Description

新型键盘结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘结构,尤其涉及一种新型键盘结构。
背景技术
传统键盘结构底部包括支撑板和导电线路板,如果是背光键盘结构,还需要设置背光模组,键盘整体较厚,使用的材料种类较多,制造工艺复杂,制造成本较高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、工艺简化的轻薄化的键盘结构。
技术方案:本发明的新型键盘结构,包括底板、剪刀脚、弹性体和键帽,其中,所述底板上布设线路;向下按压键帽,键帽压缩弹性体向底板方向移动,弹性体的导通柱接触到底板上的线路时,线路接通;放开键帽后,键帽在弹性体的反弹作用下向底板反方向移动,导通柱离开底板,线路断开。
在底板上布设LED灯后,LED发光提供光源,这样就构成了背光键盘结构。
优选的,底板上开设剪刀脚固定孔,该剪刀脚固定孔可以为直通孔或阶梯孔。
剪刀脚的底部通过固定件固定到该剪刀脚固定孔内,优选的,固定件为塑胶件,此时可以通过注塑工艺将塑胶件注塑到剪刀脚固定孔内固定成型;也可以在塑胶件底部设有热熔柱,该热熔柱通过热熔工艺固定到剪刀脚固定孔内。
本实用新型的底板可以为PCB板,其中,PCB板又称为印刷电路板,也可以选用金属板、PC板(即聚碳酸酯板)或者玻纤板等。另外,弹性体优选为硅胶或金属弹片。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提出了一种全新的键盘结构,用底板替代传统结构中的支撑板和导电线路板,同时取消背光模组,将发光二极管直接设于底板上,键盘整体厚度变薄,材料种类减少,便于材料管理,制造工艺简化,降低键盘成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明的键盘结构,包括底板1、剪刀脚2、弹性体3和键帽4,如图6所示,其中,底板1为PCB板(即印刷线路板),也可以选用金属板、PC板或者玻纤板等;剪刀脚2由一个外剪刀脚201和一个内剪刀脚202交叉组成,其中,外剪刀脚201和内剪刀脚202均为方框结构,将它们固定在底板1和键帽4之间。在键帽4底部设有卡槽,外剪刀脚201和内剪刀脚202的顶部卡在该卡槽内。底板1上开设剪刀脚固定孔101,该剪刀脚固定孔101可以是直通孔,如图1和图3所示,也可以是阶梯孔,如图2和图4所示。外剪刀脚201和内剪刀脚202的底部通过固定件102固定到该剪刀脚固定孔101内,固定件102选用塑胶件,此时的固定方式有两种,第一种是通过注塑工艺将塑胶件注塑到剪刀脚固定孔101内固定成型,第二种是在塑胶件底部设有热熔柱103,热熔柱103通过热熔工艺固定到剪刀脚固定孔101内,如图3-4所示。
本发明的弹性体3可以是硅胶,也可以是金属弹片,弹性体3由一对分别与底板和键帽连接的下支撑301和上支撑302组成,其中,上下支撑为槽型结构,槽型结构包括横部303和两侧的支脚304,上下支撑的横部303连接在一起,上支撑302的支脚304向上延伸与键帽4底部固定,下支撑301的支脚304向下延伸与底板固定。导通柱305固定在下支撑301横部303的下方,悬空在底板1的上方,一般情况下不会与底板1接触,按压键帽后,导通柱305向底板方向移动,通过接触底板上的线路来实现线路导通。
本发明在底板上通过蚀刻、印刷等工艺布设线路5,在弹性体3导通柱305对应的底板位置上布设线路的正负极接触点,当导通柱305接触该正负极接触点时线路接通,当导通柱305离开正负极接触点时线路断开。
另外,本发明可以在底板1上焊接发光二极管6,即LED灯,放灯数量和位置根据实际情况确定,通过LED发光提供光源,这样就构成了背光键盘结构,如图5所示。
工作过程:向下按压键帽,键帽压缩弹性体向底板方向移动,弹性体的导通柱接触到底板上的线路时,线路接通;放开键帽后,键帽在弹性体的反弹作用下向底板反方向移动,导通柱离开底板,线路断开。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型键盘结构,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、剪刀脚(2)、弹性体(3)和键帽(4),其中,所述底板(1)上布设线路(5);向下按压键帽(4),键帽(4)压缩弹性体(3)向底板(1)方向移动,弹性体(3)的导通柱(305)接触到底板(1)上的线路(5)时,线路(5)接通;放开键帽(4)后,键帽(4)在弹性体(3)的反弹作用下向底板(1)反方向移动,导通柱(305)离开底板(1),线路(5)断开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上布设发光二极管(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上开设剪刀脚固定孔(101),所述剪刀脚(2)的底部通过固定件(102)固定在该剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述固定件(102)为塑胶件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述塑胶件通过注塑工艺注塑到剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述塑胶件的底部具有热熔柱(103),该热熔柱(103)通过热熔工艺固定到剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述剪刀脚固定孔(101)为直通孔或阶梯孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)为PCB板、金属板、PC板或者玻纤板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述弹性体(3)为硅胶或金属弹片。
