Description

一种折叠床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠床,特别是指床头可容置床边、床尾、床板及床板支撑的折叠床。
背景技术
床一般包括床头、两床边、床尾、床板及床板支撑。其中一床边一端安装在床头的一侧,另一端安装在床尾一侧;另一床边一端安装在床头的另一侧,另一端安装在床尾另一侧。通常两床边平行安装,两床边之间安装床板支撑,床板支撑上安装床板。
所述床在运输时,分别将床头、床边、床尾、床板及床板支撑依次拆分,置于运输集装柜中,其占据过多运输空间,使得单位集装柜运输床的数目较少,增加运输成本,尤其是对于出口企业而言,其运输成本过高。
而且,所述床边为一体式,该一体式床边由于需承重较大,因此,床边通常设置较为笨重,使得运输不便,尤其在使用搬运时,更为不便,容易发生搬运安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种折叠床,以节省运输空间,节约运输成本,且承重较好。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种折叠床,包括床头、第一床边、第二床边、床尾及床板支撑;第一床边及第二床边一端与床头可拆连接,另一端与床尾可拆连接,形成床的骨架,第一床边及第二床边之间安装用于支撑床板的床板支撑;床头形成容置腔,而第一床边及第二床边每一床边由至少两段床边单元组成,床边单元之间通过紧固件连接;拆装时,床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑可置于容置腔中。
进一步,所述床头由床头主体及枢接于床头主体上的盖板组成,床头主体上形成容置腔,压上盖板将床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑置于容置腔中,借助锁固件将盖板固定。
进一步,所述锁固件为卡扣、拉锁或者魔术贴。
进一步,所述紧固件上安装支撑脚,使用状态下,所述支撑脚接触地面。
进一步,所述紧固件设置为上连接杆及下连接杆,上连接杆与下连接杆平行设置,通过螺丝锁固将床边单元连接形成组合床边,下连接杆上安装支撑脚。
进一步,所述紧固件设置为'工'字型,由上连接杆、下连接杆及中间连接杆组成,上连接杆与下连接杆平行设置,中间连接杆一端连接上连接杆,另一端连接下连接杆;上连接杆及下连接杆通过螺丝锁固将床边单元连接形成组合床边,下连接杆上安装支撑脚。
进一步,所述床板支撑由安装于第一床边的第一支撑,两边分别可拆卸连接床头及床尾的中间支撑,以及安装于第二床边的第二支撑组成。
采用上述方案后,本发明床头形成容置腔,而第一床边及第二床边每一床边由至少两段床边单元组成,床边单元之间通过紧固件连接;拆装时,床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑可置于容置腔中,使得在运输时,拆除紧固件可将第一床边及第二床边进行拆分成床边单元,同时可将床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑置于容置腔中,使得整床运输时,体积较小,单位集装柜可以容纳更多的床,从而节省运输空间,节省运输成本。
而且,由于将床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑置于容置腔中,作为一整体运输,在网购物流中,可以作为一单运输,而无需多单运输,节约物流成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细描述。
参阅图1至图6所示,本发明揭示的一种折叠床,包括床头1、第一床边21、第二床边22、床尾3及床板支撑4。
如图4所示,第一床边21及第二床边22一端与床头1可拆连接,另一端与床尾可拆连接,形成床的骨架,通常借助卡扣结构实现可拆,该卡扣结构为现有技术,此处不赘述。第一床边21及第二床边22之间安装用于支撑床板5的床板支撑4,如图6所示。
如图1及图2所示,床头1形成容置腔11,而第一床边21及第二床边22每一床边由至少两段床边单元(211、221)组成,如图4所示,床边单元(211、221)之间通过紧固件6连接;拆装时,床边单元(211、221)、床尾3、床板5及床板支撑4可置于容置腔11中。
在运输时,拆除紧固件6可将第一床边21及第二床边22进行拆分成床边单元(211、221),同时可将床边单元(211、221)、床尾3、床板5及床板支撑4置于容置腔11中,使得整床运输时,体积较小,单位集装柜可以容纳更多的床,从而节省运输空间,节省运输成本。
本实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述床头1由床头主体12及枢接于床头主体12上的盖板13组成,床头主体12上形成容置腔11,压上盖板13将床边单元(211、221)、床尾3、床板5及床板支撑4置于容置腔11中,借助锁固件(图中未示出)将盖板13固定。所述锁固件可以为卡扣、拉锁或者魔术贴。同时,本实施例中,床头主体12由三部分组成。
所述紧固件6上安装支撑脚61,使用状态下,所述支撑脚61接触地面,以增加紧固件6使用状态下的强度。
所述紧固件6可以设置为上连接杆62及下连接杆63,上连接杆62与下连接杆63平行设置,通过螺丝锁固将床边单元(211、221)连接形成组合床边(21、22),下连接杆63上安装支撑脚61。
为增加紧固件6的强度,所述紧固件6也可以设置为'工'字型,由上连接杆62、下连接杆63及中间连接杆(图中未示出)组成,上连接杆62与下连接杆63平行设置,中间连接杆一端连接上连接杆62,另一端连接下连接杆63。上连接杆62及下连接杆63通过螺丝锁固将床边单元(211、221)连接形成组合床边(21、22),下连接杆63上安装支撑脚61。所述紧固件6也可以设置为其它结构。
如图4所示,所述床板支撑4由安装于第一床边21的第一支撑41,两边分别可拆卸连接床头1及床尾3的中间支撑42,以及安装于第二床边22的第二支撑(图中未显示)组成。其中,第一支撑41可以由安装于床边单元211上的支撑单元及上连接杆62组成,即上连接杆62兼具紧固件6功能及床板支撑4功能;同理,第二支撑可以由安装于床边单元221上的支撑单元及上连接杆62组成,即上连接杆62兼具紧固件6功能及床板支撑4功能;中间支撑42由三个支撑单元组成。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1、一种折叠床,包括床头、第一床边、第二床边、床尾及床板支撑;第一床边及第二床边一端与床头可拆连接,另一端与床尾可拆连接,形成床的骨架,第一床边及第二床边之间安装用于支撑床板的床板支撑;其特征在于:床头形成容置腔,而第一床边及第二床边每一床边由至少两段床边单元组成,床边单元之间通过紧固件连接;拆装时,床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑可置于容置腔中。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述床头由床头主体及枢接于床头主体上的盖板组成,床头主体上形成容置腔,压上盖板将床边单元、床尾、床板及床板支撑置于容置腔中,借助锁固件将盖板固定。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述锁固件为卡扣、拉锁或者魔术贴。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述紧固件设置为上连接杆及下连接杆,上连接杆与下连接杆平行设置,通过螺丝锁固将床边单元连接形成组合床边,下连接杆上安装支撑脚。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述紧固件设置为'工'字型,由上连接杆、下连接杆及中间连接杆组成,上连接杆与下连接杆平行设置,中间连接杆一端连接上连接杆,另一端连接下连接杆;上连接杆及下连接杆通过螺丝锁固将床边单元连接形成组合床边,下连接杆上安装支撑脚。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述紧固件上安装支撑脚,使用状态下,所述支撑脚接触地面。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种折叠床,其特征在于:所述床板支撑由安装于第一床边的第一支撑,两边分别可拆卸连接床头及床尾的中间支撑,以及安装于第二床边的第二支撑组成。
