Description

一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备
本申请要求于2014年11月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201420678652.6、发明名称为“一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆装配技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备。
背景技术
随着我国轨道交通事业的蓬勃发展,轨道交通行业中的各种产品的制造及装配技术不断优化。其中,在轨道车辆的装配过程中,包括座椅在内的各个零部件都需要准确、便捷及高效率地装配于轨道车辆的车体中。
近年来,对于在装配轨道车辆过程中,将座椅码放并安装于轨道车辆中的便捷性和效率提升的要求越来越高。因此,提高座椅安装进轨道车辆的工作效率和便捷性成为设计目标。
现有技术中,座椅被运送到车间,施工人员将座椅抬至车内安装区,进而通过人工方式把座椅摆放于安装位置,在这一过程中,由于座椅数量众多,工人需单件地搬移座椅进入车体,再行确定位置,进而摆放座椅,由于车体的空间局限,人员反复出入车体,如此的工况限制了座椅装配工作的工作效率,同时此安装过程的便捷性比较低,致使工人的劳动强度大。
上述座椅的安装操作过程限制了装配工作的工作效率,同时操作便捷性低是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,通过本发明的应用,将大大提高将座椅装配于轨道车辆的工作效率,同时提高工作的便捷性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,包括:
用于推送所述座椅的驱动装置,所述驱动装置的行程位置包括复位端和推出端;
可拆卸地安装于所述座椅下部的支撑机构,所述支撑机构设有滚轮;
用于承载所述驱动装置和所述支撑机构的举升装置;
可翻转地设置于所述举升装置侧部的托板,所述托板的翻转位置包括用于承载所述驱动装置和所述支撑机构的承托位置和用于避免与所述轨道车辆相干涉的收回位置,所述承托位置设于所述推出端和所述复位端之间。
优选地,所述支撑机构包括用于顶起所述座椅的伸缩部件,所述伸缩部件的顶端设有与所述座椅相对应的承托卡块,所述伸缩部件设于所述滚轮的顶部。
优选地,所述伸缩部件为气缸,所述承托卡块设置于所述气缸的顶出端。
优选地,所述托板上设有供所述滚轮移动的轨道。
优选地,所述举升装置包括框架和升降机,所述升降机设置于所述框架上,所述驱动装置和所述支撑机构设置于所述升降机上,所述托板的收回位置位于所述升降机的边侧。
优选地,还包括综合控制器,所述综合控制器分别与所述驱动装置、所述支撑机构、所述托板和所述举升装置可通信地连接。
在举升装置上主要包括驱动装置和支撑机构,其中的支撑机构用于装卡座椅,支撑机构上设有滚轮,由驱动装置将支撑机构和座椅一起推送至轨道车辆内部的对应位置,在此过程中,座椅的姿态保持待安装的姿态,且在设置好支撑机构的推出端位置的状态下,支撑机构将座椅推送至座椅相应的位置,即支撑机构的推出端,座椅到位后,驱动装置带动支撑机构返回,复位至复位端,等待将下一个座椅进行推送。对于驱动装置的推送轨迹,由于支撑机构与轨道车辆的车体必然地存在安全距离,当驱动装置需要进行推送座椅的工作时,设置于所述举升装置侧部且能够翻转的托板设置在其承托位置,托板的作用是作为支撑机构的“轨道”,进而托板的承托位置位于驱动装置的推出端和复位端之间。当完成座椅安装工作后,为 避免托板与轨道车辆之间的碰撞干涉,将托板设置在其收回位置。由此,实现了座椅在正确的安装姿态下被平移至轨道车辆内的待安装位置。
相比于现有技术中通过人工搬动座椅,并将座椅码放至空间狭小的车体内,本发明提高了座椅装配工作的工作效率,同时提高了工作的便捷性。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,通过该设备的应用可以大大提高座椅装配于轨道车辆的工作效率,同时工作便捷性得到提高。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本发明的结构示意图。
