彩铃的播放、 设置方法及装置 技术领域 本发明移动通信领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种彩铃的播放、 设置方法及装置。 背景技术 随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高, 手机几乎成为了人人必备的设备, 然后尽管手机现在的发展已经很超前, 但是仍然还是存在一些问题无法有效的解决, 例如: 当用户正在开车穿梭于车流之中时, 电话想起, 难免手忙脚乱影响安全, 若是 重要客户、 顶头上司的来电, 更是左右为难; 当用户正在进行重要会议时, 可能不方 便或不可以接听电话; 当用户正在户外时, 由于声音嘈杂, 常常无法及时获知手机来 电。 随着手机在人们生活中所占的地位越来越高, 忘带手机会让人产生焦虑情绪, 同 时严重影响日常沟通。 针对相关技术中, 在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题尚 未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种彩铃的播放、设置方法及装置, 以至少解决相关技术中, 在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 提供了一种彩铃的播放方法, 包 括: 接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息; 在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知 彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 优选地, 上述方法还包括: 检测所述被叫终端是否处于振铃状态; 当所述被叫终 端处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情景彩铃平台通知所述彩铃平台将所述情景彩铃插播到 所述彩铃平台当前播放的彩铃; 和 /或当所述被叫终端未处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情 景彩铃平台根据所述情景彩铃设置信息设置所述被叫终端的情景彩铃。 优选地, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情 景彩铃包括: 用所述情景彩铃替换所述被叫终端当前的彩铃, 通知所述彩铃平台播放 所述情景彩铃; 或者通知所述彩铃平台将所述情景彩铃插播到所述被叫终端当前的彩 铃中。 优选地, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情 景彩铃包括: 将所述情景彩铃反馈至所述彩铃平台; 通知所述彩铃平台播放所述情景 彩铃。 优选地, 接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息包括: 接收所述被叫终端通过语 音方式获取的所述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 所述情景彩铃设置信息为语音形式或文 本形式。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的再一个实施例, 提供了一种彩铃的设置方法, 包括: 在振铃状态时, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息; 向情景彩铃平台发送所述 情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 所述情景彩铃平台用于通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃 设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 优选地, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息之前还包括: 响应所述振铃状态, 向 用户展示用于提示用户以语音方式输入所述情景彩铃设置信息的提示信息。 优选地, 向情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息包括: 以语音形式向所述情 景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息; 或者将所述情景彩铃设置信息由语音形式转 化成文本形式, 以文本形式向所述情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的又一个实施例, 提供了一种彩铃的播放装置, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息; 播放模块, 设置为 在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的 情景彩铃。 优选地, 所述装置还包括: 第一设置模块, 设置为当所述被叫终端处于振铃状态 时, 通过所述情景彩铃平台通知所述彩铃平台将所述情景彩铃插播到所述彩铃平台当 前播放的彩铃; 和 /或第二设置模块, 设置为当所述被叫终端未处于振铃状态时, 通过 所述情景彩铃平台根据所述情景彩铃设置信息设置所述被叫终端的情景彩铃。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的又一个实施例, 提供了一种彩铃的设置装置, 包括: 获取模块, 设置为在振铃状态时, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息; 发送模 块, 设置为向所述情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 所述情景彩铃平 台用于通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 通过本发明实施例, 采用在接收到被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息之后, 在被叫呼 叫主叫的过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台指示彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应 的情景彩铃的技术方案, 解决了相关技术中, 在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的 方式通知主叫的问题。 被叫终端只需要对着手机说出场景名称, 就可以把自己当前的 状态通过彩铃音告知主叫用户, 达到精通沟通的目的。