Claims (10)
- 切菜器,包括:一底座,其上端面设有一滑道,及对应所述滑道的一端竖向设有一刀具安装板,所述刀具安装板上开有切口;一手摇式旋转插座,以可滑动方式设置在所述滑道中;一固定刀片,对应所述切口固定在所述刀具安装板上;其特征在于,还包括:一旋转刀架,对应所述切口以可转动方式设置在所述刀具安装板上,其外侧面沿旋转刀架的旋转轴线方向设有至少两组齿距不同的齿形刀片;和一旋转机构,设置在所述底座上并与所述旋转刀架连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转机构包括:一从动伞齿轮,设置在所述旋转刀架的下端;一主动伞齿轮,与所述从动伞齿轮啮合;一旋钮轴,横向设置在所述刀具安装板中,其一端与所述主动伞齿轮连接;和一旋钮,设置在所述旋钮轴的另一端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋钮和刀具安装板之间设有弹性定位机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转刀架和刀具安装板之间设有弹性限位机构,所述弹性限位机构包括:至少两个限位孔,设置在所述旋转刀架的底端面上;一弹簧,对应所述至少两个限位孔设置在刀具安装板上的弹簧座中;和一钢珠,放置在弹簧的一端并与所述旋转刀架的底端面发生干涉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述旋转刀架为横截面为正多边形的柱体,其每一侧立面上布置有一组齿形刀片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述刀具安装板的背面对应所述旋转刀架设有一防护罩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述道具安装板的背面设有若干加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述底座的底部设有手动式吸盘,所述手动式吸盘的底部设有若干凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述固定刀片和旋转刀架呈人字形设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的切菜器,其特征在于,所述手摇式旋转插座的一侧设有助推手柄。
