Description

一种衣物护理机及其护理方法 技术领域
本发明涉及衣物护理设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种衣物护理机及其护理方法。
背景技术
目前的衣物护理设备往往只能够对衣物进行干燥,因此作用单一,难以对衣物进行除尘、除污和除皱等护理,例如专利申请CN201210498125.2公开的冷凝式干衣机以及干衣方法。另外,现有护理机的护理流程仅仅是对衣物进行简单的吹风烘干等,并不能满足人们对衣物净化除皱护理等的要求。
此外,目前的衣物处理设备自动化程度不高,需要用户手动进行操作和控制。
此外,目前的衣物处理设备很难对肩部、肘部、膝盖等不规则部位进行熨烫,熨烫衣物的效果不甚理想。
另外,目前的衣物护理设备并不具备衣物护理之外的其他附加功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种衣物护理机及其护理方法,以克服现有技术中的至少一个缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取了如下技术方案:
一种衣物护理机,其包括:衣柜、设置在衣柜底部的护理箱,所述衣柜包括柜门和中空的柜体,柜体内部还设置有挂衣机构和使挂衣机构垂直于竖直轴往复摆动的驱动机构,驱动机构与挂衣机构相连接;
所述护理箱包括热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统。
优选地,所述驱动机构包括电机和该电机驱动的连杆摆动机构,该摆动机构带动所述挂衣机构围绕竖直固定轴呈X式摆动;或者所述驱动机构包括平行并排设置的两组平行四边形连杆机构,所述平行四边形连杆机构的下连杆逆向运动,使得横跨所述平行四边形连杆机构的下连杆的所述挂衣机构呈X式摆动;或者所述驱动机构为链条/齿轮联动转动机构,该链条/齿轮联动带动机构带动所述挂衣机构围绕竖直固定轴呈X式摆动。
优选地,所述的热循环系统包括制冷端、放热端和压缩机,压缩机分别与制冷端、放热端连通到一起;所述气循环系统包括内进风口、风机和内出风口;内进风口、内出风口通过管道连通构成内循环气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端和放热端;所述的加湿系统包括水蒸气发生装置和气体加热装置。
优选地,所述气循环系统还包括外进风口、外出风口以及内外循环切换阀,所述外进风口、外出风口通过管道连通构成外循环气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端和放热端,所述内外循环切换阀用于在内循环气流通道和外循环气流通道之间切换。
优选地,所述衣物护理机还包括无线通信单元和控制器,所述控制器连接无线通信单元、驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统,用于控制所述驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统的运行,并通过所述无线通信单元向外部控制终端发送通知消息。
优选地,所述无线通信单元还接收来自所述外部控制终端的控制指令,所述控制器基于所述控制指令控制驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系 统和/或加湿系统的运行。
优选地,所述衣物护理机还包括设置在所述衣柜内部和/或外部的传感器。
优选地,所述传感器包括以下传感器中的至少一种:温度传感器、湿度传感器和气体浓度传感器。
优选地,所述传感器感测所述衣柜内部或外部的感测参数,并将感测结果传递给所述控制单元,所述控制单元基于所述感测结果控制驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和/或加湿系统的运行。
优选地,所述衣物护理机还包括固定于挂衣机构的衣物平整机构,所述衣物平整机构包括气囊,所述气囊固定于挂衣机构,且在被充气后成人体上半身或下半身或全身模型形状,用于支撑套嵌于所述气囊外部的衣物,所述气囊具有充气口。
