Description

切菜器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房用具,具体涉及一种切菜器。
背景技术
现有一种切菜器,其大体结构为:包括一底座和一手摇式旋转插座;底座的上端面设有一条滑道,对应滑道一端的底座上竖向设置一个刀具安装板,刀具安装板上开有切口并对应该切口安装有固定刀片和一组齿形刀片;手摇式旋转插座以可滑动方式设置在滑道中。其使用时,将萝卜、土豆等条状蔬菜纵向插在手摇式旋转插座中,然后推动手摇式旋转插座沿滑道靠近刀具安装板并使条状蔬菜的端部顶抵在刀具安装板的切口上,随后摇动手摇式旋转插座的摇柄使条状蔬菜旋转,在固定刀片和齿形刀片的共同切削下,条状蔬菜被切削成丝状或片状并经切口排出。然而,现有的上述切菜器,由于固定刀片和齿形刀片是固定安装在刀具安装板上的,因此只能切出一种花式的蔬菜。虽然,作为一种改进,可将刀具安装板设计成插装式结构,通过在不同的插装板上安装同样的固定刀片和不同齿距的齿形刀片来丰富切菜器的切菜花式,但是,备用的插装式刀具安装板需要空间收藏,而且更换时裸露的刀刃亦是潜在的安全危险,给用户带来诸多不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种无须更换刀具即可实现多种花式切菜功能的切菜器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
切菜器,包括:一底座,其上端面设有一滑道,及对应所述滑道的一端竖向设有一刀具安装板,所述刀具安装板上开有切口;一手摇式旋转插座,以可滑动方式设置在所述滑道中;一固定刀片,对应所述切口固定在所述刀具安装板上;还包括:一旋转刀架,对应所述切口以可转动方式设置在所述刀具安装板上,其外侧面沿旋转刀架的旋转轴线方向设有至少两组齿距不同的齿形刀片;和一旋转机构,设置在所述底座上并与所述旋转刀架连接。
作为优选,所述旋转机构包括:一从动伞齿轮,设置在所述旋转刀架的下端;一主动伞齿轮,与所述从动伞齿轮啮合;一旋钮轴,横向设置在所述刀具安装板中,其一端与所述主动伞齿轮连接;和一旋钮,设置在所述旋钮轴的另一端。进一步优选,所述旋钮和刀具安装板之间设有弹性定位机构。
作为优选,所述旋转刀架和刀具安装板之间设有弹性限位机构,所述弹性限位机构包括:至少两个限位孔,设置在所述旋转刀架的底端面上;一弹簧,对应所述至少两个限位孔设置在刀具安装板上的弹簧座中;和一钢珠,放置在弹簧的一端并与所述旋转刀架的底端面发生干涉。
作为优选,所述旋转刀架为横截面为正多边形的柱体,其每一侧立面上布置有一组齿形刀片。
作为优选,所述刀具安装板的背面对应所述旋转刀架设有一防护罩。
作为优选,所述道具安装板的背面设有若干加强筋。
作为优选,所述底座的底部设有手动式吸盘,所述手动式吸盘的底部设有若干凸起。
作为优选,所述固定刀片和旋转刀架呈人字形设置。
作为优选,所述手摇式旋转插座的一侧设有助推手柄。
本实用新型通过采用上述结构,只需通过简单的旋钮动作即可完成花式刀具的变换,丰富了产品的功能,而且使用起来更方便也更安全。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本实用新型所述的切菜器,其具有一个底座1,底座上安装有手摇式旋转插座2、固定刀片3、旋转刀架4、旋转机构、弹性限位机构和手动式吸盘7等部件。
所述的底座1的上端面设有一条滑道11,对应滑道11的一端竖向设有一个刀具安装板12。刀具安装板上开有切口121,该切口大体呈人字形。另,为增强刀具安装板的强度,刀具安装板的背面设置有若干个加强筋122。
所述的手摇式旋转插座2通过其底部的滑块以可滑动方式设置在底座的滑道11中。为便于操作,手摇式旋转插座2上还设置了助推手柄21。
所述的固定刀片3通过螺丝等紧固件固定在刀具安装板12的人字形切口121的一侧。
所述的旋转刀架4以可转动方式设置在所述刀具安装板12的人字形切口121的另一侧。本实施例的旋转刀架4为截面为正方形的柱体,该柱体的四个侧面均分别沿旋转刀架的旋转轴线方向设置了一组齿形刀片41。为防止刀具安装板背面的齿形刀片外露,刀具安装板背面还设置一个防护罩。
所述的旋转机构主要由从动伞齿轮51、主动伞齿轮52、旋转轴53、旋钮54和旋钮弹性定位机构组成。从动伞齿轮51与旋转刀架4的下端部连接。主动伞齿轮52与从动伞齿轮啮合。旋转轴53以可转动方式横向架设在刀具安装板12中,其一端与主动伞齿轮连接,其另一端则自刀具安装板12的一侧部分伸出。旋钮54固定在伸出于刀具安装板12的旋转轴轴端上,并由一个弹性定位机构予以弹性定位。
所述的弹性限位机构主要由设置在旋转刀架底端面上的四个限位孔42、一个弹簧61和一个钢珠62组成。弹簧61对应该四个限位孔设置在刀具安装板上12的弹簧座123中。钢珠62放置在弹簧61的一端并与旋转刀架4的底端面发生干涉。
所述的手动式吸盘7由两个,设置在底座1的底部。为便于底座被吸住后提起,手动式吸盘的底部设有三条凸起71。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:
首先,通过手动式吸盘使切菜器牢固地固定在桌面上。然后,将萝卜等条状蔬菜纵向插在手摇式旋转插座的插齿中。接着,将推动手摇式旋转插座沿滑道靠近刀具安装板并使条状蔬菜的端部顶抵在刀具安装板的切口上,随后,一手摇动手摇式旋转插座的摇柄使条状蔬菜旋转,另一手握持助推手柄施加一个压力,则条状蔬菜在固定刀片和齿形刀片的共同切削下,条状蔬菜被切削成丝状或片状并经切口排出。此时,旋转刀架在旋钮的弹性定位机构定位和弹性限位机构的钢珠干涉入限位孔中的作用下不会因受力而发生旋转。
当需要变换切菜花式、转换旋转刀架上的齿形刀片时,则用手拔起旋钮使旋钮解除弹性定位机构的定位并使弹性定位机构的复位弹簧受力压缩弹性限位机构,再旋动旋钮,则旋钮带动旋转轴转动,通过主动伞齿轮带动从动伞齿轮的转动使旋转刀架转动,此时钢珠在受旋转刀架转动力的作用下离开限位孔,弹簧受力压缩并使钢珠弹性顶抵在旋转刀架的底端面。 当旋转刀架旋转到位,钢珠干涉入另一个限位孔中使旋转刀架定位,然后松开旋钮,则旋钮在复位弹簧的回复力的作用下重新由弹性定位机构予以定位,此时,即变换旋转刀架上的不同齿距的齿形刀片,并可进行后续另一切菜花式的操作。
当需要移动切菜器时,通过提起手动式吸盘解除吸附即可,而吸盘底部的凸起可使提起动作变得更为轻便。

