- 一种新型键盘结构,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、剪刀脚(2)、弹性体(3)和键帽(4),其中,所述底板(1)上布设线路(5);向下按压键帽(4),键帽(4)压缩弹性体(3)向底板(1)方向移动,弹性体(3)的导通柱(305)接触到底板(1)上的线路(5)时,线路(5)接通;放开键帽(4)后,键帽(4)在弹性体(3)的反弹作用下向底板(1)反方向移动,导通柱(305)离开底板(1),线路(5)断开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上布设发光二极管(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上开设剪刀脚固定孔(101),所述剪刀脚(2)的底部通过固定件(102)固定在该剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述固定件(102)为塑胶件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述塑胶件通过注塑工艺注塑到剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述塑胶件的底部具有热熔柱(103),该热熔柱(103)通过热熔工艺固定到剪刀脚固定孔(101)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述剪刀脚固定孔(101)为直通孔或阶梯孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述底板(1)为PCB板、金属板、PC板或者玻纤板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型键盘结构,其特征在于:所述弹性体(3)为硅胶或金属弹片。