优选地,所述气囊的至少部分侧壁具有透气孔;所述加湿系统包括与所述充气口连通的管道,以将产生的蒸汽经由所述充气口充入到所述气囊中;所述气循环系统包括与所述充气口连通的管道,以将产生的暖气经由所述充气口充入到所述气囊中。
优选地,所述气囊的内部还设置有子气囊,子气囊由不透气材料制成,且子气囊具有充气口,经由所述充气口对所述子气囊进行充气。
本发明还提一种基于如上衣物护理机的衣物护理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
控制加湿系统开始工作,喷出高温蒸汽,利用高温蒸汽对挂衣机构上的衣物进行处理;
控制驱动机构带动挂衣机构围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动;
关闭加湿系统,开启气循环系统和热循环系统,使气流在风机作用下流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端;
控制驱动机构带动衣物围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动;
待衣柜内湿度下降到预定临界点时,关闭衣物护理机。
本发明的衣物护理机及其护理方法可以实现一机多用,提供了多种功能。

图1示出了一种多功能衣物护理机,其包括衣柜1和设置在衣柜底部的护理箱2,衣柜包括柜门12和中空的柜体,柜体内部还设置有挂衣机构和使挂衣机构垂直于竖直轴往复摆动的驱动机构,驱动机构与挂衣机构相连接;通过驱动机构驱动挂衣机构往复摆动可使得衣物产生抖动,既可以抖掉衣物上的灰尘,也可以使衣服更快的被打湿和干燥。
护理箱可包括蒸汽产生系统和烘干系统,具体地,烘干系统可包括热循环系统3、气循环系统35。蒸汽产生系统可包括水蒸气发生装置和气体加热装置。
热循环系统3可包括制冷端32、放热端33和压缩机,压缩机可为分别与制冷端、放热端连通到一起的压缩机。
气循环系统35可包括内进风口36、风机371、内出风口37。内进风口 36、内出风口37通过管道连通构成气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端。
加湿系统可包括水蒸气发生装置和气体加热装置。
在另一实施方式中,气循环系统35还可包括外进风口38、外出风口39以及内外循环切换阀4,外进风口、外出风口通过管道连通构成外循环气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经换热循环系统的制冷端(如冷凝器)和放热端(如热交换器),其中内外循环切换阀用于在内循环气流通道和外循环气流通道之间切换。
换言之,气循环系统35可包括内进风口36、外进风口38、风机371、内出风口37、外出风口39、管道以及内外循环切换阀,内进风口/外进风口、风机、内出风口/外出风口通过内外循环切换阀以及管道连通构成气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端。
在衣物护理功能时,通过控制系统控制内外循环切换阀,关闭外进风口、外出风口,连通内进风口、内出风口,通过加湿系统向衣物喷出高温蒸汽,利用蒸汽打湿衣物,使衣物减轻褶皱,杀毒灭菌。同时驱动机构可开始工作,通过驱动机构带动挂衣架以X方式摆动,可以较好的抖掉衣物上的灰尘和褶皱,可以达到模拟人工抖衣服的效果,同时也可以使衣服更快的被打湿和护理。
在加湿完毕后,关闭加湿系统,通过气循环系统和热循环系统将衣物烘干。热循环系统包括制冷端、放热端和压缩机,压缩机分别与制冷端、放热端连通到一起的压缩机;气循环系统包括内进风口、风机、内出风口,通过管道连通构成气流通道,空气在风机作用下循环流经所述热循环系统的制冷端、放热端。同时驱动机构可开始工作,通过驱动机构带动挂衣架以X方式摆动,可以较好的抖掉衣物上的污水和褶皱,可以达到模拟人工抖衣服的效果,同时也可以使衣服更快的去除水分和除去污物和折 皱。气循环系统将空气除湿加热后吹入衣柜内,流经热循环的制冷端进行除湿,将湿热空气冷凝变成水滴进入集水箱,除湿后变成干冷空气后再流经加热端进行加热,变成干热空气,实现空气的循环流动,并将衣柜内的水份带走。
