更には、センサ部が出力した信号に基づいてロジック部で合否判定やランク判定等の判定を行い、無線通信部にて、判定結果を外部へ送信するので、外部機器へのデータ通信量を抑えることができる。その結果、センサデバイスの消費電力を低減することができる。
また、本発明のセンサデバイスは、電力供給部として、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種を有するので、バッテリ交換などの手間を省くことができる。このため、センサデバイスを、取り付け被対象に長期間取り付けたままの状態にすることができ、生体用センサデバイスとして好適に用いることができる。特に、歯に装着して用いるセンサデバイスとして好適である。
更には、本発明のセンサデバイスは、ユニットの各部が、半導体基板上に形成されているので、半導体プロセスでの製造が可能であり、生産性に優れる。
以下、本発明のセンサデバイスについて説明する。
図1~3を用いて、本発明のセンサデバイスの第1の実施形態を説明する。
図1は、センサデバイスの概略図であり、図2は、ユニット1の斜視図であり、図3は、ユニット1の分解斜視図である。
センサデバイスの形状は、特に限定はなく、矩形状、シート状、球状、楕円体など、種々の形状にすることができる。
本発明のセンサデバイスは、最大外径が10mm以下であることが好ましく、3mm以下がより好ましい。なお、本発明において、最大外径は、センサデバイスが矩形状またはシート状の場合は、対角線を意味する。センサデバイスが球状の場合は、センサデバイスの直径を意味する。また、センサデバイスが楕円体の場合は、楕円体の直径軸のうち、最も長いものを意味する。下限は、特に限定はないが、取扱性等の観点から、例えば、0.1mm以上が好ましい。
本発明のセンサデバイスがシート状の場合、厚みは、0.001~3mmが好ましい。下限は、0.005mm以上がより好ましく、0.01mm以上が更に好ましい。上限は、2mm以下がより好ましく、1mm以下が更に好ましい。また、縦辺および横辺のうち、長手辺の長さは、1~20mmが好ましい。上限は、10mm以下がより好ましく、5mm以下が更に好ましい。
本発明のセンサデバイスが矩形状の場合、厚みは、0.01~10mmが好ましい。下限は、0.05mm以上がより好ましく、0.1mm以上が更に好ましい。上限は、5mm以下がより好ましく、3mm以下が更に好ましい。また、縦辺および横辺のうち、長手辺の長さは、0.01~10mmが好ましい。上限は、5mm以下がより好ましく、3mm以下が更に好ましい。
本発明のセンサデバイスが球状の場合、直径は、0.001~10mmが好ましい。下限は、0.05mm以上がより好ましく、0.1mm以上が更に好ましい。上限は、5mm以下がより好ましく、3mm以下が更に好ましい。
本発明のセンサデバイスが楕円体の場合、最も長い直径軸の長さは、0.001~10mmが好ましい。下限は、0.05mm以上がより好ましく、0.1mm以上が更に好ましい。上限は、5mm以下がより好ましく、3mm以下が更に好ましい。
非生分解性で、生体に無害な材料としては、例えば、シリコーン樹脂、フッ素樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂、パラキシリレン系樹脂などが挙げられる。
市販品としては、テフロン(登録商標、デュポン社製)、パリレン(登録商標、日本パリレン合同会社製)などが挙げられる。
なお、図1では、ユニット1の外周全体が封止材料2で覆われているが、ユニット1の外周の一部が封止材料から露出していてもよい。
センサデバイスを生体用として用いる場合は、生体への安全性等の観点から、ユニット1の外周全体が封止材料2で覆われていることが好ましい。
半導体基板同士は、図示しない接着剤で接合されていることが好ましい。接着剤としては、例えば、エポキシ樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、アクリル樹脂などが挙げられる。また、特開2012-025847号公報、特開2010-132793号公報、特開2009-032732号公報に記載されたアンダーフィル剤を用いることもできる。
