Definitions

  • Hot melt glue has a melting point of about 130 degrees Celsius which is significantly above the boiling point of water.
  • the glue bonds created by the hot glue process start to melt and soften.
  • Such melting transforms a seemingly indestructible outer sleeve inner cup connection to a less secure connection. It is very possible that the outer sleeve may detach from the inner cup under such circumstances. That is, if force is applied to pull the outer sleeve away from the inner cup, it is possible to detach the outer sleeve from the inner cup.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un gobelet en papier à double paroi et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci. Le gobelet en papier à double paroi comprend un gobelet interne ; et une gaine externe configurée pour envelopper de manière circonférentielle le gobelet interne et pour être attachée, au niveau d'un bord circonférentiel supérieur et inférieur de celle-ci, au gobelet interne ; le bord supérieur de la gaine externe étant plié vers l'intérieur sur lui-même pour former une bande de contact pour la fixation à une partie du gobelet interne adjacente à une lèvre du gobelet interne, la bande de contact définissant un espace entre le gobelet interne et la gaine externe. Le procédé de fabrication du gobelet en papier consiste à utiliser un procédé de colle à froid et un procédé de colle thermofusible pour fixer la gaine externe et le gobelet interne l'un à l'autre.