在空气净化功能时,通过控制系统控制内外循环切换阀,关闭内进风口和热循环系统,连通外进风口、外出风口,使室内空气循环流经外进风口、过滤件、消毒组件、外出风口,达到对室内空气净化的目的。
衣物处理机还可设置有负离子发生装置,以支持负离子功能。此时,通过控制系统控制内外循环切换阀,关闭内进风口和热循环系统,连通外进风口、外出风口,开启负离子发生装置,使室内空气循环流经外进风口、负离子发生装置、外出风口,达到对室内空气添加负离子的目的。
在加湿功能时,通过控制系统控制内外循环切换阀,关闭内进风口和热循环系统,连通外进风口、外出风口,开启加湿系统的水蒸气发生装置,使室内空气循环流经外进风口、水蒸气发生装置、外出风口,达到加湿室内空气的目的。
在除湿功能时,通过控制系统控制内外循环切换阀,连通外进风口、外出风口,关闭加湿系统,开启热循环系统,使室内空气循环流经外进风口、热循环系统的制冷端、热循环系统的放热端、外出风口,使空气中的水汽先低温冷凝成水珠,汇集到集水箱中,变成干冷空气后再流经加热段进行加热,变成常温干空气,实现空气的循环流动达到对室内空气除湿的目的。
水蒸气发生装置可以采用加热管将水瞬间加热到100度的方式,也可以采用超声波振片产生水气,再经气体加热器进行加热,气体加热器可以选用陶瓷的PTC气体加热器,这样水蒸气温度可以进行精确控制,即可起到较好的杀毒灭菌效果,又可防止烫伤衣物。同时加湿器水箱的水内还可 以混入芳香剂和柔顺剂,使衣物更加柔顺芬芳。
衣物护理机还可以设置有其他功能部件,以实现更多功能的处理。
本发明通过控制内外进气口、出气口的开闭,可以实现衣物护理机、除湿机、加湿器、空气净化器、产生负离子等功能的多功能衣物护理机,实现了一机多用。
虽然图1中示出了驱动机构设置于挂衣机构一端,但实际应用中,驱动机构也可以设置于挂衣机构的中部或其他位置。挂衣机构可为固定在衣柜内隔层上的若干个挂衣架。
在本发明一实施方式中,驱动机构可包括电机(未示出)和电机所驱动的带偏心轮的连杆摆动机构,如图4所示,挂衣机构为固定在衣柜内隔层上的若干个挂衣架131,且各个挂衣架的轴心132可旋转并位于一条直线上,挂衣架的上端固定于衣物护理机的夹层上并与驱动机构的连杆相连接,驱动机构的电机、连杆摆动机构可均隐藏在衣物护理机的夹层内,对使用者均不可见,故比较美观和实用。
如图4所示,驱动机构的连杆摆动机构可包括偏心轮141和多连杆结构142,偏心轮141上设置偏心拨杆(未示出),该偏心拨杆设置在多连杆机构142的与偏心轮连接的连杆上的凹槽中。当电机带动偏心轮转动时,可等效为一个曲柄摇杆机构,偏心轮的拨杆在凹槽中运动,带动衣架及衣物作往复转动(或者说往复摆动),即可起到较好的抖动效果,又可以避免机体震动和产生噪音。具体地,由于挂衣架的轴心固定不动,因此,驱动机构可带动所述挂衣机构围绕竖直固定轴呈X式摆动。
驱动机构可以其他方式来实现。例如,如图5所示,驱动机构可包括平行并排设置的两个平行四边形连杆机构,挂衣机构(挂衣架)横跨于该两个连杆机构的两个下连杆上(如横跨于两个下连杆的凹槽中),通过设置于该两个连杆机构的上连杆的偏心轮或凸轮等可带动该两个连杆机构的 下连杆逆向运动,使得横跨该平行四边形连杆机构的下连杆的挂衣机构呈X式摆动。
另选地,如图6所示,驱动机构可为链条/齿轮联动转动机构,该链条/齿轮联动带动机构带动挂衣机构围绕其竖直固定轴呈X式摆动。
另选地,驱动机构包括电机、铰链四杆机构或曲柄滑块机构或曲柄摇杆机构或转动导杆机构或摆动导杆机构或双曲柄机构。
另选地,驱动机构包括电机、不完全齿轮和相应齿条。
另选地,驱动机构包括电机、链轮机构和拨杆。
另选地,驱动机构包括电机、减速机构和偏心振子。
另选地,驱动机构包括切换开关、电磁线圈和永磁体,其中永磁体安装在挂衣机构上。
虽然图中未示出这些驱动机构的附图,本领域技术人员在本发明的构思的基础上可以容易地实现这些驱动机构。
