其中,所述第一卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾;所述第二卡接部为卡接腔,所述针孔通过卡接腔与所述收容腔连通,所述卡接腔与收容腔连通的接口的直径小于卡接腔中间的直径,使驱动杆的卡勾进入卡接腔后与卡勾的倒角卡接固定。
其中,所述针座包括相互连通第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道的内表面直径大于所述第二通道的内表面直径;
所述回拉件包括相互连接的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分的直径大于所述第二部分的直径,所述第一部分设置在第一通道内,所述第二部分设置在第二通道内,所述第一部分和第二部分内设有卡接针管的第三通道,所述第三通道的直径和所述针管的外径相适应;
所述卡接腔设置在第一部分内,并与第三通道连通,所述第三通道贯穿整个第二部分,所述第二部分的端部突出第一通道,所述第三通道在第二部分的端部的直径从内到外逐渐变大;所述第二部分的端部的外表面设有第一凸环,所述第一凸环的外表面直径大于第二通道内表面的直径。
其中,所述第一通道与收容腔连接的通道口直径小于第一通道中间的直径。
其中,所述第二通道的连通外部的通道口直径小于第二通道中间的直径。
其中,所述第一部分内还设有连接腔,所述连接腔一端连通卡接腔,所述连接腔另一端连通第三通道,所述连接腔的直径小于卡接腔的直径。
其中,所述第一通道和第二通道连接处设有阻挡部。
其中,所述针座对应回拉件的卡接腔设有第二凸环。
其中,所述回拉件包括具有通孔的连通段、第二卡接部、以及连接连通段和第二卡接部的过渡段,所述第二卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾,所述过渡段的直径小于卡勾底部的直径,所述针孔通过连通段与所述收容腔连通;所述第一卡接部为卡接槽,所述卡接槽对应针座设有卡接开口,所述卡接开口的宽度小于卡勾底部的宽度,所述卡接开口的宽度大于过渡段的宽度。
其中,所述卡接槽底面上内设有顶片,所述顶片与所述卡接开口的距离小于卡勾的长度,所述顶片的高度大于所述卡勾和顶片接触处与卡接槽底面的距离,使卡勾偏向一侧。
其中,所述卡勾上设有排水槽。
其中,所述卡勾从其顶部至其根部的大小逐渐增大,所述卡勾根部与驱动杆通过连接部连接,所述卡勾根部直径大于连接部直径形成倒角。
其中,所述驱动杆的另一端端部还设置有第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环,所述卡勾、第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环从所述驱动杆的另一端端部依次排列,所述第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环与外套内表面紧密接触。
其中,所述胶塞设置在第三凸环和第四凸环之间。
其中,所述外套设置第一凸耳和第二凸耳,所述第一凸耳和所述第二凸耳相对。
其中,所述第一凸耳上设置有一个或多个通孔。

其中,所述护套的另一端内侧对应针管设有凸块。
其中,所述护套的外表面设置有多个用于防滑的第二防滑条。
本发明提供的注射器,利用驱动杆的推动将注射液推射出去后,驱动杆端部的第一卡接部与针座内回拉件的第二卡接部卡接固定,第一卡接部和第二卡接部其中一个为具有倒角的卡勾,另一个为与卡勾配合的卡接腔,利用卡勾的倒角与卡接腔卡接固定,此时,再将驱动杆退回时,则将回拉件一同拉回收容腔内,同时因为针管与回拉件固定配合,则针管一同被拉回收容腔内,使注射器自毁,从而防止了注射器的二次使用、意外伤人和意外感染,解决了现有技术中因注射针外露导致的意外伤人、意外感染和二次使用的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参考图1至图11,本发明的注射器,其包括:
一外套100,包括一收容腔110;
一芯杆200,包括一拉动件210和一驱动杆220,所述拉动件210位于所述驱动杆220的一端端部,所述驱动杆220收容于所述收容腔110内,通过所述拉动件210控制驱动杆220在所述收容腔110内进行推拉运动,所述驱动杆220另一端端部设有第一卡接部;具有倒角231的卡勾230;
一胶塞500,套设在所述芯杆200的驱动杆220上;
一针座700,包括一针孔710和一回拉件300,所述针座700的一端套设于所述外套100上,所述回拉件300内设有第二卡接部卡接腔310,所述针孔710通过回拉件300与所述收容腔110连通,当所述驱动杆220的第一卡接部进入针座700后,所述第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接固定,使所述驱动杆220退回时将回拉件300一同拉回收容腔110内;
一针管600,设置在所述针孔710内,所述针管600的一部分位于所述针孔710内并与回拉件300配合固定,所述针管600的其余部分位于所述针孔710外部,所述针管600用于将收容腔110内的液体导出;
