Abstract

一种稽查手持终端,包括主处理器,与主处理器相连的车载单元通信模块、协处理器,与所述协处理器相连的拍照摄像模块、语音处理模块、存储模块、触摸屏与按键,以及电池,该终端还包括与主处理器相连的定位模块和无线通信模块,所述的协处理器还连接有打印模块。采用该稽查手持终端,可以安全高速的实现稽查工作,并对车载单元的完整性进行检测,并可现场完成开具罚单的工作;克服了现有的手持稽查设备,无法对车载单元完好情况进行检测,传送稽查数据的能力较弱,并且不安全,同时还不能现场执行处罚操作的问题。

Description

一种稽查手持终端 技术领域
本发明属于交通稽查装置领域,具体涉及一种稽查手持终端。
背景技术
目前主要的稽查装置为固定安装的形式,如安装在道路的龙门架(横跨数车道)上,或者路侧的单臂横杆上或者其他固定路侧单元(RSU),还有装载稽查设备的移动稽查车,可以覆盖交通网络的大部分路段和区域,但对于固定稽查设备不能覆盖到的路网、移动稽查车辆部署成本过高的地区,同时考虑到稽查系统整体的灵活性和均衡性,仍缺乏一种快速部署稽查设备。
申请号为CN201020255523名称为“基于无线通信技术的手持稽查设备”的专利申请(申请日2010年7月12日,公告日2011年1月19日)公开了一种基于无线通信技术的手持稽杳设备,该设备由主处理器、副处理器、射频集成收发芯片、液晶显示屏、存储器、语音接口芯片、专用短程通信/全球移动通信二合一模块、摄像头模块构成。其中,其主处理器的通用I/O端口与射频集成收发芯片的时钟端口、数据端口、配置使能端口、收发控制端口、传输使能端口、数字信号输入端口、数字信号输出端口连接;主处理器的串行数据端口与副处理器的串行数据端口连接:副处理器的显示屏接口、存储器接口、摄像头接口分别与液晶显示屏、存储器、摄像头模块连接:副处理器的音频信号输出端口与语音接口芯片连接;副处理器的串行数据端口与专用短程通信/全球移动通信二合一模块连接;射频集成收发芯片经过发送、接收阻抗匹配电路与发送、接收天线连接。
该方案存在以下问题:
1、没有定位装置,不能实现执法位置自动匹配;
2、没有打印装置,不能现场打印违法罚单;
3、没有安全ESAM模块(电子安全认证模块),不具备操作人员安全接入、安全通信和安全数据存储等安全相关功能;
4、没有非法拆卸检测模块,不具备检测设备完好性功能;
5、没有WIFI、BT无线通信模块,不具备和其他稽查设备及后台系统的 大数据低成本通信能力以及外设调用能力。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种稽查手持终端。本发明所述的稽查手持终端,能够在固定或者大型稽查设备无法开展工作的区域进行车辆稽查工作,并实现大数据量证据资料回传。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种稽查手持终端,包括主处理器,与所述主处理器元相连的车载单元通信模块、协处理器,与所述协处理器相连的拍照摄像模块、语音处理模块、存储模块、触摸屏与按键,以及电池,该终端还包括与所述主处理器相连的定位模块和无线通信模块,所述的协处理器还连接有打印模块。
进一步,所述稽查手持终端的主处理器还连接有加密模块,所述的加密模块用于操作人员安全接入、安全通信和安全数据存储。
进一步,所述车载单元通信模块为DSRC通信模块。
进一步,所述无线通信模块包括3G、4G通信模块、WiFi和/或Bluetooth蓝牙通信模块。
进一步,所述的定位模块为GPS、Glonass、Galileo或Beidou定位模块。
进一步,所述主处理器还连接有拆卸检测模块。
本发明的效果在于:采用本发明所述的稽查手持终端,通过终端上配置的拍照摄像模块,DSRC模块,GPS/BeiDou定位模块,4G通信模块、WiFi/Bluetooth通信模块,打印模块,对停止在路边或者停车场的车辆实时的进行移动稽查或现场处罚工作,可以快速部署于其他固定或者大型稽查装 置难以覆盖到的稽查位置,有效地弥补了固定或者大型移动稽查装置的稽查盲区,配合其他移动稽查系统进行联合稽查,并通过其WiFi、Bluetooth装置实现取证的大数据量低成本传送,使得稽查系统更加灵活完善。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种稽查手持终端,包括主处理器,与主处理器相连的DSRC通信模块、GPS/BeiDou定位模块、无线通信模块、拆卸检测模块和加密模块,与所述主处理器连接的协处理器,与所述协处理器相连的拍照摄像模块、语音处理模块、存储模块、打印模块及触摸屏与按键,还配有电池。
