Abstract
一种具有凸形开关硬质片(20)的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜(40)以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜(40)下的键盘底板(50),还包括有一体式软胶键帽(10)和若干个硬质片(20),一体式软胶键帽(10)包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面(11)、软胶支撑体(12)、软胶按键底座(13)相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个硬质片(20),在硬质片(20)的中心向下一体成型有凸形开关体(21),所述硬质片(20)通过粘接剂粘接或一体注塑成型在软胶按键面(11)的底面上,硬质片(20)的中心的凸形开关体(21)对应印刷电路薄膜(40)的电路开关点。采用上述结构后,软胶键盘具有加工简单、低成本、组装简单、按压稳定性能好的特点。
Description
本新型涉及计算机键盘技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘。
在现有的无剪刀脚的软胶键盘中,在软件按键面底部设置硬质片来提高按键面的强度和平整度,在先设计机构中,为了减少独立的软胶开关,在软件按键面上一体向下成型凸形开关体,通过在硬质片上开孔来穿过通孔后与印刷电路薄膜上的电路开关点对应;这种结构注塑软件按键时需要专门有一个向下的凸形开关体的注塑结构,且需要在硬质片上开孔,且装配时,有穿孔粘接或一体成型的工艺,其装配和生产结构较麻烦,如何更进一步优化现有结构来达到相同的功能来节约成本和人工成为有待解决的问题。
发明内容
本新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种加工简单、低成本、组装简单、按压稳定性能好的具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘。
为达到上述目的,本新型的技术方案是:一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板,还包括有一体式软胶键帽和若干个硬质片,一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面、软胶支撑体、软胶按键底座相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个硬质片,在硬质片的中心向下一体成型有凸形开关体,所述硬质片通
过粘接剂粘接或一体注塑成型在软胶按键面的底面上,硬质片的中心的凸形开关体对应印刷电路薄膜的电路开关点。
所述凸形开关体是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体或柱形体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
所述软胶支撑体上下端分别与软胶按键面和按键底座相连接为一体式“工”形软胶整体。
所述软胶按键底座粘接在对应的印刷电路薄膜上。
所述的硬质片为硬质塑胶片、或金属片、或玻璃片。
所述的硬质片为硬质网格片。
所述的硬质片为无孔实体硬质片。
所述的一体式软胶键帽采用硅胶橡胶、或TPR橡胶、或PVC橡胶等软性的橡胶材料。
所述一体式软胶键帽由透明橡胶材料制成。
所述软胶按键面的底面成型有大小和形状与硬质片相匹配的凹槽,装配时,硬质片粘接或一体注塑成型在该凹槽内。
采用上述结构和方法后,本新型具有以下优点:
1、软胶按键面无需成型向下的开关体,优化了模具结构、减低了注塑工艺要求,使生产更为方便;
2、硬质片的中心一体向下成型有凸形开关体,装配时,直接将硬质片粘接或一体注塑成型在软胶按键面上,装配简单,无需过去的穿孔装配结构;
3、硬质片能使软胶按键面受力按压均衡平稳。
4、由于不需要剪刀脚和独立弹性硅胶开关部件,使得部件少成本低,装配简单方便。

如图1-3所示,一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜40以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜40下的键盘底板50,还包括有一体式软胶键帽10和若干个硬质片20,一体式软胶键帽10包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面11、软胶支撑体12、软胶按键底座13相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个硬质片20,在硬质片20的中心向下一体成型有凸形开关体21,所述硬质片20通过粘接剂粘接或一体注塑成型在软胶按键面11的底面上,硬质片20的中心的凸形开关体21对应印刷电路薄膜40的电路开关点。
所述凸形开关体21是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体或柱形体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜40的开关点。
所述软胶支撑体12上下端分别与软胶按键面11和按键底座13相连接为一体式“工”形软胶整体,这样,相邻按键单元的软胶按键面11的间隙可以根据设计需要缩小,使产品的整个按键面非常平整。
所述软胶按键底座13粘接在对应的印刷电路薄膜40上。
所述的硬质片20的材质为硬质塑胶片、或金属片、或玻璃片。
所述的硬质片20的结构为硬质网格片,或者无孔实体硬质片。
所述的一体式软胶键帽10采用硅胶橡胶、或TPR橡胶、或PVC橡胶等软性的橡胶材料。
所述一体式软胶键帽10由透明橡胶材料制成。
所述软胶按键面11的底面成型有大小和形状与硬质片20相匹配的凹槽14,装配时,硬质片20粘接或一体注塑成型在该凹槽14内。
使用时,当手指按压软胶按键面11时,软胶按键面11随着软胶支撑体13
向下弯曲而向下垂直移动,与软胶按键面11底面相连为一体的硬质片20也同步向下垂直移动,硬质片20的中心的凸形开关体21同时垂直向下移动直至点击接触与印刷电路薄膜20相对应的电路开关点上使电路闭合通电;
当手指离开软胶按键面11时,软胶支撑体13恢复形变,硬质片20的中心的凸形开关体21与印刷电路薄膜20相对应的电路开关点分离而断开电路,一体式软胶键帽10恢复初始状态。
这样,本新型具有加工简单、低成本、组装简单、按压稳定性能好的特点。

- 一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板,其特征在于:还包括有一体式软胶键帽和若干个硬质片,一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面、软胶支撑体、软胶按键底座相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个硬质片,在硬质片的中心向下一体成型有凸形开关体,所述硬质片通过粘接剂粘接或一体注塑成型在软胶按键面的底面上,硬质片的中心的凸形开关体对应印刷电路薄膜的电路开关点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述凸形开关体是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体或柱形体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述软胶支撑体上下端分别与软胶按键面和按键底座相连接为一体式“工”形软胶整体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述软胶按键底座粘接在对应的印刷电路薄膜上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述的硬质片为硬质塑胶片、或金属片、或玻璃片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述的硬质片为硬质网格片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凸形开关硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述的硬质片为无孔实体硬质片。
