【발명을 실시하기 위한구체적인 내용】
[00231 본 발명의 두피 및 모발용조성물은 효모 추출물 및 펌제를 포함한다. 【0024】 본 발명에 사용되는 효모는 사카로마이세스 세레비시애 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)일 수 있고， 이 외의 다른 종류의 효모도사용 가능하다. 효모는 아르기닌， 글투탐산, 이소루이신， 루이신, 발린 등 다종의 아미노산을 포함하고 있어， 피부나 모 발에 부족한 단백질을 보층해 주는 역할을 한다. 또한， 효모는 비타민 Bl(thiamine), 비타민 B2(riboflavin), 판토텐산， 니아신 등 다종의 비타민을 포함하고 있어， 피부나 모발에 영양성분을 제공한다.
[0025] 효모 추출물은 효모로부터 직접 추출하여 제조할 수도 있고， 시판의 제품 을 구입하여 사용할 수도 있다. 효모 추출물은 보습 및 피부 진정 효과를 가지며， 피 부에 단백질 및 영양을 공급한다. 이로 인하여 두피의 가려움이나따가음과 같은 두피 손상을 완화시킨다. 또한， 펌 시술시 두피가 손상되는 것을 방지할 뿐 아니라， 기존의 염색이나 펌으로 인한 두피 손상도 완화시켜, 전반적인 두피 건강을 희복시키는 효과 를 나타낸다. 따라서, 효모 추출물을 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물을사용할 경우， 두피 가 민감하여 손상되기 쉬운 사람이나， 기존의 쉼색 및 펌으로 두피가 손상된 사람도 원하는 스타일링을 위해 펌 시술을 받는 것이 가능하다. 또한, 두피의 손상으로 인하 여 탈모가촉진되는 것 때문에 펌 시술을 꺼려했던 사람에게도 펌 시술이 가능하게 되 었을 뿐 아니라， 기존의 펌 시술 이후 가속화되었던 탈모를 방지할 수 있다. 나아가， 두피의 건강이 개선되어 발모가촉진되는 효과가 있다.

[0107] 실험예
【0108】 탈모 및 빈모 증세가 있는 7명을 대상으로 제조예 1의 조성물 1 및 제조 예 3의 증화제를 사용하여 하기와 같이 펌 시술을 하였다. 시술 대상자의 모발을샴푸 한 후 모발 수분이 20% 정도 남았을 때 두피 전체에 조성물 1을 층분히 도포한 후 모발 전체에도 도포하였다. 조성물 1을 모발과 두피에 2차로 도포하면서 모발을 와인 딩하였다. 15분간 열처리한 후, 15분간 자연방치하였다. 컬 테스트 후 중화제를 1차 도포하여 10분 방치하고, 2차 도포하여 10분 더 방치한 후, 롯드를 제거하고 모발 및 두피를 세정하였다.
【0109】 시술 대상자 1은 정수리 부분부터 이마까지 탈모가 많이 진행되어， 볼륨 있어 보이는 헤어 스타일링을 위해 짧은 간격으로 펌 시술을 받기를 희망하였다. 그러 나， 종래의 펌제를 사용한 시술로 두피가 많이 손상되었고， 탈모가 더욱 가속화되는 것을 경험하여， 아름다움운 외관을 유지할 수 있도록 펌 시술을 자주 받는 것에 어려 움을 호소하고 있었다. 이러한 이유로 시술 대상자 1은 부분 가발을 착용하고 있었다. 시술 대상자 1에게 각각 2개월, 1개월， 2개월 및 3개월의 간격을 두고 상기의 펌 시 술을 5회 행하였다. 시술 후 두피의 따가움이나 가려움 등의 증상이 많이 경감되었고, 1개월 내지 2개월의 비교적 짧은 간격으로도 펌 시술이 가능해졌다. 또한, 시술 횟수 가 늘어나면서 시술 전 상태에 비하여 탈모의 진행이 완화되었을 뿐 아니라， 발모가 상당히 진행되고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 또한， 모발의 굵기가 굵어진 것도 육안으로 확인되었다. 시술 5희 이후에는 부분 가발을 착용하지 않아도 되는 정도까지 상태가 호전되었다.