利用如上的驱动机构,可以有效抖掉衣物上的灰尘,也可以使衣服更快的被打湿和干燥,并且噪音较小。
为了使得用户可以遥控衣物护理机,而无需对衣物护理机进行手动操作。本发明中,还在衣物处理机中设置有无线通信单元和控制器。
如图2所示,控制器20连接无线通信单元21、驱动机构23、热循环系统24、气循环系统25和加湿系统26,用于控制驱动机构23、热循环系统24、气循环系统25和加湿系统26的运行,并通过无线通信单元21向外部控制终端(如用户的手机)发送通知消息。
此外,无线通信单元21还可接收来自外部控制终端的控制指令,控制器20可基于该控制指令控制驱动机构23、热循环系统24、气循环系统25和/或加湿系统26的运行。
在本发明实施方式中,无线通信单元21例如可以为蜂窝通信单元、 Wi-fi通信单元、蓝牙通信单元或Zigbee通信单元。
基于该实施方式,用户可通过外部控制终端向衣物护理机的无线通信单元发送控制指令,衣物护理机的控制器便可以对衣物护理机的各组件的运行进行控制,并且,用户也可以基于无线通信单元所发送的通知消息来获知衣物护理机的运行状态,如加湿功能已开启等状态。
本发明的衣物护理机还包括设置在衣柜内部和/或外部的传感器,该传感器可以为以下传感器中的至少一种:温度传感器、湿度传感器和气体浓度传感器。利用这些传感器,可以感测柜内/柜外的温度、湿度、空气质量等,从而可以通过控制器控制相应的热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统的运行模式。
传感器可感测衣柜内部或外部的感测参数,并将感测结果传递给控制单元,控制单元基于感测结果控制驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和/或加湿系统等的运行。
在本发明中,为了克服现有技术中难以对肩部、肘部、膝盖等不规则部位进行熨烫导致熨烫衣物的效果不甚理想的缺陷。本发明的衣物护理机构优选地还在挂衣架上设置有衣物平整机构。在一实施方式中,衣物平整机构可包括气囊,该气囊固定于衣架上或者与衣架一体形成,气囊在被充气后成人体上半身或下半身或全身模型形状。如充气后成人体上半身模型的气囊可用于熨烫或烘干上衣,充气后成人体下半身模型的气囊可用于熨烫或烘干裤子,全身模型形状的气囊甚至可以熨烫和烘干连体衣。气囊具有充气口,通过该充气口可以方便地对气囊充气和放气。
由于气囊能够很好地支撑被护理的衣物,因此衣物的各个部位都能被很好地熨烫,因此又有改善的熨烫效果。
本发明的衣物平整机构不仅可以应用于上述衣物护理机,还可以适用于其他类型的衣物护理机。优选地,该衣物护理机具备熨烫功能(即具有 热蒸汽产生系统)和烘干功能(具备烘干系统)。
此外,本发明的衣物平整机构不仅可以应用于衣物护理机,还可以单独应用。
在独立于衣物护理机应用衣物平整机构时,该衣物平整机构可包括:气囊、蒸汽产生装置(未示出)和烘干装置(未示出)。气囊固定于衣架,且在被充气后成人体上半身或下半身或全身模型形状。如充气后成人体上半身模型的气囊可用于熨烫或烘干上衣,充气后成人体下半身模型的气囊可用于熨烫或烘干裤子,全身模型形状的气囊甚至可以熨烫和烘干连体衣。气囊具有充气口,并且气囊的至少部分侧壁具有透气孔。蒸汽产生装置能够与充气口连通,用于产生蒸汽并向气囊的充气口冲入蒸汽。烘干装置能够与充气口连通,用于产生暖气并向所述气囊冲入暖气的充气后冲入暖气。在本发明实施方式中,衣物护理设备可以包括切换阀(未示出),用于将充气口切换至与蒸汽产生装置连通或与烘干装置连通。在将充气口切换至与蒸汽产生装置连通时,衣物护理设备可以实现对衣物的熨烫功能,在将充气口切换至与烘干装置连通时,衣物护理设备可以实现对衣物的烘干功能。
