Claims (20)
- 전화통화를 통한 주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하기 위한 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템으로서,사용자 단말에서 대상 업소로 전화 호를 연결한 경우 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공하였는지 여부를 판단하는 주문성공 판단모듈; 및상기 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단한 경우 상기 대상 업소에 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하는 과금모듈을 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주문성공 판단모듈은,상기 전화 호의 통화 기간이 소정의 기준 기간 이상인 경우, 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전화 호는 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템 또는 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 릴레이 시스템에 의해 릴레이 되는 릴레이 호이며,상기 주문성공 판단모듈은,상기 릴레이 호의 통화 기간이 상기 기준 기간 이상인 경우, 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템은,상기 전화주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 정보를 판단하는 가격정보 판단모듈; 및상기 주문품의 가격 정보에 기초하여 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 판단하는 수수료 판단모듈을 더 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가격정보 판단모듈은,상기 사용자 단말로부터 전송되는 지불 가격 정보를 상기 주문품의 가격 정보로 판단하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 사용자 단말은,상기 사용자 단말에 설치된 주문 애플리케이션을 통하여 상기 지불 가격 정보를 획득하고, 획득한 상기 지불 가격 정보를 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템으로 전송하며,상기 주문 애플리케이션은,데이터 통신망을 통해 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 주문 중계 시스템으로 배달주문을 요청하며 상기 주문 중계 시스템으로 배달주문에 대한 가격을 지불하는 애플리케이션이며,상기 주문 중계 시스템은,데이터 통신망을 통해 요청된 배달주문을 상기 배달주문에 상응하는 배달 업소로 중계하는 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가격정보 판단모듈은,상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 주문 중계 시스템으로부터 상기 대상 업소에서 배달한 배달물품의 평균가격 정보를 획득하고, 획득한 상기 대상 업소에서 제공하는 품목의 평균 가격 정보에 기초하여 상기 전화주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 정보를 판단하되,상기 주문 중계 시스템은,상기 주문 중계 시스템에 접속한 접속자 단말로부터 데이터 통신망을 통해 요청된 상기 대상 업소에 대한 배달주문을 상기 대상 업소로 중계하며,상기 대상 업소로 중계된 상기 배달주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 데이터를 집계하고,집계된 데이터에 기초하여 상기 대상 업소에서 배달한 배달물품의 평균가격을 산출하는 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 과금모듈은상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단한 경우, 당기(當期)에 상기 대상 업소에 청구할 당기 청구액에 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 합산하며,상기 당기 청구액에 소정의 할인율을 적용하여 최종 당기 청구액을 산출하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 전화통화를 통한 주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하기 위한 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템으로서,사용자 단말에서 대상 업소로 전화 호를 연결한 경우 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 주문품의 가격 정보를 판단하는 가격정보 판단모듈;상기 전화주문의 주문품의 가격 정보에 기초하여 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 판단하는 수수료 판단모듈; 및상기 대상 업소에 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하는 과금모듈을 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
- 전화통화를 통한 주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하기 위한 주문콜 중계 과금 방법으로서,(a) 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템이, 사용자 단말에서 대상 업소로 전화 호를 연결한 경우 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템이, 상기 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단한 경우 상기 대상 업소에 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 과금하는 단계를 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,(a') 상기 전화 호의 통화 기간이 소정의 기준 기간 이상인 경우, 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 전화 호는 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템 또는 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 릴레이 시스템에 의해 릴레이 되는 릴레이 호이며,상기 (a') 단계는,상기 릴레이 호의 통화 기간이 상기 기준 기간 이상인 경우, 상기 전화 호를 통한 전화주문의 접수가 성공한 것으로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 방법,(c) 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템이, 상기 전화주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 정보를 판단하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템이, 상기 주문품의 가격 정보에 기초하여 상기 전화주문에 대한 중계 수수료를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는,상기 사용자 단말로부터 전송되는 지불 가격 정보를 상기 주문품의 가격 정보로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 사용자 단말은,상기 사용자 단말에 설치된 주문 애플리케이션을 통하여 상기 지불 가격 정보를 획득하고, 획득한 상기 지불 가격 정보를 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템으로 전송하며,상기 주문 애플리케이션은,데이터 통신망을 통해 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 주문 중계 시스템으로 배달주문을 요청하며 상기 주문 중계 시스템으로 배달주문에 대한 가격을 지불하는 애플리케이션이며,상기 주문 중계 시스템은,데이터 통신망을 통해 요청된 배달주문을 상기 배달주문에 상응하는 배달 업소로 중계하는 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는,상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템과 연동된 주문 중계 시스템으로부터 상기 대상 업소에서 배달한 배달물품의 평균가격 정보를 획득하고, 획득한 상기 대상 업소에서 제공하는 품목의 평균 가격 정보에 기초하여 상기 전화주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 정보를 판단하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 주문 중계 시스템은,상기 주문 중계 시스템에 접속한 접속자 단말로부터 데이터 통신망을 통해 요청된 상기 대상 업소에 대한 배달주문을 상기 대상 업소로 중계하며,상기 대상 업소로 중계된 상기 배달주문을 통해 요청된 주문품의 가격 데이터를 집계하고,집계된 데이터에 기초하여 상기 대상 업소에서 배달한 배달물품의 평균가격을 산출하는 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 주문콜 중계 과금 방법.

- 제10항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 수행하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
- 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템으로서,프로세서; 및상기 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장하는 메모리를 포함하며,상기 컴퓨터 프로그램은, 상기 프로세서에 의해 실행되는 경우, 상기 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템이 제10항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 수행하도록 하는 주문콜 중계 과금 시스템.
