背景技术

本实施例的支撑杆包括两节相互套设的中空拉杆,两中空拉杆分别称为第一中空拉杆21和第二中空拉杆22,其中第一中空拉杆21套设在第二中空拉杆22内,通过调节第一中空拉杆21伸出第二中空拉杆22的长度来调节本实施例汽车遮阳篷的高度。第二中空拉杆22的外壁上套设有第二卡箍,所述第二卡箍上设置有第二锁紧销和第二凸轮手柄,所述第二锁紧销穿设在所述第二卡箍的 两端通孔中,伸出所述通孔的所述第二锁紧销与第二凸轮手柄连接。当调节好第一中空拉杆21伸出第二中空拉杆22的长度之后,旋转第二凸轮手柄,减小第二卡箍的通径,从而将第二中空拉杆22和第一中空拉杆21锁紧,使得第一中空拉杆21不能沿第二中空拉杆22滑动。
在所述遮阳布的第一通风层上设置有定位卡孔,所述定位卡孔包括相互连通的第一卡孔和第二卡孔。所述第一卡孔和第二卡孔的边沿均包覆有硬质塑料或者金属以保持第一卡孔和第二卡孔的形状是固定的。所述支撑杆上套设有定位卡件,所述定位卡件的一种优选形式为圆环结构。所述定位卡件的最大外径小于所述第一卡孔的通径且大于所述第二卡孔的通径。在连接支撑杆和遮阳布时,由于定位卡件的最大外径小于所述第一卡孔的通径,所以定位卡件从第一卡孔穿入,穿入第一卡孔内的定位卡件滑至第二卡孔内,由于第二卡孔的通径小于定位卡件的最大外径,所述定位卡件卡设在第二卡孔内。所以所述支撑杆和所述遮阳布通过所述定位卡件和所述第二卡孔的卡接配合相连接。
圆环结构的定位卡件与支撑杆的固定方式为:所述定位卡件沿径向设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔,所述支撑杆的相应位置处也设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔,将螺栓或者螺钉依次穿入定位卡件和支撑杆上的通孔内紧固,从而实现定位卡件和支撑杆的固定。
实施例固定装置为所述固定装置为U型栓,两所述U型栓通过紧固装置相背对地设置在各所述支撑杆上。紧固装置的具体结构不限,其中一种优选的结构为:所述紧固装置包括用于套设所述U型栓的套管和用于套设所述支撑杆的第一卡箍,所述套管和所述第一卡箍为一体设置,所述第一卡箍上设置有对所述第一卡箍进行紧固的第一锁紧销和第一凸轮手柄。
U形栓和套管上均设置有通孔,将套管套设在U形栓的外壁上后,可利用螺栓或者螺钉穿过套管和U形栓上的通孔,从而将U形栓和套管固定连接在一起。所述第一锁紧销穿设在所述第一卡箍的两端通孔中,伸出所述通孔的所述第一锁紧销与第一凸轮手柄连接。将紧固装置的第一卡箍套设在支撑杆上,通 过旋转第一凸轮手柄,便可将第一卡箍锁紧在支撑杆上。由于第一卡箍和套管为一体结构,从而将U形栓即固定装置和支撑杆固定在一起。
下面具体介绍如何将固定装置固定在汽车车轮上:在将固定装置固定在汽车车轮上之前,先将U形栓和套管固定连接好,将紧固装置的第一卡箍套设在支撑杆上,但是第一卡箍和支撑杆之间并没有锁紧,根据需要调节好两U形栓的间距,然后将两所述U形栓分别穿过汽车车轮的辐板或者辐条之间的空隙,将U形栓卡设在汽车车轮的轮辋上,旋转紧固装置的第一凸轮手柄,将第一卡箍和支撑杆之间锁紧,从而将U形栓固定在了汽车车轮上。
本实施例汽车遮阳篷的便携与可拆卸体现在以下方面:
首先,遮阳布和支撑杆之间的可拆卸。将定位卡件从第二卡孔滑至第一卡孔,便可将定位卡件与定位卡孔分离,即遮阳布和支撑杆分离。
其次,支撑杆的两中空拉杆,旋转第二凸轮手柄,使第二卡箍的通径变大,第一中空拉杆21和第二中空拉杆22之间的锁紧状态解除,将第一中空拉杆21推入第二中空拉杆22内,使支撑杆的长度缩短,便于携带。
最后,U形栓和汽车车轮的可拆卸。旋转紧固装置上的第一凸轮手柄,使紧固装置的第一卡箍和支撑杆之间不再是紧固状态,减小两U形栓的间距,将U形栓与汽车车轮分离。
为保证在使用安装时方便快捷以及避免零件的不慎丢失,在拆卸时,支撑杆上的定位卡件以及U形栓上的紧固装置可不用拆卸。可见拆卸很方便,拆卸后置于容置袋内,便于携带。
