技术领域
本发明涉及数据处理技术,特别涉及一种餐单数据的处理方法、装置、设备及非易失性计算机存储介质。
背景技术
目前,餐饮业常用的点餐方式是,在顾客进入餐厅后,服务员递上印刷制品的餐单,供顾客查看及点餐,顾客选择的菜品被服务员记录生成点餐订单。随后,服务员将点餐订单送入厨房,厨房的师傅依据服务员所给的点餐订单进行烹饪。
然而,由于餐单的数量有限,在一些情况下,例如,餐厅的顾客较多,可能会出现餐单短缺的问题,使得有些顾客只能等待空闲的餐单才能开始查看及点餐,因此,会导致点餐的效率的降低。
发明内容
本发明的多个方面提供一种餐单数据的处理方法、装置、设备及非易失性计算机存储介质,用以提高点餐的效率。
本发明的一方面,提供一种餐单数据的处理方法,包括:
接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;
获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;
向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
如上所述的方面和任一可能的实现方式,进一步提供一种实现方式,所述接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,包括:
接收所述终端根据服务器的服务器标识,所发送的所述用餐地点标识,所述服务器的服务器标识为所述终端从所述对象标签中读取。
如上所述的方面和任一可能的实现方式,进一步提供一种实现方式,所述服务器的服务器标识包括所述服务器的IP地址、所述服务器的URL或所述服务器的URN。

向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明实施例通过接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取,进而获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据,使得能够向所述终端发送所述餐单数据,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,使得餐单不再存在数量有限的问题,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于餐单短缺而导致的顾客只能等待空闲的餐单才能开始查看及点餐的问题,从而提高了点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,只需要顾客利用所使用的终端,从用餐地点的对象标签中读取用餐地点标识,进而发送给服务器,就可以获得用餐地点标识所对应的餐单数据,无需借助特定终端或安装特定应用(Application,APP),从而提高了点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,进而能够基于所述餐单数据进行点餐,使得无需服务员将顾客选择的菜品记录生成点餐订单,再送入厨房,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够根据用餐地点标识所对应的点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作, 尤其是利用终端执行网络支付操作,无需顾客去用餐地点的收银台,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够将用餐地点标识所对应的除了终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据,发送给该终端,使得该终端可以与其他终端同时进行点餐,因此,能够支持多个顾客同时点餐的情况。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及的终端可以包括但不限于手 机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、无线手持设备、平板电脑(Tablet Computer)、个人电脑(Personal Computer,PC)、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、可穿戴设备(例如,智能眼镜、智能手表、智能手环等)等。
另外,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。

101、接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取。
其中,所述对象标签,可以包括一维条码或二维条码等条码标签,以及射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)标签或近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)标签等电子标签,或者还可以包括其他一切利用射频识别技术所识别的电子标签,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
所谓的条码标签,是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在指定方向上例如,一维方向或二维方向上等,分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据的条码,可以附着在物体上,或者也可以以电子形式存储在终端中,以标识对象的一些信息。读取设备利用摄像头对准条码标签,就可以读取到条码标签中所记录的实际数据。
所述二维条码(Two-dimensional code),又称二维码,是用某种 特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的条码,例如,QR码(QR code)或汉信码等。
所谓的电子标签,是一种数据的载体,其具有可供用户写入实际数据的存储空间,可以附着在物体上,以标识对象的一些信息。读取设备靠近电子标签,就可以读取到电子标签中所存储的实际数据。
102、获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据。

需要说明的是,101~103的执行主体可以为位于网络侧的服务器中的处理装置,或者还可以为位于网络侧的分布式系统,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
需要说明的是,这里的终端可以为一切具有能够读取对象标签的功能的终端。
这样,通过接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取,进而获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据,使得能够向所述终端发送所述餐单数据,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,使得餐单不再存在数量有限的问题,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于餐单短缺而导致的顾客只能等待空闲的餐单才能开始查看及点餐的问题,从而提高了点餐的效率。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在101中,所述终端所读取的所述用餐地点标识,是指用于标识用餐地点的唯一标识,即用餐单位和用餐位置(即餐桌)。
