(3)収集指示信号・・・情報取得手段130に対して情報の収集を指示する信号をいう。
(4)発信時間信号・・・情報発信手段140による情報の発信タイミングを設定する信号をいう。
(5)発信指示信号・・・情報発信手段140に対して情報の発信を指示する信号をいう。

Claims (18)
- 測定対象となる弾性乃至剛性を有する、受電型情報取得発信装置を内蔵した部材であって、上記部材は、プレート材又は雄ねじ体であり、
上記受電型情報取得発信装置は、
電力を供給可能な断続的又は連続的な電力供給波を受ける受電手段と、
上記受電手段が上記電力供給波から得た電力を徐々に蓄積する蓄電手段と、
上記受電手段及び/又は上記蓄電手段の上記電力の少なくとも一部を消費して情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
上記蓄電手段の上記電力を利用して、上記情報を離れた外部に無線で発信する情報発信手段と、
を備え、
上記情報取得手段は、上記部材に直接形成されている電気絶縁層及び上記電気絶縁層上に直接形成されている通電路を含み、上記通電路の変形による電気的特性の変化に基づいて上記部材の変形を計測して上記情報を取得し、
上記情報を上記情報発信手段によって発信するタイミングを制御する発信タイミング制御手段を有し、
上記発信タイミング制御手段は、上記蓄電手段の時定数に基づいた所定時間を経過した時に上記情報を発信することを特徴とする部材。 - 測定対象となる弾性乃至剛性を有する、受電型情報取得発信装置を内蔵した部材であって、上記部材は、プレート材又は雄ねじ体であり、
上記受電型情報取得発信装置は、
電力を供給可能な断続的又は連続的な電力供給波を受ける受電手段と、
上記受電手段が上記電力供給波から得た電力を徐々に蓄積する蓄電手段と、
上記受電手段及び/又は上記蓄電手段の上記電力の少なくとも一部を消費して情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
上記蓄電手段の上記電力を利用して、上記情報を離れた外部に無線で発信する情報発信手段と、
を備え、
上記情報取得手段は、上記部材に直接形成されている電気絶縁層及び上記電気絶縁層上に直接形成されている通電路を含み、上記通電路の変形による電気的特性の変化に基づいて上記部材の変形を計測して上記情報を取得し、
上記情報を上記情報発信手段によって発信するタイミングを制御する発信タイミング制御手段を有し、
上記発信タイミング制御手段は、
予め設定された発信時間を経過した時、
上記蓄電手段の充電量が所定閾値に達した時、
上記情報取得手段が取得する前記情報が所定条件を満たした時、
外部から発信指示信号を受信した時、
上記受電手段が前記電力供給波を受け取った時、
から選択された一又は複数の任意の組み合わせの条件と、
上記蓄電手段の時定数に基づいた所定時間を経過した時と、を同時に満たす場合に上記情報を発信するタイミングとすることを特徴とする部材。 - 前記情報取得手段における前記情報を取得するタイミングが、収集タイミング制御手段によって制御されることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2記載の部材。 - 前記収集タイミング制御手段は、
前記受電手段が前記電力供給波を受け取った時、及び/又は、予め設定された収集時間を経過した時、及び/又は、前記蓄電手段の時定数に対応した時間が経過した時、及び/又は、前記蓄電手段の充電量が所定閾値に達した時、及び/又は、外部から収集指示信号を受信した時、
の何れか一つ以上の条件を満たす場合に前記情報を取得するタイミングとすることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の部材。 - 前記収集タイミング制御手段は、
前記受電手段が前記電力供給波を受け取った時、
予め設定された収集時間を経過した時、
前記蓄電手段の時定数に対応した時間を経過した時、
前記蓄電手段の充電量が所定閾値に達した時、
外部から収集指示信号を受信した時、
から選択された複数の任意の組み合わせの条件を同時に満たす場合に前記情報を取得するタイミングとすることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の部材。 - 前記受電手段が変換した前記電力の一部を、前記情報取得手段に振り分ける分配制御手段を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の部材。 - 前記電力供給波は、γ線、X線、紫外線、可視光、赤外線、レーザー光、マイクロウエーブを含む電波等の電磁波、或いは、超音波を含む音波や固体振動等の弾性波を含む波動エネルギーの何れか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の部材。 - 前記受電手段が得た電力を整流する整流手段を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の部材。 - 前記情報取得手段は、前記情報を記憶する記憶部、所定の演算を行う演算処理部、及び所定の制御を行う制御部の何れかと接続されることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の部材。 - 前記受電型情報取得発信装置は、ICタグであることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の部材。 - 前記通電路は、導電性ペーストを利用した積層印刷、パット印刷、塗装、メッキ、インクジェット印刷、スパッタリングの何れか一以上の方法によって前記電気絶縁層上に直接形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10何れかに記載の部材。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の部材と、
前記受電型情報取得発信装置の前記受電手段に対して、電力を供給可能な電力供給波を発信可能な電力供給装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする情報取得システム。 - 前記受電型情報取得発信装置における前記情報発信手段が外部に発信する前記情報を受信する受信手段を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項12に記載の情報取得システム。 - 前記電力供給装置及び前記受信手段が一体化されることを特徴とする、
請求項13に記載の情報取得システム。 - 前記電力供給波に対して、前記情報取得手段における前記情報を取得するタイミングに関する指示情報が重畳されることを特徴とする、
請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載の情報取得システム。 - 前記電力供給波に対して、前記情報発信手段が前記情報を外部に発信するタイミングに関する指示情報が重畳されることを特徴とする、
請求項12乃至15のいずれかに記載の情報取得システム。 - 前記受電型情報取得発信装置における、自然放電を含む単位時間当たりの電力消費量に対して、前記電力供給装置によって前記受電型情報取得発信装置に供給される単位時間当たりの電力供給量が大きいことを特徴とする、
請求項12乃至16のいずれかに記載の情報取得システム。 - 前記受電型情報取得発信装置における前記情報発信手段の前記情報の発信頻度に基づいて又は前記情報取得手段の前記情報の取得頻度に基づいて、前記電力供給装置における前記電力供給波の発信量を可変にすることを特徴とする、
