一种用于按键开关的导芯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及按键开关领域,尤其涉及一种用于按键开关的导芯。
背景技术
随着人们对电子设备等的要求越来越高,不仅对设备性能的要求更高,对电子设备的按键开关的外观也追求更加个性化。
因此,在按键开关中设置光源,在使用的时候能够从按键开关中发出各种颜色的亮光是生产者常用的提高按键开关美观度的方法。而目前,市面上出现的具有发光功能的按键开关,均是在按键开关中直接额外增加导光结构,这种方式,增加了按键开关的零部件数量,使产品尺寸变大,难以实现按键开关的薄型化。
同时,现有的按键开关在上下按压的过程中,按压位置不同,产生的效果也不同,甚至有些按压位置不起作用,严重影响按键开关的正常使用。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于按键开关的导芯,不但具有吸光、散光、发光与导光的作用,发光效果良好,而且在按键开关的按压过程中,导芯可垂直下移,保持平衡向下传力,按压力均匀,不管按压哪个位置,按键开关均可导通。
本实用新型为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于按键开关的导芯,包括导芯本体,其特征在于,所述导芯本体包括上导芯部、及设置于上导芯部下端的实心导光柱,其中,所述实心导光柱下端部具有一内凹导光面。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述上导芯部上端面中心位置处设置有一上凸点。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述内凹导光面呈圆弧形或方形。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述上导芯部与实心导光柱为一体式结构或分体式结构。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部下端面开设有一下凹槽,所述实心导光柱上端设置于下凹槽上底部上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部前侧边向下倾斜设置有一按压斜块,该按压斜块端部具有一按压凸点。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部后侧边向下倾斜设置有一推动斜压块。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干导引凸轴。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干限位凸棱。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在所述下凹槽上底部且位于实心导光柱外围设置有一弧形凸棱。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
(1)采用实心导光柱作为导芯的导柱,实心导光柱下端部具有内凹圆弧导光面或内凹方形导光面,利于实心导光柱对光的吸收与扩散;导芯既起到常规导芯的导向作用,也起到吸光、散光、发光与导光作用,且实现导芯中间发光,并且导芯中的实心导光柱是由小发光面导入到大发光面,加大了发光面,实现按压时整面都发光;
(2)通过在导芯本体上端面中心位置处设置上凸点,在按压过程中,不管按压哪个位置,都是上凸点受力,使导芯垂直下移,保持平衡向下传力,使按压力均匀,不管按压哪个位置,按键开关均可导通,且每次按压行程相同,发声时间相同。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式详细说明。
实施例一:
请参照图1与图2,本实施例提供一种用于按键开关的导芯,包括导芯本体1,所述导芯本体1包括上导芯部11、及设置于上导芯部11下端的实心导光柱12,其中,所述实心导光柱12下端部具有一内凹导光面12,在本实施例中,所述内凹导光面121呈圆弧形或方形。同时,所述上导芯部11与实心导光柱12为一体式结构或分体式结构,优选的,采用一体式结构可减少成本。
在本实施例中,当光照到实心导光柱12的内凹导光面121时,实心导光柱12将光吸进去,并通过内凹导光面121向四周扩散,将实心导光柱12下端部设置成圆弧形或方形的内凹导光面121,利于实心导光柱12对光的吸收与扩散。因此,本实施例中提供的导芯本体1既起到常规导芯的导向作用,也起到吸光、散光、发光与导光作用,实现导芯本体1中间发光,并且导芯本体1中的实心导光柱12是由小发光面导入到大发光面,加大了发光面,实现按压时整面都发光。
同时,在本实施例中,在所述上导芯部11下端面开设有一下凹槽111,所述实心导光柱12上端设置于下凹槽111上底部上。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部11前侧边向下倾斜设置有一按压斜块113,该按压斜块113端部具有一按压凸点1131。用于与扭簧相配合使用,在按键开关的按压过程中,按压斜块113的按压凸点1131敲打扭簧的按压触点,实现发声效果,且发生效果良好。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部11后侧边向下倾斜设置有一推动斜压块114,用于与导通组件的动片相配合使用,使导通组件的动片与静片相接触或分离,实现按键开关的导通与断开功能。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部11左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干导引凸轴115。用于与X型平衡架相配合使用,在按键开关按压力消失时,导引凸轴115带动X型平衡架上移,为按键开关的按压过程提供稳定的平衡力。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,在所述上导芯部11左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干限位凸棱116。防止导芯本体1在上下移动过程中左右摆动,利于导芯本体1上下竖直移动。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,在所述下凹槽111上底部且位于实心导光柱12外围设置有一弧形凸棱117。
实施例二:
请参照图3,本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于:所述上导芯部11上端面中心位置处设置有一上凸点112。其他结构与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。在本实施例中,在导芯本体1上套上键帽后,上凸点112上端直接顶住键帽,按压导芯本体1时,由于上凸点112的存在,不管按压哪个位置,都是上凸点112受力,使导芯本体1垂直下移,保持平衡向下传力,使按压力均匀,每次按压行程相同,发声时间相同。
本实用新型的重点主要在于:
(1)采用实心导光柱作为导芯的导柱,实心导光柱下端部具有内凹圆弧导光面或内凹方形导光面,利于实心导光柱对光的吸收与扩散;导芯既起到常规导芯的导向作用,也起到吸光、散光、发光与导光作用,且实现导芯中间发光,并且导芯中的实心导光柱是由小发光面导入到大发光面,加大了发光面,实现按压时整面都发光;
(2)通过在导芯本体上端面中心位置处设置上凸点,在按压过程中,不管按压哪个位置,都是上凸点受力,使导芯垂直下移,保持平衡向下传力,使按压力均匀,不管按压哪个位置,按键开关均可导通,且每次按压行程相同,发声时间相同。

  1. 一种用于按键开关的导芯,包括导芯本体,其特征在于,所述导芯本体包括上导芯部、及设置于上导芯部下端的实心导光柱,其中,所述实心导光柱下端部具有一内凹导光面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,所述上导芯部上端面中心位置处设置有一上凸点。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,所述内凹导光面呈圆弧形或方形。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,所述上导芯部与实心导光柱为一体式结构或分体式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述上导芯部下端面开设有一下凹槽,所述实心导光柱上端设置于下凹槽上底部上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述上导芯部前侧边向下倾斜设置有一按压斜块,该按压斜块端部具有一按压凸点。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述上导芯部后侧边向下倾斜设置有一推动斜压块。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述上导芯部左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干导引凸轴。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述上导芯部左侧边与右侧边分别设置有若干限位凸棱。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于按键开关的导芯,其特征在于,在所述下凹槽上底部且位于实心导光柱外围设置有一弧形凸棱。