そして、各半導体基板上に形成された各部が、貫通電極21~23を介して電気的に接続している。貫通電極同士は、図示しない半田バンプ、銅バンプ(ニッケル、錫、金などで表面をメッキされていても良い)、金属(銀や銅など)のペースト、金属(銀や銅など)のナノ粒子、金属(銀や銅やアルミなど)のナノピラーなどで接合されている。
センサ部を有する半導体基板11が最外層に配置されているので、センサとしての感度が良好である。また、無線通信部を有する半導体基板14が、最外層に配置されているので、外部との通信が良好である。
なお、図2、3において、ロジック部を有する半導体基板12と、電力供給部を有する半導体基板13との積層順序を入れ替えても同様の効果が得られる。
以下、ユニット1の各部に説明する。
本発明のセンサデバイスにおいて、センサ部は、目的とする情報を検出して信号を出力するものであって、用途により選択することができる。例えば、イメージセンサ、可視光センサ、赤外光センサ、紫外光センサ、温度センサ、湿度センサ、圧力センサ、触覚センサ、加速度センサ、ジャイロセンサ(磁気センサ)、マイクロフォン(音センサ)、ガスセンサ、イオンセンサ、バイオセンサ、電気抵抗センサ、電気インピーダンスセンサ、近接センサ、電磁波センサ、放射線センサ、GPS(Global Positioning System)受信センサなどが挙げられる。
イメージセンサとしては、電荷結合素子(CCD)、相補型金属酸化膜半導体(CMOS)等の固体撮像素子が挙げられる。使用する半導体や光フィルターによって、可視光、赤外線、紫外線などのイメージセンサとして応用できる。
また、上記の圧力センサ、触覚センサ、加速度センサ、ジャイロセンサ、マイクロフォンなどを、MEMSの半導体加工技術を応用して作成することもでき、これらを総称してMEMSセンサと呼ぶこともある。
センサデバイスを歯に装着して用いる場合にも上記全てのセンサを適用できるが、イメージセンサや各種光センサ部は発光デバイス(エネルギー発生部)とセットで使用することが好ましい。口腔内は、外光が安定して照射されないため、パッシブセンシング(発光デバイスがなく、外部からくる光を受動的に検出)ではなくアクティブセンシング(発光デバイスから短時間のパルス光を発光してその反射光や透過光を発光パルスに同期して検出)で用いる方が検出精度が高くできるため、同じ精度を実現するための電力消費量を少なく抑えることができるためである。
本発明のセンサデバイスにおいて、ロジック部は、センサ部が出力した信号に基づいて判定(例えば、合否判定、ランク判定など)を行うものである。例えば、センサ部の出力信号を記録するメモリ回路(一時的メモリ)と、判定のための基準値(判定基準値)を記録するメモリ回路(長期的メモリ)と、判定を行う演算回路とを有するものなどが挙げられる。なお、一時的メモリは、省略することもできる。
本発明のセンサデバイスは、上記判定を行うロジック部を有することで、センサ出力のデジタル化データ全てを送信する場合(例えば16ビット)に比べて、判定結果(例えば2ビット)だけを送信することができるので、無線通信部におけるデータ通信量を少なくし、消費電力量を抑えることができる。
ロジック部での判定では、ランク分けのランク数を少なくすることで、ロジック部での負荷を小さくでき、消費電力をより抑えることができる。ランク分けのランク数は、256以下が好ましく、64以下がより好ましく、16以下が更に好ましい。
ロジック部のメモリ回路(長期的メモリ)には、判定のための基準値の他に、センサデバイス固有の識別情報を記録することが好ましい。センサデバイス固有の識別情報としては、例えば、センサの種別、メーカー、シリアル番号などを示すコード情報などが挙げられる。
なお、アナログ-デジタル変換部は、ロジック部とは別の半導体基板に形成することもできる。
図4に示されるように、ロジック部に、センサ部からの信号が入力されると、入力された信号が設定範囲内であるか判定する(ステップS1)。設定範囲内であれば、合格判定信号を出力して(ステップS2)、終了となる。設定範囲外であれば、不合格判定信号を出力して(ステップS3)、終了となる。