图8示出了本发明的实施方式中的上身模型形状的气囊的示意图。如图8所示,该气囊71固定于衣架72。上衣3-1可套设于气囊1外部。在一个实施方式中,气囊71的与模型两肋对应的位置以及与衣袖外侧对应的位置可设置有微小的透气孔74,其他部位可不设置这样的透气孔。在蒸汽产生装置与充气口连通时,从蒸汽产生装置产生的高温蒸汽穿过气囊内部(参见图中的大箭头),并经由微小的透气孔4渗透到套设于气囊外部的衣物(参见图中的小箭头),从而对衣物进行高温杀菌消毒和/或熨烫。由于被充气的气囊能够将衣服的褶皱撑起并且能够从气囊中放出热的蒸汽从而用热的蒸汽对衣物进行熨烫,因此能够容易地熨平衣服上的褶皱。
在另一实施方式中,气囊71的与模型两肋对应的位置以及与衣袖外侧对应的位置可由透气材料制成,其他部位可由不透气材料制成。
图中示出的气囊的透气部位仅为示例,还可以进行灵活的改变。
本实施例的衣物护理设备,在对衣物进行熨烫护理的时候可以通过蒸汽产生设备向气囊的充气口喷出高温蒸汽,利用蒸汽打湿衣物,使衣物减轻褶皱。
在加湿熨烫完毕后,可通过切换阀(未示出)将充气口切换至与烘干装置连通,由烘干装置为衣物烘干。此时,干热的气体(如经加热的空气)进入气囊,并经由气囊上的微小的透气孔或气囊的透气面料部分渗透到套设于气囊外部的衣物,从而对衣物进行烘干处理。
如图1所示,气囊71的两个臂75可通过固定件(如固定扣)76固定于气囊71的躯干,此设置仅为实例。
图9所示为本发明的实施方式中下身模型形状的气囊的示意图。如图9所示,气囊81固定于衣架82,裤子3-2可套设于气囊81外部。在一个实施方式中,气囊81的与裤腿外侧对应的位置可设置有微小的透气孔84,或者局部可由透气材料制成。图9中左右箭头所示出的透气位置仅为示例,本发明并不限于此。例如,气囊81的与裤腿内侧或前后侧对应的位置也可微透气,这样,气囊既能因充气而保持鼓起状态,又能对裤子等衣物进行消毒/熨烫或烘干。
具有气囊、蒸汽产生装置以及烘干装置的衣物护理设备可以方便地对上衣和裤子等衣物进行自动熨烫和烘干等处理,提高了自动化程度,并改善了衣服熨烫的质量。
在本发明中,为了进一步提高气囊对衣物的支撑效果,在气囊1的内部还可设置有内层子气囊(未示出),内层子气囊可由不透气材料制成,且内层子气囊具有小的可密封充气口(类似于游泳圈的充气口),经由该 小的可密封充气口可对子气囊进行充气。蒸汽产生装置产生的蒸汽和烘干装置产生的蒸汽可冲入气囊1和子气囊之间,并经由透气部分4渗透至衣物,从而可以对衣物进行熨烫/烘干。
本发明的实施方式中,所述内外循环切换阀包括阀体和设置在阀体内的芯体,阀体包括与管道连接的上通道和下通道,上、下通道两端分别与芯体连接,所述芯体包括设置在一根转轴上的上、中、下三个阀芯,上、中两个阀芯与上通道连通到一起,中、下两个阀芯与下通道连通到一起。
所述内外循环切换阀有两个,一个将外进气口与换气系统连通到一起,一个将外出风口与换气循环系统连通到一起。
在外壳侧板上还可固定有臭氧杀毒组件。
所述蒸汽管道还可连接有除水管52,除水管与制冷端连通到一起。
在机身内部可设置有集水箱6,集水箱设置在制冷端下方收集制冷端的冷凝水。
在机身内部可设置相互连通的净水箱61和污水箱62,净水箱和污水箱之间的管道上分别设置有水泵和净化机构,且净水箱与加湿器连通到一起。
所述集水箱与污水箱之间可通过单向阀连通到一起。
所述内进风口、内出风口、外进风口和外出风口上分别设有过滤件。
所述外进风口和外出风口上分别设有风扇。
在对衣物进行护理时,可按以下步骤进行:
1)控制加湿系统开始工作,喷出高温蒸汽,对衣物进行杀毒除污灭菌,通过加湿系统向衣物喷出高温蒸汽,利用蒸汽打湿衣物,杀毒灭菌,使衣物减轻褶皱。;
2)控制驱动机构带动衣物围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动,使衣物很快被打湿和除污;
3)关闭加湿系统,开启气循环系统和热循环系统,使气流在风机作用下流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端,热循环系统包括制冷端、放热端和压缩机,压缩机分别与制冷端、放热端连通到一起的压缩机;气循环系统包括内进风口、风机、内出风口,通过管道连通构成气流通道,空气在风机作用下循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端。气循环系统将空气除湿加热后吹入衣柜内,流经热循环的制冷端进行除湿,将湿热空气冷凝变成水滴进入集水箱,除湿后变成成干冷空气后再流经加热段进行加热,变成干热空气,实现空气的循环流动,并将衣柜内的水份带走;
