具体的,结合图1至图3所示,上述绕线组件5包括:第二夹紧部件51、第三夹紧部件52、第三动力装置53、第四动力装置54、第四夹紧部件55、第五动力装置56;
上述第二夹紧部件51与上述第三夹紧部件52相对设置,且上述第二夹紧部件51的端部与上述第三夹紧部件52的端部均设有开口,用于分别夹紧上述第三预设长度的导油绳的两端;
上述第三动力装置53与上述第二夹紧部件51连接,用于带动上述第二夹紧部件51的端部的开口张开或夹紧上述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端;

上述导油绳加工组件包括:导油绳固定部件61、导油绳切断部件62、导油绳运送部件63;
上述导油绳固定部件61用于将导油绳原料按照上述第三预设长度进行固定;

上述第一夹紧轴513可活动设置,上述第一夹紧轴513的夹紧端5131设有上述开口;
上述第一夹紧环514套设于上述第一夹紧轴513的夹紧端5131,且上述第一夹紧轴513的夹紧端5131设有限位凸部,用于防止上述第一夹紧环514与上述第一夹紧轴513发生相对运动后脱落;

需要说明的是,上述第一夹紧轴513可活动设置,即可受到外力的作用产生滑动;上述第一夹紧环514套设于上述第一夹紧轴513的夹紧端5131,该第一夹紧环514的表面与该第一夹紧轴513的表面接触,与该第一夹紧轴513可相对滑动;该第一夹紧轴513的夹紧端5131设有上述开口,该开口具有弹性,可收缩以及舒张,上述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端从该开口进入,以便该夹紧端5131夹紧;该夹紧端5131设有限位凸部,该限位凸部可以设置为直径比上述第一夹紧轴513大的夹紧端,具体实现方式此处不作限制;在该第一夹紧环514与该第一夹紧轴513发生相对运动后,该第一夹紧环514被该限位凸部抵住,从而防止从该第一夹紧轴513上脱落。同理,上述第二夹紧轴523与上述第二夹紧环524的设置方式和工作原理一致,不同之处在于该第二夹紧轴523为固定设置,即不轻易受到外力的作用而产生滑动。

进一步的,上述装置还固定设置有滚筒,用于将上述第一预设长度的电子线分别与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的连接端子传送至上述连接组件3。
为便于更好的实施本发明实施例的电热丝绕线装置,下面还提供用于配合该电热丝绕线装置的电热丝组件的制造方法。
请参阅图13,本发明实施例中电热丝组件的制造方法的一个实施例包括:
1301、将第一预设长度的电子线分别与第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连;
1302、当上述第二预设长度的电热丝到达第一预定位置后,分别将与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧;
1303、带动与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线沿第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向以及径向运动,并带动上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以及与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线绕上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以使上述第二预设长度的电热丝缠绕在上述第三预设长度的导油绳上。
本发明实施例中,当上述第二预设长度的电热丝到达第一预定位置后,分别将与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧;带动与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线沿第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向以及径向运动,并带动上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以及与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线绕上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以使上述第二预设长度的电热丝缠绕在上述第三预设长度的导油绳上。因此,本发明不仅提高了工作效 率,而且能准确的控制电热丝缠绕的长度以保证电子烟产品的质量及使用寿命。
请参阅图14,本发明实施例中电热丝组件的制造方法的另一实施例包括:
1401、将电热丝原料切断为第二预设长度的电热丝;
1402、将第一预设长度的电子线分别与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连;
1403、当上述第二预设长度的电热丝到达第一预定位置后,分别将与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧;
1404、带动与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线沿第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向以及径向运动,并带动上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以及与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线绕上述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以使上述第二预设长度的电热丝缠绕在上述第三预设长度的导油绳上。
需要说明的是,上述将第一预设长度的电子线分别与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的方式可通过铆接机进行铆接或通过焊接机进行焊接,具体连接方式此处不作限定。
在上述分别将与上述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的上述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧之前还包括如下步骤:
将导油绳原料按照上述第三预设长度进行固定;
将固定后的上述导油绳原料切断为上述第三预设长度的导油绳;
当上述第三预设长度的导油绳到达第二预定位置后,分别夹紧上述第三预设长度的导油绳的两端。
本发明实施例中,将电热丝原料切断为第二预设长度的电热丝,以便于后续步骤,可提高工作效率,而且能准确的控制电热丝的长度以保证电子烟产品的质量及使用寿命。

