Description

显示面板的承载框架和显示装置 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及显示器领域,特别涉及一种显示面板的承载框架和显示装置。
背景技术
随着平面显示装置的蓬勃发展,有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示面板与传统的液晶显示面板相比,由于具有响应快、色域广、超薄、自发光、能实现柔性化等特点,已逐渐成为新一代平板显示装置的主流。
如图1所示,图1为现有技术中的OLED显示装置的结构示意图,OLED显示装置包括:承载框架02和OLED显示面板01,承载框架02包括底板021和多个侧板022,底板021以及多个侧板022围成用于容纳OLED显示面板01的承载区间,OLED显示面板包括:有效显示区域和周边区域。
可见,现有技术中的OLED显示面板01与承载框架02为直接接触,承载框架02一般为硬性材料制成,在将OLED显示面板01与承载框架02组装时,若OLED显示面板01被放入承载框架02内的位置或力度不对时,OLED显示面板01容易在落入承载框架02内时产生较大的振动,导致OLED显示面板易受损。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种显示面板的承载框架和显示装置,可以减少显示面板在运输和组装时,显示面板因震动而受损现象的发生,进而提高显示装置的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例提供以下技术方案:
本发明的实施例提供了一种显示面板的承载框架,包括:底板和多个侧板,所述底板以及多个侧板围成用于容纳显示面板的承载区间,所述底板用于承载所述显示面板的有效显示区域的部分上设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内设有缓冲垫、且所述缓冲垫的厚度不低于所述容纳槽的深度。
在实施方式中,所述容纳槽的位置与所述显示面板的有效显示区对应。
在实施方式中,所述缓冲垫为倒梯形体结构,且所述缓冲垫与所述容纳槽过盈配 合。
在实施方式中,所述底板靠近其至少一个侧边、用于承载所述显示面板的周边区域的位置处设有防尘垫。
在实施方式中,所述底板用于承载所述显示面板的周边区域的位置处均设有防尘垫。
在实施方式中,在所述底板对应所述防尘垫处设有防尘槽,且所述防尘槽相对所述防尘垫靠近于所述侧板。
在实施方式中,所述防尘垫延伸至与其相邻的所述防尘槽的上方、盖合所述防尘槽的部分开口。
在实施方式中,所述防尘垫朝向与其相邻的侧板的一面为斜面,且所述斜面的倾斜方向朝向所述缓冲垫。
在实施方式中,所述防尘垫背离所述底板的一面设有黑色漫反射层。
在实施方式中,所述防尘垫和所述缓冲垫的外表面为粗糙面。