4)控制驱动机构带动衣物围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动,使衣物很快被烘干;
5)待衣柜内湿度下降到预定临界点时,关闭衣物护理机,衣物护理完成。
水蒸气发生装置可以采用加热管将水瞬间加热到100度的方式,也可以采用超声波振片产生水气,再经气体加热器进行加热,水蒸气温度可以进行控制,防止烫伤衣物。同时加湿器水箱的水内还可以混入芳香剂和柔顺剂,使衣物更加柔顺芬芳。
一种采用本护理机的护理方法,包括室内空气净化除湿、衣柜加湿、烘干、消毒等方式。
在室内空气净化的时候,对衣物进行干燥的时候,控制换向阀连通第一气流通道。此时,空气由衣柜进入内进气口,内进气口后方连通有制冷端,空气在制冷端冷却,空气中的水蒸气被冷凝成液滴后从制冷端排到集水箱内。经过冷凝的空气沿着管道进入放热端,在放热端被加热成干热空气后经过内出风口被风机鼓入衣柜内,对衣柜内衣物进行干燥,干燥后的空气又被内进气口吸入重复该流程。
对室内进行干燥的时候,控制换向阀将第一、第二气流通道部分连通。此时,护理机的外进气口与内出气口连通,内进气口与外出气口连通。室内空气通过外进气口进入衣柜内,再通过内进气口和外出气口返回室内,该过程中,空气先被加热,然后对衣柜内衣物进行一次烘干,然后再通过内进气口后方的制冷端进行冷凝排水后变成干冷空气排出。
仅对室内空气进行过滤的时候,控制换向阀,将第二气流通道连通。此时空气从护理机的外进气口进入,外出气口流出,通过外进气口的过滤件和外出气口的过滤件进行过滤。
上述过滤件由外到内主要固定有外滤网,过滤掉尘土等固体微粒;活性炭吸附层,吸附掉一些小分子级别的悬浮污染物,和一些化学气体分子,如二氧化硫、二氧化氮等;内滤网,将过滤后的空气在进行一次过滤,同时防止活性炭颗粒进入护理机内部。
本实施例中,在外出气口处还设置有风扇,提高气流流速,加快过滤速度。
在室内或者衣柜内衣物需要加湿时,启动加湿器,加湿器将水加热成水蒸气后排放到室内或者衣柜内。加湿器上设置有控制件,可以对蒸汽温度流速等进行控制。蒸汽管道还连接有除水管道,除水管道内部设置有单向阀,除水管道的高度低于蒸汽管道,在蒸汽管道内冷凝的液滴可以通过除水管道和制冷端排入集水箱。加湿器和净水箱连接到一起,当加湿器内水减少的时候,净水箱的水流到加湿器内部为其补充水分。上述加湿器可以采用电热加湿形式,也可以采用超声波加湿形式。
集水箱通过单向阀、水泵与污水箱连通,当集水箱内水位超过一定位置时,水泵打开将集水箱内水泵入污水箱,单向阀防止倒流。而污水箱与净水箱通过管道连通,其管道上设置有水泵、过滤网和单向阀,在净水箱内水位低于某个标准时,污水箱通过水泵向净水箱供水。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,该衣物护理机包括:衣柜(1)、设置在衣柜底部的护理箱(2),所述衣柜包括柜门(12)和中空的柜体,柜体内部还设置有挂衣机构和使挂衣机构垂直于竖直轴往复摆动的驱动机构,驱动机构与挂衣机构相连接;
    所述护理箱包括热循环系统(3)、气循环系统(35)和加湿系统;
    所述的热循环系统包括制冷端(32)、放热端(33)和压缩机,压缩机分别与制冷端、放热端连通到一起;
    所述气循环系统(35)包括内进风口(36)、风机和内出风口(37);内进风口、内出风口通过管道连通构成内循环气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端和放热端;
    所述的加湿系统包括水蒸气发生装置和气体加热装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构包括电机和该电机驱动的连杆摆动机构,该摆动机构带动所述挂衣机构围绕竖直固定轴呈X式摆动;或者
