本实用新型主要涉及到破碎设备领域,特指一种用于环锤破碎机的自动清扫装置及环锤破碎机。
【背景技术】
目前,传统的破碎机一般包括破碎腔、锤头、电机、主轴及筛板,利用电机带动锤头在破碎腔内旋转,对破碎腔内的物料进行破碎,再经过筛板的筛分完成整个破碎作业。传统的破碎机在使用过程中,被破碎后的物料容易粘堵在破碎腔内。为解决这类技术问题,有从业者提出了很多解决方案。如中国专利CN200820139812.4就公开了一种锤式破碎机煤尘粘堵清理机构,以及中国专利CN200820054163.8所公开了一种防粘堵卧式环锤破碎机,其刮料装置包括曲柄和平铲。上述两种清理装置都是通过旋转手柄和曲柄,其虽然能起到一定的清理作用,但是由于曲柄旋转过程中,刮扫装置受力不均匀,存在刮扫死角未清理干净的现象。此外,还有中国专利CN 201110306725.X所公开的一种卧式环锤破碎机,它是通过在进料口的内壁处设置扫镗杆,筛板上下分别设置弹性件来实现物料清理,但是扫镗杆仅能清理破碎腔上部的物料,存在死角。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就在于:针对现有技术存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、操作简便、能够提高清理效果的用于环锤破碎机的自动清扫装置及环锤破碎机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种用于环锤破碎机的自动清扫装置,包括破碎机上破碎腔的入料口后背处的自动清扫组件,所述自动清扫组件包括迎料圆盘和清扫挡杆,所述迎料圆盘与驱动部件连接并由驱动部件驱动旋转,所述清扫挡杆固定于破碎腔上并与迎料圆盘的迎料面进行配合清扫。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:所述迎料圆盘安装在转盘支撑座上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:所述清扫挡杆为半圆形或三角形。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:所述清扫挡杆为直杆或弧形杆。

本实用新型进一步提供一种环锤破碎机,包括破碎腔及安装于破碎腔内的环锤总成、 筛板组件,所述破碎腔的上方开设有入料口,所述筛板组件位于环锤总成的下方,在所述粉碎腔上入料口的后背处设置有上述的自动清扫装置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型的用于环锤破碎机的自动清扫装置及环锤破碎机,结构简单紧凑、操作简便,采用旋转迎料圆盘和固定刮扫杆形式,清理有效面积大,能够真正意义上达到无死角的清扫,清扫效果好。

以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型用于环锤破碎机的自动清扫装置,包括破碎机上破碎腔1的入料口6后背处的自动清扫组件4;该自动清扫组件4包括迎料圆盘401和清扫挡杆402,迎料圆盘401安装在转盘支撑座403上,迎料圆盘401与驱动部件连接,驱动部件采用减速电机404,迎料圆盘401在减速电机404的带动下旋转,清扫挡杆402固定于破碎腔1上,并与迎料圆盘401的迎料面进行配合,以实现对迎料圆盘401上粘接物料的清扫。
在具体实施例中,清扫挡杆402可以根据实际需要设计其形状,如半圆形或三角形、直杆或弧形杆等等,以求达到不粘料、清料省力等效果。清扫挡杆402与迎料圆盘401之间配合的间隙也可以根据实际需要来调整。
进一步,在较佳的实施例中,还可以在清扫挡杆402上与迎料圆盘401配合的一端上设置清扫刷体,以优化清扫的效果。
进一步,在较佳的实施例中,还可以根据实际需要来设置多根清扫挡杆402,多根清扫挡杆402依据迎料圆盘401上的迎料面积合理分布,以达到最佳的清扫效果。
进一步,在较佳的实施例中,迎料圆盘401和清扫挡杆402的清扫面积覆盖整个破碎腔1的后版面积,所述后版为破碎腔1内靠近迎料圆盘401和清扫挡杆402的腔壁,其作用是加大清扫面积,无死角。
如图4所示,本实用新型进一步提供一种具有上述自动清扫装置的环锤破碎机,该环锤破碎机包括破碎腔1及安装于破碎腔1内的环锤总成2、筛板组件3,破碎腔1的上方开设有入料口6,破碎腔1上设有大窗口的检修门5,筛板组件3位于环锤总成2的下方;在入料口6后背处设置有上述自动清扫装置。
工作时,物料从破碎机的入料口6进入破碎腔1内,在环锤总成2的高速旋转下进行物料的破碎。破碎后的细物料通过筛板组件3后进入下级设备,未到达筛板组件3上筛孔要求的物料继续在环锤总成2的旋转下进行破碎,直至能够完全通过。破碎过程中,部分物料会沿环锤总成2中破碎的切线方向飞出并敲击在迎料圆盘401上,形成粘堵。此时,迎料圆盘401在减速电机404作用下绕中心轴匀速旋转,固定的清扫挡杆402将旋转的迎料圆盘401上的物料进行刮扫,起到自动清理作用。