在一个具体的实现过程中,在101之前,具体可以采用现有技术中生成唯一标识的方法,生成一系列的唯一标识。例如,利用数据库中所 记录的主键ID作为唯一标识,或者对主键ID进行相关运算例如,哈希运算等,将运算结果作为唯一标识,或者还可以自定义一个自增的序列值,作为唯一标识,等等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。所生成的唯一标识,可以为数字和/或字母如123、abc或abc123等,或者还可以为浏览器的地址栏中所支持的其他字符,例如,?等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
在生成唯一标识之后,则可以将所生成的唯一标识,分配给指定用餐单位的每个用餐位置,以唯一标识该用餐地点。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,在给指定用餐单位的每个用餐位置分配完毕用餐地点标识之后,可以进一步对每个用餐地点的用餐地点标识与该用餐地点的餐单数据的对应关系,以及该用餐地点的餐单数据,进行存储处理。
具体地,具体可以将用餐地点的用餐地点标识与该用餐地点的餐单数据的对应关系,以及该用餐地点的餐单数据,存储到数据库中。
需要说明的是,所述数据库,具体可以部署在任意一台服务器上,例如,可以部署在采用本发明所提供的技术方案的服务器上,或者还可以建立不同于所述服务器的另一台服务器上,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
其中,所述数据库可以采用关系型数据库,例如,Oracle数据库、DB2数据库、结构化查询语言(Structured Query Language,SQL)服务器(Server)数据库、MySQL数据库等,或者还可以采用键值(Key-Value)型数据库,例如,非SQL(Not Only SQL)NoSQL数据库、Redis数据库等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
具体地,所述餐单数据,具体可以包括所对应的用餐单位所提供的全部菜品信息和酒水信息等项目,或者还可以进一步包括营销策略,例如,消费满100元返30元午餐券等。所述餐单数据中所包括的项目,可以按照酒水、凉菜、热菜、主食等分类属性,进行分类,以获得若干个类别。每个类别中所包含的项目的顺序,可以固定不变,或者还可以按照每个项目被顾客选择的次数,灵活调整,例如,某个项目被顾客选择的次数越多,该项目在所属类别中的位置越靠前,或者,再例如,具体可以将被顾客选择的次数最多的某个项目,排列在餐单数据中的最前面,作为本店热门项目进行推荐,或者,再例如,具体可以将被顾客打分最高的某个项目,排列在餐单数据中的最前面,作为本店热门项目进行推荐,等等。
所述餐单数据,具体可以为采用人工方式,进行录入,或者还可以采用一段程序代码,自动导入,等等,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在101中,所述终端从所述对象标签中除了读取出所述用餐地点标识,还可以进一步读取出服务器的服务器标识。这样,在101中,具体可以接收所述终端根据服务器的服务器标识,所发送的所述用餐地点标识。
具体地,在终端所读取的内容中,所述服务器标识与所述用餐地点标识,具体可以拼装成一个参数,或者,所述用餐地点标识还可以作为所述服务器标识的一个参数,或者,所述服务器标识与所述用餐地点标识,还可以为两个独立的参数,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述服务器的服务器标识可以包括但不限于所述服务器的IP地址、所述服务器的统一资源定位符(Uniform  Resource Locator,URL)或所述服务器的统一资源名称(Uniform Resource Name,URN),或者还可以包括其他能够访问服务器的其他标识信息,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
以服务器的URL作为服务器的服务器标识为例,若所述终端从所述对象标签中读取到一个URL“http://xxxxx/yyyyy”,那么,说明该URL前半部分“http://xxxxx”为服务器的URL,后半部分“yyyyy”为用餐地点标识;若所述终端从所述对象标签中读取到一个URL“http://xxxxx”和一串字符“yyyyy”,那么,说明该URL为服务器的URL,该一串字符为用餐地点标识。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在102中,具体可以利用所接收的用餐地点标识,在所存储的每个用餐地点的用餐地点标识与该用餐地点的餐单数据的对应关系,以及该用餐地点的餐单数据,中进行匹配,获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103中,具体可以以结构化形式,向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
这样,终端则可以展现结构化的餐单数据,能够使得展现效果具有重点突出且内容清晰的特点,从而有效地提升了用户体验。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在103之后,还可以进一步获取用户利用所述终端操作所述餐单数据所触发的点餐指令,进而根据所述点餐指令,生成所述终端的点餐数据,然后,将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据进行关联处理。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述点餐指令,具体可以包括所选择的每个项目的项目标识,以供根据这些项目标识,生成终端的点餐数据, 这样,能够实现顾客主动点餐的目的。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,所述点餐指令,具体可以包括用餐人数信息,以供根据用餐人数信息,自动生成终端的点餐数据,这样,能够实现自动配餐的目的。
这样,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,进而能够基于所述餐单数据进行点餐,使得无需服务员将顾客选择的菜品记录生成点餐订单,再送入厨房,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,由于用餐地点具有可循环使用的特点,因此,在该实现方式中所进行的关联处理,除了关联所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据之外,还需要进一步将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据,关联到订单标识。该订单标识,用于唯一标识用餐地点的点餐订单,例如,以天为单位,用1、2、3、……、等连续编号进行标识。
每个用餐地点的点餐订单可以有多个,但是,当前这一时间,只能有一个点餐订单,因为,虽然用餐地点具有可循环使用的特点,但是,也需要等待一桌顾客用餐完毕(包括进行支付操作成功),才能让下一桌顾客使用。一个点餐订单支付未完成,说明该点餐订单的状态为未完成,一个点餐订单支付完成,说明该点餐订单的状态为完成。
具体地,具体可以根据用餐地点当前的点餐订单的状态,决定所关联的是未完成的点餐订单的订单标识,还是新的点餐订单的订单标识。例如,当用餐地点最新的一个点餐订单未完成,则可以将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据,关联到该未完成的点餐订单的订单标识;当用餐地点最新的一个点餐订单已完成,则可以将所述用餐地点标识与 所述终端的点餐数据,关联到另一个更新的点餐订单的订单标识。
需要说明的是,上述将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据,关联到订单标识这一操作,不是必须执行的操作。可选地,还可以不执行将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据,关联到订单标识,这一操作。而是,当一个点餐订单支付完成之后,直接将该点餐订单,以及该点餐订单所对应的点餐数据,在本地进行清除处理。这样,利用所述用餐地点标识,所获得的点餐数据,永远都是当前这一桌顾客所对应的点餐数据。