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1为根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放装置的结构框图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放装置的另一结构框图; 图 4为根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放处理方法的流程图; 图 5为根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放处理装置的结构框图; 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理系统示意图; 图 7为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理方法的另一流程图; 以及 图 8为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理方法的又一流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1为根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放方法的流程图,如图 1所示,该方法包括: 步骤 S102至步骤 S104,
S102: 接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息; 此步骤可以通过情景彩铃平台实 现, 即情景彩铃平台接收上述情景彩铃设置信息。 被叫用户可以根据需要和当时身处的具体情况对着手机 (即被叫终端) 说出场景 名称, 例如: 当用户处在室外, 不能接听电话时, 可以对着手机说出室外情景对应的 场景名称。 该步骤引入实时语音控制技术, 使得用户在不方便的情况下, 非常简单和 有效的解决了在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题。 其中, 被叫终端通过语音方式获取上述情景彩铃设置信息, 并且, 该情景彩铃设 置信息可以根据需要设置为语音形式或者文本形式。
S104: 在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置 信息对应的情景彩铃。 具体地, 该过程可以包括以下过程: 将情景彩铃平台中设置的情景彩铃反馈至上 述彩铃平台, 并通知彩铃平台播放上述情景彩铃。 需要说明的是, 在执行上述步骤之前, 还需判断上述情景彩铃平台是否已设置情 景彩铃, 其中, 在上述情景彩铃平台已设置情景彩铃的情况下, 将上述情景彩铃反馈 到彩铃平台播放。 当然, 如果上述情景彩铃平台未设置情景彩铃时, 那么就通过情景彩铃平台指示 彩铃平台播放彩铃平台以前设置的彩铃即可。 在本步骤之前, 本实施例还包括如下步骤: 检测被叫终端是否处于振铃状态, 在 检测过程完成后, 情景彩铃的设置方式主要有以下两种情况: 第一种情况 当上述被叫终端的处于振铃状态时, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台将上述情景 彩铃插播到上述彩铃平台当前播放的彩铃。 第二种情况 当上述被叫终端的未处于振铃状态时, 将彩铃平台中当前设置的彩铃替换为上述 情景彩铃平台设置的上述情景彩铃,或者将情景彩铃插播到彩铃平台当前设置的彩铃。 上述彩铃的播放处理过程可以总结为如下表 1所示: 表 1

需要说明的是, 在为被叫终端设置与上述语音信息对应的情景彩铃之前, 还需要 判断被叫用户是否签约情景彩铃业务, 其中, 在被叫用户已签约上述情景彩铃业务的 情况下, 为上述被叫用户设置上述情景彩铃。 上述彩铃平台当前已设置的彩铃是终端 订购的平常意义上的 "彩铃", 即本发明实施例提到的 "情景彩铃"与 "彩铃平台当前 已设置的"是不同的概念。 通过上述各个步骤, 将获取到的来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息, 进而通过情 景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 采用本发明 实施例提供的上述技术方案, 解决了在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知 主叫的问题。 被叫用户只需要对着手机说出场景名称, 就可以把自己当前的状态通过 彩铃音告知主叫用户, 达到精通沟通的目的。 在本实施例中还提供了一种彩铃的播放装置, 用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方 式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述, 下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。 如以下所 使用的, 术语"模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描 述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并 被构想的。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的彩铃的播放装置的结构框图。 如图 2所示, 该 装置包括: 接收模块 22, 设置为接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息; 播放模块 24, 与接收模块 22连接, 设置为在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通 知彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 本实施例对上述技术方案的进一步改进在于, 如图 3所示,上述装置还可以包括: 检测模块 26, 设置为检测被叫终端是否处于振铃状态; 第一设置模块 28, 连接至检测模块 26, 当被叫终端处于振铃状态时, 通过情景彩 铃平台通知彩铃平台将情景彩铃插播到彩铃平台当前播放的彩铃; 第二设置模块 30, 连接至检测模块 26, 当被叫终端未处于振铃状态时, 将彩铃平 台中当前设置的彩铃替换为情景彩铃平台设置的情景彩铃, 或者将情景彩铃插播到彩 铃平台当前设置的彩铃。 具体地, 将被叫终端的振铃状态通知给情景彩铃平台, 该情景彩铃平台判断被叫 是否设置了情景彩铃并且是否还处于振铃状态, 并把设置信息主动反馈给彩铃平台, 彩铃平台还需判断被叫是否还处于振铃状态, 如果是将上述情景彩铃插播到上述彩铃 平台当前播放的彩铃中。 通过上述模块的综合作用, 将接收到的来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息, 进而 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 采用 本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案, 解决了相关技术中, 在不方便接听电话时, 无法 采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题。 