其它分立的元件。模块还可以用可编程硬件设备,诸如现场可编程门阵列、可编程阵列逻辑、可编程逻辑设备等实现。
在本公开各方法实施例中,所述各步骤的序号并不能用于限定各步骤的先后顺序,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,对各步骤的先后变化也在本公开的保护范围之内。
以上所述是本公开的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种网络机顶盒的工作方法,包括:
    根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目;
    在所述用户开启网络机顶盒后,从所述N类电视节目中确定当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,并向所述用户提示所述M个电视节目的信息,其中,M、N为不小于0的整数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目包括:
    根据所述用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被所述用户观看的次数和时长;
    将所述每类电视节目被所述用户观看的次数乘以预设的第一权重值得到第一分数,将所述每类电视节目被所述用户观看的时长乘以预设的第二权重值得到第二分数,将所述第一分数和所述第二分数相加得到所述每类电视节目的总分数;
    筛选出所述总分数最高的N类电视节目作为待推荐给所述用户的电视节目。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目之后还包括:
    存储所述待推荐给所述用户的N类电视节目的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,在所述用户开启网络机顶盒后还包括:
    更新所述用户的观看记录。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述第一权重值和所述第二权重值由所述用户设置,或者为所述网络机顶盒初始设置的默认值。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述根据用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被用户观看的次数和时长之前还包括:
    判断电视节目是否为直播节目,并在判断电视节目为直播节目时,统计所述用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述向用户提示所述M个电视节目的信息包括以下方式中的至少一种:
    通过语音向所述用户提示所述M个电视节目的信息;
    通过所述网络机顶盒的屏幕向所述用户显示所述M个电视节目的信息;
    通过与所述网络机顶盒连接的电视屏幕向用户显示所述M个电视节目的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的网络机顶盒的工作方法,其中,所述M个电视节目的信息包括电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
  9. 一种网络机顶盒,包括:
    处理模块,用于根据用户的观看记录筛选出待推荐给用户的N类电视节目;
    提示模块,用于在所述用户开启网络机顶盒后,从所述N类电视节目中确定当前时段尚未播放的M个电视节目,并向所述用户提示所述M个电视节目的信息,其中,M、N为不小于0的整数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的网络机顶盒,其中,所述处理模块包括:
    统计单元,用于根据所述用户的观看记录统计每类电视节目被所述用户观看的次数和时长;
    计算单元,用于将所述每类电视节目被所述用户观看的次数乘以预设的第一权重值得到第一分数,将所述每类电视节目被所述用户观看的时长乘以预设的第二权重值得到第二分数,将所述第一分数和所述第二分数相加得到所述每类电视节目的总分数;
    筛选单元,用于筛选出所述总分数最高的N类电视节目作为待推荐给所述用户的电视节目。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的网络机顶盒,还包括:
    存储模块,用于存储所述待推荐给用户的N类电视节目的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的网络机顶盒,还包括:
    更新模块,用于更新所述用户的观看记录。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的网络机顶盒,其中,所述第一权重值和所述第二权重值由用户设置,或者为所述网络机顶盒初始设置的默认值。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的网络机顶盒,其中,所述处理模块还包括:
    判断单元,用于判断电视节目是否为直播节目;
    所述统计单元具体用于在判断电视节目为直播节目时,统计所述用户观看该类电视节目的次数和时长。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的网络机顶盒,其中,所述提示模块包括以下单元中的至少一个:
    语音提示单元,用于通过语音向所述用户提示所述M个电视节目的信息;
    显示提示单元,用于通过所述网络机顶盒的屏幕向所述用户显示所述M个电视节目的信息;
    信息发送单元,用于将所述M个电视节目的信息发送给与所述网络机顶盒连接的电视屏幕,通过所述电视屏幕向所述用户显示所述M个电视节目的信息。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的网络机顶盒,其中,所述M个电视节目的信息包括电视节目的名称、频道、播出时间和播放时长。
