- the continuous body on which the top sheet 50, the back sheet 60a, the absorber 40, and the like are arranged is cut along the width direction W into a size of one product. Thereby, disposable diaper 10 is manufactured.
- the length W1 of the waist elastic section 85 in the width direction W is greater than the length W2 of the width direction W of the absorber 40 (or the absorbent core 40a).
- the center line O of the fastening tape 90 in the longitudinal direction L overlaps the waist elastic portion 85 and does not overlap the absorber 40 in plan view of the disposable diaper 10. Therefore, when the wearing assistant pulls the fastening tape 90 at the time of wearing the disposable diaper 10, the rigidity of the absorbent body 40 can prevent the problem that the extension and contraction of the waist elastic part 85 is inhibited.
- the disposable diaper 10 can be fitted firmly against the waist of the wearer.
- FIG. 4 schematically shows how the disposable diaper 10 is attached to a wearer.
- FIG. 4 (a) shows a state in which the fastening tape 90 is fastened to the front waist area 20 and the wearer sleeps
- FIG. 4 (b) is a fastening of the fastening tape 90 to the front waist area 20. And the wearer is awake.
- the wearing assistant When wearing the tape type disposable diaper 10 on the wearer, the wearing assistant places the back of the wearer on the back waist area 30 of the disposable diaper 10 and places the fastening tape 90 on the outer side in the width direction W Pull and fasten the fastening tape 90 to the front waist area 20. As shown in FIG. 4A, in this case, the body pressure of the wearer is applied to the back waist area 30 of the disposable diaper 10.
- the force generated when the mounting assistant pulls the fastening tape 90 to the outside in the width direction W is positioned in the width direction W inside the absorber 40 (the absorbent core 40a) in the waist elastic part 85. Since the region B is not reached, when the wearer gets up after wearing the disposable diaper 10, a gap may be generated between the wearer and the disposable diaper 10.
- the extension ratio of the region A located outside the absorber 40 (or the absorbent core 40a) in the width direction W is the waist elastic portion
- the region B is raised when the wearer gets up. Since the region A having an expansion rate larger than the region B is pulled and extended in the width direction W, there is a possibility that a gap may be generated between the wearer and the disposable diaper 10 it can.
- the expansion ratio of the region A located outside the absorber 40 (or the absorbent core 40a) in the width direction W is the waist elastic portion 85.
- the disposable diaper 10 is to be worn on the wearer in a case that is configured to be smaller than the elongation rate of the region B located inside the width direction W than the absorbent body 40 (absorbent core 40a).
- the waist elastic portion 85 and the pair of leg elastic portions 75 are configured so as not to overlap each other. It is possible to avoid a situation in which the waist stretch unit 85 is pulled inward in the longitudinal direction L following the movement and does not fit tightly around the waist of the wearer.
- the waist stretchable portion 85 and the pair of leg side stretchable portions 80 are configured to overlap, so the disposable diaper 10 faces the waist stretchable portion 85 It is possible to prevent the situation in which the body of the wearer and the disposable diaper 10 are separated by being pulled up.
- a region in which the waist elastic portion 85 and the absorber 40 (or the absorbent core 40 a) are configured to overlap is overlapped with the waist elastic portion 85 Since the thickness of the absorber 40 (or the absorption core 40a) in the second embodiment is thinner than the thickness of the absorber 40 (or the absorption core 40a) in the other region, the absorber 40 (or the other The absorbent core 40a) can be held down by the waist elastics 85 to improve the fit with the wearer.
- the absorbent body 40 (or the absorbent core 40a) is disposed on the inner side in the longitudinal direction L than the end 92E1 on the inner side of the hook sheet 92 in the longitudinal direction L.
- the fastening tape 90 is pulled to the outside in the width direction W, the influence of the force on the area B can be more reliably reduced.