[01101 특히, 시술 대상자 1은 앞머리와 옆머리 염색을 매주 실시해 왔으며， 모 발의 손상이 매우 심한상태였다. 젖은 상태에서 빗질을 해도 모발이 실타래처럼 뒤엉 키면서 탈모되는 지경이었고, 마른 상태에서는 빗질이나 손가락 빗질을 할 경우 바스 라질 정도로 손상된 상태였다. 시술 2회 이후부터는 모발의 손상이 개선되어 탄력을 되찾게 되었으며， 모발의 뿌리 부분에 힘이 생겨 헤어 스타일에 볼륨이 생기게 되었 다. 그 결과， 모발 뿌리 부분의 염색을 매주가 아닌 1-2 개월 단위로 실시하더라도 흰 머리가 새로 자라난 모발의 뿌리 부분이 눈에 잘 띄지 않는 상태가 되었다. 시술 2회 이후에는 1개월 단위로 염색해도 될 만큼 모발 뿌리 부분에 볼륨이 생겼고, 시술 4회 이후에는 2개월 이상의 단위로 염색해도 될 만큼 모발 뿌리 부분에 볼륨이 생겼다. 1 회, 2회， 3회, 4회 및 5회차시술 후모발사진을 각각 도 la, lb, lc, Id 및 le에 나 타내었다.
【0111】 시술 대상자 2는 선천적으로 앞머리의 술이 적어 앞 머리의 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시술 대상자 2에게 각각 1개월, 3개월 및 9개월의 간격을 두고 상기의 펌 시술을 4회 행하였다. 시술 횟수가늘어나면서 이마 윗 부분에 발모가진행 되어 시술 전 상태에 비하여 헤어라인이 얼굴 아랫쪽으로 이동된 것이 확인되었다. 1 회， 2회， 3회 및 4회차시술후모발사잔을 각각도 2a, 2b, 2c 및 2d에 나타내었다.
[0112] 시슬 대상자 3은 정수리 부분의 탈모가 많이 진행되었고， 모발의 굵기가 매우 가늘어 헤어 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시술 대상자 3에게 각각 1개월, 3개월 및 6개월의 간격을 두고 상기의 펌 시슬을 4회 행하였다. 시술 횟수가 늘어나 면서 시술 전 상태에 비하여 탈모의 진행이 완화되고, 발모가 진행되고, 모발의 굵기 가 굵어진 것이 육안으로 확인되었다. 1회， 2회， 3희 및 4회차 시술 후 모발 사진을 각각 도 3a, 3b, 3c 및 3d에 나타내었다. [01131 시술 대상자 4는 정수리를포함한 두피의 많은 면적에서 탈모가진행되었 고ᅳ 모발의 굵기가 매우 가늘어 헤어 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시술 대상자 4에게 상기의 펌 시술을 1회 행한후, 4개월 후 2차 펌 시술을 행하였다. 1차 및 2차 시술후 시술 전 상태에 비하여 탈모의 진행이 완화되고， 두피의 상당 부분을 새로 자 라난 모발이 덮고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 모발의 굵기가 굵어진 것도 육안으로 확인되었다. 1회 및 2회차시술후 모발사진을 각각도 4a 및 4b에 나타내었다.
【0114】 시술 대상자 5는 정수리를 포함한두피의 많은 면적에서 탈모가 진행되었 고, 특히 이마부분의 탈모가 심하여 헤어 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시술 대 상자 5에게 상기의 펌 시술을 1회 행한 후， 6개월 후 2차 펌 시술을 행하였다. 1차 시술후 시술 전 상태에 비하여 탈모의 진행이 완화되고， 발모가 많이 진행된 것이 확 인되었다. 2차 시술후에는 이마부분의 발모가상당히 많이 진행된 것이 확인되었다. 1회 및 2회차시술 후모발사진을 각각도 5a 및 5b에 나타내었다.
【0115】 시술 대상자 6은 특히 이마 옆 라인에서 탈모가 진행되어, 남성형 탈모에 서 흔히 나타나는 M자형 헤어라인으로 인해 헤어 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시술 대상자 6에게 상기의 펌 시술을 각각 1개월, 2개월 및 1개월 간격으로 4회 행하 고, 5개월 후 5희차 시술을 행하였다. 시술 횟수가늘어나면서 시술 전 상태에 비하여 이마 옆 라인에서 발모가 진행되는 것이 확인되었고, 5회차 시술 후에는 새로 자라난 잔머리로 이마 옆 라인이 상당 부분 메워진 것이 확인되었다. 1회 2회, 3회, 4회 및 5회차시슬후 모발사진을 각각도 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d 및 6e에 나타내었다.