其中所述第一卡接部和第二卡接部其中一个为具有倒角的卡勾,另一个为与卡勾配合的卡接腔。
本实施例的注射器,利用驱动杆220的推动将注射液推射出去后,驱动杆220端部的第一卡接部与针座700内回拉件300的第二卡接部固定连接,其中所述第一卡接部和第二卡接部其中一个为具有倒角的卡勾,另一个为与卡勾配合的卡接腔。利用卡勾230的倒角231与卡接腔310卡接固定,此时,再将驱动杆220退 回时,则将回拉件300一同拉回收容腔110内,同时因为针管600与回拉件300固定配合,则针管600一同被拉回收容腔110内,使注射器自毁,从而防止了注射器的二次使用、意外伤人和意外感染,解决了现有技术中因注射针外露导致的意外伤人、意外感染和二次使用的问题。
请参考图6至图9,所述第一卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾230;所述第二卡接部为卡接腔310,所述针孔710通过卡接腔310与所述收容腔110连通,所述卡接腔310与收容腔110连通的接口的直径小于卡接腔310中间的直径,使驱动杆220的卡勾230进入卡接腔310后与卡勾230的倒角卡接固定。所述卡接腔310与收容腔110连通的接口的直径小于卡接腔310中间的直径,使驱动杆220的卡勾230进入卡接腔310后与卡勾230的倒角231卡接固定,当驱动杆220退回时将回拉件300一同拉回收容腔110内。
所述针座700包括相互连通第一通道720和第二通道730,所述第一通道720的内表面直径大于所述第二通道730的内表面直径;所述回拉件300包括相互连接的第一部分320和第二部分330,所述第一部分320的直径大于所述第二部分330的直径,所述第一部分320设置在第一通道720内,所述第二部分330设置在第二通道730内,所述第一部分320和第二部分330内设有卡接针管600的第三通道340,所述第三通道340的直径和所述针管600的外径相适应;所述卡接腔310设置在第一部分320内,并与第三通道340连通,所述第三通道340贯穿整个第二部分330,所述第二部分330的端部突出第一通道720,所述第三通道340在第二部分330的端部的直径从内到外逐渐变大;所述第二部分330的端部 的外表面设有第一凸环350,所述第一凸环350的外表面直径大于第二通道730内表面的直径。
回拉件300通过第三通道340固定针管600,回拉件300第二部分330的第一凸环350设置在第一通道720外,而且外表面直径大于第二通道730内表面的直接,能够起到卡住回拉件300的作用,使回拉件300和针座700固定。第三通道340在第二部分330的端部的直径从内到外逐渐变大,方便针管600进入第三通道340。
进一步的,所述第一通道720与收容腔110连接的通道口直径小于第一通道720中间的直径。第一通道720与收容腔110连接的通道口直径略小于第一通道720中间的直径,能够防止回拉件300从该通道口轻易滑出,配合第一凸环350从两端固定回拉件300。
进一步的,所述第二通道730的连通外部的通道口直径小于第二通道730中间的直径。配合第一凸环350,启动固定回拉件300的作用。第二通道730的连通外部的通道的厚度从内到外逐渐变厚,增强其固定力。
其中,所述第一部分320内还设有连接腔360,所述连接腔360一端连通卡接腔310,所述连接腔360另一端连通第三通道340,所述连接腔360的直径小于卡接腔310的直径。
连接腔360可以让卡勾230的端部进入,而后退回的时候,卡勾230的倒角231能够与卡接腔310固定。
其中,所述第一通道720和第二通道730连接处设有阻挡部750。
抵住回拉件300,尤其是驱动杆220推射注射液的时候,不会使回拉件300从第一通道720进入第二通道730。
其中,所述针座700对应回拉件300的卡接腔310设有第二凸环740。
可以通过设置第二凸环740的胶层厚度来控制回拉件300进入收容腔110的阻力。
进一步的,所述卡勾230上设有排水槽232。芯杆200卡勾230上设置有排水槽232,可以有效避免芯杆200锁入回拉件300时剩余液体的排出,还可以避免由于锁入时液体不能排出而导致针座700推出的情况发生。
进一步的,所述卡勾230从其顶部至其根部的大小逐渐增大,所述卡勾230根部与驱动杆220通过连接部240连接,所述卡勾230根部直径大于连接部240直径形成倒角231。
请参考图5,所述驱动杆220的另一端端部还设置有第三凸环250、第四凸环260和第五凸环270,所述卡勾230、第三凸环250、第四凸环260和第五凸环270从所述驱动杆220的另一端端部依次排列,所述第三凸环250、第四凸环260和第五凸环270与外套100内表面紧密接触。多个凸环与外套100内表面紧密接触,增强其气密性。
所述胶塞500设置在第三凸环250和第四凸环260之间。进一步加强其气密性,并能启动固定芯杆200的位置,特别是芯杆200拉回后,针管600跟随芯杆200完全进入收容腔110后,固定芯杆200和针管600的位置,防止针管600突出。