ロジック部に、センサ部からの信号が入力されると、入力された信号がランクAの設定範囲内であるか判定する(ステップS11)。設定範囲内であれば、ランクAの信号を出力して(ステップS12)、終了となる。設定範囲外であれば、ランクBの設定範囲内であるか判定する(ステップS13)。設定範囲内であれば、ランクBの信号を出力して(ステップS14)、終了となる。ランクBの設定範囲外であれば、ランクCの信号を出力して(ステップS15)、終了となる。
このように構成されたロジック部は、センサデバイスの動作状況を管理する、動作状況管理部としての機能を兼ね備えてなるものである。
動作検査情報の異常の検出は、例えば、次のようにして行うことができる。
センサデバイスに断線チェック用の回路を形成しておき、断線チェック用の回路に確認信号を送り、予めメモリ回路に記録しておいた出力値に対して所定の範囲を外れる場合は、断線などの異常が生じていると判定し、動作検査情報の異常を検出する方法が挙げられる。
また、センサデバイスが、発光ダイオード(LED)を発光させ、その光量をセンサ部で測定する場合、検査用規定値にてLEDをパルス発光させ、センサ受信信号をモニターし、予め設定してメモリ回路に記録されている合格範囲を逸脱していた場合、異常が生じていると判定し、動作検査情報の異常を検出する方法を用いることもできる。
(1)センサ部から出力された信号の実測値を、動作検査情報の異常に応じて補正し、補正値後のセンサ出力に基づいて、ロジック部にて上述した判定を行う。
(2)ロジック部のメモリ回路に記録された判定基準値を、動作検査情報の異常に応じて補正し、補正後の判定基準値に基づいて、ロジック部にて上述した判定を行う。
(3)センサ部から出力された信号の実測値と、ロジック部のメモリ回路に記録された判定基準値を、それぞれ動作検査情報の異常に応じて補正し、補正後のセンサ出力および判定基準値に基づいて、ロジック部にて上述した判定を行う。
この態様によれば、センサデバイスの交換頻度を抑えつつ、センサ部での検出を精度よく行うことができる。センサデバイスの交換頻度を抑えることで、生体用のセンサデバイスなど、センサデバイスの交換を頻繁に行うことが難しい用途に対して好ましく利用できる。また、上記のうち、特に(2)の態様が好ましい。この態様によれば、メモリ回路に記録された判定基準値を書き換えるだけで済むので、ロジック回路にかかる負荷を低減でき、消費電力をより抑えることが期待できる。例えば、「正常時の判定基準値」を、「正常時の判定基準値×Z」に書き換えることで、ロジック部にて、正常な場合の判定結果と同じ判定結果を出力できる。
例えば、センサデバイスが、発光ダイオード(LED)を発光させ、その光量をセンサ部で測定する場合、センサ部の前に標準反射板(高反射率)を置き、LEDを発光させ反射光量をモニターし、センサ部の出力信号を、メモリ回路に記録された平常値と比較する。次に標準反射板(低反射率)を置き同様の操作をする。この2つのデータから、補正値を算出してメモリ回路に記録し、センサ部から出力された信号の実測値を補正値で補正する。センサ部の実測値を、上記補正値で補正した値を用いて、上述した合否判定や、ランク判定などの判定を行う。
また、判定基準値の補正は、上述した2つのデータから算出した補正値に基づき、メモリ回路に記録された判定基準値を補正する方法などが挙げられる。
本発明において、センサ部の出力補正、判定基準値の補正のアルゴリズムは、ロジック部の演算回路にて行ってもよいし、外部機器で行うこともできる。
本発明のセンサデバイスにおいて、電力供給部は、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種を有する。電力供給部は、発電部と無線給電部のいずれか一方のみであってもよく、両方を備えていてもよい。
本発明において、発電部としては、振動発電、熱電発電などの技術を適用して形成したものが挙げられる。
振動発電は、振動をエネルギー源とする発電方法であって、磁石とコイルの相対移動による磁束変化で発電する電磁誘導方式、圧電素子に応力を加えることで起電する圧電方式、電荷を帯びた基板と、その基板に対向する基板の相対移動により発電する静電誘導方式などが挙げられる。振動発電を適用した発電部については、特開2011-160612号公報の記載を参酌して形成することができ、この内容は本明細書に組み込まれることとする。
