一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,包括框体底部(1)及若干筐体侧部(2),所述筐体侧部的底端与框体底部连接,相邻的筐体侧部连接,筐体侧部的两侧设置有若干间隔分布的凸起(3),相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起相互错开,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起在相邻筐体侧部连接后相互咬合形成一加强柱。该储物筐在运输过程中可以分解,使得多个储物筐可以很好的叠放,减少占用空间,当需要使用时,将筐体侧部与框体底部连接,相邻的筐体侧部连接在一起,通过加强柱起到加强连接后的筐体侧部的连接强度,非常稳定牢靠,并且上述结构可以通过吸塑的方式制造出来。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可收展便于运输的储物筐。
背景技术
塑料储物筐是一种常用的储物工具,现有储物筐一般通过注塑成型,现有的塑料储物筐具有一个非常大的缺陷,就是塑料框不能折叠,导致其运输时占据大量空间,运输成本高,为此本发明提供一种可收展的便于运输的储物筐。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可收展便于运输的储物筐。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,包括框体底部及若干筐体侧部,所述筐体侧部的底端与框体底部连接,相邻的筐体侧部连接,筐体侧部的两侧设置有若干间隔分布的凸起,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起相互错开,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起在相邻筐体侧部连接后相互咬合形成一加强柱。
相邻的筐体侧部于连接处设置有用于锁定连接后的相邻筐体侧部的锁定装置。
所述筐体侧部和筐体底部连接处亦设置有所述锁定装置。
所述凸起呈三角柱体状。
所述筐体侧部数量设置为四个,筐体侧部组装后与框体底部垂直。
所述筐体侧部与框体底部一体成型,整体采用塑性材料制作,筐体侧部的底端与框体底部连接并可相对框体底部转动。
相邻筐体侧部连接处、筐体侧部与筐体底部连接处皆设置有用于对接的斜面。
所述锁定装置包括设置在斜面上的卡扣和卡位。
所述卡扣包括一凸出于斜面的环形凸起,所述卡位包括与环形凸起相配合的环形凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构本发明可进行收展折叠,在运输或储存时可以将储物筐分解,使得多个储物筐可以很好的叠放,减少占用空间,当需要使用时,将筐体侧部与框体底部连接,相邻的筐体侧部连接在一起,通过加强柱起到加强连接后的筐体侧部的连接强度,非常稳定牢靠,并且采用上述结构的本发明可以通过吸塑的方式制造出来,相对传统结构的生产方式,本结构的储物筐生产成本低廉,生产效率非常高效。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,本发明是一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,包括框体底部1及若干筐体侧部2,筐体侧部2的底端与框体底部1连接并可转动,相邻的筐体侧部2连接,筐体侧部2与框体底部1一体成型,筐体侧部2与框体底部1连接处相对其余位置较薄;筐体侧部的两侧设置有若干间隔分布的凸起3,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起3相互错开,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起3在相邻筐体侧部连接后相互咬合形成一加强柱,为了增加连接后的稳固性,相邻筐体侧部于连接处设置有用于锁定连接后的相邻筐体侧部2的锁定装置。采用上述结构本发明收展折叠,在运输或储存时可以将储物筐展开,使得多个储物筐可以很好的叠放,减少占用空间,当需要使用时,将筐体侧部2竖起,相邻的筐体侧部2连接在一起,并通过锁定装置锁定连接后的相邻筐体侧部2,加强柱可以起到加强连接后的筐体侧部2的连接强度,并且采用上述结构的本发明可以通过吸塑的方式一体成型制造出来,相对传统结构的生产方式,本结构的储物筐生产成本低廉,生产效率非常高效。当然筐体侧部与框体底部可以单独制造后再组装,其亦在本申请的保护范围之内。
如图所示,其中凸起3优选设置为呈三角柱体状,加强柱位于组装后的储物筐的四个竖向角落。该结构的加强柱可大幅提升筐体侧部2连接的稳定性,结构巧妙,制造方便。
如图所示,筐体侧部2数量优选设置为四个,筐体侧部2组装后与框体底部1垂直;筐体侧部2上可以根据实际需要开设孔位,筐体侧部2的数量可以根据实际需要进行调节,例如其还可以是五个或六个等等。
如图所示,相邻筐体侧部2连接处设置有用于对接的斜面4;筐体侧部2和底部筐体1连接处亦设置有锁定装置,筐体侧部2和底部筐体1连接处亦连接处设置有用于对接的斜面4;锁定装置包括设置在斜面4上的卡扣和卡位;通过卡扣和卡位的配合对相邻的筐体侧部、筐体侧部与筐体底部进行锁定,再配合加强柱的结构,可以对相邻筐体侧部2进行稳固的连接锁定,另外相邻的筐体侧部2还可以采用别的方式进行锁定,例如还可以通过螺钉的方式进行固定,等等。其中所述卡扣包括一凸出于斜面的环形凸起5,环形凸起5的外侧壁设置有竖向凹槽6,竖向凹槽6的设置有利于出模,当然还可以采用别的出模结构;所述卡位包括与环形凸起5相配合的环形凹槽7。
上述实施例只是本发明的优选方案,本发明还可有其他实施方案。本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所设定的范围内 。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于包括框体底部及若干筐体侧部,所述筐体侧部的底端与框体底部连接,相邻的筐体侧部连接,筐体侧部的两侧设置有若干间隔分布的凸起,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起相互错开,相邻的筐体侧部上的凸起在相邻筐体侧部连接后相互咬合形成一加强柱。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于相邻的筐体侧部于连接处设置有用于锁定连接后的相邻筐体侧部的锁定装置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述筐体侧部和筐体底部连接处亦设置有所述锁定装置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述凸起呈三角柱体状。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述筐体侧部数量设置为四个,筐体侧部组装后与框体底部垂直。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述筐体侧部与框体底部一体成型,整体采用塑性材料制作,筐体侧部的底端与框体底部连接并可相对框体底部转动。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于相邻筐体侧部连接处、筐体侧部与筐体底部连接处皆设置有用于对接的斜面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述锁定装置包括设置在斜面上的卡扣和卡位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种可收展便于运输的储物筐,其特征在于所述卡扣包括一凸出于斜面的环形凸起,所述卡位包括与环形凸起相配合的环形凹槽。