进一步的,所述驱动杆220设置有多个减重槽280。
请参考图4,所述外套100设置第一凸耳120和第二凸耳130,所述第一凸耳120和所述第二凸耳130相对。方便拿取和推射。其中,所述第一凸耳120上设置有一个或多个通孔121。其中,所述拉动件210外表面设置有多条用于防滑的第一防滑条211。增大其摩擦力,方便拿取。
请参考图10和图11,所述注射器还包括一O型圈400,该O型圈400套设于所述针座700与外套100连接处。防止针座700与外套100连接处的漏气。
进一步的,所述注射器还包括一护套800,该护套800包括保护腔810,所述护套800的一端和针座700固定连接,所述针管600用于放置于所述保护腔810内。用于保护针管600。所述护套800的一端设置有凸边820。方便拿取,增强端部的强度,增强与外套100固定的强度。所述护套800的另一端内侧对应针管600设有凸块830。保护针管600。所述护套800的外表面设置有多个用于防滑的第二防滑条840。增大摩擦力,方便拿取,方便与外套100分离。护套800内还有固定卡环850用于与外套100卡接固定。
因本实施例的注射器在注射前,回拉件300卡接固定在针座700内,针管600固定在回拉件300内,注射液在收容腔110内被芯杆200推动,经回拉件300内的卡接腔310进入针管600。注射器在注射完后,驱动杆220端部的卡勾230卡入针座700内回拉件300的卡接腔310内,利用卡勾230的倒角231与卡接腔310卡接固定。此时,再将驱动杆220退回时,卡勾230与卡接腔310卡接固定,回拉件300通过针座700的与外套100的通道口,针座700的通道口具有一定的弹性,将回拉件300拉回收容腔110内,同时因为针管600与回拉件300固定,则针管600一同被拉回收容腔110内,使注射器自毁,从而防止了注射器的二次使 用、意外伤人和意外感染,解决了现有技术中因注射针外露导致的意外伤人、意外感染和二次使用的问题。
请参考图12至图14,可以将卡勾和卡接腔对调设置,具体的,第一卡接部为卡接腔,第二卡接部位卡勾。所述回拉件300包括具有通孔的连通段371、第二卡接部、以及连接连通段371和第二卡接部的过渡段372,所述第二卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾,该卡勾可以与上述实施方式中的卡勾一样,也可以不一样。所述过渡段372的直径小于卡勾230底部的直径,所述针孔710通过连通段371与所述收容腔110连通;所述第一卡接部为卡接槽281,所述卡接槽281对应针座700设有卡接开口282,所述卡接开口282的宽度小于卡勾230底部的宽度,所述卡接开口282的宽度大于过渡段372的宽度。
进一步的,所述卡接槽281底面上内设有顶片283,所述顶片283与所述卡接开口282的距离小于卡勾230的长度,所述顶片283的高度大于所述卡勾230和顶片283接触处与卡接槽281底面的距离,使卡勾230偏向一侧。芯杆200设有卡接槽281,卡接槽281内部设有顶片,回拉件300设有卡勾230,当回拉件300与芯杆200卡接槽281扣合后,顶片283将回拉件300顶向一侧,当回拉件300被拉回外套100收容腔110后,回拉件300及针管600形成倒针状态,使针管600不能向原路径被推出针筒外套100。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种注射器,其包括:
    一外套,包括一收容腔;
    一芯杆,包括一拉动件和一驱动杆,所述拉动件位于所述驱动杆的一端端部,所述驱动杆收容于所述收容腔内,通过所述拉动件控制驱动杆在所述收容腔内进行推拉运动,所述驱动杆另一端端部设有第一卡接部;
    一胶塞,套设在所述芯杆的驱动杆上;
    一针座,包括一针孔和一回拉件,所述针座的一端套设于所述外套上,所述回拉件内设有第二卡接部,所述针孔通过回拉件与所述收容腔连通,当所述驱动杆的第一卡接部进入针座后,所述第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接固定,使所述驱动杆退回时将回拉件一同拉回收容腔内;
    一针管,设置在所述针孔内,所述针管的一部分位于所述针孔内并与回拉件配合固定,所述针管的其余部分位于所述针孔外部,所述针管用于将收容腔内的液体导出;