熱電発電としては、熱エネルギーを電力エネルギーに変換する発電法である。熱電発電を適用した発電部は、WO2013/069347号パンフレットに記載された熱電変換素子などを用いて形成することができ、この内容は本明細書に組み込まれることとする。
センサデバイスを歯に装着して用いる場合には、発電部は、振動発電が好ましい。口腔内では、温度は一定で温度差は得にくいが、振動は発生しやすいためである。
フォトリソグラフィー法によるコイルの形成方法としては、化学蒸着、物理蒸着などの方法で、半導体基板上などに導体層を形成する。次に、導体層上にフォトレジストを層状に適用する。次に、層状に適用されたフォトレジスト上に、パターンが形成されたマスクを重ねて光を照射する。次に、フォトレジストの未硬化部分を、現像液で除去し、レジストパターンを形成する。次に、レジストパターンをマスクにして、導体層をエッチングで部分的に除去し、その後に不要なレジストパターンも取り除くことで、コイルを形成できる。
本発明において、電力供給部は、発電部や無線給電部で発電した電気エネルギーを蓄電するキャパシタ部(コンデンサ部)をさらに有することが好ましい。
本発明のセンサデバイスにおいて、無線通信部は、ロジック部での合否判定やランク判定等の判定結果を外部へ送信するものである。無線通信部としては、送信用のアンテナ回路と、受信用のアンテナ回路とを少なくとも有するものが挙げられる。
本発明において、無線通信部は、省電力化の観点から、Bluetooth(登録商標)、NFC(登録商標、Near Field Communication)、DSRC(登録商標、Dedicated Short Range Communications)などの、0.01~10mといった短い距離で行われる通信プロトコルで、無線通信するように構成されていることが好ましい。
また、センサデバイス固有の識別情報と、センサデバイスの位置情報との関係をサーバにあらかじめ登録しておくことで、世界中のセンサ情報をサーバ上のビッグデータから検索できる。例えば、世界中の人類の体温情報の分布を調べて、伝染病などの拡散状況の把握などに利用できる。
本発明のセンサデバイスは、消費電力が小さく、小型化が可能であり、さらには、センサデバイスを、取り付け被対象に長期間取り付けたままの状態にすることができる。このため、人、動物、魚など生体に取り付けて用いる生体用センサデバイスとして好ましく用いることができる。
生体へのセンサデバイスの取り付け方法としては、生体内に埋め込んだり、生体の歯に装着する方法などが挙げられる。取り付け取り外し時の生体への負担などの観点から、歯に装着して用いることが好ましい。
センサデバイスを歯に装着する場合、例えば、歯科用接着剤を用いて装着する方法などが挙げられる。
歯科用接着剤としては、重合性単量体などを含む従来公知の歯科用接着剤を用いることができる。例えば、特開2009-7339号公報に記載された、細胞接着性人工ペプチドを含有する歯科用インプラント用接着剤、特表2013-541524号公報に記載された、置換糖アミド化合物を含む重合性歯科用組成物、国際公開2013/145621号パンフレット、国際公開2005/060920号パンフレットに記載されたリン酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物を含む歯科用接着剤などを用いることができる。
次に、本発明のセンサデバイスの製造方法について説明する。
本発明のセンサデバイスのユニットは、半導体プロセスにより製造することができる。
すなわち、半導体基板の表面に酸化膜を形成させる(工程1)。
次に、酸化膜が形成された半導体基板上に、フォトレジストを層状に適用する(工程2)。
次に、層状に適用されたフォトレジスト(フォトレジスト層)上に、パターンが形成されたマスクを重ねて光を照射する(工程3)。
次に、フォトレジストの未硬化部分を、現像液で除去し、レジストパターンを形成する(工程4)。
次に、レジストパターンをマスクにして、酸化膜をエッチングで部分的に除去し、その後に不要なレジストパターンも取り除く(工程5)。エッチングは、ウェットエッチング、ドライエッチングのいずれであってもよい。
ドライエッチングとしては、例えば、イオンミリング、反応性イオンエッチング、スパッタエッチングなどが挙げられ、イオンミリング、反応性イオンエッチングが特に好ましい。エッチングガスとしては、O2、Cl2、CHF3、CF4、SF6、C60、Arなどが挙げられる。
