折叠床架侧板的锁固装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠床架，尤指一种折叠床架侧板的锁固装置。
背景技术
目前，金属制成的床架相对木质床架来说成本大幅降低，且体积小重量轻，另外，金属床架制成可收折的结构非常容易，因此大大方便了搬运及运输，为此金属床架大有替代木质床架之势。
现有的可折叠的铁质床架种类很多，结构各异，如图1所示，就是其中一种典型的折叠床架结构。所述的折叠床架包括床板架1及若干枢接在一床板架1下方支脚2。该床板架1一般可以纵向对折，或者纵向四折，以便可以使床架折叠以减小收折体积。所述的支脚2可收折到床板架1的底部。该床架在使用时，将床架展开后直接在其上放置床垫即可。
然而，有些使用者喜爱具有床头侧板或床尾背板的床，而上述现有结构的折叠床架，要想设置床头侧板或床尾侧板则非常不方便。这是因为这种床架的床板架1是平面，并没有额外安装固定侧板的结构，要安装侧板时需要另外搭建侧板支撑杆，搭建侧板支撑杆的方式可以采用焊接等等。但是无论现有的何种方式，其组装过程都较为繁琐，尤其不方便消费者自行组装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其可方便组装固定床头或床尾的侧板，以方便消费者使用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，该锁固装置包括安装部、连接杆及支撑片，连接杆一端连接安装部，另一端连接支撑片，所述安装部安装于床架位于纵向边缘的支脚上，所述支撑片为片状体，其上开有若干用以锁固侧板的固定槽孔。
所述安装部设有通孔套于所述支脚上，位于床架纵向边缘的两支脚之间还连接有一横杆，该安装部还设有一钩部钩于该横杆上。
所述安装部由第一片体及第二片体组成，该第一片体与所述连接杆端部连接，该第二片体设有凹槽及两凸耳，凹槽与第一片体对合后形成通孔套于所述支脚上，凸耳则通过螺钉与第一片体锁合并将两者夹固于支脚上。
所述第一片体上设有钩部，位于床架纵向边缘的两支脚之间还连接有一横杆，该钩部钩于该横杆上。
所述支撑片相对床架的外侧设有挡片。
采用上述方案后，由于本发明在折叠床架位于纵向边缘的支脚上各安装了一个锁固装置，该锁固装置的支撑片可方便将床头或床尾侧板锁固在其上，因此可非常便捷的组装和拆卸侧板。而且该锁固装置的安装部，可以采用两片式结构，令锁固装置可方便安装于支脚上，也可方便从支脚上卸下，当要折叠床架时，只需将其从床架上拆除，而不影响床架的正常收折，大大方便了消费者使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种折叠床架的侧板锁固装置，如图2及图3所示，为本发明的较佳实施例。所述的锁固装置安装于床架的纵向边缘的支脚上，用以方便安装床头或床尾的侧板。所述的床架包括可折叠的床板架1及若干枢接于床板架1下方的支脚2。其中：
所述的床板架1由若干纵横连接的杆件组成，其至少可以纵向中间对折，也可以纵向四折，具体折叠结构不是本案重点，不赘述。所述的支脚2安装在床板架1的下方，其可收折于床板架1的底部。一般来说，支脚可以根据实际需要设置多个，本实施例中，所述的支脚2设有对称的六根，且在横向相对的两个支脚2之间还连接有一横杆3，以起到加强连接的作用。
本发明的关键在于：在所述的位于纵向边缘的支脚2上安装有一侧板锁固装置4。如图3所示，该锁固装置4包括安装部41、连接杆42及支撑片43。所述连接杆42一端连接安装部41，另一端连接支撑片43。所述安装部41设有通孔411套于支脚2上，其还设有一钩部412钩于所述横杆3上。该安装部41可由第一片体413及第二片体414组成，该第一片体413与所述连接杆42端部焊接，其上形成所述的钩部412；该第二片体414设有凹槽及两凸耳415，凹槽与第一片体413对合后形成所述的通孔411，凸耳415则通过螺钉416与第一片体413锁合在一起。组装时，将第一、第二片体413、414所形成的通孔411套于支脚2上，并用螺钉416将两者锁固而夹紧安装在支脚2上，同时以所述钩部412钩于所述横杆3上，以防止锁固装置4向下滑移。所述的支撑片43为片状体，其上开有若干固定槽孔431，该支撑片43相对床架的外侧还可设有挡片44。
当将两个呈对称结构的两锁固装置4安装在床架位于纵向边缘的两支脚2上后，即可以方便的安装床头或床尾侧板。具体如图4所示，安装侧板5时，先将该侧板5竖向放置支撑于两锁固装置4的连接杆42上，其两侧夹于两锁固装置4相对的挡片44之间，其外侧则靠于锁固装置4的支撑片43上，然后用螺丝穿过支撑片43上的固定槽孔431，将侧板5锁于支撑片43上，这样即可方便安装侧板5。图4中所示仅安装了床头侧板，使用者也可以以同样的方式安装床尾侧板。在实际使用中，使用者可根据自己的需要仅安装床头侧板，也可以在床头、床尾均安装侧板。
所述的锁固装置4的安装部41采用两片式结构，可以方便将其安装到床架的支脚2上，也可以方便拆卸。因此当收折床架，只需将该锁固装置4从支脚2上拆下，而不会影响整个床架的折叠。

Claims (5)

1、一种折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其特征在于：该锁固装置包括安装部、连接杆及支撑片，连接杆一端连接安装部，另一端连接支撑片，所述安装部安装于床架位于纵向边缘的支脚上，所述支撑片为片状体，其上开有若干用以锁固侧板的固定槽孔。
2、如权利要求1所述折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其特征在于：所述安装部设有通孔套于所述支脚上，位于床架纵向边缘的两支脚之间还连接有一横杆，该安装部还设有一钩部钩于该横杆上。
3、如权利要求1所述折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其特征在于：所述安装部由第一片体及第二片体组成，该第一片体与所述连接杆端部连接，该第二片体设有凹槽及两凸耳，凹槽与第一片体对合后形成通孔套于所述支脚上，凸耳则通过螺钉与第一片体锁合并将两者夹固于支脚上。
4、如权利要求3所述折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其特征在于：所述第一片体上设有钩部，位于床架纵向边缘的两支脚之间还连接有一横杆，该钩部钩于该横杆上。
5、如权利要求1-4之一所述折叠床架侧板的锁固装置，其特征在于：所述支撑片相对床架的外侧设有挡片。