在使用时,只要将支撑杆和遮阳布连接,将支撑杆拉长,再将紧固装置的第一卡箍套设在支撑杆上,将U形栓穿过汽车车轮的辐板或辐条的间隙,最后旋转紧固装置的第一凸轮手柄,便将U形栓卡设在了汽车车轮的轮辋上,至此实现了本实施例汽车遮阳篷的整体安装工作。可见安装工作也非常简单、省时省力。
实施例10
本实施例与上述实施例9的不同之处在于:组成每根支撑杆的中空拉杆的节数、设置在支撑杆上的定位卡件的具体结构以及固定装置的结构。
本实施例中的每根支撑杆有三节相互套设的中空拉杆组成,三中空拉杆分别称为第一中空拉杆、第二中空拉杆和第三中空拉杆,其中第一中空拉杆套设在第二中空拉杆内,第二中空拉杆套设在所述第三拉杆内。通过调节第一中空拉杆伸出第二中空拉杆的长度和第二中空拉杆伸出第三中空拉杆的长度来调节本实施例汽车遮阳篷的高度。在第二中空拉杆上套设有第一中空拉杆的位置处设置有一个第二卡箍,在第三中空拉杆上套设有第二中空拉杆的位置处设置有另一个第二卡箍。所述第二卡箍上设置有第二锁紧销和第二凸轮手柄,所述第二锁紧销穿设在所述第二卡箍的两端通孔中,伸出所述通孔的所述第二锁紧销与第二凸轮手柄连接。当调节好第一中空拉杆伸出第二中空拉杆的长度和第二中空拉杆伸出第三中空拉杆的长度之后,旋转第二凸轮手柄,减小第二卡箍的通径,从而将第二中空拉杆和第一中空拉杆之间以及第三中空拉杆和第二中空拉杆之间锁紧,使得第一中空拉杆不能沿第二中空拉杆滑动,第二中空拉杆也不能沿第三中空拉杆滑动。
本实施例中的定位卡件为中空的哑铃状结构,所述定位卡件的最大外径小于所述第一卡孔的通径且大于所述第二卡孔的通径,所述定位卡件的最小外径小于第二卡孔的通径。在连接支撑杆和遮阳布时,由于定位卡件的最大外径小于所述第一卡孔的通径,所以定位卡件从第一卡孔穿入,穿入第一卡孔内的定位卡件滑至第二卡孔内,由于第二卡孔的通径小于定位卡件的最大外径且大于定位卡件的最小外径,所述定位卡件可卡设在第二卡孔内。所以所述支撑杆和所述遮阳布通过所述定位卡件和所述第二卡孔的卡接配合相连接。
本实施例中的固定装置为角板,所述角板由相互垂直的两侧板组成,其中一所述侧板固定有用于插接所述支撑杆的固定管,所述固定管垂直于另一所述侧板。将与所述固定管垂直的侧板设置在汽车车轮下,这样固定管正好垂直于 地面,将支撑杆插设于所述固定管内,支撑杆也垂直于地面。所以本实施例支撑杆和固定装置的连接是通过固定管实现的,并且利用汽车车轮对侧板的压力,将固定装置固定好,从而将本实施例汽车遮阳篷固定好。
首先本实施例的遮阳布不仅能够充分遮挡住阳光,而且还能够减少遮阳布受到的风阻以避免遮阳布受到的风力超出所能承受的范围时遭到破坏。其次本实施例的支撑杆包括三节相互套设的中空拉杆,通过调节第一中空拉杆伸出第二中空拉杆的长度和第二中空拉杆伸出第三中空拉杆的长度调节本实施例汽车遮阳篷的高度。再者本实施例在遮阳布上设置有定位卡孔,在支撑杆上设置有定位卡件,将定位卡件卡设在定位卡孔内,实现了遮阳布和支撑杆的连接。最后本实施例将与固定管垂直的侧板设置在汽车车轮下,将支撑杆插设在固定管内,从而实现了本实施例汽车遮阳篷的整体固定。
本实施例汽车遮阳篷的便携与可拆卸体现在以下方面:
首先,遮阳布和支撑杆之间的可拆卸。将定位卡件从第二卡孔滑至第一卡孔,便可将定位卡件与定位卡孔分离,即遮阳布和支撑杆分离。
其次,支撑杆的三中空拉杆,旋转第二凸轮手柄,使第二卡箍的通径变大,将第一中空拉杆推入第二中空拉杆内,将第二中空拉杆推入到第三中空拉杆内,使支撑杆的长度缩短,便于携带。
最后,支撑杆和固定装置的可拆卸。将支撑杆从固定装置的固定管中拔出,即将支撑杆和固定装置分离。
为保证在使用安装时方便快捷以及避免零件的不慎丢失,在拆卸时,支撑杆上的定位卡件可不用拆卸。可见拆卸很方便,拆卸后置于容置袋内,便于携带。在使用时,只要将支撑杆和遮阳布连接,支撑杆拉长,角板上与固定管垂直的侧板设置在汽车车轮下,支撑杆插设在固定管内,至此实现了本实施例汽车遮阳篷的整体安装工作。可见安装工作也非常简单、省时省力。
