本发明实施例的上述方法中,通过自动重拨策略功能的启用,解决了用户遇到被叫占线情况时,机械重复拨号-握持听音-挂断-返回拨号界面的这样繁琐过程,实现了手机的智能化操作,使得手机呼叫过程更加高效,改善了用户的使用感受。
如图2所示,本发明实施例还提供一种手机呼叫占线自动重拨装置,包括:
发送模块21,设置为发送呼叫请求指令到核心网;
获取模块22,设置为获取核心网下发的呼叫控制信令;
解析模块23,设置为解析所述呼叫控制信令,确定当前呼叫被叫占线;
执行模块24,设置为根据用户设置的自动重拨策略,自动发起下一次呼叫请求。
可选地,所述发送模块21还包括:
连接建立子模块,设置为建立无线连接通道到核心网;
发送子模块,设置为通过无线连接通道将呼叫请求指令发送到核心网。
可选地,所述获取模块22还包括:
第一获取子模块,设置为获取核心网下发的呼叫控制信令中的释放信令;
终止子模块,设置为终止当前呼叫过程,其中所述终止当前呼叫过程是指释放本次呼叫过程中占用的无线资源。

解析子模块,设置为解析核心网下发的释放信令中携带的原因Cause字段,得到解析结果;其中所述Cause字段为用户忙;

指示模块28,设置为通过自动重拨策略设置的用户提醒方式,指示用户接听电话。
可选地,指示模块28中所述的用户提醒方式包括:响铃和/或震动。
需要说明的是,该装置是与上述方法对应的装置,上述方法的所有实现实施例均适用于该装置的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端,包括如上述实施例所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨装置。
一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法。
下面结合手机设备中涉及到本发明实施例中所述方法的子系统来详细说明本发明实施例的方法。
如图3所示,为本发明实施例的手机设备中涉及本发明实施例方法的子系统的构成关系示意图。参与本发明实施例方法的实施过程包括:位于调制
解调器MODEM芯片内的通信连接子系统,位于应用处理器AP芯片内的呼叫控制子系统,设置与判决子系统。
其中,通信连接子系统完成全部移动通信网络有关的协议过程,并提供一套同AP芯片的通信机制,能够在MODEM及AP间完成必要的交互,将必要的信令内容转发至AP芯片上的相应模块进行处理,或接收AP发起的一些信息与指令由MODEM芯片执行。工作步骤如下:
Step1:用户使用手机UI中的拨号界面或通讯录等可根据联系人或号码发起呼叫的界面发起呼叫,即经呼叫控制子系统控制通信连接子系统完成接入网的连接并发送呼叫请求信令。
Step2:当用户呼叫的被叫号码有效,且此时被叫并未占线时,呼叫可完成接续,核心网会通过无线接入网向主叫发起提醒Alerting/呼叫进程CallProceeding/连接Connect等呼叫控制信令,指示主叫同被叫间呼叫过程的建立,同时启动接入网无线承载建立的流程,建立语音话路。
Step3:当核心网接收到主叫发起的呼叫请求后,核心网判断被叫发生占线,表明呼叫无法接续,则核心网会向主叫下发拆链/释放信令,并在其中的Cause字段携带用户忙,指示主叫被叫忙。
呼叫控制信令通过接入网到达用户设备即手机,由通信连接子系统接收并解析,当判定当前呼叫被叫占线,则向呼叫控制子系统发送通知,并完成本子系统的正常处理流程,例如释放之前的接入过程已分配的无线资源。
Step4:呼叫控制子系统收到被叫占线的通知,向设置与判决子系统查询对当前呼叫,用户是否设置了自动重呼的功能。如果设置了自动重呼的功能,进入Step5;如果没有设置自动重呼的功能,则同常规过程,在UI上给用户提供必要的提示,过程结束。
Step5:根据设置与判决子模块中用户设置的策略,呼叫控制子系统代替用户继续下一次呼叫的准备动作,并在符合条件后开始呼叫过程,即重新执行Step1。“自动重拨”策略内容可以包括但不仅限于发起下次呼叫的时间间隔、总的重拨次数是否设置上限,拨叫过程是否需要用户值守及设置相应的用户提醒方式等。
下面结合本发明实施例的方法的流程示意图来详细说明本发明实施例的
方案。
如图4所示,为本发明实施例的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法的流程示意图,包括步骤S101~S104:
步骤S101:用户发起语音呼叫;用户通过手机UI中的通话拨号器软件模块操作,发起语音呼叫,确定被叫的号码;
步骤S102:根据呼叫控制信令判定被叫是否占线;手机的呼叫过程由MODEM芯片中的通信连接子系统执行,当被叫占线时,核心网没有下发无线承载指派,并下发释放/拆链信令以终止呼叫过程,且信令中携带Cause字段为用户忙,通信连接子系统除了根据信令执行无线资源的释放过程,同时发送相应的指示消息到呼叫控制子系统,表明被叫占线;
步骤S103:根据当前呼叫设置判定是否执行自动重拨;呼叫控制子系统接收到被叫占线的通知,通过与设置判定子系统交互来判定用户是否对此呼叫指定启用了自动重拨功能。如果用户启用了自动重拨的功能,则进一步获取自动重拨策略配置;
