技术领域

背景技术

此处,软管为本技术领域常用的用于输血输液等的柔性软管。也就是说,在使用前,若干滑件层叠的套设于针座外,处于回缩的状态,此时针头暴露在外,可以通过针套套住针头对针头进行遮蔽。使用时,将针套取下,进行输血等作业,在作业完成后,拔出针头的过程中,将若干个筒形的滑件在滑动展开后,通过设置于滑件和针座上的限位机构首尾相接的固定,同时遮蔽针头以避免针头对操作者或患者的伤害。这样一来,拔出针头时既保证了安全性,同时又避免了现有技术中针头突然回弹所造成的痛苦。
另外,由于静脉针操作部位的长度(即除去软管部分的针座等部件的长度)至少应该是针座加上针头的长度,而针头的长度一般为标准长度不可改变,因此,针座的长度设计成为决定静脉针操作部位长度的关键。本发明中,由于采用了多个滑件层叠相套的结构,在回缩状态时(即针头完全暴露时),相比只采用一个滑件,多个滑件层套结构可以明显的降低针座的设计长度。
较佳的,所述一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针包括有一第一滑件和一 第二滑件,所述第一滑件活动套设于所述针座外,所述第二滑件活动套设于所述第一滑件外。
较佳的,所述限位机构包括有一第一弹性垫圈、两个第二弹性垫圈和两个第三弹性垫圈;
所述第一弹性垫圈贴设于所述第一滑件靠近所述软管的一端的内周上,且,所述第一弹性垫圈的边缘与所述第一滑件的内壁平滑的贴合;
两个所述第二弹性垫圈套合并贴设于所述针座上,所述第二弹性垫圈用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动伸展至完全遮蔽所述针头或所述针头完全暴露时,与所述第一弹性垫圈相卡合,以限制所述第一滑件的移动;
所述第三弹性垫圈分别设置于所述第一滑件远离所述软管的一端的外周和所述第二滑件靠近所述软管的内周,所述第三弹性垫圈用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动伸展至完全遮蔽所述针头或所述针头完全暴露时,相互卡合以限制所述第二滑件的移动。
较佳的,所述限位机构包括两个弹性扣件和四个卡槽;
两个所述卡槽设置于所述针座上,一个所述弹性扣件设置于所述第一滑件上,所述第一滑件的外周上也设置有两个所述卡槽,所述第二滑件上也设置有一所述弹性扣件,所述弹性扣件和所述卡槽用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动至完全遮蔽所述针头或者所述针头完全暴露时相互扣合,以限制所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件的移动。
较佳的,所述第一滑件上还设置有一弹性卡件,所述弹性卡件用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动至完全遮蔽所述针头时弹出以防止所述第二滑件往所述软管的方向倒退。
此处,由于第一滑件和第二滑件展开后,需要保证遮蔽针头不暴露,其相互之间的卡合的稳定性直接与静脉针使用的安全性相关。因此在第一滑件的外周设置了向外弹出的弹性卡件,在第二滑件顺着第一滑件展开至预定的位置后,弹性卡件向外弹出,若第二滑件往回滑动,则弹性卡件会抵触第二 滑件的边缘等部位,使其无法往回滑动。
较佳的,所述第二滑件在靠近所述软管的一端环设有一平滑的突出部。突出部用于在所述针头插入人体时防止皮肤卡在所述第一滑件与所述第二滑件的夹缝。
此处,由于滑件、针座之间是滑动叠套的,因此滑件之间、滑件与针座之间必然存在缝隙。这些缝隙在操作过程中容易夹住患者的皮肤,造成患者的痛苦。设置有突出部后,突出部在操作中会与患者皮肤抵触,使得皮肤产生轻微凹陷,这样一来与突出部接触部位周边的皮肤就能避免与带有缝隙的第一滑件、第二滑件和针座的结合部接触,使得皮肤不容易被缝隙夹住。
较佳的,所述第二滑件的侧边上设置有一平滑面,所述平滑面与所述针头的轴心线之间存在5°~20°的夹角。
较佳的,所述第二滑件在所述平滑面的一侧设置有一缺口,所述缺口的所在的平面与所述针头的轴心线平行;
所述缺口的一端延伸至所述第二滑件远离所述软管的开口,另一端延伸直至与所述平滑面相交。
此处,在第一滑件、第二滑件展开的过程中,针头需要尽量保持贴近患者的皮肤,因此,如果第一滑件、第二滑件直径过大,则无法满足要求。所以在第二滑件上设置平滑面,可以使第一滑件、第二滑件在展开过程中针头也能贴近皮肤。在平滑面延伸至靠近针头轴心线开设缺口,可以进一步满足针头贴近皮肤的要求,减少患者的痛苦。同时,为了防止针头在操作完成时或完成后误伤操作者等,针头与缺口的距离不能太近。
较佳的,所述缺口与所述针头的轴心线的距离为一设定距离。
较佳的,所述一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针还包括有一把手,所述第二滑件上设置有至少一防滑区;
所述滑件由弹性材料制成,所述滑件与所述弹性扣件一体成型,所述针座与所述卡槽一体成型;
所述把手固定于所述针座与所述软管连接的一端;
