Claims (18)
- 第一の内周面を有する円環状の上板部、この上板部の下面に一体的に形成された円筒状の第一の垂下部及び内周面で第一の垂下部の外周面と協働して円環状の上部外側溝を形成するように上板部の下面に一体的に形成された円筒状の係合垂下部を備えた合成樹脂製の上部ケースと、第二の内周面を有する円環状の下板部、下板部の下面に第三の内周面をもって一体的に形成された円筒状部、下板部の上面に一体的に形成されている円筒状の第一の突起部及び内周面で第一の突起部の外周面と協働して円環状の下部外側溝を形成するように下板部の上面に一体的に形成された円筒状の係合突出部を備えた合成樹脂製の下部ケースと、下部ケースに被せられた上部ケースの上板部の下面に上面で摺動自在に接触する一方、下面で下板部の上面に摺動自在に接触して上部ケース及び下部ケース間の空間に配された合成樹脂製のスラスト滑り軸受片とを具備しており、第一の垂下部は、その内周面及び外周面と第一の突起部の外周面及び係合突出部の内周面との間で夫々径方向の第一及び第二の隙間をもって下部外側溝に配されており、係合垂下部は、その内周面と係合突出部の外周面との間で径方向の第三の隙間をもって係合突出部の径方向外方に配されており、第一の垂下部、第一の突起部、係合垂下部及び係合突出部により形成された外周側の通路は、前記空間の径方向の外周部を外部に連通させており、第一から第三の隙間の夫々の径方向の最小幅は、第一から第三の内周面で規定される円孔に挿通される軸で規制される上部ケースに対する下部ケースの径方向の相対変位可能量に等しいか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第一の内周面は、第二の内周面の径と同一の径を有している請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第三の内周面は、第二の内周面の径と同一の径を有していると共に当該第二の内周面と面一になっている請求項1又は2に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第一から第三の隙間の夫々の径方向の最小幅は、径方向における第二及び第三の内周面及び軸の外周面間の二つの軸隙間のうちで小さい方の軸隙間に等しいか又は当該小さい方の軸隙間よりも大きい請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 下板部の上面に一体的に形成されていると共に第二の突起部の内周面及び下板部の上面と協働して円環状の下部凹所を形成する外周面を有した第二の突起部を更に有しており、スラスト滑り軸受片は、前記空間において下部凹所に配されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第二の突起部は、第二の内周面の径と同一であって当該第二の内周面と面一になっている内周面を有している請求項5に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 上部ケースは、外周面で上板部の下面と第一の垂下部の内周面と協働して円環状の上部凹所を形成するように上板部の下面に一体的に形成された円筒状の第二の垂下部を更に備えている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 上部ケースは、外周面で上板部の下面と第一の垂下部の内周面と協働して円環状の上部凹所を形成するように上板部の下面に一体的に形成された円筒状の第二の垂下部を更に備えており、第二の突起部は、第二の内周面から径方向外方に離れて下板部の上面に一体的に形成されており、第二の垂下部は、その外周面と第二の突起部の内周面との間で径方向の第四の隙間を形成して、下板部の上面に向って垂下しており、第二の垂下部及び第二の突起部により形成された内周側の通路は、前記空間の径方向の内周部を外部に連通させており、第四の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、前記相対変位可能量に等しいか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい請求項5に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第四の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、径方向における第二及び第三の内周面及び軸の外周面間の二つの軸隙間のうちで小さい方の軸隙間に等しいか又は当該小さい方の軸隙間よりも大きい請求項8に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第二の垂下部は、第一の内周面の径と同一の径を有すると共に当該第一の内周面と面一の内周面を有している請求項8又は9に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 下部ケースは、外周面で第二の突起部の内周面と協働して円環状の下部内側溝を形成するように、下板部の上面に一体的に形成された円筒状の第三の突起部を更に備えており、第二の垂下部は、その内周面と第三の突起部の外周面との間で径方向の第五の隙間をもって、下部内側溝に配されていると共に第一の内周面から径方向外方に離れて上板部の下面に一体的に形成されており、内周側の通路は、更に、第三の突起部で形成されており、第五の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、前記相対変位可能量に等しいか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい請求項8又は9に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第五の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、径方向における第二及び第三の内周面及び軸の外周面間の二つの軸隙間のうちで小さい方の軸隙間に等しいか又は当該小さい方の軸隙間よりも大きい請求項11に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第三の突起部は、第二の内周面の径と同一の径を有すると共に当該第二の内周面と面一の内周面を有している請求項11又は12に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 上部ケースは、外周面で第二の垂下部の内周面と協働して円環状の上部内側溝を形成するように上板部の下面に一体的に形成された円筒状の第三の垂下部を更に備えており、第三の突起部は、その内周面と第三の垂下部の外周面との間で径方向の第六の隙間をもって、上部内側溝に配されていると共に第二の内周面から径方向外方に離れて下板部の上面に一体的に形成されており、内周側の通路は、更に、第三の垂下部で形成されており、第六の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、前記相対変位可能量と同一であるか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい請求項11又は12に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第三の垂下部は、第一の内周面の径と同一の径を有すると共に当該第一の内周面と面一の内周面を有している請求項14に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 第六の隙間の径方向の最小幅は、径方向における第二及び第三の内周面及び軸の外周面間の二つの軸隙間のうちで小さい方の軸隙間に等しいか又は当該小さい方の軸隙間よりも大きい請求項14又は15に記載の合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 合成樹脂製の上部ケースと、合成樹脂製の下部ケースと、この下部ケース及び当該下部ケースに被せられた上部ケース間に配された合成樹脂製のスラスト滑り軸受とを具備しており、スラスト滑り軸受が配された上部ケース及び下部ケース間の空間の径方向の外周部を外部に連通させた外周側の通路を形成する隙間のうちで径方向に対して交差して伸びる隙間の径方向の最小幅は、上部ケース及び下部ケースを貫通する軸で規制される上部ケースに対する下部ケースの径方向の相対変位可能量に等しいか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
- 合成樹脂製の上部ケースと、合成樹脂製の下部ケースと、この下部ケース及び当該下部ケースに被せられた上部ケース間に配された合成樹脂製のスラスト滑り軸受とを具備しており、スラスト滑り軸受が配された上部ケース及び下部ケース間の空間の径方向の外周部を外部に連通させた外周側の通路を形成する隙間のうちで径方向に対して交差して伸びる隙間と該空間の径方向の内周部を外部に連通させた内周側の通路を形成する隙間のうちで径方向に対して交差して伸びる隙間との径方向の最小幅は、上部ケース及び下部ケースを貫通する軸で規制される上部ケースに対する下部ケースの径方向の相対変位可能量に等しいか又は当該相対変位可能量よりも大きい合成樹脂製滑り軸受。