其中,DSRC装置采用的DSRC技术(Dedicated Short Range Communication),即专用短程通信技术,是一种高效的无线通信技术,可以实现在特定小区域内(通常为数十米)对高速运动下的移动目标的识别和双向通信,利用该技术可以实现小范围内图像、语音和数据的实时、准确和可靠的双向传输,与车载单元(OBU,On Board Unit)进行通讯,实现车辆身份识别,电子扣分等功能;可以获取车载单元OBU的状态信息,可以核查是否存在对OBU的非法拆卸行为,以及核查是否存在OBU自稽查模块记录的车辆违法事件数据。
拍照摄像模块,可以拍摄记录稽查工作过程中的所有被稽查车辆的图片及录像视频,为稽查工作提供二次审核的图像信息。
语音处理模块,可以用于在对车辆进行稽查时,进行语音提醒;留取现场操作人员的语音记录,作为稽查工作的查证材料,方便稽查工作的进行。
打印模块,可以根据稽查处理结果,现场打印相应的处理单据,如执法罚单等。
拆卸检测模块,用于检测稽查手持终端的设备完好性,可以核查是否存在对稽查手持终端的非法拆卸行为,如采用机械的防拆卸的电子开关,发行 时电子开关是闭合的,拆卸后电子开关被打开,系统识别到拆卸,向ESAM写入拆卸信息,ESAM在未授权情况下是不能被修改的。
加密模块,也就是安全ESAM模块(电子安全认证模块),用于操作人员安全接入、安全通信和安全数据存储。
存储模块,可以保存收集到的车辆信息以及现场的影像及录音数据,所述的存储模块可采用常用的存储器。
稽查手持终端配有主处理器,用于控制上述稽查模块工作,稽查手持终端自身设置有GPS、Glonass、Galileo或BeiDou模块,具有全球卫星定位功能,可以准确定位自身所在位置,并可以通过通讯模块以3G/4G、无线WiFi和/或Bluetooth蓝牙的通信方式同后台服务系统和移动稽查车及其他稽查设备进行数据互传交互,构成一个稽查系统网络。
在具体的操作过程中,在固定稽查设备未能覆盖的区域,以及移动稽查车无法到达的位置,以及其他适用于快速部署的情况,可以允许操作人员在远离移动稽查车的情况下,携带稽查手持终端,对目标车辆进行稽查。稽查手持终端通过自身配备的上述稽查装置,收集被稽查车辆的车辆信息(包括车辆图像、位置、车牌号、车型、颜色、品牌、车主信息、OBU反馈信息及其他相关车辆信息等),同时以影音方式记录稽查过程,留存证据信息。将上述车辆信息通过3G或4G通信网络传送至稽查系统后台,同时接收稽查系统的处理结果和指令,并将影音记录等证据信息通过WIFI或Bluetooth蓝牙通信的方式连接入其他稽查设备传送给稽查系统后台。
此外,稽查手持终端还可以设置ANPR装置,ANPR装置可以是独立的ANPR相机,也可以是由拍照摄像模块同ANPR软件模块组成,所述的ANPR模块和ANPR相机为车牌自动识别装置(Automatic Number Plate Recognition),用于利用ANPR技术自动识别车牌号码信息。
本发明所述的装置并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出其他的实施方式,同样属于本发明的技术创新范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种稽查手持终端,包括主处理器,与所述主处理器相连的车载单元通信模块、协处理器,与所述协处理器相连的拍照摄像模块、语音处理模块、存储模块、触摸屏与按键,以及电池,其特征是:该终端还包括与所述主处理器相连的定位模块和无线通信模块,所述的协处理器还连接有打印模块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种稽查手持终端,其特征是:所述稽查手持终端的主处理器还连接有加密模块,所述的加密模块用于操作人员安全接入、安全通信和安全数据存储。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种稽查手持终端,其特征是:所述车载单元通信模块为DSRC通信模块。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种稽查手持终端,其特征是:所述无线通信模块包括3G、4G通信模块、WiFi和/或Bluetooth蓝牙通信模块。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种稽查手持终端,其特征是:所述的定位模块为GPS、Glonass、Galileo或Beidou定位模块。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种稽查手持终端,其特征是:所述主处理器还连接有拆卸检测模块。