    所述驱动机构包括平行并排设置的两组平行四边形连杆机构,所述平行四边形连杆机构的下连杆逆向运动,使得横跨所述平行四边形连杆机构的下连杆的所述挂衣机构呈X式摆动;或者
    所述驱动机构为链条/齿轮联动转动机构,该链条/齿轮联动带动机构带动所述挂衣机构围绕竖直固定轴呈X式摆动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述气循环系统(35)还包括外进风口、外出风口以及内外循环切换阀,所述外进风口、外出风口通过管道连通构成外循环气流通道,在风机作用下使气流循环流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端和放热端,所述内外循环切换阀用 于在内循环气流通道和外循环气流通道之间切换。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机还包括无线通信单元和控制器,所述控制器连接无线通信单元、驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统,用于控制所述驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和加湿系统的运行,并通过所述无线通信单元向外部控制终端发送通知消息;
    所述无线通信单元还接收来自所述外部控制终端的控制指令;
    所述控制器基于所述控制指令控制驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和/或加湿系统的运行。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机还包括设置在所述衣柜内部和/或外部的传感器;
    所述传感器感测所述衣柜内部或外部的感测参数,并将感测结果传递给所述控制单元,所述控制单元基于所述感测结果控制驱动机构、热循环系统、气循环系统和/或加湿系统的运行。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述传感器包括以下传感器中的至少一种:温度传感器、湿度传感器和气体浓度传感器。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机还包括固定于挂衣机构的衣物平整机构,所述衣物平整机构包括气囊,所述气囊固定于挂衣机构,且在被充气后成人体上半身或下半身或全身模型形状,用于支撑套嵌于所述气囊外部的衣物,所述气囊具有充气口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述气囊的至少部分侧壁具有透气孔;
    所述加湿系统包括与所述充气口连通的管道,以将产生的蒸汽经由所述充气口充入到所述气囊中;
    所述气循环系统包括与所述充气口连通的管道,以将产生的暖气经由所述充气口充入到所述气囊中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述气囊的内部还设置有子气囊,子气囊由不透气材料制成,且子气囊具有充气口,经由所述充气口对所述子气囊进行充气。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的衣物护理机的衣物护理方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
    控制加湿系统开始工作,喷出高温蒸汽,利用高温蒸汽对挂衣机构上的衣物进行处理;
    控制驱动机构带动挂衣机构围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动;
    关闭加湿系统,开启气循环系统和热循环系统,使气流在风机作用下流经所述换热循环系统的制冷端、放热端;
    控制驱动机构带动衣物围绕其竖直轴心进行X方式摆动;
    待衣柜内湿度下降到预定临界点时,关闭衣物护理机。
