Abstract
一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜(20)以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板(30),还包括有一体式软胶键帽(10)和若干个开孔的硬质片(40),一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面(11)、软胶支撑体(12)、软胶按键底座(13)相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个开孔的硬质片,在每个按键单元的软胶按键面的底面上向下一体成型有软胶凸形弹性开关体(14);装配时,开孔的硬质片通过开孔(41)套设在软胶凸形弹性开关体后通过胶水粘接在软胶按键面的底面。这样的键盘结构能节省剪刀脚和独立弹性硅胶开关部件,节约成本,使键盘更为轻薄,采用硬质片通过胶水粘接的工艺步骤简单,能使软胶按键面受力按压均衡平稳。
Description
本新型涉及计算机键盘技术领域,尤其是涉及一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘。
随着信息产业的发展,计算机日益广泛使用,不管是笔记本电脑还是台式电脑都离不开计算机键盘,现有的键盘部件较多,通常有键帽、弹性硅胶开关、剪刀脚、印刷电路薄膜和键盘底板组成,这种多部件的结构使得键盘的生产成本较高、并且各个键帽配合对应的弹性硅胶开关、剪刀脚均需要一个一个安装,装配起来较麻烦,也难以做到防水防尘的效果,而且,这种单个键帽逐个安装的结构难以将键盘制作的比较轻薄,因此,没有剪刀脚的轻薄键盘也相应出现,但现有没有剪刀脚和独立的弹性硅胶开关的轻薄键盘往往难以做到即能减少部件减低成本和又能提高按压稳定性能,有鉴于此,设计一种部件少低成本、组装简单、按压稳定性能好的键盘的技术成为有待解决技术问题。
发明内容
本新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种低成本、组装简单、可以防水防尘、按压稳定性能好的底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘。
为达到上述目的,本新型的技术方案是:一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板,还包括有一体
式软胶键帽和若干个开孔的硬质片,一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面、软胶支撑体、软胶按键底座相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个开孔的硬质片,在每个按键单元的软胶按键面的底面上向下一体成型有软胶凸形弹性开关体;
装配时,开孔的硬质片通过开孔套设在软胶凸形弹性开关体后通过胶水粘接在软胶按键面的底面,软胶凸形弹性开关体对应印刷电路薄膜的电路开关点。
所述的软胶凸形弹性开关体是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
所述的软胶凸形弹性开关体是通过一体式注塑成型的柱形体,其底面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
所述软胶按键底座粘接在对应的印刷电路薄膜上。
所述的硬质片为硬质塑胶片、或金属片、或玻璃片。
所述的一体式软胶键帽采用硅胶橡胶、或TPR橡胶、或PVC橡胶等软性的橡胶材料。
所述的每个软胶按键面的顶面均通过胶水粘接有表面应硬质片。
采用上述结构和方法后,本新型具有以下优点:
1、软胶按键面其表面具有防滑、柔和及轻微弹性的功能,增加了手指头的舒适感;
2、软胶支撑体具有支撑硬质片防止晃动和发挥弹性的功能,以及具有防水、防尘、防光外散的功能;
3、软胶凸形弹性开关体兼具有按压恢复形变性能好和印刷电路薄膜相对应的电路开关点的功能;
4、硬质片作为单独的部件通过胶水粘接的工艺步骤简单,能使软胶按键面受力按压均衡平稳。
5、由于不需要剪刀脚和独立弹性硅胶开关部件,使得部件少成本低,装
配简单方便。

如图1-3所示,一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜20以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜20下的键盘底板30,还包括有一体式软胶键帽10和若干个开孔的硬质片40,一体式软胶键帽10包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面11、软胶支撑体12、软胶按键底座13相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个开孔41的硬质片40,在每个按键单元的软胶按键面11的底面上向下一体成型有软胶凸形弹性开关体14;
装配时,开孔41的硬质片40通过开孔41套设在软胶凸形弹性开关体14后通过胶水粘接在软胶按键面11的底面,软胶凸形弹性开关体14对应印刷电路薄膜20的电路开关点。
所述的软胶凸形弹性开关体14是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
所述的软胶凸形弹性开关体14是通过一体式注塑成型的柱形体,其底面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
所述软胶按键底座13粘接在对应的印刷电路薄膜20上。
所述的硬质片40为硬质塑胶片、或金属片、或玻璃片。
所述的一体式软胶键帽10采用硅胶橡胶、或TPR橡胶、或PVC橡胶等软性的橡胶材料。
所述的每个软胶按键面11的顶面均通过胶水粘接有表面应硬质片50。
使用时,当手指按压软胶按键面11时,软胶按键面11随着软胶支撑体13向下弯曲而向下垂直移动,与软胶按键面11底面相连为一体的软胶凸形弹性开关体14也同时垂直向下移动直至点击接触与印刷电路薄膜20相对应的电路开关点上使电路闭合通电;
当手指离开软胶按键面11时,软胶凸形弹性开关体14和软胶支撑体13同时恢复形变,软胶凸形弹性开关体14与印刷电路薄膜20相对应的电路开关点分离而断开电路,一体式软胶键帽10恢复初始状态。
这样,本新型能节省剪刀脚和独立弹性硅胶开关部件,节约成本,使键盘更为轻薄,采用硬质片作为单独的部件通过胶水粘接的工艺步骤简单,能使软胶按键面受力按压均衡平稳。

- 一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,包括有:印刷电路薄膜以及支撑在印刷电路薄膜下的键盘底板,其特征在于:还包括有一体式软胶键帽和若干个开孔的硬质片,一体式软胶键帽包括若干个按键单元,该按键单元由软胶按键面、软胶支撑体、软胶按键底座相连而成,每个按键单元对应一个开孔的硬质片,在每个按键单元的软胶按键面的底面上向下一体成型有软胶凸形弹性开关体;装配时,开孔的硬质片通过开孔套设在软胶凸形弹性开关体后通过胶水粘接在软胶按键面的底面,软胶凸形弹性开关体对应印刷电路薄膜的电路开关点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种底部粘接硬质片的软胶键盘,其特征在于:所述的软胶凸形弹性开关体是通过一体式注塑成型的半球体,其球面正对应印刷电路薄膜的开关点。
