背景技术
糖尿病是一种以血葡萄糖水平增高为特征的、严重危害人类健康的慢性非传染性、代谢性疾病。无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,糖尿病成为现代社会的流行病,已成为严重威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。WHO统计与预测的结果如下:1994年糖尿病患者人数为1.20亿, 1997年为1.35亿, 2000年为1.75亿, 2010年为2.39亿,2025年预计将突破3亿。而且近三、五十年内糖尿病急剧增加的趋势仍将继续。
糖尿病危害巨大,不仅影响患者的生活质量,而且给患者带来沉重的心理负担。糖尿病所导致的肾病、眼病、心血管疾病和糖尿病足病等并发症,导致了糖尿病相关的高致残率和高致死率(使早死亡风险提高了100倍)。我国糖尿病患者有慢性并发症者相当普遍,患病率已达到相当高的水平。其中合并有高血压、心脑血管病、肾及眼病变者均占1/3左右,有神经病变者占半数以上。心血管并发症的患病率虽较西方国家为低,但已经成为我国糖尿病致残率和致死率最高、危害最大的慢性并发症。肾脏、眼底等糖尿病微血管并发症及糖尿病神经并发症的患病率与发达国家相差无几。
糖尿病作为常见的慢性病之一,完全治愈的有效手段十分有限;目前,最为流行的治疗方法为注射胰岛素。过量或者过少注射胰岛素,对糖尿病人都会造成影响。目前市场上还没有配合胰岛素使用,通过长期服用可明显改善血糖过高、过低等症状的功能饮料。

本发明的目的在于提供一种基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,性质稳定、效果明显、糖尿病人可广泛饮用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,马黛茶提取物:0.1~0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,针叶樱桃提取物:0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
优选地,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
优选地,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:2g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、奇异果提取物:2g、甜叶菊提取物:2g、水:92.4g。
优选地,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:1g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.1g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.1g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、甜叶菊提取物:1g、水:96.6g。
优选地,所述迷迭香提取物作为天然防腐剂使用。
优选地,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
优选地,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:

此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,所述制备方法包含以下步骤:
A、将绿茶提取物、马黛茶提取物、瓜拉纳提取物、亚洲参提取物、针叶樱桃提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的配比室温下搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,分离液备用;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
优选地,所述微孔滤膜的孔径为0.88-0.22μm。
本发明提供的功能饮料不仅仅针对特殊糖尿病人群体,对于正常人饮用来说也可以起到预防的作用。本发明通过健康管理云平台系统,对服用该饮料的病患者进行了血糖跟踪记录与数据分析,分析结果表明长期服用该功能饮料确实可以起到平稳血糖的作用,从而接近并达到正常范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释,本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
本发明所提供的功能饮料,采用如下配比:
绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,马黛茶提取物:0.1~0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,针叶樱桃提取物:0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
在上述组分中,绿茶提取物具有清热解暑、消食化痰、生津止渴、降火明目等药理作用;马黛茶提取物具有提神安神、清肠解腻、轻体养肤、降脂降压等功效;瓜拉纳提取物的化学成份类似于咖啡因,在服用瓜拉纳后会有精神和体力充沛的感觉;亚洲参提取物具有大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津止渴,安神益智等功效;针叶樱桃提取物富含维生素C,还含有维生素A、B1、B2、E、P、烟碱酸、抗衰老因子(SOD)、钙、铁、锌、钾和蛋白质等多种营养物质;迷迭香提取物具有强化肝脏功能,降低血糖的功效。
由于糖尿病人在临床的表现为多饮、多尿、多食和消瘦等症状,以及疲乏无力等,而采用上述组分制成的功能饮料,具有生津止渴、轻体养肤、提神安神、降低血糖的功效,因此,糖尿病人可以饮用该饮料而不用担心糖分过高的危害,并且糖尿病人长期饮用采用上述组分制成的功能饮料,可起到治疗作用,可降低血糖。
在上述实施例中,天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物等中的一种或几种;天然香味剂为从具有不同香味的上述水果中所提取的提取物,采用天然香味剂更为健康,可避免现有的化学合成香味剂给饮用者带来的危害。天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白等中的一种或几种,天然甜味剂是纯天然的提取物,甜度明显高于蔗糖甜度,不含任何卡路里,不会影响血糖水平或干扰胰岛素,可以给糖尿病人在预算总摄入热量方面提供更多灵活选择,并有助于控制体重,可以用来辅助治疗糖尿病。同时,所述功能饮料中含有的天然甜味成分不会增加血液中葡萄糖含量,可以有效解决糖尿病人对甜食的依赖感。此外,功能饮料的卡路里热量值为零,不会给糖尿病人增加额外的运动负担。
在上述实施例中,迷迭香提取物可以作为天然防腐剂使用,以保证功能饮料的食用保质期。

绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
实施例2
基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:2g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、奇异果提取物:2g、甜叶菊提取物:2g、水:92.4g。
实施例3
基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:1g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.1g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.1g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、甜叶菊提取物:1g、水:96.6g。
实施例4

绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:2.0g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:96.65g。
实施例5

绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:2.0g、罗汉果提取物:1.0g、水:96.15g。
实施例6
基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:2.0g、罗汉果提取物:1.5g、水:95.65g。
实施例7
基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:2.0g、罗汉果提取物:2.0g、水:95.15g。
实施例8
基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:2g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、番石榴提取物:2g、罗汉果提取物:2g、水:92.4g。
以上实施例1-8中的基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料均采用下述方法制备:
A、将绿茶提取物、马黛茶提取物、瓜拉纳提取物、亚洲参提取物、针叶樱桃提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的配比室温下搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,分离液备用;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
上述实施例中,微孔滤膜的孔径可以选择为0.88-0.22μm。上述步骤D中采用微孔滤膜将过滤除菌的详细操作如下:
(1)组装、灭菌;
将0.22μm孔径的滤膜装入清洗干净的塑料滤器中,旋紧压平,包装灭菌后待用(0.lMPa,121.5℃灭菌20min)。
(2)连接;
在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的塑料滤器的入口以无菌操作方式连接于装有待滤溶液的注射器上,将针头与出口处连接并插入带橡皮塞的无菌试管中。
(3)压滤;
将注射器中的待滤溶液加压并缓缓挤入过滤到无菌试管中,滤毕,将针头拨出。压滤时,用力要适当,不可太猛太快,以免细菌通过。
(4)无菌检查;
无菌操作吸取无菌试管中的除菌滤液0.1ml于肉汤蛋白胨平板上,涂布均匀,置37℃温室中培养24h,检查是否有菌生长。
(5)清洗;
弃去塑料滤器上的微孔滤膜,将塑料滤器清洗干净,并换上一张新的微孔滤膜,组装包扎,再经无菌后使用。
整个过程应在无菌条件下严格无菌操作,以防污染,过滤时应避免各连接处出现渗漏现象。
临床试验通过健康管理云平台,对75名体验者进行临床验证试验,平均每日服用该功能饮料200ml,以服用前血糖值平均范围为依照人群对比,每次静脉检测空腹血糖,三次取平均值(每月按30天计算取平均值)。试验结果如下表:

如上表中,正常人静脉空腹血糖在4.0-6.0mmol/l范围;确诊为糖尿病标准为:静脉空腹血糖大于7.0mmol/l,或餐后血糖大于11.1mmol/l;低血糖标准为静脉空腹血糖小于2.8mmol/l;糖耐量受损标准为静脉空腹血糖在6.1-6.9mmol/l。通过对糖尿病不同阶段人群的考察,可以发现该功能饮料具有明显的使血糖趋于平稳并接近正常值范围的功效。

  1. 一种基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5~2份,马黛茶提取物:0.1~0.5份,瓜拉纳提取物:0.1~0.5份,亚洲参提取物:0.05~0.2份,针叶樱桃提取物:0.05~0.2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白中的一种或几种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适于糖尿病人饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:2g、马黛茶提取物:0.5g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.5g、亚洲参提取物0.2g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、奇异果提取物:2g、甜叶菊提取物:2g、水:92.4g。

    绿茶提取物:0.5g、马黛茶提取物:0.1g、瓜拉纳提取物:0.1g、亚洲参提取物0.05g、针叶樱桃提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.15g。

    B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,分离液备用;