  1. 一种电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,包括:连接组件、送线组件、绕线组件;
    所述连接组件用于将第一预设长度的电子线分别与第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连;
    所述送件组件与所述连接组件相连,用于将相连有所述第一预设长度的电子线的所述第二预设长度的电热丝传送至所述绕线组件;
    所述送件组件包括第一夹紧部件、第一动力装置、第二动力装置;
    所述第一夹紧部件用于夹紧与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线;
    所述第一动力装置与所述第一夹紧部件相连,用于带动所述第一夹紧部件沿第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向运动,以使所述与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线沿所述第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向运动;
    所述第二动力装置与所述第一夹紧部件相连,用于带动所述第一夹紧部件沿所述第三预设长度的导油绳的径向运动,以使所述与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线沿所述第三预设长度的导油绳的径向运动;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述绕线组件 包括:第二夹紧部件、第三夹紧部件、第三动力装置、第四动力装置、第四夹紧部件、第五动力装置;
    所述第二夹紧部件与所述第三夹紧部件相对设置,且所述第二夹紧部件的端部与所述第三夹紧部件的端部均设有开口,用于分别夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的两端;
    所述第三动力装置与所述第二夹紧部件连接,用于带动所述第二夹紧部件的端部的开口张开或夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端;
    所述第四动力装置与所述第三夹紧部件连接,用于带动所述第三夹紧部件的端部的开口张开或夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端;
    所述第四夹紧部件设置于所述第三夹紧部件上,且面对所述第二夹紧部件,用于夹紧与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线;
    所述第五动力装置分别与所述第二夹紧部件和所述第三夹紧部件相连,用于带动所述第二夹紧部件、所述第三夹紧部件以及所述第四夹紧部件一起旋转,以使所述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转且所述与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线绕所述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:导油绳加工组件;
    所述导油绳加工组件包括:导油绳固定部件、导油绳切断部件、导油绳运送部件;
    所述导油绳固定部件用于将导油绳原料按照所述第三预设长度进行固定;
    所述导油绳切断部件与所述导油绳固定部件连接,用于将固定后的所述导油绳原料切断为所述第三预设长度的导油绳;
    所述导油绳运送部件与所述导油绳切断部件连接,用于将所述第三预设长度的导油绳运送至所述第二夹紧部件与所述第三夹紧部件之间进行夹紧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第二夹紧 部件包括第一夹子、第一转轴;
    所述第一夹子与所述第一转轴连接;
    当所述第一夹子绕所述第一转轴旋转时,所述第一夹子夹紧或松开所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第三动力装置包括第一推板、第一推杆、第一气缸;
    所述第一推板与所述第一夹子的端面抵接,所述第一推杆与所述第一推板固定连接,所述第一气缸与所述第一推杆连接;
    当所述第一气缸带动所述第一推杆以及所述第一推板向远离所述第一夹子的方向运动时,所述第一夹子绕所述第一转轴旋转,所述第一夹子松开所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端;
    当所述第一气缸带动所述第一推杆以及所述第一推板向靠近所述第一夹子的方向运动时,所述第一夹子绕所述第一转轴旋转,所述第一夹子夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第三夹紧部件包括第二夹子、第二转轴;
    所述第二夹子与所述第二转轴连接;
    当所述第二夹子绕所述第二转轴旋转时,所述第二夹子夹紧或松开所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第四动力装置包括第二推板、第二推杆、第二气缸;
    所述第二推板与所述第二夹子的端面抵接,所述第二推杆与所述第二推板固定连接,所述第二气缸与所述第二推杆连接;
    当所述第二气缸带动所述第二推杆以及所述第二推板向远离所述第二夹子的方向运动时,所述第二夹子绕所述第二转轴旋转,所述第二夹子松开所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端;
    当所述第二气缸带动所述第二推杆以及所述第二推板向靠近所述第二夹 子的方向运动时,所述第二夹子绕所述第二转轴旋转,所述第二夹子夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第二夹紧部件包括第一夹紧轴、第一夹紧环;
    所述第一夹紧轴可活动设置,所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端设有所述开口;
    所述第一夹紧环套设于所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端,且所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端设有限位凸部,用于防止所述第一夹紧环与所述第一夹紧轴发生相对运动后脱落;
    当所述第一夹紧环向靠近所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动时,所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口收缩,以夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第三动力装置包括第三推杆、第三气缸;
    所述第三推杆与所述第一夹紧环连接,所述第三气缸与所述第三推杆连接;