根据图中所示,驱动装置2的主要功能是将座椅1推送至车体内的相应位置,为实现此功能,需要支撑机构4在承托座椅1的状态下移动至车体内侧,在移动过程中,对于驱动装置2和车体之间的空间,由设置于举升装置侧部托板5进行填充,托板5在其承托位置便实现了对驱动装置2自复位端移动至推出端的承载,驱动装置2的复位端是自身的初始位置, 其推出端对应座椅1在车体内的安装位置。能够翻转的托板5包括一个收回位置,此位置确保了在座椅1安装进车体后,驱动装置2和/或轨道车辆的移动不会造成托板5与轨道车辆的车体发生刮蹭碰撞。驱动装置2和支撑机构4整体安装在具有举升功能的举升装置3上,由此,当车体和设备对齐后,在同一平面内,座椅1能够被抬升至适当的高度,同时能够被移动至车体内适当的位置。
相比于现有技术中通过人工反复进出车体来搬运座椅,本发明大大提高了工作效率,同时提高了工作的便捷性。
进一步地,在支撑机构4上设置伸缩部件,伸缩部件位于滚轮的顶部。伸缩部件的顶出端作为承托座椅1的支点,在座椅1安置在伸缩部件的状态下,将支撑机构4移动至座椅1的对应位置,此时将伸缩部件缩回,座椅1则自然下落,此时的支撑机构4和座椅1实现了分离,进而可以控制支撑机构4退回。在没有此伸缩部件的设置下,需要由工人将推送至安装位置的座椅1进行摆放,方可实现支撑机构4的退回。因此,伸缩部件的设置,进一步提升了座椅1安装的便捷性,此时只须工人对落位于安装点的座椅1进行打紧工作即可。通常的伸缩部件为气缸,在气缸的顶出端设置承托卡块来定位座椅1。由于座椅1的重量较轻,故使用气缸作为伸缩部件即可,当然,也可以使用油缸或电驱动的伸缩部件。
进一步地,可以在托板5上设置轨道,在驱动装置2将支撑机构4和座椅1推送至相应位置的过程中,支撑机构4的滚轮沿托板5上的轨道滚动,相比于滑动等推送方式,轨道和滚轮的设置提高了推送过程的平稳性。
对于举升装置3,常见的结构可以包括框架和升降机,升降机可以通过齿轮和齿条传动实现升降,也可以通过步进电机带动链条实现同样精确地升降控制。
对于以上各个装置及结构的控制,可以通过分体式的单独操作,也可以设置综合控制器进行综合控制,例如综合控制器在举升装置3仍处于运行的状态下,即驱动装置2和支撑机构4还处于升或降的移动状态下,控制托板5不能够翻转,此控制点确保了托板5不会在不需要工作的状态被 误操作,若此误操作发生,大概率地可能造成托板5与车辆发生碰撞。由此,综合控制器的设置,将设备整体进行了控制的整合,进一步提升了工作效率和操作的便捷性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,包括:
    用于推送所述座椅(1)的驱动装置(2),所述驱动装置(2)的行程位置包括复位端和推出端;
    可拆卸地安装于所述座椅(1)下部的支撑机构(4),所述支撑机构(4)设有滚轮;
    用于承载所述驱动装置(2)和所述支撑机构(4)的举升装置(3);
    可翻转地设置于所述举升装置侧部的托板(5),所述托板(5)的翻转位置包括用于承载所述驱动装置(2)和所述支撑机构(4)的承托位置和用于避免与所述轨道车辆相干涉的收回位置,所述承托位置设于所述推出端和所述复位端之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,所述支撑机构(4)包括用于顶起所述座椅(1)的伸缩部件,所述伸缩部件的顶端设有与所述座椅(1)相对应的承托卡块,所述伸缩部件设于所述滚轮的顶部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩部件为气缸,所述承托卡块设置于所述气缸的顶出端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,所述托板(5)上设有供所述滚轮移动的轨道。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,所述举升装置(3)包括框架和升降机,所述升降机设置于所述框架上,所述驱动装置(2)和所述支撑机构(4)设置于所述升降机上,所述托板(5)的收回位置位于所述升降机的边侧。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的用于轨道车辆座椅的输送设备,其特征在于,还包括综合控制器,所述综合控制器分别与所述驱动装置(2)、所述支撑机构(4)、所述托板(5)和所述举升装置(3)可通信地连接。