步骤S104:判定自动重拨策略设置的内容及无线接入资源的释放情况,是否已满足重拨条件;当呼叫控制子系统判定满足由重拨策略配置指定的重拨条件时,例如时间间隔到达,则呼叫控制子系统同通信连接子系统交互是否完成上次呼叫的清理流程。当通信连接子系统已经成功清理上次呼叫占用的无线资源并可以再次发起呼叫,则进入下次呼叫过程。
下面结合实施例来详细说明采用本发明方法自动重拨完成呼叫接通的流程。
如图5所示,为本发明实施例的采用手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法完成呼叫接通的流程示意图,包括步骤S201~S203:
步骤S201:进入自动重拨过程;呼叫控制子系统根据已设置的自动重拨策略对占线的被叫号码进行自动重拨;
步骤S202:收到核心网下发的被叫接续成功信令,建立无线接入承载;当某次重试中,通信连接子系统收到了核心网下发的连接信令,并且接收已开始的核心网发起的无线承载指派的流程,表明本次呼叫建立成功,向呼叫控制子系统发出相应的通知消息;
步骤S203:向用户发出呼叫接通后的提醒提示,用户接通电话;呼叫控制子系统收到被叫呼叫成功的通知消息,同设置判定子系统交互,检查用户是否设置了呼叫接通的提醒功能,如果设置了呼叫接通的提醒功能,则控制相应模块发出铃音/震动通知,以提醒启用了自动重拨功能的用户返回并拿起手机进入通话过程。
需要说明的是,启用了自动重拨功能的用户在手机执行呼叫占线自动重拨的过程中,人机可分离,即该用户无需一直守在手机旁边,待到呼叫接通后手机的指示功能模块提醒该用户拿起手机接听电话,用户进入通话状态。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
本发明实施例的方案中,通过自动重拨策略功能的启用,解决了用户遇到被叫占线情况时,机械重复拨号-握持听音-挂断-返回拨号界面的这样繁琐过程,实现了手机的智能化操作,使得手机呼叫过程更加高效,改善了用户的使用感受。
Claims (15)
- 一种手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,包括:发送呼叫请求指令到核心网;获取所述核心网下发的呼叫控制信令;解析所述呼叫控制信令,确定当前呼叫被叫占线;根据用户设置的自动重拨策略发起下一次呼叫请求。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其中,所述发送呼叫请求指令到核心网的步骤包括:建立无线连接通道到所述核心网;通过所述无线连接通道将呼叫请求指令发送到所述核心网。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其中,所述获取所述核心网下发的呼叫控制信令的步骤包括:获取所述核心网下发的呼叫控制信令中的释放信令;终止当前呼叫过程;其中,所述终止当前呼叫过程包括:释放本次呼叫过程中占用的无线资源。
- 根据权利要求3所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其中,所述解析所述呼叫控制信令,确定当前呼叫被叫占线的步骤包括:解析所述核心网下发的释放信令中携带的原因Cause字段,得到解析结果;其中所述Cause字段为用户忙;根据所述解析结果,确定当前呼叫被叫占线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,所述方法还包括:在根据用户设置的自动重拨策略,自动发起下一次呼叫请求之前,确定当前呼叫启用了自动重拨功能。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户设置的自动重拨策略,自动发起下一次呼叫请求的步骤包括:获取用户设置的所述自动重拨策略;在满足用户设置的所述自动重拨策略的条件时,自动发起下一次呼叫请 求。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其中,所述自动重拨策略的内容包括以下一种或多种:发起下一次呼叫的时间间隔、总的重拨次数是否设置上限、拨叫过程是否需要用户值守和设置用户提醒方式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,所述方法还包括:根据用户设置的所述自动重拨策略,自动发起下一次呼叫请求之后成功呼叫;所述成功呼叫的步骤包括:获取所述核心网下发的连接信令;根据所述核心网下发的无线承载指派,建立呼叫连接;通过所述自动重拨策略设置的用户提醒方式,指示用户接听电话。
- 根据权利要求8所述的手机呼叫占线自动重拨方法,其中,所述用户提醒方式包括:响铃和/或震动。
- 一种手机呼叫占线自动重拨装置,包括:发送模块,设置为发送呼叫请求指令到核心网;获取模块,设置为获取所述核心网下发的呼叫控制信令;解析模块,设置为解析所述呼叫控制信令,确定当前呼叫被叫占线;执行模块,设置为根据用户设置的自动重拨策略发起下一次呼叫请求。