所述限位机构还包括有环设于所述第一滑件或所述针座上的至少一挡接部,所述挡接部用于在所述卡槽与所述弹性扣件卡合后,防止所述第一滑件、所述第二滑件在拉伸力的作用下脱出。
此处,挡接部可以进一步防止滑件、针座直接的脱出,挡接部可以是任意的阻挡性结构,例如针座与第一滑件上靠近针头的一端外壁上设置环状挡圈,第一滑件和第二滑件靠近软管的一端在内侧壁上设置两个突起,拉伸后通过第一、第二滑件内侧壁上两个突起卡在环状挡圈上。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:通过设置多个滑件层套于针座,使得本发明的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针的操作部位长度更短,并且通过滑件层层展开以在使用中和使用后遮蔽针头,提高了安全性并减轻了患者的痛苦。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
图1为本实施例的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针在展开时的平面图,图2为本实施例的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针在回缩时的平面图,如图1~2所示,本实施例涉及的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针包括有针座3、针套、软管6和针头4,针套套设于针头4上,软管6与针座3连通,针座3为筒形,针座3的一端固定并连通针头4,另一端与软管6连接。
图3~4为本发明较佳实施例的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针的结构示意图,图5为图1沿A-A线的剖视图,如图3~5所示,本实施例涉及的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针还包括有滑件1和滑件2,滑件1活动套设于针座3外,滑件2活动套设于滑件1外。
滑件1和滑件2为相互嵌套、两端开口的筒形,位于最里层的滑件1活动的套设于针座3上,滑件1和滑件2在活动方向上的总长度大于针头4的长度。
弹性扣件13、弹性扣件21和卡槽31、卡槽32、卡槽11、卡槽12作为限位机构设置于针座3、滑件1和滑件2上,用于在滑件1和滑件2展开后或回缩状态时,将滑件1、滑件2和针座3相互卡合的固定。
其中,卡槽31、卡槽32设置于针座3上,弹性扣件13设置于滑件1上,卡槽11、卡槽12设置于滑件1的外周,弹性扣件21设置于滑件2上,弹性扣件13、弹性扣件21和卡槽31、卡槽32、卡槽11、卡槽12用于在滑件1和滑件2滑动至完全遮蔽针头4或者针头4完全暴露时相互扣合,以限制滑件1和滑件2的移动。
滑件1上还设置有弹性卡件14,弹性卡件14用于在滑件1和滑件2滑动至完全遮蔽针头4时弹出以防止滑件2往软管6的方向倒退。
滑件2在靠近软管6的一端环设有一平滑的突出部22,突出部22用于在针头4插入人体时防止皮肤卡在滑件1与滑件2的夹缝。
由于滑件1、滑件2、针座3之间是滑动叠套的,因此滑件1和滑件2之间、滑件1与针座3之间必然存在缝隙。这些缝隙在操作过程中容易夹住 患者的皮肤,造成患者的痛苦。设置有突出部22后,突出部22在操作中会与患者皮肤抵触,使得皮肤产生轻微凹陷,这样一来与突出部22接触部位周边的皮肤就能避免与带有缝隙的滑件1、滑件2和针座的结合部接触,使得皮肤不容易被缝隙夹住。
滑件2的侧边上设置有平滑面23,平滑面23与针头4的轴心线之间存在5°的夹角。滑件2在平滑面23的一侧设置有一缺口,缺口的所在的平面与针头4的轴心线平行。缺口的一端延伸至滑件2远离软管6的开口,另一端延伸直至与平滑面23相交。缺口与针头4的轴心线的距离为0.5mm。
本实施例涉及的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针还包括有一把手5,滑件2上设置有至少24防滑区(见图4)。滑件1和滑件2由弹性材料制成,且滑件1和滑件2与弹性扣件一体成型,针座3与卡槽32一体成型;把手5固定于针座3与软管6连接的一端。
在使用前,滑件1、滑件2层叠的套设于针座外,处于回缩的状态,此时针头4暴露在外,可以通过针套套住针头4对针头进行遮蔽。使用时,将针套取下,进行输血等作业,在作业完成后,拔出针头4的过程中,将筒形的滑件1、滑件2在滑动展开后,通过设置于滑件1、滑件2和针座上的限位机构(弹性卡件、弹性扣件等)首尾相接的固定,同时遮蔽针头4以避免针头对操作者或患者的伤害。这样一来,拔出针头时既保证了安全性,同时又避免了现有技术中针头突然回弹所造成的痛苦。
另外,滑件1、滑件2展开的过程中,针头4需要尽量保持贴近患者的皮肤,因此,如果滑件1、滑件2直径过大,则无法满足要求。所以在滑件2上设置平滑面23,可以使滑件1、滑件2在展开过程中针头4也能贴近皮肤。在平滑面23延伸至靠近针头轴心线开设缺口,可以进一步满足针头贴近皮肤的要求,减少患者的痛苦。
