Description

可拆卸的床背板结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种床,尤指一种可拆卸的床背板结构。
背景技术
目前,金属制成的床架相对木质床架来说成本大幅降低,且体积小重量轻,另外,金属床架制成可收折的结构非常容易,因此大大方便了搬运及运输,为此金属床架大有替代木质床架之势。
现有的可折叠的铁质床架种类很多,结构各异,但通常包括可纵向折叠的床板架及若干枢接在床板架下方的支脚。这种折叠床架在使用时,将床架展开后直接在其上放置床垫即可。而有些使用者喜爱具有背板的床,床背板可以做为靠背使用,这样就可以躺靠在床上。但是,目前的床背板一般是一整块的板,并不可以收折,即使可以将其从床架上拆除,也会增加床架的收折体积。而且,一整块的背板重量很重,也不适合重量轻双方便收折的折叠床架。为此,如何减小床背板的收折体积,以便适应现有的折叠床架,是目前业者考虑的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可拆卸的床背板结构,其令床背板可拆卸收折,以减小折叠床的收折体积及重量。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种可拆卸的床背板结构,该床背板包括背板支架及罩于背板支架之外的软质背板罩;该背板支架由至少两根相互连接的上横杆、至少两根相互连接的下横杆及两根竖杆组成;位于边缘的两根上横杆为L形,其L形长端与另外的上横杆插接,短端与竖杆插接;所述的下横杆为直杆,而位于边缘两根下横杆内端与另外的下横杆插接,外端枢接于竖杆上。
所述的背板支架还包括至少一根工字形加强杆,该加强杆的上下两短杆分别与相邻的上下横杆插接。
所述的两根竖杆下端还插接有一竖杆延伸杆。
所述的加强杆与上横杆或者与下横杆之间设置有将两者连接的活动连接结构。
所述的竖杆与竖杆延伸杆之间设置有将两者连接的活动连接结构。
所述的活动连接结构为螺钉连接结构。
所述的活动连接结构为可相互卡固的弹性凸粒及连接孔连接结构。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明所述的床背板由背板支架及罩于背板支架之外的软质背板罩组成,该背板支架又由可相互插接的杆件组成,这样背板支架的各杆件可相互插接以组成方形框架供背板罩罩设,也可以相互拆卸以成为独立的杆件,令床背板可以收折,且背板罩为软质材料制成,也可以折叠,从而达到收折床背板的目的。这种床背板结构可以广泛应用于各种折叠床上,可令具有背板的折叠床同样具有较小的收折体积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种床背板,如图1、2、3所示,为本发明的较佳实施例。所述的床背板包括背板支架1及背板罩2。其中:
所述的背板支架1由若干杆件相互活动连接而成方形框架,本实施例中,所述背板支架1由两根上横杆11、两根下横杆12、一根加强杆13、两根竖杆14及两根竖杆延伸杆15组成。该两根上横杆11为L形,其L形长端与加强杆13插接,短端与竖杆14插接。该两根下横杆12为直杆,其内端与加强杆13插接,外端枢接于竖杆14上。该加强杆13为工字形,其上下两短杆分别与上下横杆11、12插接。该两根竖杆14的下端还插接有一竖杆延伸杆15。
所述的上下横杆11、12、加强杆13及竖杆14相互连接后,只需在工形加强杆13与上横杆或者下横杆其中一处设置活动连接结构,即可令其它连接部位相互牵制而成稳固的方形框架。该活动连接结构16可为螺钉连接;也可为弹性凸粒及连接孔连接,即相互插接的两杆件较细杆内安装一伸出杆外的弹性凸粒,并在较粗杆上设置与弹性凸粒卡接的连接孔,该连接是常见的两杆件活动连接结构,不再予以图示说明。
所述的竖杆14与竖杆延伸杆15相互插接后,可以再设置活动连接结构以固定两者的插接状态,也可以不再设置活动连接结构。即使不设置活动连接结构,由于两者的插接状态是在竖直方向,也不易令两者分离。另外,所述竖杆延伸杆的设置是为了缩短竖杆的长度,以进一步减小收折体积。
所述背板支架1的各根杆件在相互插接成方形框架之后,将一下端具有开口的软质的背板罩2从上方套在该背板支架1上,即成为完整的床背板,如图3所示。然后再以伸出背板罩2的竖杆14或者竖杆延伸杆15固定于床架上,即构成具有背板的折叠床(未予图示)。
所述组装起来的床背板,在除下背板罩2及解除各杆件的连接关系之后,即可以收折(如图4所示),背板罩2由于为软质材料制成,也可以方便折叠,从而可以达到收折床背板的目的。
需要说明的是:所述的加强杆13并非必要设置,也就是说,上下横杆11、12可以直接相互插接。该加强杆的设置一方面是为了进一步缩短横杆的长度,一方面是起到加强横杆强度的作用。而该加强杆也可以设置多根,以进一步增加横杆的强度,尤其对于宽度较宽的床来说,设置多个加强杆尤为重要。

Claims (7)

1、一种可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:该床背板包括背板支架及罩于背板支架之外的软质背板罩;该背板支架由至少两根相互连接的上横杆、至少两根相互连接的下横杆及两根竖杆组成;位于边缘的两根上横杆为L形,其L形长端与另外的上横杆插接,短端与竖杆插接;所述的下横杆为直杆,而位于边缘两根下横杆内端与另外的下横杆插接,外端枢接于竖杆上。
2、如权利要求1所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的背板支架还包括至少一根工字形加强杆,该加强杆的上下两短杆分别与相邻的上下横杆插接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的两根竖杆下端还插接有一竖杆延伸杆。
4、如权利要求3所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的加强杆与上横杆或者与下横杆之间设置有将两者连接的活动连接结构。
5、如权利要求3所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的竖杆与竖杆延伸杆之间设置有将两者连接的活动连接结构。
6、如权利要求4或5所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的活动连接结构为螺钉连接结构。
7、如权利要求4或5所述可拆卸的床背板结构,其特征在于:所述的活动连接结构为可相互卡固的弹性凸粒及连接孔连接结构。
