Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement chimique par voie humide d'une pluralité de composants en fer et d'une pluralité de composants en aluminium en série, chacun des composants en fer étant soumis immédiatement les uns après les autres tout d'abord à décapage (1) puis à un lavage de réaction (2) et chacun des composants en aluminium étant également soumis au même lavage de réaction (2) mais sans être soumis au décapage (1), le décapage (1) étant effectué par mise en contact des composants avec une solution de bain aqueuse d'acide sulfurique (A) ayant un pH inférieur à 1,0, et le lavage de réaction (2) étant effectué par mise en contact des composants d'une solution de bain aqueuse d'acide sulfurique (B) qui contient au total au moins 0,02 g/kg de composés hydrosolubles des éléments Zr et/ou Ti, à chaque fois sur la base des éléments respectifs, et dont la valeur de pH n'est pas inférieure à 1,0.