在实施方式中,所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。当然上述显示面板也可以为其它具有自发光功能的显示面板,如PDP,FED等,这里就不再一一赘述。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
现有技术中的OLED显示面板与承载框架为直接接触,承载框架一般为硬性材料制成,在将OLED显示面板与承载框架组装时,若OLED显示面板被放入承载框架内的位置或力度不对时,OLED显示面板容易在落入承载框架内时产生较大的振动,导致OLED显示面板易受损。基于现有技术中的上述缺点,本发明的实施例提供的一种显示面板的承载框架,用以减少显示面板因震动而产生的损坏现象的发生。
实施例一
如图2和图3所示,其中:图2为本发明实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架的结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例提供的显示面板放入承载框架后的结构示意图;本实施例的承载框架能够承载的显示面板可以是多种,如液晶显示面板、电子墨水显示面板、OLED面板等,本实施例优选以OLED面板为例说明。本发明的实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架1,包括:底板11和多个侧板12,底板11以及多个侧板12围成用于容纳OLED显示面板2的承载区间,底板11上设有容纳槽111,容纳槽111内设有缓冲垫3,且缓冲垫3的厚度不低于容纳槽111的深度。
本发明的实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架1,通过在承载框架1的底板11上设置缓冲垫3,为显示面板2被放入承载框架1时提供缓冲力,减少显示面板2因震动而产生的损坏现象的发生,同时由于显示装置对于厚度的要求,通过在承载框架1的底板11上设置容纳槽111,可以保证在放置一定厚度的缓冲垫3后,不会对显示装置的厚度产生较大影响。
所以,本发明的实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架,可以减少显示面板在运输和 组装时,显示面板因震动而受损现象的发生。
进一步地,所述容纳槽11的位置与所述显示面板2的有效显示区对应,这样在组装显示面板2时缓解了显示面板2周边区域的受力。
上述缓冲垫3的具体形状可以有多种,例如:长方体、正方体、多面体等,优选的,本发明的实施例提供的缓冲垫3为倒梯形体结构,且缓冲垫3与容纳槽111过盈配合。倒梯形体结构的缓冲垫3由于其两侧具有倾斜角度,便于与容纳槽111配合,且将缓冲垫3与容纳槽111过盈配合,可以避免缓冲垫3在容纳槽111内移动。
进一步的,如图3所示,底板11靠近其至少一个侧边、用于承载显示面板2的周边区域的位置处设有防尘垫4。现有技术中的显示装置中,为了便于放置显示面板,显示面板放入承载框架后,显示面板的至少一个侧面与承载框架的侧板之间具有间隙,而显示面板的周边区域与承载框架的底板之间具有空隙,若显示面板封装不严密的话,外界的粉尘等杂质容易从显示面板与承载框架的侧板之间具有的间隙以及显示面板的周边区域与承载框架的底板之间具有的空隙进入显示面板内,影响显示面板的寿命,而本申请中通过在底板靠近其至少一个侧边、用于承载所述显示面板的周边区域的位置处设置防尘垫,可以起到对外界粉尘等杂质隔绝的作用,避免外界粉尘等杂质进入显示装置中,进而可以提高显示装置的使用寿命。
较佳的实施方式中,为了进一步提高显示装置的使用寿命,底板1用于承载显示面板2的周边区域的位置处均设有防尘垫4。例如:现有技术中的显示面板均为长方体,为了防止粉尘从显示面板的任何一个侧面进入,底板1用于承载显示面板2的周边区域的位置均设有防尘垫4,即防尘垫4为四周一圈设置的。
更进一步的,如图3所示,在所述底板1对应所述防尘垫4处设有防尘槽112,且防尘槽112相对防尘垫4靠近于侧板12。防尘槽112的设置可以用来容纳粉尘等杂质。
一种具体的实施方式中,如图3所示,防尘垫4延伸至与其相邻的防尘槽112的上方、盖合防尘槽112的部分开口。防尘垫4盖合防尘槽112的一部分,可以进一步避免粉尘进入显示装置中。
上述防尘垫的具体形状也可以有多种,如长方体,正方体,楔形体,多面体等。一种可选的实施方式中,如图3所示,防尘垫4朝向与其相邻的侧板12的一面为斜面,且斜面的倾斜方向朝向缓冲垫3。正梯形体结构的防尘垫具有的斜面更便于粉尘沿着斜面导入防尘槽内,缓冲垫的斜面起到导尘的功能,同时能够保证粉尘能够有方向性 的流动,而不会进入底板11的中间区域,也即是显示面板有效发光区域对应的部分,从而减缓粉尘对于显示的影响,同时又可以使得防尘槽内的粉尘沿着防尘垫的斜面导向外界。
现有技术中的显示面板的有效显示区域不透光,而周边区域具有一定的透光性,以OLED显示装置为例,当OLED显示装置处于未使用状态时,OLED显示面板的有效显示区域一般为黑色,当外部光照射在OLED显示面板时,光线不能透过OLED的有效显示区域,在OLED显示面板的金属层处便发生反射,而照射在OLED显示面板的周边区域上的光线可以透过OLED显示面板在承载框架的底板发生反射,这样就会导致OLED显示面板的有效显示区域和周边区域的在产品的外观上显示不同的色差,当然在显示的时候同样也会存在上述问题,只是在未显示的时候更为明显。本发明的实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架,在防尘垫朝向背离底板的一面设置黑色漫反射层。黑色反射层可以吸收一部分光线,同时通过其漫反射功能,可以减少显示面板的有效显示区域与周边区域的色差。
一种具体的实施方式中,防尘垫4和缓冲垫3的外表面为粗糙面。粗糙的表面设置可以防止防尘垫4和缓冲垫3移动。
可选的,如图4所示,图4为本发明实施例提供的显示面板的承载框架中的防尘垫和缓冲垫的结构示意图,防尘垫4和缓冲垫3可以为一体式结构。一体式结构的防尘垫和缓冲垫便于操作,可节约成本。
可选的,如图4所示,防尘垫4和缓冲垫3的结构可以完全相同,只是摆放方位不同,这样可以进一步简化其制备工艺,节省成本。
上述防尘垫和缓冲垫的制备材料可以有多种,只要其受力可以产生一定的弹性变形量即可,可选的,防尘垫为硅胶材料的防尘垫,和/或缓冲垫为硅胶材料的缓冲垫。即防尘垫由硅胶材料制成;或者缓冲垫由硅胶材料制成;或者防尘垫和缓冲垫均由硅胶材料制成。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,包括显示面板,还包括:上述实施例一中任一项所述的显示面板的承载框架。由于上述显示面板的承载框架,可以减少显示面板在运输和组装时,显示面板因震动而受损现象的发生,所以,本发明的实施例提供的显示装置,具有较好的使用寿命。
一种具体的实施方式中,上述显示面板为OLED显示面板。当然上述显示面板也可以为其它具有自发光功能的显示面板,如PDP,FED等,这里就不再一一赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的实施例的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

  1. 一种显示面板的承载框架,包括:底板和多个侧板,所述底板以及多个侧板围成用于容纳显示面板的承载区间,其特征在于,所述底板上设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内设有缓冲垫、且所述缓冲垫的厚度不低于所述容纳槽的深度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述容纳槽的位置与所述显示面板的有效显示区对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述缓冲垫为倒梯形体结构,且所述缓冲垫与所述容纳槽过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述底板靠近其至少一个侧边、用于承载所述显示面板的周边区域的位置处设有防尘垫。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述底板用于承载所述显示面板的周边区域的位置处均设有防尘垫。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的承载框架,其特征在于,在所述底板对应所述防尘垫处设有防尘槽,且所述防尘槽相对所述防尘垫靠近于所述侧板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫延伸至与其相邻的所述防尘槽的上方、盖合所述防尘槽的部分开口。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫朝向与其相邻的侧板的一面为斜面,且所述斜面的倾斜方向朝向所述缓冲垫。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫背离所述底板的一面设有黑色漫反射层。
  10. 根据权利要求4~9任一项所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫和所述缓冲垫的外表面为粗糙面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫和所述缓冲垫为一体式结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的承载框架,其特征在于,所述防尘垫为硅胶材料的防尘垫,和/或所述缓冲垫为硅胶材料的缓冲垫。
  13. 一种显示装置,包括显示面板,其特征在于,还包括:如权利要求1~12任 一项所述的显示面板的承载框架。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。