当然本实用新型的遮阳布的遮阳布的层数不限于上述实施例中的两层或三层,组成遮阳布的遮阳布的层数越多,遮阳布受到的风阻越小,本实用新型的 使用寿命越长,但是层数越多,制作越复杂,所以在实际生产中根据具体情况设置组成遮阳布的遮阳布的层数。
另外,组成支撑杆的中空拉杆的节数不限于上述实施例中的两节或者三节,在实际生产中,节数要根据普通汽车的高度和每节中空拉杆的长度设置。
以上,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求所界定的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述遮阳篷包括遮阳布以及至少三根支撑所述遮阳布的支撑杆;
    所述遮阳布包括一层通风层和遮阳层,所述通风层的中部设置有通风口,所述遮阳层对应所述通风层的通风口,且覆盖所述通风层的通风口,所述通风层与所述支撑杆相连接;
    或者所述遮阳布包括至少两层上、下层叠的通风层以及遮阳层,各所述通风层的中部分别设有通风口,其中所述遮阳层设置在所述最上层通风层的上层,所述遮阳层对应所述最上层通风层的通风口,且覆盖所述最上层通风层的通风口,所述最下层通风层与所述支撑杆相连接;或所述遮阳层设置在所述最下层通风层的下层,所述遮阳层对应所述最下层通风层的通风口,且覆盖所述最下层通风层的通风口,所述最上层通风层与所述支撑杆相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述支撑杆上套设有定位卡件,所述遮阳布上设置有定位卡孔,所述定位卡孔包括相互连通的第一卡孔和第二卡孔,所述定位卡件的最大外径小于所述第一卡孔的通径且大于所述第二卡孔的通径,所述支撑杆和所述遮阳布通过所述定位卡件和所述第二卡孔的卡接配合相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述定位卡件为圆环结构,所述定位卡件沿径向设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔,所述支撑杆的相应位置处也设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述定位卡件为中空的哑铃状结构,所述定位卡件沿径向设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔,所述支撑杆的相应位置处也设置有用于穿设螺栓或螺钉的通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述遮阳篷还包括用于固定所述支撑杆的固定装置,所述固定装置为U型栓,两所述U型栓通过紧固装置相背对地设置在各所述支撑杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述紧固装置包括用于套设所述U型栓的套管和用于套设所述支撑杆的第一卡箍,所述套管和所述第一卡箍为一体设置,所述第一卡箍上设置有对所述第一卡箍进行紧固的第一锁紧销和第一凸轮手柄。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述遮阳篷还包括用于固定所述支撑杆的固定装置,所述固定装置为角板,所述角板由相互垂直的两侧板组成,其中一所述侧板固定有用于插接所述支撑杆的固定管,所述固定管垂直于另一所述侧板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车遮阳篷,其特征在于:各所述支撑杆均包括至少两节相互套设的中空拉杆,相邻的所述中空拉杆之间通过第二卡箍锁紧,所述第二卡箍上设置有对所述第二卡箍进行紧固的第二锁紧销和第二凸轮手柄。