次に、半導体基板に半導体の特性を持たせるため、リンやボロンなどの不純物イオンを注入し、加熱処理を行って、活性化させ、半導体を形成する(工程5)。
次に、半導体上に、金属層を形成する(工程6)。
更に、金属層の上に絶縁用の無機膜(酸化シリコン、窒化シリコン等)や有機膜(ポリイミド等)で保護し、接続電極部のみ金属層が露出するように、フォトリソプロセスによりパターンを形成する(工程7)。
このようにして、半導体基板上にロジック部、無線通信部等の各部を形成することができる。
センサ部の場合は、センサの種類に応じて、上記工程に加えて、あるいは、上記工程に代えて、特別な半導体プロセスを用いる。例えばMEMSセンサの場合は、犠牲層をフォトリソプロセスによってパターン状に形成した上に無機膜等を形成し、ドライエッチングによって犠牲層を除去することにより、半導体基板上に凹凸や可動部を形成する工法が知られている。イメージセンサの場合は、形成したCMOSセンサ回路の上に感光性のカラーレジストを形成し、フォトリソプロセスによりカラーフィルターを設けることが多い。
次に、各部が形成された半導体基板同士を、接着剤で接合し、貫通電極、ワイヤボンディング、無線電磁結合等の技術を用いて各部を電気的に接続して、ユニット1を製造する。
貫通電極にて各部を電気的に接続する場合は、半導体基板にビアを形成し、ビア内を導電材料(銅など)で埋め、各半導体基板の貫通電極同士を半田バンプなどで接合する方法が挙げられる。
無線電磁結合にて各部を電気的に接続する場合は、上下の半導体基板間でコイルが対向するように各半導体基板上にコイルを配置して、各部を電気的に接続する方法が挙げられる。コイルは、例えば、フォトリソグラフィー法で形成することができる。
このようにしてユニット1を形成した後、ユニット1の外周の少なくとも一部を封止材料2で覆うことで、図1に示すセンサデバイスを製造できる。
封止材料2によるユニット1の被覆方法としては、例えば、シート状の封止材料で、ユニット1の外周をラミネートする方法や、液状の封止材料をユニット1に適用してユニット1の外周を被覆する方法などが挙げられる。液状の封止材料の適用方法としては、熱溶融した封止材料を用いるトランスファーモールド法、コンプレッションモールド法、溶液状の封止材料を用いるディップコート法、コンマコート法、エアーナイフコート法、カーテンコート法、ワイヤーバーコート法、グラビアコート法、エクストルージョンコート法、スピンコート法、スリットコート法などが挙げられる。
次に、本発明のセンサデバイスの第2の実施形態について、図7を用いて説明する。
図7は、ユニット100の概略平面図である。
この実施形態のセンサデバイスのユニット100は、同一の半導体基板110上に、センサ部101、ロジック部102、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種の電力供給部103、および、無線通信部104がそれぞれ形成され、半導体基板上の各部が電気的に接合してなるものである。
各部については、上述した第1の実施形態で説明したものと同様である。
この実施形態によれば、より薄膜なセンサデバイスとすることができる。また、半導体基板を積層する手間を省略できる。
次に、本発明のセンサデバイスの第3の実施形態について、図8を用いて説明する。図8は、ユニット1aの分解斜視図である。
このユニット1aは、無線通信部を有する半導体基板14a、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種の電力供給部を有する半導体基板13a、ロジック部を有する半導体基板12aの順に積層している。そして、ロジック部を有する半導体基板12a上には、センサ部を有する半導体基板11aと、エネルギー発生部を有する半導体基板15aとが積層している。すなわち、このユニット1aは、図8に示すように、センサ部を有する半導体基板11aと、エネルギー発生部を有する半導体基板15aと、無線通信部を有する半導体基板14aとが、それぞれ最外層に配置されている。
各半導体基板同士は、図示しない接着剤で接合されている。