    其中所述第一卡接部和第二卡接部其中一个为具有倒角的卡勾,另一个为与卡勾配合的卡接腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述第一卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾;所述第二卡接部为卡接腔,所述针孔通过卡接腔与所述收容腔连通,所述卡接腔与收容腔连通的接口的直径小于卡接腔中间的直径,使驱动杆的卡勾进入卡接腔后与卡勾的倒角卡接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中,所述针座包括相互连通第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道的内表面直径大于所述第二通道的内表面直径;所述回拉件包括相互连接的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分的直径大于所述第二部分的直径,所述第一部分设置在第一通道内,所述第二部分设置在第二通道内,所述第一部分和第二部分内设有卡接针管的第三通道,所述第三通道的直径和所述针管的外径相适应;所述卡接腔设置在第一部分内,并与第三通道连通,所述第三通道贯穿整个第二部分,所述第二部分的端部突出第一通道,所述第三通道在第二部分的端部的直径从内到外逐渐变大;所述第二部分的端部的外表面设有第一凸环,所述第一凸环的外表面直径大于第二通道内表面的 直径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其中,所述第一通道与收容腔连接的通道口直径小于第一通道中间的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其中,所述第二通道的连通外部的通道口直径小于第二通道中间的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其中,所述第一部分内还设有连接腔,所述连接腔一端连通卡接腔,所述连接腔另一端连通第三通道,所述连接腔的直径小于卡接腔的直径。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其中,所述第一通道和第二通道连接处设有阻挡部。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中,所述针座对应回拉件的卡接腔设有第二凸环。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述回拉件包括具有通孔的连通段、第二卡接部、以及连接连通段和第二卡接部的过渡段,所述第二卡接部为具有倒角的卡勾,所述过渡段的直径小于卡勾底部的直径,所述针孔通过连通段与所述收容腔连通;所述第一卡接部为卡接槽,所述卡接槽对应针座设有卡接开口,所述卡接开口的宽度小于卡勾底部的宽度,所述卡接开口的宽度大于过渡段的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的注射器,其中,所述卡接槽底面上内设有顶片,所述顶片与所述卡接开口的距离小于卡勾的长度,所述顶片的高度大于所述卡勾和顶片接触处与卡接槽底面的距离,使卡勾偏向一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述卡勾上设有排水槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述卡勾从其顶部至其根部的大小逐渐增大,所述卡勾根部与驱动杆通过连接部连接,所述卡勾根部直径大于连接部直径形成倒角。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述驱动杆的另一端端部还设置有第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环,所述卡勾、第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环从所述驱动杆的另一端端部依次排列,所述第三凸环、第四凸环和第五凸环与外套内表面紧密接触。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的注射器,其中,所述胶塞设置在第三凸环和第四凸环之间。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述外套设置第一凸耳和第二凸耳,所述第一凸耳和所述第二凸耳相对。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述拉动件外表面设置有多条用于防滑的第一防滑条。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述驱动杆设置有多个减重槽。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述注射器还包括:
    一O型圈,套设于所述针座与外套连接处。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述注射器还包括:
    一护套,包括保护腔,所述护套的一端和针座固定连接,所述针管用于放置于所述保护腔内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的注射器,其中,所述护套的一端设置有凸边,所述护套的另一端内侧对应针管设有凸块。