同时,为了后续管理以及统计的需要,在进行清除处理之前,还可以进一步将这些数据,即该点餐订单,以及该点餐订单所对应的点餐数据,发送给其他设备,以进行存储处理。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,在101之后,还可以进一步获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的除了所述终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据,并向所述终端输出所述其他终端的点餐数据。
本实施例中,当一群小伙伴准备在用餐地点进行用餐时,每个人都可以拿出所使用的手机、平板电脑等终端,从用餐地点即某个用餐单位的某张桌子上所设置的对象标签中,读取所述用餐地点标识。进而,每个终端将所读取的用餐地点标识发送给服务器,则会获得该用餐地点标识所对应的餐单数据和全部点餐数据。实际上,相当于将这些小伙伴划分到了一个分组中,该分组中的餐单数据都是共享的。具体可以用该用餐地点标识所对应的订单标识,来标识这个分组。
这样,由于能够将用餐地点标识所对应的除了终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据,发送给该终端,使得该终端可以与其他终端同时进行点餐, 因此,能够支持多个顾客同时点餐的情况。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,还可以进一步根据与所述用餐地点标识对应的全部点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作。
具体地,具体可以先根据用餐地点标识,获得该用餐地点标识所对应的订单标识,进而,再根据所述订单标识,获得该订单标识所对应的全部点餐数据。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述终端具体可以根据所述点餐订单,进行网络支付操作。
所谓的网络支付操作,是指电子交易的当事人,包括消费者、厂商、和金融机构,使用安全电子支付手段通过网络进行的货币支付或资金流转,主要包括有电子货币类,电子信用卡类,电子支票类。
需要说明的是,进行网络支付操作的终端,不一定非得是参与点餐的所述终端或所述其他终端,或者还可以为一个新的终端,这些终端,只需要读取对象标签中的用餐地点标识,即可获得点餐订单的支付信息,直接根据该支付信息,进行网络支付操作即可。
这样,由于能够根据用餐地点标识所对应的点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作,尤其是利用终端执行网络支付操作,无需顾客去用餐地点的收银台,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
在另一个具体的实现过程中,顾客可以根据所述点餐订单,进行现场支付操作,例如,拿着现金或者银行卡到收银台,完成所述点餐订单的支付。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,还可以进一步展现 餐单数据中每个项目的可操作页面元素,例如,点赞按钮、评论按钮、打分按钮等,顾客可以操作这些页面元素,以提供指定项目的互动数据;或者还可以进一步展现用餐单位的相关人员的可操作页面元素,例如,点赞按钮、评论按钮、打分按钮等,顾客可以操作这些页面元素,以提供指定人员的互动数据。这样,可以根据这些互动数据,指示用餐单位的相关调整处理,例如,可以指示调整用餐单位的点餐数据的布局,或者,再例如,还可以指示调整用餐单位的人员情况,等等。
本实施例中,通过接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取,进而获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据,使得能够向所述终端发送所述餐单数据,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,使得餐单不再存在数量有限的问题,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于餐单短缺而导致的顾客只能等待空闲的餐单才能开始查看及点餐的问题,从而提高了点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,只需要顾客利用所使用的终端,从用餐地点的对象标签中读取用餐地点标识,进而发送给服务器,就可以获得用餐地点标识所对应的餐单数据,无需借助特定终端或安装特定应用(Application,APP),从而提高了点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,进而能够基于所述餐单数据进行点餐,使得无需服务员将顾客选择的菜品记录生成点餐订单,再送入厨房,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够根据用餐地点标识所 对应的点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作,尤其是利用终端执行网络支付操作,无需顾客去用餐地点的收银台,因此,能够有效提高点餐的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,由于能够将用餐地点标识所对应的除了终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据,发送给该终端,使得该终端可以与其他终端同时进行点餐,因此,能够支持多个顾客同时点餐的情况。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图2为本发明另一实施例提供的餐单数据的处理装置的结构示意图,如图2所示。本实施例的餐单数据的处理装置可以包括接收单元21、获得单元22和发送单元23。其中,接收单元21,用于接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;获得单元22,用于获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;发送单元23,用于向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
其中,所述对象标签,可以包括一维条码或二维条码等条码标签,以及射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)标签或近场通 信(Near Field Communication,NFC)标签等电子标签,或者还可以包括其他一切利用射频识别技术所识别的电子标签,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例所提供的餐单数据的处理装置可以为位于网络侧的服务器中的处理装置,或者还可以为位于网络侧的分布式系统,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
需要说明的是,这里的终端可以为一切具有能够读取对象标签的功能的终端。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述接收单元21,具体可以用于接收所述终端根据服务器的服务器标识,所发送的所述用餐地点标识,所述服务器的服务器标识为所述终端从所述对象标签中读取。
