显示面板、显示装置以及显示面板的制造方法 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种显示面板、包括该显示面板的显示装置以及显示面板的制造方法。
背景技术
如图2所示,传统的显示面板具有挡墙5,挡墙5设置在显示面板的第一基板1和第二基板2之间并且具有设置在第二基板2上的第一端部以及与第一端部相对的第二端部,相邻的挡墙5之间设有油墨区域,而在挡墙5之间的油墨区域设置有油墨3,由于在制造过程中,各个挡墙5的高度无法完全相同,导致了不同的挡墙5的第二端部与第一基板1之间存在间隙,从而油墨区域中的油墨3可能流通到相邻的油墨区域,从而导致串扰或者产生气泡,这样,显示面板的显示效果受到很大影响。基于类似理由,其也影响包括电子标签,电致变色透明显示装置等显示装置的显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的实施例的目的在于提供一种显示面板、显示装置以及显示面板的制造方法,由此至少减轻油墨区域中的油墨流通到相邻的油墨区域中的问题。
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种显示面板,其包括:第一基板;与第一基板相对设置的第二基板;挡墙,所述挡墙设置在所述第一基板和第二基板之间并且具有设置在第二基板上的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部;以及在所述第一基板的朝向所述第二基板的一侧设置的材料层,所述材料层设置有与所述挡墙的第二端部相配合的凹槽。
根据本发明的实施例,所述凹槽的深度为0.1μm-5μm,其宽度为5μm-50μm;且所述挡墙的宽度为5μm-50μm。
根据本发明的实施例,所述凹槽的宽度大于所述挡墙的宽度; 且所述凹槽的宽度与所述挡墙的宽度之差小于或等于2μm。
根据本发明的实施例,相邻的所述凹槽之间形成有隔壁,所述隔壁的宽度为100μm-1000μm。

根据本发明的实施例所提供的技术方案,在材料层上形成了凹槽,从而挡墙5的第二端部在组装后与凹槽4配合,即,挡墙5的第二端部伸入到凹槽4内,由于凹槽4具有一定深度,从而,不同高度的挡墙5的第二端部都可以伸入到凹槽4内,挡墙的第二端部与凹槽的内壁形成了密封结构,从而相邻油墨区域的油墨3不会产生流通,从而避免了串扰以及避免了产生气泡。
在本发明的实施方式中,凹槽的深度为0.1μm-5μm,其宽度为5μm-50μm,通过上述设置可以更好地补偿由于挡墙的高度不同而造成的缝隙,从而,避免油墨流通。挡墙的高度可以为10μm-100μm,其宽度可以为5μm-50μm。根据本发明的实施方式,相邻的凹槽之间形成有隔壁,隔壁的宽度为100μm-1000μm。凹槽的宽度大于所述挡墙的宽度,且凹槽的宽度与所述挡墙的宽度之差小于或等于2μm,通过上述设置,可以使得所述凹槽与挡墙的第二端部的配合更紧密,防止油墨流通。
利用本发明的实施例的技术方案,由于设置了凹槽,从而在将第一基板和第二基板组装在一起后,挡墙的第二端部与所述凹槽配合,即,挡墙的第二端部伸入到所述凹槽内,从而避免了油墨通过挡墙与第一基板之间的缝隙在邻近油墨区域之间流通,避免了相邻像素之间的油墨串扰以及避免了产生气泡。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括上述的显示面板。该显示装置包括电子纸、电子标签、电致变色透明显示装置等。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种显示面板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:提供第一基板1;提供第二基板2;在第二基板1上形成挡墙5,所述挡墙5具有设置在第二基板2上的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部;在所述第一基板1上形成材料层并且在材料层中形成凹槽4,所述凹槽4与所述挡墙5的第二端部相配合;以及将第一基板1和第二基板2组装在一起,使得所述挡墙5的第二端部配合在所述凹槽4中。
根据本发明的实施例,凹槽4通过一次构图工艺制得。具体地,形成凹槽的步骤包括:在第一基板上涂覆作为材料层的光刻胶;利用掩模板对光刻胶进行曝光;以及对曝光后的光刻胶进行干燥、显影以获得所述凹槽。光刻胶可以由树脂制成。
例如,凹槽的深度范围为0.1μm-5μm,其宽度为5μm-50μm,采用彩色油墨,挡墙的高度范围可以为10μm-100μm,其宽度可以为5μm-50μm。凹槽4之间形成有隔壁,所述隔壁的宽度为100μm-1000μm。
凹槽的具体制作工艺为:在第一基板上涂覆光刻胶,在光刻胶涂覆完成后进行真空干燥,即,在温度为100摄制度的条件下,烘干600秒;利用掩模板对涂覆的光刻胶曝光25秒;在230摄氏度下烘干500秒;然后进行显影200秒;最后在230摄氏度下烘干200秒,得到上述凹槽。通过上述方式,使得具有凹槽的显示面板能够防止由于挡墙高度不同而带来的串扰及气泡。

  1. 一种显示面板,其包括:
    第一基板;
    与第一基板相对设置的第二基板;
    挡墙,所述挡墙设置在所述第一基板和第二基板之间并且具有设置在第二基板上的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部;以及
    在所述第一基板的朝向所述第二基板的一侧设置的材料层,所述材料层设置有与所述挡墙的第二端部相配合的凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,
    所述凹槽的深度为0.1μm-5μm,其宽度为5μm-50μm;且
    所述挡墙的宽度为5μm-50μm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,
    所述凹槽的宽度大于所述挡墙的宽度;
    且所述凹槽的宽度与所述挡墙的宽度之差小于或等于2μm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,
    相邻的所述凹槽之间形成有隔壁,所述隔壁的宽度为100μm-1000μm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,
    所述材料层由树脂制成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,
    所述挡墙的第二端部与所述凹槽具有大致互补的形状。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,

  8. 一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的显示面板。
  9. 一种显示面板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
    提供第一基板;
    提供第二基板;
    在第二基板上形成挡墙,所述挡墙具有设置在第二基板上的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部;
    在所述第一基板上形成材料层并且在材料层中形成凹槽,所述凹槽与所述挡墙的第二端部相配合;以及
    将第一基板和第二基板组装在一起,使得所述挡墙的第二端部配合在所述凹槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的制造方法,其中,
    形成凹槽的步骤包括:
    在第一基板上涂覆作为材料层的光刻胶;
    利用掩模板对光刻胶进行曝光;以及
    对曝光后的光刻胶进行显影以获得所述凹槽。