另外,滑件1和针座上都环设有作为挡接部的凸起和环状挡圈结构(图中未示出),针座与滑件1上近针头的一端外壁上设有环状挡圈,滑件1和 滑件2近软管的一端在内侧壁上有两个凸起,拉伸后通过内侧壁上两个凸起卡在环状挡圈后,用于在卡槽与弹性扣件卡合后,防止滑件1、滑件2在拉伸力的作用下脱出。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,例如,不使用弹性扣件和卡槽这样的卡扣结构,而是采用弹性垫圈相互卡合等方式紧固滑件于针座上等,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其包括有一针座、一针套、一软管和一针头,所述针套套设于所述针头上,所述软管与所述针座连通,其特征在于,所述一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针还包括有若干滑件和若干限位机构,所述针座为筒形,所述针座的一端固定并连通所述针头,另一端与所述软管连接;
    所述滑件为两端开口的筒形,所述若干滑件相互嵌套,位于最里层的所述滑件活动的套设于所述针座上,所述若干滑件在活动方向上的总长度大于所述针头的长度;
    所述限位机构设置于所述若干滑件和所述针座,用于在所述若干滑件滑动展开至完全遮蔽所述针头后,将最里层的所述滑件固定于所述针座上,并且所述若干滑件之间相互固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针包括有一第一滑件和一第二滑件,所述第一滑件活动套设于所述针座外,所述第二滑件活动套设于所述第一滑件外。
  3. 如权利要求1-2中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括有一第一弹性垫圈、两个第二弹性垫圈和两个第三弹性垫圈;
    所述第一弹性垫圈贴设于所述第一滑件靠近所述软管的一端的内周上,且,所述第一弹性垫圈的边缘与所述第一滑件的内壁平滑的贴合;
    两个所述第二弹性垫圈套合并贴设于所述针座上,所述第二弹性垫圈用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动伸展至完全遮蔽所述针头或所述针头完全暴露时,与所述第一弹性垫圈相卡合,以限制所述第一滑件的移动;
    所述第三弹性垫圈分别设置于所述第一滑件远离所述软管的一端的外 周和所述第二滑件靠近所述软管的内周,所述第三弹性垫圈用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动伸展至完全遮蔽所述针头或所述针头完全暴露时,相互卡合以限制所述第二滑件的移动。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括两个弹性扣件和四个卡槽;
    两个所述卡槽设置于所述针座上,一个所述弹性扣件设置于所述第一滑件上,所述第一滑件的外周上也设置有两个所述卡槽,所述第二滑件上也设置有一所述弹性扣件,所述弹性扣件和所述卡槽用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动至完全遮蔽所述针头或者所述针头完全暴露时相互扣合,以限制所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件的移动。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述第一滑件上还设置有一弹性卡件,所述弹性卡件用于在所述第一滑件和所述第二滑件滑动至完全遮蔽所述针头时弹出以防止所述第二滑件往所述软管的方向倒退。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述第二滑件在靠近所述软管的一端环设有一平滑的突出部。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述第二滑件的侧边上设置有一平滑面,所述平滑面与所述针头的轴心线之间存在5°~20°的夹角。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述第二滑件在所述平滑面的一侧设置有一缺口,所述缺口的所在的平面与所述针头的轴心线平行;
    所述缺口的一端延伸至所述第二滑件远离所述软管的开口,另一端延伸直至与所述平滑面相交。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺 针,其特征在于,所述缺口与所述针头的轴心线的距离为一设定距离。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中至少一项所述的一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针,其特征在于,所述一次性使用防针刺静脉输液穿刺针还包括有一把手,所述第二滑件上设置有至少一防滑区;
    所述滑件由弹性材料制成,所述滑件与所述弹性扣件一体成型,所述针座与所述卡槽一体成型;
    所述把手固定于所述针座与所述软管连接的一端;