    当所述第三气缸带动所述第三推杆推动所述第一夹紧环向靠近所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动时,所述第一夹紧环带动所述第一夹紧轴向所述导油绳运送部件方向运动,以使所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端进入到所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口中;
    当所述第一夹紧轴运动至与所述导油绳运送部件的端面抵接时,所述第一夹紧环向靠近所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动,所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口收缩,以夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第三夹紧部件包括第二夹紧轴、第二夹紧环;
    所述第二夹紧轴固定设置于所述第一夹紧轴的对端,所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端设有所述开口;
    所述第二夹紧环套设于所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端,且所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端设有所述限位凸部,用于防止所述第二夹紧环与所述第二夹紧轴发生相对 运动后脱落;
    当所述第一夹紧轴运动至所述导油绳运送部件的端面时,所述第一夹紧轴推动所述导油绳运送部件向靠近所述第二夹紧轴的方向运动,以使所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端进入到所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口中;
    当所述导油绳运送部件运动至与所述第二夹紧环的端面抵接时,所述第一夹紧环向靠近所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动,所述第一夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口收缩,以夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的一端;
    当所述第二夹紧环向靠近所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动时,所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口收缩,以夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述第四动力装置包括第四推杆、第四气缸;
    所述第四推杆与所述第二夹紧环连接,所述第四气缸与所述第四推杆连接;
    当所述第一夹紧轴夹紧所述预设长度的导油绳的一端时,所述导油绳运送部件松开所述第三预设长度的导油绳,并向偏离所述第二夹紧部件与所述第三夹紧部件的方向运动,所述第四气缸带动所述第四推杆推动所述第二夹紧环向靠近所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端方向运动,所述第二夹紧轴的夹紧端的开口收缩,以夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的另一端。
  12. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括电热丝切断部件、铆接机;
    所述电热丝切断部件用于将电热丝原料切断为所述第二预设长度的电热丝;
    所述铆接机与所述电热丝切断部件连接,用于将所述第一预设长度的电子线分别与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端铆接。
  13. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的电热丝绕线装置,其特征在于,所述装置还固定设置有滚筒,用于将所述第一预设长度的电子线分别与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的连接端子传送至所述连接组件。
  14. 一种电热丝组件的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    将第一预设长度的电子线分别与第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连;
    当所述第二预设长度的电热丝到达第一预定位置后,分别将与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧;
    带动与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线沿第三预设长度的导油绳的轴向以及径向运动,并带动所述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以及与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的另一端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线绕所述第三预设长度的导油绳旋转,以使所述第二预设长度的电热丝缠绕在所述第三预设长度的导油绳上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电热丝组件的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将第一预设长度的电子线分别与第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连之前包括:
    将电热丝原料切断为所述第二预设长度的电热丝。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电热丝组件的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将第一预设长度的电子线分别与第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连具体包括:
    将所述第一预设长度的电子线分别与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端铆接。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电热丝组件的制造方法,其特征在于,所述分别将与所述第二预设长度的电热丝的两端相连的所述第一预设长度的电子线夹紧之前还包括:
    将导油绳原料按照所述第三预设长度进行固定;
    将固定后的所述导油绳原料切断为所述第三预设长度的导油绳;
    当所述第三预设长度的导油绳到达第二预定位置后,分别夹紧所述第三预设长度的导油绳的两端。