そして、上下に積層された各半導体基板上に形成された各部は、貫通電極31~34を介して電気的に接続している。各貫通電極同士は、図示しない半田バンプなどで接合されている。
エネルギー発生部としては、音、振動、電磁波および熱から選ばれる少なくとも一種のエネルギーを発生するものが挙げられる。
なお、本明細書において、「電磁波」とは、空間の電場と磁気の変化によって形成される波を意味し、光を含むものである。例えば、γ線、X線、紫外線、可視光線、赤外線、マイクロ波、電波などが挙げられる。
エネルギー発生部として、電磁波を発生するものを用いる場合、センサデバイスを生体用として用いる場合においては、可視光線、赤外線、マイクロ波、または、電波を発生するものが好ましい。
エネルギー発生部の具体例としては、例えば、発光ダイオード(LED)、レーザーダイオード(LD)、ダイヤモンド基板を用いた半導体マイクロ波発生素子、半導体スピーカーなどが挙げられる。センサ部の種類に応じて適宜選択することができる。
例えば、センサ部が、イメージセンサ、可視光センサまたは赤外光センサの場合、エネルギー発生部は、可視から赤外の光を発生するLEDやLDが好ましい。センサ部がマイクロフォン(音センサ)の場合、エネルギー発生部はピエゾ素子等を用いた半導体スピーカーが好ましい。
このセンサデバイスは、エネルギー発生部から出力されたエネルギーを用いて、センサ部で検出することができるので、センサ感度を高めることができる。さらには、エネルギー発生パルスを短くすることで、センサの通電時間を短くでき、省電力化できる。複数回のエネルギー発生パルスを周期的に発生させて、センサの検出をこの周期に同期させることで、信号の検出S/Nを向上できるという効果も得られる。
なお、図8では、センサ部と、エネルギー発生部は、それぞれ別の半導体基板上に形成されているが、センサ部とエネルギー発生部が、同一の半導体基板上に形成されていてもよい。
次に、本発明のセンサデバイスの第4の実施形態について、図9を用いて説明する。
図9は、ユニット100aの概略平面図である。
この実施形態のセンサデバイスのユニット100aは、同一の半導体基板110a上に、センサ部101a、ロジック部102a、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種の電力供給部103a、無線通信部104a、エネルギー発生部105aがそれぞれ形成され、半導体基板上の各部が電気的に接合してなるものである。
各部については、上述した第1の実施形態、第3の実施形態で説明したものと同様である。
次に、本発明のセンサデバイスの第5の実施形態について、図10を用いて説明する。図10は、ユニット1bの分解斜視図である。
このユニット1bは、無線通信部を有する半導体基板14b、センサデバイスの動作状況を管理する動作状況管理部を有する半導体基板16b、発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種の電力供給部を有する半導体基板13b、ロジック部を有する半導体基板12b、センサ部を有する半導体基板11bの順に積層している。すなわち、このユニット1bは、図9に示すように、センサ部を有する半導体基板11bと、無線通信部を有する半導体基板14bとが、それぞれ最外層に配置されている。
各半導体基板同士は、図示しない接着剤で接合されている。
そして、上下に積層された各半導体基板上に形成された各部は、貫通電極41~44を介して電気的に接続している。各貫通電極同士は、図示しない半田バンプなどで接合されている。
動作管理部は、センサデバイスの動作状況を管理するものであって、センサデバイスの作動開始日時、センサデバイスの作動時間、およびユニットの各部の動作検査情報から選ばれる少なくとも1つを記録して、センサデバイスの交換時期、および、動作検査情報の異常から選ばれる少なくとも1つの警告情報を検出するように構成されていることが好ましい。
動作管理部の詳細について、上述した第1の実施形態のロジック部で説明したものと同様である。
なお、この実施形態のロジック部は、動作状況管理部としての機能は有していない。
また、エネルギー発生部を有する半導体基板を更に有していてもよい。
次に、本発明のセンサシステムについて説明する。
本発明のセンサシステムは、上述したセンサデバイスと、センサデバイスと通信を行う通信デバイスを有する。