- the inner end (front end edge) 85E1 of the waist elastic section 85 in the longitudinal direction L is longer than the inner end 92E1 of the hook sheet 92 in the longitudinal direction L. It is disposed inside L, and the outer end (rear end edge) 85E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the waist elastic section 85 is longer in the longitudinal direction L than the outer end 92E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the hook sheet 92. Being arranged outside, the force generated when the fastening tape 90 is pulled outward in the width direction W can efficiently affect the waist elastic section 85, and the waist elastic section 85 fits the wearer. It is possible to improve the quality.
- the pair of leg stretchable parts 75 is configured to spread outward in the width direction W toward the rear waist region 30, so the disposable diaper 10 is attached. Later, the force by which the waist elastic section 85 is pulled in the longitudinal direction L can be dispersed to the outside in the width direction W.
- the wearer's body is placed so as to cover the full width of the absorbent core 40a when worn. Therefore, when pulling the fastening tape 90, the part located in the width direction W outer side than a wearer's body, ie, the area
- the mounting assistant may not know how long the fastening tape 90 may be stretched and may not be able to fasten at the correct position.
- the wearing assistant stretches the first area 851 and fastens the fastening tape 90. Do.
- the wearing assistant can easily stretch the first area 851, and thus can easily grasp the range in which the first area 851 can be stretched. Therefore, the mounting assistant can grasp the range in which the fastening tape 90 is stretched and fasten the fastening tape 90 at the correct position.
- the first region 851 is disposed at a position to hit the hip bone beside the wearer.
- the second region 852 and the third region 853 are in a state in which the physical pressure of the wearer is applied and it is difficult to stretch.
- the body pressure applied to the back waist area 30 of the disposable diaper 10 is reduced.
- the first area 851, the second area 852 and the third area 853 interlock to set the first area 851 as a base point.
- the second region 852 and the third region 853 expand and contract as
- the first area 851 is already stretched when the fastening tape 90 is attached as compared with the second area 852 and the third area 853.
- the second area 852 and the third area 853 respectively expand and contract, the second area 852 having a relatively low expansion rate relative to the first area 851 is pulled toward the first area 851 and the expansion rate is relatively increased.
- the third region 853 having a high height pulls the second region 852 inward in the width direction W, and the second region 852 extends.
- the first region 851 since the first region 851 is positioned closer to the fastening tape 90, the first region 851 extends when the fastening tape 90 is attached to the target portion 95.
- the third region 853 which is difficult to extend in the width direction W with respect to the second region 852 allows the second region 852 located between the first region 851 and the third region 853 to have the width direction W As a result, the second region 852 can be evenly fitted to the body without weakening the baby's body with a weak force.
- the hip bones beside the wearer are strongly fitted by the first region 851.
- the dorsal side of the wearer's side lower than the hip bone has less hip bone, and the wearer's body is relatively soft.
- the portion with such low hip bone is weakly fitted by the second region 852.
- the fit of the wearer's body is relatively strong, and the fit of the wearer's body is soft, so that the fit of the wearer's body is fit to enhance the fit around the waist. it can.
- the third region 853 is disposed across the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the width direction W.
- the spine is placed at the center of the wearer's back, and is concaved to the ventral side relative to the left and right regions.
- a recess (a diamond of Michael) is a recess of the sacrum portion, and the third region 853 is disposed at the recess. In FIG. 4A, such a recessed portion is indicated by "CR".
- the third region 853 contracts while pulling the second region 852 when the body pressure decreases.
- Such a contracted portion can be placed at the recessed area of the wearer. Therefore, it can suppress that a crevice arises between the center of a wearer's back, and disposable diaper 10, and can fit disposable diaper 10 over the waist circumference.
- the thickness difference of the absorbent core 40a is generated before and after the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a, a gap is likely to occur between the wearer's body and the disposable diaper 10 in principle.
- the rear end edge of the waist elastic section 85 extends to the waist side beyond the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a, and the extension ratio of the third region 853 is relatively high, the back side concave portion Can be more reliably prevented.