被叫用户只需要对着手机说出场景名称, 就可以把 自己当前的状态通过彩铃音告知主叫用户, 达到精通沟通的目的。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种彩铃的设置方法, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 S402, 在振铃状态时, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息; 在该步骤之前, 还需执行以下过程: 响应上述振铃状态, 并向用户展示用于提示 用户以语音方式输入上述情景彩铃设置信息的提示信息。 其中, 该情景彩铃设置信息 用于通过情景彩铃平台设置与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃; 在获取完情景 彩铃设置信息之后发送该情景彩铃设置信息, 具体可以通过被叫终端的指定接口将上 述设置信息发送给情景彩铃平台, 实现情景彩铃的设置。 步骤 S404, 向情景彩铃平台发送上述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 该情景彩铃平台 用于通知彩铃平台播放上述情景彩铃。 具体地, 上述情景彩铃平台接收到的情景彩铃设置信息包括以下两种方式: 语音 形式、 文本形式。 其中, 上述文本形式是由语音形式转化过来的, 并将转化后的文本 形式向上述情景彩铃平台发送上述情景彩铃设置信息。 本实施例还提供了一种彩铃的设置装置,如图 5所示,该装置包括: 获取模块 50, 设置为在振铃状态时, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息; 发送模块 52, 连接至获取 模块 50, 设置为向上述情景彩铃平台发送上述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 上述情景彩 铃平台用于通知彩铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。 为了更好地理解上述实施例中的彩铃播放以及设置过程, 以下结合优选实施例详 细说明。 需要说明的是, 该优选实施例的方案并不构成对本发明的限定。 具体地: 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理系统示意图, 如图 6所示: 该系 统主要包含: 彩铃平台 60: 负责彩铃业务的业务逻辑控制、 业务数据的保存和查询、 彩铃播放 等。 本发明中实施例中具体还需要和情景彩铃平台进行交互。 情景彩铃平台 62: 存储情景彩铃用户情景彩铃场景设置信息及铃音订购信息等。 移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center, 简称为 MSC) 64: 完成基本接续功能、 用户签约功能以及建立与彩铃业务服务器的呼叫链路。 主叫交换机与主叫连接, 被叫 交换机与被叫连接。 用户终端: 主叫终端 66, 被叫终端 68可以支持安装情景彩铃系统的定制客户端。 在该实施例中, 客户端在收到用户的语音信息后, 转换成场景设置信息, 并通过 接口发送给情景彩铃平台 62, 实现情景彩铃的设置。 客户端判断用户是否处于被叫振 铃状态, 并通知情景彩铃平台 62, 情景彩铃平台 62判断被叫终端 68设置了情景彩铃 音并且还处于振铃状态, 把设置消息主动通知彩铃平台 60。 彩铃平台 60判断被叫终 端 68是否处于振铃状态, 如果是就给当前主叫终端 66以插播语的方式播放情景彩铃 音。 上述主叫终端 66在呼叫被叫终端 68的时候, 如果被叫终端 68开通了彩铃业务, MSC 64的交换机就会把呼叫触发到彩铃平台 60,彩铃平台 60判断被叫终端是否签约 了情景彩铃业务, 如果开通了就触发到情景彩铃平台 62, 查询当前的情景彩铃音, 情 景彩铃平台 62收到彩铃平台的查询请求后,判断此刻用户是否设置了情景彩铃音,如 果设置了, 情景彩铃平台 62就返回当前的铃音给彩铃平台 60, 否则反馈没有设置, 指示彩铃平台 60播放被叫彩铃音。 彩铃平台 60既可以插播语的形式来播放情景彩铃 音, 也可以替换彩铃音的形式来播放情景彩铃音。 图 7为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理方法的另一流程图。如图 7所示, 该方法涉及的是在彩铃播放之前语音设置情景彩铃音。 具体地, 该方法包括: 步骤 S702: 被叫用户对着客户端说出场景名称, 客户端获取语音信息后, 转换成 场景设置指令, 发送给情景彩铃平台, 实现情景设置。 步骤 S704: 主叫呼叫被叫, 主叫用户终端呼叫到主叫交换机。 步骤 S706: 主叫交换机呼叫到被叫交换机。 步骤 S708: 被叫交换机呼叫到被叫终端。 步骤 S710: 被叫终端振铃, 发送振铃消息给被叫交换机。 步骤 S712: 被叫交换机发送振铃消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S714: 主叫交换机根据签约消息, 呼叫到彩铃平台。 步骤 S716: 彩铃平台判断被叫用户签约了情景彩铃业务, 发送铃音播放请求给情 景彩铃平台。 步骤 S718: 如果此刻用户设置了情景彩铃音, 情景彩铃平台就返回当前的铃音给 彩铃平台, 否则反馈没有设置, 指示彩铃平台播放被叫彩铃音。 步骤 S720: 彩铃业务系统回复振铃消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S722: 主角交换机发送振铃消息给主叫用户终端, 彩铃业务系统给主叫用户 播放情景彩铃音。 步骤 S724: 被叫用户接听, 被叫用户终端发送应答消息给被叫交换机。 步骤 S726: 被叫交换机发送应答消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S728: 主叫交换机发送挂机消息给彩铃业务系统, 要求中止播放彩铃。 步骤 S730: 彩铃业务系统停止播放彩铃, 发送消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S732: 主叫交换机发送应答消息给主叫用户终端, 主被叫通话。 图 8为根据本发明优选实施例的彩铃的播放处理方法的又一流程图。如图 8所示, 该方法涉及的是在彩铃播放时设置情景彩铃音的方法。 具体地, 该方法包括: 步骤 S802: 主叫呼叫被叫, 主叫用户终端呼叫到主叫交换机。 步骤 S804: 主叫交换机呼叫到被叫交换机。 步骤 S806: 被叫交换机呼叫到被叫用户终端。 步骤 S808: 被叫用户终端振铃, 发送振铃消息给被叫交换机。 步骤 S810: 被叫交换机发送振铃消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S812: 主叫交换机根据签约消息, 呼叫到彩铃平台。 