通信デバイスとしては、センサデバイスと無線通信可能なものであればよく、特に限定はない。たとえは、パソコン、無線通信機能付きパソコン周辺機器(ハードディスク、プリンターなど)、無線通信機能付き家電(テレビ、冷蔵庫、電話機など)、NFC対応機器(RFID(radio frequency identifier)タグやFeliCa(登録商標)の読取装置や書込装置)などの電子機器、携帯電話、タブレット、スマートフォン等の携帯端末などが挙げられる。

Claims (14)
- 発電部および無線給電部から選ばれる少なくとも一種の電力供給部と、目的とする情報を検出して信号を出力するセンサ部と、前記信号に基づいて判定を行うロジック部と、前記判定の結果を外部へ送信する無線通信部とを有するユニットと、
前記ユニットの外周の少なくとも一部を覆う封止材料とを有し、
前記ユニットは、一つの半導体基板表面に前記各部を有し、前記各部が電気的に接続しているか、または、複数の半導体基板に前記各部が形成され、前記各部が形成された半導体基板が積層し、かつ、前記各部が電気的に接続している、センサデバイス。 - 前記ユニットは、複数の半導体基板に前記各部が形成され、前記各部が形成された半導体基板が積層し、かつ、前記各部が電気的に接続している、請求項1に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記ユニットは、一つの半導体基板表面に前記各部を有し、前記各部が電気的に接続している、請求項1に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記封止材料は、前記ユニットの外周全体を覆っている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記ユニットは、前記センサ部から出力された信号をデジタル変換する、アナログ-デジタル変換部を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記ユニットは、音、振動、電磁波および熱から選ばれる少なくとも一種のエネルギーを発生するエネルギー発生部を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記無線通信部は、センサデバイス固有の識別情報を外部に送信する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記ユニットは、センサデバイスの動作状況を管理する、動作状況管理部を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記動作状況管理部は、センサデバイスの作動開始日時、センサデバイスの作動時間、およびユニットの各部の動作検査情報から選ばれる少なくとも1つを記録して、センサデバイスの交換時期、および、前記動作検査情報の異常から選ばれる少なくとも1つの警告情報を検出する、請求項8に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記無線通信部は、前記動作状況管理部により検出された前記警告情報を外部機器に送信する、請求項9に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 前記ロジック部は、前記動作状況管理部により前記動作検査情報の異常が検出された場合、前記センサ部から出力された信号、および、前記ロジック部での判定のための基準値から選ばれる1種以上を補正して判定を行う、請求項9または10に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 生体用である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 歯に装着して用いられる、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイス。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のセンサデバイスと、
前記センサデバイスと通信を行う通信デバイスと、
を有するセンサシステム。