- the absorbent core 40a is relatively stiffer than the other members (top sheet 50) that make up the disposable diaper 10, and thus is difficult to be disposed along the wearer's body.
- the waist elastic section 85 overlaps the absorbent core 40 a and the waist elastic section 85 is disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core 40 a, contraction of the waist elastic section 85 causes The absorbent core 40a can be fitted to the wearer's body.
- the width of the absorbent core 40a may be too short in the natural state due to the contraction of the third region 853.
- the width of the disposable diaper 10 can not be secured at the time of fastening of the fastening tape 90, and it becomes difficult for the wearing assistant to grasp the fastening tape 90, and there is a possibility that the wearability may deteriorate.
- the second region 852 and the third region 853 are disposed in the entire width direction W of the absorbent core 40a by locating the second region 852 inside the widthwise direction W of the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a. Therefore, the width of the absorbent core 40a does not become too short in the natural state, and deterioration of the mounting property can be suppressed.
- the inner edge of the first region 851 is located inward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a.
- the attachment assistant stretches the first region 851 and fastens the fastening tape 90.
- the absorbent core 40a is disposed under the body of the wearer and is under physical pressure. Since the inner edge of the first region 851 is disposed on the inner side in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a, the inner edge of the absorbent core 40a pulls the fastening tape 90 and attaches it. It is difficult to move under the body.
- the inner edge of the first region 851 when the inner edge of the first region 851 is positioned inward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a, the inner edge of the first region 851 becomes a base point when the fastening tape 90 is pulled. It becomes easy to extend 1 area 851.
- the adhesive for bonding the waist elastic portion 85 and the absorbent core 40 a may be arranged in a plurality of lines continuously in the longitudinal direction L and arranged so that the lines overlap in the width direction W. According to this configuration, the waist elastic portion 85 and the absorbent core 40a can be continuously bonded in the longitudinal direction L and the width direction W, and the waist elastic portion 85 can be prevented from rising from the absorbent core 40a.
- the extension ratio of the third region 853 in the width direction W may be higher than the extension ratio of the first region 851 in the width direction W. According to this configuration, since the extension ratio of the third region 853 is higher than the extension ratio of the first region 851, the body pressure applied to the rear waist region 30 is reduced after fastening the fastening tape 90. In this state, the second area 852 is pulled to the third area 853 side. Therefore, the portion contracted by the third region 853 can be collected in the recess of the wearer's back.
- the third region 853 overlaps at least a part of the low basis weight region 110 in a plan view of the disposable diaper 10.
- the low basis weight region 110 is contracted in the width direction W by the third region 853, and the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a is deformed toward the center in the width direction W.
- the rear portion of the absorbent core 40a can be formed in a cup shape.
- the cup-shaped absorbent core 40a can cover the buttocks of the wearer and can further enhance the waist fit.
- the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a and the rear end edge of the core wrap 40b substantially coincide with each other, and the waist elastic portion 85 extends rearward than the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a and the rear end edge of the core wrap 40b Do.
- the stretchability of the waist elastic section 85 may be inhibited by the core wrap 40b.
- the waist elastic portion 85 extends rearward from the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a and the rear end edge of the core wrap 40b, the rear end edge of the absorbent core 40a and the rear end edge of the core wrap 40b are The core wrap 40b and the like do not inhibit the expansion and contraction of the waist elastic section 85.
- the waist elastic section 85 is not disposed at the rear end edge of the disposable diaper 10, and the side flap 70 of the rear end edge of the disposable diaper 10 is inside in the width direction W and inside in the longitudinal direction L.
- the notch which is dented in is formed.
- the rear end edge of the side flap 70 is recessed inward in the longitudinal direction L in a range extending inward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the side flap 70.
- the outer edge of the side flap 70 is recessed in the width direction W in a range extending inward in the longitudinal direction L from the rear end edge of the side flap 70.
