传统的键盘开关在操作过程中使用者无法直观地判断该按键开关开启/关闭状态,故使用者操作时会倍增困扰。目前,市面上出现了一些带灯的键盘开关,其针对每个键盘开关设置一LED灯,以实现键盘开关发光功能;在实际生产制作时往往会发现,其存在结构复杂、生产成本较高等不足,在使用过程中,需要针对单个键盘开关的LED灯进行维护,比较麻烦,尤其是外露式的LED灯,其维修更换频率更大,另外,现有技术中的发光键盘开关,其发光效果也欠佳。
因此,需要研究出一种新的技术方案来解决前述问题。

有鉴于此,本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种发光键盘开关,其易于制作,成本低廉,简化了组装工序,组装更为简便,且增大了透光面积,很大程度上提高了发光效果。

通过导光板17等结构设置,实现多个键盘开关共用光源,大大减少了光源使用数量,节约了生产制作成本;此处,所述底座11下方设置有电路板21,前述导光板17位于电路板21下方(亦可将导光板17设置于电路板21的上方,在此不作限制)。
如图4所示,其主要结构与前述图1至图3所示产品相同,其主要不同点在于:该导光板17上凹设有嵌孔29,组装导光柱20时,将导光柱20下端嵌于导光板17的嵌孔29内;对比图3和图4,不难看出,图4所示实施例中导光柱20长度更长些,当然,嵌入式导光柱结构设计,有利于增大导光柱的入光面,提高了光效。
如图5至图7所示,本实施例中,其光源为贴片LED28,这样,光源直接贴装于电路板21上,可以省去前述两实施例中的导光板,将述导光柱20的入光端直接正对光源的出光面即可,也缩短了导光柱20的长度,这样需要针对每个键盘开关设置单独的贴片LED28,当然,本实施例也可以应用导光板,例如将导光板设置于电路板上方,导光柱则接触导光板上方进行导光,如此也可实现多个键盘开关共用光源,当然,本实用新型中对此并不 作限制,本实用新型的主要创新点在于上盖与导光柱的一体化设计;另外,需要说明的是,请参照图7所示,此处的导光柱20的底面设计为向上拱起的凹曲面25,其形成更大角度范围、更大面积的入光面,当然,也可设计为平面24。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘开关,其特征在于:所述底座下方设置有导光板,前述导光柱直接接触于导光板的上表面,或者,于导光板上凹设有嵌孔,将导光柱下端嵌于导光板的嵌孔内;前述光源针对导光板设置,光源的灯光依次经导光板、导光柱传导再由上盖表面射出。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘开关,其特征在于:所述底座下方设置有电路板,前述光源设置于电路板上,前述导光柱的入光端直接正对光源的出光面。