步骤 S814: 彩铃平台判断被叫用户签约了情景彩铃业务, 发送铃音播放请求给情 景彩铃平台。 步骤 S816: 如果此刻用户设置了情景彩铃音, 情景彩铃平台就返回当前的铃音给 彩铃平台, 否则反馈没有设置, 指示彩铃平台播放被叫彩铃音。 步骤 S818: 彩铃业务系统回复振铃消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S820: 主角交换机发送振铃消息给主叫用户终端, 彩铃业务系统给主叫用户 播放情景彩铃音。 步骤 S822: 被叫用户对着被叫终端中的客户端说出场景名称, 客户端获取语音信 息后, 转换成场景设置指令, 发送给情景彩铃平台, 实现情景设置, 同时还需要把被 叫用户的振铃状态也通知情景彩铃平台。 步骤 S824: 情景彩铃平台判断被叫用户设置了情景彩铃音并且处于振铃状态, 通 知彩铃平台以插播语的形式给当前主叫播放情景彩铃音。 步骤 S826: 被叫用户接听, 被叫用户终端发送应答消息给被叫交换机。 步骤 S828: 被叫交换机发送应答消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S830: 主叫交换机发送挂机消息给彩铃业务系统, 要求中止播放彩铃。 步骤 S832: 彩铃业务系统停止播放彩铃, 发送消息给主叫交换机。 步骤 S834: 主叫交换机发送应答消息给主叫用户终端, 主被叫通话。 综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案达到了以下效果: 解决了在用户不 方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题。 被叫用户只需要对着手机说 出场景名称, 就可以把自己当前的状态通过彩铃音告知主叫用户, 达到精通沟通的目 的。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各装置或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人 员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何 修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 本发明提供的上述技术方案, 可以应用于彩铃的播放过程中, 采用在接收到被叫 终端的情景彩铃设置信息之后, 在被叫呼叫主叫的过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台指示彩 铃平台播放与上述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃的技术方案,解决了相关技术中, 在不方便接听电话时, 无法采取有效的方式通知主叫的问题。 被叫终端只需要对着手 机说出场景名称, 就可以把自己当前的状态通过彩铃音告知主叫用户, 达到精通沟通 的目的。

1. 一种彩铃的播放方法, 包括:
接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息;
在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置 信息对应的情景彩铃。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 检测所述被叫终端是否处于振铃 状态;
当所述被叫终端处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情景彩铃平台通知所述彩铃平 台将所述情景彩铃插播到所述彩铃平台当前播放的彩铃; 和 /或
当所述被叫终端未处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情景彩铃平台根据所述情景 彩铃设置信息设置所述被叫终端的情景彩铃。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放 与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃包括:
用所述情景彩铃替换所述被叫终端当前的彩铃, 通知所述彩铃平台播放所 述情景彩铃; 或者
通知所述彩铃平台将所述情景彩铃插播到所述被叫终端当前的彩铃中。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与所 述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃包括:
将所述情景彩铃反馈至所述彩铃平台;
通知所述彩铃平台播放所述情景彩铃。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息包 括:
接收所述被叫终端通过语音方式获取的所述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 所 述情景彩铃设置信息为语音形式或文本形式。
6. 一种彩铃的设置方法, 包括:
在振铃状态时, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息; 向情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息, 其中, 所述情景彩铃平台用 于通知彩铃平台播放与所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 以语音方式获取情景彩铃设置信息之前还 包括:
响应所述振铃状态, 向用户展示用于提示用户以语音方式输入所述情景彩 铃设置信息的提示信息。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 向情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信 息包括:
以语音形式向所述情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息; 或者 将所述情景彩铃设置信息由语音形式转化成文本形式, 以文本形式向所述 情景彩铃平台发送所述情景彩铃设置信息。
9. 一种彩铃的播放装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自被叫终端的情景彩铃设置信息;
播放模块, 设置为在呼叫过程中, 通过情景彩铃平台通知彩铃平台播放与 所述情景彩铃设置信息对应的情景彩铃。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第一设置模块, 设置为当所述被叫终端处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情景彩 铃平台通知所述彩铃平台将所述情景彩铃插播到所述彩铃平台当前播放的彩 铃; 和 /或
第二设置模块, 设置为当所述被叫终端未处于振铃状态时, 通过所述情景 彩铃平台根据所述情景彩铃设置信息设置所述被叫终端的情景彩铃。