Claims (10)

  1. 切菜器,包括:
    一底座,其上端面设有一滑道,及对应所述滑道的一端竖向设有一刀具安装板,所述刀具安装板上开有切口;
    一手摇式旋转插座,以可滑动方式设置在所述滑道中;
    一固定刀片,对应所述切口固定在所述刀具安装板上;其特征在于,还包括:
    一旋转刀架,对应所述切口以可转动方式设置在所述刀具安装板上,其外侧面沿旋转刀架的旋转轴线方向设有至少两组齿距不同的齿形刀片;和
    一旋转机构,设置在所述底座上并与所述旋转刀架连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转机构包括:
    一从动伞齿轮,设置在所述旋转刀架的下端;
    一主动伞齿轮,与所述从动伞齿轮啮合;
    一旋钮轴,横向设置在所述刀具安装板中,其一端与所述主动伞齿轮连接;和
    一旋钮,设置在所述旋钮轴的另一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋钮和刀具安装板之间设有弹性定位机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转刀架和刀具安装板之间设有弹性限位机构,所述弹性限位机构包括:
    至少两个限位孔,设置在所述旋转刀架的底端面上;
    一弹簧,对应所述至少两个限位孔设置在刀具安装板上的弹簧座中;和
    一钢珠,放置在弹簧的一端并与所述旋转刀架的底端面发生干涉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转刀架为横截面为正多边形的柱体,其每一侧立面上布置有一组齿形刀片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述刀具安装板的背面对应所述旋转刀架设有一防护罩。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述道具安装板的背面设有若干加强筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述底座的底部设有手动式吸盘,所述手动式吸盘的底部设有若干凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述固定刀片和旋转刀架呈人字形设置。
