Claims (6)
- 口部を有する成形品が前記口部を下向きとした倒立状態で保持されると共に、前記成形品内に挿入されるロッド部材を備える搬送部材と、前記搬送部材が連続的に搬送される搬送路と、を有する搬送装置に設けられ、
前記搬送路の上方に配置され、前記成形品を所定間隔で保持すると共に、当該成形品を前記搬送部材の移動に同期させて搬送しつつ下降させて前記搬送部材に供給する供給部を有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。 - 請求項1に記載の成形品供給装置において、
前記供給部は、
前記搬送部材の移動速度に応じて回転可能に設けられる回転部材と、
該回転部材の外周部に所定間隔で設けられて前記成形品を保持する保持部と、
該保持部のそれぞれを所定のタイミングで昇降させる第1の昇降部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。 - 請求項2に記載の成形品供給装置において、
前記成形品が、前記口部に続く胴部と、前記口部と前記胴部とを仕切るフランジ部と、前記胴部を塞ぐ底部と、を有するものであり、
前記保持部は、前記成形品の前記フランジ部を下方から支持する第1の支持部材と、前記成形品の前記底部に上方から係合して支持する第2の支持部材と、を有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。 - 請求項3に記載の成形品供給装置において、
前記成形品を前記保持部までスライド搬送させるスライド搬送部をさらに有し、
前記供給部は、前記スライド搬送部から前記保持部に前記成形品が受け渡される受け渡し領域にて前記第2の支持部材を前記成形品の上方まで一時的に上昇させる第2の昇降部を有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。 - 請求項4に記載の成形品供給装置において、
前記供給部は、前記保持部から前記搬送部材に前記成形品を供給する供給領域にて前記第2の支持部材を前記成形品の上方まで一時的に上昇させる第3の昇降部を有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。 - 請求項3~5の何れか一項に記載の成形品供給装置において、
前記第2の支持部材は、前記成形品の底部を支持した状態で、前記フランジ部の上面に当接する当接部をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする成形品供給装置。