[01161 시술 대상자 7은 심한 염증이 육안으로도 확인될 정도로 두피 손상이 심 각한상태였고， 두피의 가려움과 따가움으로 인해 일반적인 펌을 시술할 수 없는 상태 였다ᅳ 또한, 이마 옆 라인에서 탈모가 진행되어， 남성형 탈모에서 흔히 나타나는 M자 형 헤어라인으로 인해 헤어 스타일링에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 시슬 대상자 7에게 상 기의 펌 시술을 1회 행하고， 20일 후 2회차 시슬을 행하였다. 시술 후 두피의 가려움 과 따가움이 많이 진정되었고, 머릿결도 한결 굵어지고 탄력이 생긴 것이 확인되었다. 또한， 2회차 시술 후 이마 옆 라인에서 발모가 진행되는 것이 확인되었다. 1회 및 2회 차시술 후모발사진을 각각도 7a 및 7b에 나타내었다.
【산업상 이용가능성】
【0117】 본 발명은두피 손상을 방지하고, 손상된 두피를 진정시키고， 발모를 촉진 하고， 탈모를 방지하고， 모근을 강화시키고, 모발을 두껍고 탄력있게 만드는 두피 및 모발용 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims

【청구범위】
【청구항 1】 효모 추출물 및 필제를 포함하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물로서，
상기 효모 추출물은 아르기닌， 글루탐산, 이소루이신， 투이신 및 발린으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 아미노산 및 비타민 Bl(thiamine), 비타민 B2(riboflavin), 판토텐산 및 니아신으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 비타민을포함하고，
상기 펌제는 시스테아민， L-시스테인염 및 치오글리콜산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을포함하고,
상기 효모 추출물을 5 내지 20 중량 % 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발모 및 모발강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 2】 제 1항에 있어서， 상기 효모는 사카로마이세스 세레비시애 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)인 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용 조성물.
【청구항 3】 제 1항에 있어서, 진주필， 소나무잎 추출물, 감초 추출물, 상백피 추출물， 황금 추출물, 검정콩 추출물， 마치현 추출물， 검은깨 추출물， 하수오 추출물， 당귀 추출물， 칡뿌리 추출물， 한련초 추출물, 다시마 추출물， 당약 추출물 및 측백나무잎 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 4】 제 3항에 있어서， 진주펄을 0.01 내지 0.08 중량 % 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 5】 제 3항에 있어서， 소나무잎 추출물， 감초 추출물, 상백피 추출물, 황금 추출물, 검정콩 추출물， 마치현 추출물, 검은깨 추출물, 하수오 추출물, 당귀 추출물， 칡뿌리 추출물, 한련초 추출물 및 다시마 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 0.6 내지 10 중량 «¾ 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 6】 계 3항에 있어서， 당약 추출물 및 측백나무잎 추출물 증 1종 이상을 0.2 내지 5 중량 % 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 7】 제 3항에 있어서, 소나무잎 추출물， 감초 추출물， 상백피 추출물, 황금 추출물， 검정콩 추출물, 마치현 추출물， 검은깨 추출물， 하수오 추출물， 당귀 추출물， 취뿌리 추출물, 한련초 추출물 및 다시마 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 0.6 내지 10 중량 <¾ 포함하고， 당약 추출물 및 측백나무잎 추출물 중 1종 이상을 0.2 내지 5 증량 % 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발모 및 모발 강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
【청구항 8】 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌제는 증류수, 하이드록시에틸 샐를로오스， 카르복시비닐폴리머， 프로필렌글라이콜，
1,3-부틸렌글라이콜, 벤조페논, 우레아, 라우라미드 디에탄올아민， 글라이콜디스테아레이트， 세테아릴알코을, 보습제, 라우레스 -23, 단백질, 환원제, 알칼리화제， 콜라겐, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 -12-디메티콘, 베타인， 알라토인， 동백오일， 세이지오일 및 향료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 발모 및 모발강화용의 두피 및 모발용조성물.
