Description

一种装有护栏的高床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种高床,特别是涉及一种装有护栏的高床。
背景技术
合理的利用居住空间,向高度发展,上下二层的高床越来越获得消费者的肯定和喜爱。高床通常包括上床板框架、下床板框架、梯子及两个侧面床架。
由于上床板框架位置较高,为了防止人们在睡觉时从上床板框架上滚落下来,高床还包括设置在上床板框架左右两侧的护栏。但是,现有的护栏体积大,运输不方便,特别是对于海运产品而言,大体积的部件装柜量小,而将产品作成可折叠的,在储运环节是折叠状态,而在使用中是展开状态,这样既减少了体积又不增加安装的困难,并且这种折叠方式多种更方便了使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种装有护栏的高床,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种装有护栏的高床,包括床板框架、分别设置在床板框架的前后两侧并用于撑起所述床板框架的两个侧面床框、设置在床板框架的侧边的护栏,所述护栏包括第一栏框、第二栏框及转动机构,所述转动机构活动连接第一栏框与第二栏框,所述第一栏框和第二栏框由锁定机构锁接成一可拆卸的护栏整体。
一较佳实施例之中:所述锁定机构包括两个螺栓,其中一个螺栓将第一栏框的上端与第二栏框的上端锁接在一起,另一个螺栓将第一栏框的下端与第二栏框的下端锁接在一起。
一较佳实施例之中:所述转动机构包括至少一个合页。
一较佳实施例之中:所述转动机构包括转轴及套管,所述转轴和套管分开设置在第一栏框和第二栏框上并可转动地沿轴向插接在一起。
一较佳实施例之中:该护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括凸榫及插槽,该凸榫与该插槽分开设置在第一栏框与第二栏框上并可沿轴向插接在一起。
一较佳实施例之中:该护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括呈J形状的栓子及栓孔,该栓子与该栓孔分开设置在第一栏框与第二栏框上,该栓子可绕轴向转动地插入到该栓孔内。
一较佳实施例之中:还包括梯子,该梯子的顶端与该床板框架连接在一起,该护栏位于该梯子的侧边。
一较佳实施例之中:还包括基础床架,所述侧面床框撑住基础床架,所述梯子的底端与基础床架连接在一起。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.所述转动机构活动连接第一栏框与第二栏框,所述第一栏框和第二栏框由锁定机构锁接成一可拆卸的护栏整体,所述第一栏框和第二栏框可以分开进行包装、运输,增加装柜量。
2. 所述转动机构包括至少一个合页,第一栏框与第二栏框的连接更加牢固、可靠,大大提高产品的安全性能。
3. 所述转动机构包括转轴及套管,所述转轴和套管分开设置在第一栏框和第二栏框上,结构简单,组装方便。而且,护栏由若干管件焊接所组成,护栏的管件又可同时做套管用,节省制造成本。
4. 该护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括凸榫及插槽,该凸榫与该插槽分沿轴向插接在一起,进一步提高了产品的强度和安全性。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明的一种装有护栏的高床,包括床板框架10、基础床架20、梯子30、两个侧面床框40、两个护栏50。
床板框架10与基础床架20的结构相同,床板框架10位于基础床架20的正上方。床板框架10、基础床架20包括两根横梁及架设在所述两根横梁之间的若干连杆。该梯子30的顶端与该床板框架10连接在一起,梯子30的底端与基础床架20连接在一起。两个侧面床框40位于床板框架10、基础床架20的前后两侧,两个侧面床框40撑起所述床板框架10和基础床架20。两个护栏50设置在床板框架10的左右两侧。其中,一护栏50的长度小于另一护栏50的长度,目的是在梯子30上方腾出空间,方便进出床板框架10。
护栏50的结构可以有多种,以下以护栏50的具体结构进行描述:
护拦的第一种方式请参照图2至图5,包括第一栏框52、第二栏框54、转动机构。所述转动机构包括两个合页561,合页561活动连接第一栏框52与第二栏框54,从而,第一栏框52与第二栏框54可以翻转折叠在一起或并排展开。并且,所述第一栏框52和第二栏框54由锁定机构锁接成同一平面的护栏整体,所述锁定机构包括两个螺栓62,及护栏相邻立杆的连接孔63,其中一个螺栓62穿过第一栏框52的立杆上端与第二栏框54的立杆上端的连接孔,并由螺母64锁接在一起,另一个螺栓62穿过第一栏框52的立杆下端连接孔63与第二栏框54的立杆下端连接孔,并配合螺母64锁接在一起。
所述第一栏框52和第二栏框54由锁定机构锁接成相互垂直的护栏,只要将螺栓62改成直角,第一栏框52与第二栏框54转折成直角,将直角螺栓621穿过第一栏框52的立杆上端,直栓622穿过第二栏框54的立杆上端的连接孔,将直角螺栓621与直栓622旋接,并由螺母64锁接在一起,另一个直角螺栓穿过第一栏框52的立杆下端连接孔63与第二栏框54的立杆下端连接孔,并配合螺母64锁接在一起。所述直角螺栓包括小直角螺栓621及直栓622,二者通过内外螺丝连接。
护拦的第二种方式请参照图6至图9,护栏的第二种方式与第一种方式相比,区别在于:转动机构包括转轴562及套管564,所述转轴562和套管564分别设置在第一栏框52和第二栏框54上,转轴562可转动地沿轴向与套管564插接在一起,这样,第一栏框52和第二栏框54即可绕轴向,即围绕水平面相对发生转动;另外,护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括呈J形状的栓子582及栓孔584,该栓子582与该栓孔584分别设置在第一栏框52与第二栏框54上,该栓子582可随第一栏框52绕轴向转动从而插入到该栓孔584内。
护拦的第三种方式请参照图10和图11,护栏的第三种方式与第二种方式比,区别在于:加强机构包括凸榫586及插槽588,该凸榫586与该插槽588分别设置在第一栏框52与第二栏框54上并可沿轴向插接在一起。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明不仅将高床护栏可拆,而且所述第一栏框与第二栏框活动连接,所述第一栏框和第二栏框由锁定机构锁接成一可拆卸的护栏整体,所述第一栏框和第二栏框可以分开或折叠进行包装、运输,增加装柜量。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种装有护栏的高床,包括床板框架、分别设置在床板框架的前后两侧并用于撑起所述床板框架的两个侧面床框、设置在床板框架的侧边的护栏,其特征在于:所述护栏包括第一栏框、第二栏框及转动机构,所述转动机构连接第一栏框与第二栏框,使二栏框可绕水平方向或垂直于水平方向转动,所述第一栏框和第二栏框由锁定机构锁接成一护栏整体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:所述锁定机构包括两个螺栓,护栏相邻立杆的连接孔,其中一个螺栓将第一栏框的上端与第二栏框的上端锁接在一起,另一个螺栓将第一栏框的下端与第二栏框的下端锁接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:所述转动机构包括至少一个合页。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:所述转动机构包括转轴及套管,所述转轴和套管分开设置在第一栏框和第二栏框上并可转动地沿轴向插接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:该护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括凸榫及插槽,该凸榫与该插槽分开设置在第一栏框与第二栏框上并可沿轴向插接在一起。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:该护栏还包括加强机构,该加强机构包括呈J形状的栓子及栓孔,该栓子与该栓孔分开设置在第一栏框与第二栏框上,该栓子可绕轴向转动地插入到该栓孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:还包括梯子,该梯子的顶端与该床板框架连接在一起,该护栏位于该梯子的侧边。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装有护栏的高床,其特征在于:还包括基础床架,所述侧面床框撑住基础床架,所述梯子的底端与基础床架连接在一起。
