Description

平地越野式旱冰鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种旱冰鞋,具体涉及一种有平地越野功能的旱冰鞋。
背景技术
旱冰鞋,俗称轮滑鞋、溜冰鞋,包括鞋体和轮子组件,是一种集娱乐和健身于一体的产品,受到很多人,尤其是年轻人的广泛欢迎,应用很广。目前市场上的旱冰鞋的轮子是固定的,不能上下调整高度,只能在平地上滑行,一旦遇到地面高低不平时,轮子无法越过,会有很大的安全隐患。
针对现有旱冰鞋的这一结构,有必要进行改进,使旱冰鞋能适应凹凸不平的地面,增加其使用的灵活性和体验感。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种改进型的旱冰鞋,该旱冰鞋能够适应高低不平的路面,扩展了传统旱冰鞋的使用范围。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
平地越野式旱冰鞋,包括鞋体,所述鞋体下部设有轮子组件,所述轮子组件包括用于安装鞋体的安装座,所述安装座上设有升降机构,所述升降机构上设有至少三个轮子组,每个轮子组在所述升降机构作用下独立升降。
传统的旱冰鞋包括上部的鞋体与下部的轮子组件,轮子组件底部设有规则排列的若干个单排或双排轮子,这些轮子的位置固定,即,在使用过程中,这些轮子不能根据路面的高低调节各自的位置,因此传统的旱冰鞋只能在平整的路面上使用,存在使用局限。
本发明的旱冰鞋经过改进,可以适应前进方向上高低不平的路面,称为“平地越野式”旱冰鞋。
作为优选,所述升降机构包括第一连杆,所述的第一连杆一端设有第一轮子组,另一端活动连接有第二连杆,所述第二连杆的两端分别设有第二轮子组和第三轮子组,所述第一连杆和第二连杆可分别绕其连接处转动。
具体的,本发明的旱冰鞋底部的轮子组固定在第一连杆的一端和第二连杆的两端上,同时该第二连杆的中部活动连接在第一连杆的另一端上。由于第一连杆和第二连杆可分别绕其连接处转动,因此使用过程中,这些轮子组能根据地面的高低适应性的升降,使得该旱冰鞋能在复杂的不平的路面上使用。
作为优选,所述的第一连杆的一端通过过渡块与所述第二连杆相连,增加使用过程中轮子组升降的灵活性。
作为优选,所述第一连杆上设有防止其转动角度过大的第一限位机构。本发明的旱冰鞋在使用过程中,遇到障碍物时通过连杆的转动来实现轮子组的升降从而越过障碍物。该过程中第一连杆转动角度过大会导致第一连杆的损坏且存在不安全的因素,因此第一限位机构的设置能避免转动角度过大,该第一限位机构可以是设于第一连杆的凸起部 件,或其他起到减小转动角度的设置。
同样的,作为进一步的优选,所述第二连杆上也设有防止其转动角度过大的第二限位机构,具体实现方式和功能与第一限位机构相近。
作为优选,所述第一连杆和第二连杆在其连接处通过枢轴连接,方便相对转动。
本发明优选的另一种方案中,所述升降机构包括第一安装块,所述第一安装块上设有弹簧,所述弹簧的端部通过第二安装块安装有轮子组。该结构能够通过弹簧的伸缩实现第二安装块的上下升降,进而实现弹簧的上下升降,使旱冰鞋能够越过路面上凹凸不平的障碍物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:1)旱冰鞋的轮子组能独立的完成升降,因此能适应各个凹凸不平的路面;2)旱冰鞋的稳定性好,安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述。
见图1至图4,平地越野式旱冰鞋,包括鞋体1,所述鞋体1下部设有轮子组件,所述轮子组件包括用于安装鞋体1的安装座6,所述安装座6上转动连接有第一连杆7,所述的第一连杆7一端设有第一轮子组2,另一端通过过渡块F连接有第二连杆5,即,该过渡块F一端与第一连杆7枢接,另一端与第二连杆5枢接;所述第二连杆5的两端分别设有第二轮子组3和第三轮子组4,所述第一连杆7和第二连杆5在其连接处通过枢轴连接,即图3中的第一枢接部C与第二枢接部E,因此可分别绕其连接处转动,此外,第二枢接部E上设有凸出部,起到限位作用,增加稳定性。
本实施方式中,所述第一连杆7上设有防止其转动角度过大的第一限位机构,该第一限位机构为第一限位凸起a,相应的,在安装座6底部设有可与第一限位凸起a相抵的第二限位凸起B。所述第二连杆5上设有防止其转动角度过大的第二限位机构,该第二限位机构为第三限位凸起D,相应的,在第一枢接部C的底部设有可与第三限位凸起a相抵的第四限位凸起B。
此外,在使用过程中,过渡块F也会上下运动,因此在安装座6底部的对应位置设有与过渡块F的外形匹配的凹槽G,起到定位作用,增加稳定性。
本发明的旱冰鞋由于其轮子组能独立的完成升降,因此能在前进方向上凹凸不平的路面上使用,该功能从图4至图7中能很好的看出:图4为平地上使用时轮子的状态图, 图5为遇到障碍时第一轮子组2升起的状态图,图6为第三轮子组4升起的状态图,图7为第二轮子组3升起的状态图。
见图8,为本发明的另一种实施方式的分解示意图,该实施方式中,所述升降机构包括设于安装座4下方的第一安装块10,所述第一安装块10下部设有三个弹簧11,所述三个弹簧11的端部设有第二安装块12,所述第二安装块12的两端对称安装有轮子。如此依靠弹簧11的伸缩弹力,该第二安装块12能独立升降,从而使该第二安装块12上的轮子组能够上下升降,使该旱冰鞋能在高低不平的路面上使用。
本发明的保护范围包括但不限于以上实施方式,本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准,任何对本技术做出的本领域的技术人员容易想到的替换、变形、改进均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 平地越野式旱冰鞋,包括鞋体(1),所述鞋体(1)下部设有轮子组件,其特征在于,所述轮子组件包括用于安装鞋体(1)的安装座(6),所述安装座(6)上设有升降机构,所述升降机构上设有至少三个轮子组,每个轮子组在所述升降机构作用下独立升降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括第一连杆(7),所述第一连杆(7)一端设有第一轮子组(2),另一端活动连接有第二连杆(5),所述第二连杆(5)的两端分别设有第二轮子组(3)和第三轮子组(4),所述第一连杆(7)和第二连杆(5)可分别绕其连接处转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述的第一连杆(7)的一端通过过渡块与所述第二连杆(5)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述第一连杆(7)上设有防止其转动角度过大的第一限位机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(5)上设有防止其转动角度过大的第二限位机构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(5)上设有防止其转动角度过大的第二限位机构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述第一连杆(7)和第二连杆(5)在其连接处通过枢轴连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的平地越野式旱冰鞋,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括第一安装块(10),所述第一安装块(10)上设有弹簧(11),所述弹簧(11)的端部通过第二安装块(12)安装有轮子组。
