Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble d'étanchéité (01) permettant d'étanchéifier : une chambre (23) située entre un premier élément de machine (20) et un deuxième élément de machine (19), le premier et le deuxième élément de machine (20, 19) étant disposés de manière concentrique l'un par rapport à l'autre et l'un des deux éléments de machine (20, 19) pouvant être amené en rotation par rapport à l'autre élément de machine parmi les deux éléments de machine (20, 19). L'ensemble d'étanchéité comprend une bague de lubrification centrifuge (02) disposée à l'extérieur dans la direction axiale, qui s'étend sur toute l'étendue de la chambre (23) dans la direction radiale et qui comprend une zone d'extrémité (04) coudée qui est orientée en direction de la chambre (23) et qui est fixée au deuxième élément de machine (10). En outre, l'invention prévoit une bague d'étanchéité (03) disposée à l'intérieur dans la direction axiale, qui comprend : une zone d'extrémité (05) qui est fixée sur le premier élément de machine (20) et qui s'étend en direction de la bague de lubrification centrifuge (02), la zone d'extrémité (05) s'étendant axialement au moins jusqu'à la bague de lubrification centrifuge (02). Au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité élastique (09, 10) de la bague d'étanchéité repose sur la bague de lubrification centrifuge (02) par l'intermédiaire d'un bord d'étanchéité (13, 14). Un moyen de liaison élastique (17) permettant de relier la bague de lubrification centrifuge (02) et la bague d'étanchéité (03) s'étend dans la direction radiale. L'ensemble d'étanchéité (01) se caractérise par le fait que le moyen de liaison est réalisé sous la forme d'un bord périphérique (17) s'étendant dans la direction radiale. L'invention concerne également un ensemble élément de machine étanchéifié et un palier à roulement comprenant une chambre étanchéifiée.