其中,所述服务器的服务器标识可以包括但不限于所述服务器的IP地址、所述服务器的URL或所述服务器的URN,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述获得单元22,还可以进一步用于获取用户利用所述终端操作所述餐单数据所触发的点餐指令;根据所述点餐指令,生成所述终端的点餐数据;以及将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据进行关联处理。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述获得单元22,还可以进一步用于获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的除了所述终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据;相应地,所述发送单元23,还可以进一步用于向所述终端输出所述其他终端的点餐数据。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述获得单元22,还可以进一步用于根据与所述用餐地点标识对应的全部点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作。
其中,所述支付操作可以包括但不限于网络支付操作或现场支付操作,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
需要说明的是,图1对应的实施例中方法,可以由本实施例提供的餐单数据的处理装置实现。详细描述可以参见图1对应的实施例中的关联资源,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,通过接收单元接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取,进而由获得单元获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据,使得发送单元能够向所述终端发送所述餐单数据,由于用电子形式的餐单数据代替了传统的印刷制品的餐单,使得餐单不再存在数量有限的问题,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于餐单短缺而导致的顾客只能等待空闲的餐单才能开始查看及点餐的问题,从而提高了点餐的效率。

在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种餐单数据的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;
    获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;
    向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,包括:
    接收所述终端根据服务器的服务器标识,所发送的所述用餐地点标识,所述服务器的服务器标识为所述终端从所述对象标签中读取。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器的服务器标识包括所述服务器的IP地址、所述服务器的URL或所述服务器的URN。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述终端发送所述餐单数据之后,包括:
    获取用户利用所述终端操作所述餐单数据所触发的点餐指令;
    根据所述点餐指令,生成所述终端的点餐数据;
    将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据进行关联处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端发送的用餐地点标识之后,还包括:
    获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的除了所述终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据;
    向所述终端输出所述其他终端的点餐数据。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述点餐指令,生成点餐数据之后,还包括:
    根据与所述用餐地点标识对应的全部点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述终端根据所述点餐订单,进行网络支付操作。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对象标签包括RFID标签、NFC标签或条码标签。
  9. 一种餐单数据的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;
    获得单元,用于获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;
    发送单元,用于向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元,具体用于
    接收所述终端根据服务器的服务器标识,所发送的所述用餐地点标识,所述服务器的服务器标识为所述终端从所述对象标签中读取。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务器的服务器标识包括所述服务器的IP地址、所述服务器的URL或所述服务器的URN。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获得单元,还用于
    获取用户利用所述终端操作所述餐单数据所触发的点餐指令;
    根据所述点餐指令,生成所述终端的点餐数据;以及
    将所述用餐地点标识与所述终端的点餐数据进行关联处理。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获得单元,还用于
    获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的除了所述终端之外的其他终端的点餐数据;
    所述发送单元,还用于
    向所述终端输出所述其他终端的点餐数据。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获得单元,还用于
    根据与所述用餐地点标识对应的全部点餐数据,生成所述用餐地点的点餐订单,以供进行支付操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支付操作包括网络支付操作。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对象标签包括RFID标签、NFC标签或条码标签。
  17. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时:
    接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;
    获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;
    向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
  18. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备:
    接收终端发送的用餐地点标识,所述用餐地点标识为所述终端从用餐地点的对象标签中读取;
    获得与所述用餐地点标识对应的餐单数据;
    向所述终端发送所述餐单数据。
