步骤208:释放与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫的对话号。
步骤209:下发接入码给主业务,第二次触发引导业务进行二次呼叫。
步骤210:继续执行接下来呼叫业务处理流程。
本实施例的呼叫处理方法可以应用于CDMA智能网的SCP(Service Control Point,业务控制点)中。
实施例二:
如图3所示,本实施例提供了一种呼叫处理装置,应用CDMA智能网,包括:业务处理模块、第一判断模块、第二判断模块和释放模块;
所述业务处理模块,设置为接收用户的呼叫后触发引导业务;
所述第一判断模块,设置为判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫;
所述第二判断模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块判断为是的时,判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫;
所述释放模块,设置为在所述第二判断模块判断为否时,释放所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
优先地,所述第一判断模块,设置为:
获取本次呼叫在CDMA智能网中的序数、以及所述关联呼叫对应的关联会话数;
获取所述CDMA智能网中被叫与本次呼叫被叫相同的呼叫的个数;
根据所述个数判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
优先地,所述第二判断模块,设置为:
获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫的对话号,并将其作为目的呼叫索引;
根据所述目的呼叫索引和主叫号码判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
优先地,如图4所示,本实施例呼叫处理装置,还包括:第三判断模块,所述第三判断模块,设置为在第一判断模块判断为是后,在第二判断模块进行判断之前,获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫在CDMA智能网中的序数、以及与本次呼叫相关联的关联会话数;判断所述序数是否小于等于所述关联会话数;
所述第二判断模块,设置为在所述第三判断模块判断为是时判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
优先地,所述业务处理模块,还设置为在第一判断模块判断为否时,下发接入码给主业务,第二次触发引导业务进行二次呼叫。
本实施例的呼叫处理装置可以在第一次呼叫结束后快速进行第二次呼叫时,将CDMA智能网中存在的第一次呼叫的会话及时释放掉,避免由于第一次呼叫会话未释放掉导致第二次呼叫出现中断的问题,提升了用户体验。
本实施例呼叫处理装置可以应用于CDMA智能网的SCP。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫处理方法和装置具有以下有 益效果:可以在第一次呼叫结束后快速进行第二次呼叫时,将CDMA智能网中存在的第一次呼叫的会话及时释放掉,从而有效地避免由于第一次呼叫会话未释放掉导致第二次呼叫出现中断。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫处理方法,应用于CDMA智能网,包括如下步骤:
    接收用户的呼叫后触发引导业务;
    判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫;
    若有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫,则判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫;
    若有关联呼叫,则释放所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫处理方法,其中,所述判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫的步骤包括:
    获取所述CDMA智能网中被叫与本次呼叫被叫相同的呼叫的个数;
    根据所述个数判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的呼叫处理方法,其中,所述判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫的步骤包括:
    获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫的对话号,并将其作为目的呼叫索引;
    根据所述目的呼叫索引和主叫号码判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的呼叫处理方法,其中,当判断有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫时,在判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫在CDMA智能网中的序数、以及与本次呼叫相关联的关联会话数;
    判断所述序数是否小于等于所述关联会话数,若是,则判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫处理方法,其中,所述方法还包括:在判断没有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫时,下发接入码给主业务,第二次触发引导业务进行二次呼叫。
  6. 一种呼叫处理装置,应用于CDMA智能网,包括:业务处理模块、第一判断模块、第二判断模块和释放模块;
    所述业务处理模块,设置为接收用户的呼叫后触发引导业务;
    所述第一判断模块,设置为判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫;
    所述第二判断模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块判断为是的时,判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫;
    所述释放模块,设置为在所述第二判断模块判断为否时,释放所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫处理装置,其中,所述第一判断模块,设置为:
    获取所述CDMA智能网中被叫与本次呼叫被叫相同的呼叫的个数;
    根据所述个数判断所述CDMA智能网中是否有与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的呼叫处理装置,其中,所述第二判断模块,设置为:
    获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫的对话号,并将其作为目的呼叫索引;
    根据所述目的呼叫索引和主叫号码判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的呼叫处理装置,其中,还包括:第三判断模块;
    所述第三判断模块,设置为在第一判断模块判断为是时,在第二判断模块进行判断之前,获取所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫在CDMA智能网中的序数、以及与本次呼叫相关联的关联会话数;判断所述序数是否小于等于所述关联会话数;
    所述第二判断模块,设置为在所述第三判断模块判断为是时判断所述与本次呼叫相关联的呼叫是否有关联呼叫。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫处理装置,其中,所述业务处理模块,还设置为在第一判断模块判断为否时,下发接入码给主业务,第二次触发引导业务进行二次呼叫。
